“Why Some of Us Don’t Like Obama”

I think that the people in this country have a serious problem with long term memory. Its like they can’t remember beyond a week or something. It is truly scary.

    • mahaska

That look on his face in the picture above is the one I mean when I say hhis pissy face. It’s like “why are you bothering me with your questions? can’t you see I’m wonderful?”

      • casey

Actually, I call it his “smell the fart” face.
(from the TV show FRIENDS…when an actor can’t remember his lines he pretends to “smelll the fart” to buy some time).

      • magenta

He’s wearing the George W. Bush smirk.

        Nice fit.

      • tyreece

U R a Assssssssssss hole obama is HOT And if u don’t like that go to canada

  • Zee

I dunno…I think the video fails to makes its point because there are a lot more lies and details than those.

    • Babs50

I liked the vid but I think one should be made of every gaffe from the beginning and in between all his terrorist friends with comments they have made.

      • Hope Floats

I can’t wait till the 527′s rev up. There will be a lot of material to be mined for the ultimate greatest hits video.

    • fran

I agree. He lied about Exelon in Iowa, claiming that he passed tough legislation to force the nuclear power industry to disclose leaks. To the contrary, he not only didn’t pass the legislation, he was instrumental in watering it down to the point where they only had to “voluntary” disclose problems. Exelon is one of his biggest contributors, and intervened, causing him to change the bill. Good job Mr. Change.

And there are so many more: NAFTA, oil money, lobbyist related funds, Rev. Wright!, his “new politics” style of campaigning vs. what actually went on with radio ads, flyers, robo calls, and leaked memo’s and videos to the press.

And the lies keep mounting. It’s incomprehensible that he gets away with this. Anyone else would’ve been sunk long ago. It’s the ultimate in political correctness. They have so effectively used race to shield any and all criticism, critics are afraid to make a peep. Not Gerry Ferraro and a few others, but look at the reception they got.

  • David Corse

People in this country don’t take the time to think anymore. It requires you to take the time to read and see what someone really stands for. Just look at Obama’s well educated supporters. They can’t even tell you what he stands for or what he has accomplished. If Americans don’t wake up they are going to lose this democracy.

    • StrawberrybitesBarky

I don’t think people really care anymore, as long as they’ve got their X-boxes, American Idol, and bland, mass produced, food type products they’re content.

      • Brendy

StrawberrybitesBarky – I agree with you. How sad this country is becoming…

        • workingclass artist

          Hmmmm…..Berlin 1933…..reminiscent no ?

a whole of of jerks are into new age garbage and they don’t have the time to look beyond the surface.

This description seems to cover most of Obama’s supporters — and then there are the hard core cult Obamabutts — but THEY also haven’t bothered to look below the surface.

All both the new agers and the Obamabutts have done is “listen” to their guy — and they really don’t even listen — they cannot tell you what the theme of an Obama sermon is.

What Obama is doing — or what his speech writers have Obama doing is trigger the the pleasure centers of the brain — which gives the unaware something akin to a “peak” experience.

There is absolutely no way to speak to the idiots under his spell — they have been lulled into this pleasure zone — this safety zone — where everything will be alright if only they can have Obama tell them that all they have to do is trust in themselves — and that’s where “the” answer will be. blah blah blah blah

This is the same formula used by the evangelical — JESUS is coming again — and you must be ready for the rapture — Jesus — Jesus — blah blah — The ministers and cult leaders will say, “just believe” — accept what they are saying — without questions — to question shows that you do not believe. For the Obamabutt — the evangelical “just believe” is translated into — “we must get Obama into the white house — THIS is the only thing that matters”.

Change a few words– and the cult leader, the tent preacher, the born again evangelicals — all have the same message and the same way of hypmotizing their followers.

But you know what — this crap wears off. People will wonder what the heck they saw in that skinner con man. I’ve seen kids who got up and “testified” for the LORD Jesus — and confessed their sins. The next morning these kids were very embarrassed and acted as if whoever got up and spoke it sure as hell wasn’t them.

We have 18 million PLUS the folks who voted GOP who have not been fooled. So really in terms of numbers — WE are on the winning team. Their side will try to use psychology — mind games to convince us that their side is the winner.

That would be the trolls who keep rolling in trying to tell us the obami won — look at the polls — selective information from false sources.

    • KG

None of us will know what he stands for until he’s elected, then we’ll see it…and it will be too late.

      • Northwest rain

Even then I don’t think we will know what O-nutzo stands for — because I don’t believe he has any core values — except to become very wealthy. Oh and he has that lust for power.

    • fran

It’s absolutely true. I have been stunned by several friends, all highly educated, who spout talking points verbatim when I begin to give them actual facts about Obama. “He wasn’t IN the church THAT day!” How can anyone with an ounce of common sense swallow such a ridiculous notion? Obama, after 20 years, did not realize what Wright was teaching (even though he was famous for his Black Liberation Theology)? If that doesn’t work they go to: “What he is saying is true on some level–this IS a racist country!” Did Martin Luther King Jr. approach it the same way? Another friend yelled at me: “She’s a LIAR!” Gee, I wonder how that idea was drilled into her head? These are people who read all the time. But they read the NY Times and the Washington Post. They watch CNN & MSNBC, so they think they are informed, but none of these sources did their job. The censorship has been truly frightening, and it continues. When I suggested to that same friend that Obama lies all the time, she shrieked: “WHAT HAS HE EVER LIED ABOUT?!” Wow…

      • Alex

Your friends seem to be impaired. If you value your beliefs, then it’s time to get new friends.

  • http://deleted AnninCa

    Nice video….thanks!

    • maniaco

      Yeah, I agree dear AnninCa . . .

. . . but I wish the vidmaker would fix the part at 1:27 in the video where they put up “… Constitutional Lawyer.”

It should actually read “… Constitutional Law Professor …” shouldn’t it? This refers to his BS claim of being same at the University of Chicago, when in actuality he was only a lecturer. Being a Professor Emeritus myself, I know the many years it takes to authentically climb THAT particular ladder.

Of course, lies roll off his tongue so easily that it’s hard to keep track, as previous posters attest.

      • Kevin

Don’t worry, the UofC will wave their hopey changey wand and “poof” he’ll not only have been a full professor, but chair of the con law dept.
And the msm will run with it and the choir will chant “yes we can”

      • zerostress

Here is the University of Chicago’s statement :

“From 1992 until his election to the U.S. Senate in 2004, Barack Obama served as a professor in the Law School. He was a Lecturer from 1992 to 1996. He was a Senior Lecturer from 1996 to 2004, during which time he taught three courses per year. Senior Lecturers are considered to be members of the Law School faculty and are regarded as professors, although not full-time or tenure-track. The title of Senior Lecturer is distinct from the title of Lecturer, which signifies adjunct status. Like Obama, each of the Law School’s Senior Lecturers has high-demand careers in politics or public service, which prevent full-time teaching. Several times during his 12 years as a professor in the Law School, Obama was invited to join the faculty in a full-time tenure-track position, but he declined.

        • karen for Clinton

I am not going to bother finding the link, if you really care to research it you could find it yourself, but this has been proven to be a special notice put out just for OB.

Their previous status given to ALL others in ALL prior years was “lecturer” only. That they are in the tank is obvious.

Believe in his “crowned” and unearned title?

Oh, you obots ARE so easy to fool with words.

The real professors were a bit miffed he earned a title without doing a frigging drop of work for it… rule changes do not professors make.

          Give me a break.

          • zerostress

What is your “proof” ? A comment someone left anonymously at Hillaryis44 ?

Here is the FactCheck.org’s take on the subject.

I know, I know. FactCheck.org is in the tank for Obama, except of course when they are debunking Obama’s claims.

  • sandy

yeah right, hillary is a much crooked liar than any politician alive today. How about that? All politicians lie, just gotta go for the lesser evil.

    • StrawberrybitesBarky

I beg your pardon, what are you blathering on about? I’m sure you’d like to link to some proof of Hillary’s evilness.

      • Darryl

Oh you got some evil comming your way, but its not gonna be Hillary, LOL. I bet you voted for Bush the first time cause you thought he was gonna “Change” everything.

        • StrawberrybitesBarky

Hey Obamabutt troll — Hairy guy from Gaza using a girl’s name –

Senator Clinton is out of the race — you need to focus on McCain.

However the GOP will be focusing on all of Obami’s best friends and mentors — and his racist wife.

Nasty roll call – Wright, Rezko, Ayers etc. etc. etc. All will make nice subjects for anti-bambi ads!

    • Lucinda

…just gotta go for the lesser evil.

So, you’re voting for McCain, I presume.

    • Hope Floats

“Hillary is evil” was an oft-bandied Obama lie we first heard from the Republicans a decade ago. Idiot.

  • J in MN

LOOK WHAT they are trying to do to Win HRC’s supporters..

  • Obama is a bum

There is so much negativity associated with Obama, John McCain should be all over him on a daily basis. I don’t know what McCain is doing unless he is playing rope-a-dope.

    • http://deleted AnninCa

McCain is pretty much setting the agenda, actually. He hits on a new issue daily. Obama responds.

      He’s getting his points across.

    • rjj

Why should they spend money except to provoke Obama to say and do more. Reality is the cure for infatuation.

    • Lucinda

McCain is taking the high road. But don’t worry, the 527s will take care of Obama, so McCain won’t have to.

    • http://hyper-educated-uppity-woman.blogspot.com Uppity Woman

rope-a-dope has crossed my mind too. I mean, Obama is out there changing his mind every single day, pandering in all directions. I imagine the 527s are having an underground blast.

It’s June. This thing won’t heat up till September. It never does.

  • Obama is a bum

What has happened to Wright? I have not heard a word out of him since the press conference. The Obama thugs must have threatened to send him to the bottom of Lake Michigan if he did not keep quiet. Wright knows what happened to Young.

    • Darryl

No, they just shacked him up in a mulitmillion dollar compound and are feeding him turkey everday.

    • http://deleted Kathleen

The Rev. Wright appearance at the National Press Club was staged, so that BO could denouce him, because after he had told us he could no more denounce him than he could a member of his own family, his polls had been dropping. So, Axelrod came up with this little drama to fool the people into believing BO does not agree with Wright.

Does anyone “really” think that Wright and BO are no longer friends? Does Wright seem like the person who could be cowed into silence? After all, he could literally destroy BO, if he wanted to.

Let’s face it, BO is being slickly marketed as the black hopey/changey candidate, just like GWB was marketed as the “compassionate conservative” republican. We are being royally bamboozled by the BO campaign.

Same horse, different color. (No pun intended).

    God help this country.

    Hillary or McCain ’08!

    • http://lilithrvisited.blogspot.com LauraInCali

Yeah, they try and rationalize Obama’s about face on NAFTA,FISA and public financing. They really will accept anything he says. I find that scary.
      I agree God Help Us!

    • Elizabeth

This is the most ridiculous video I have ever seen…not one of those points is even important – and certainly NOT lies.

Obama was speaking to a general tone of the country when he spoke of Selma….that because of that event, his parents had the chance to marry. Not necessarily accurate due to the year(s) the events happened….but remember, in 1961 interracial marriage did NOT happen anywhere, especially the south.

      this is not a lie…

What does Constitutional Lawyer and ‘senior lecturer’ have to do with each other?? I think you mean he said he was a professor of law at the Univ of Chicago and it turns out he was a Sr. Lecturer, which the Univ of Chicago has explained – Sr. Lecturer is title given to someone who will NOT be employed full-time, which was the case with Obama – his choice. If he had agreed to full time employment and eventual tenure, he would have had the Professor title as he was worthy of it due to his time spent teaching, writitngs, etc.

His father most certainly came from a family of goat herders….he was lucky in that he was bright and able to secure a scholarship to a US college (univ of Hawaii) as part of a US-African scholarship program.

All of these points have been presented numerous times….they are just not worth concern, except among the noquarter fans.

      • Darryl

You just did what the above speaker was talking about.

      • StrawberrybitesBarky

He’s a liar. FISA, NAFTA, Iraq. Rezco, Wright. Take a hike sister.

If he had agreed to full time employment and eventual tenure, he would have had the Professor title as he was worthy of it due to his time spent teaching, writitngs, etc.

        • Danny
        • Perry Logan

That’s not true. A lecturer is like a temporary employee. It’s not a bit like being a professor.

          • zerostress

Several times during his 12 years as a professor in the Law School, Obama was invited to join the faculty in a full-time tenure-track position, but he declined.

Hey I was invited to law school but I didn’t go. Does this make me a lawyer?

          • http://hyper-educated-uppity-woman.blogspot.com Uppity Woman

It’s all in titles. From industry I taught a number of college courses in the evening for years and was referred to as an “Adjunct Professor”. This is a fancy name for a part-time professor, often given to people in industry who use their education and experience to instruct on a part-time basis. That doesn’t mean I am a Professor. Actual Full college Professors have to jump through plenty of hoops, have phd’s and spend a number of years before actually becoming Full Professors. Many of them do research and most of them are expected to publish. Teaching a couple of classes does not a Professor make. Barack Obama is not and was never a professor no matter how much he throws the bull term around.

            • http://hyper-educated-uppity-woman.blogspot.com Uppity Woman

He is so good and exaggerating who he is that it’s laughable. It’s like when he says he “Passed laws” and you find out that his name was put on the bill with fifty other people who wanted to be added as “sponsors” but he never did the work.

Bill Clinton was right from day one on this guy. His entire story is riddled with fairy tales.

              • workingclass artist

Agree with you Uppity…and titles are important to academics.
This would be inaccurate on a typical academic CV….But then again most of Obama’s supporter don’t even know what a CV is….

        • http://hyper-educated-uppity-woman.blogspot.com Uppity Woman

Barack Obama has never published. Not even from Harvard Law Review, which is rare. The man has no paper trail whatsoever. He is very carefully, a blank slate.

Even his records as state senator are “not there”. No records whatsoever. Either they were lost or they are “gone”.

Barack Obama has NO paper trail of any kind.

And tossing around the term “Professor” does not a professor make. It’s an insult to all those who publish, research, get their advanced degrees, spend their years toward tenure.

It’s like getting an “honorary” degree when you call barack obama a Professor. You don’t do the work and you get a complimentary piece of paper.

        South?

Since when Hawaii started to be included in the south?
There was no civil rights movement in Hawaii in 1960 when the nobama was conceived.

Wake up! He is just a user. He uses people, things, anything he can. just like he tried to use civil rights movement to glorify his insignificant birth.

Are you an idiot or just pretending to be so?

Wake up, forget about NQ. Assess him, evaluate him without bias and you will realize that he is nothing but a crook going after power and he is using the war and the misery to achieve his goal.

        • Northwest rain

You are correct there never was a civil rights movement in Hawaii in the 60s — segregation by race was never a problem. There was the CLASS difference — mostly the missionary sons who stole the land from the Hawaiians — they were the ruling class. But everyone else was more or less in the same unlanded class.

I expect that Obama never really heard about the civil rights movement until he went to the mainland and learned to exploit the color of his skin — in Hawaii he would have been a laughing stock if he tried to scream racist or the other crap he is pulling now.

He’s a mindless, gutter snipe. (I’m not sure what a gutter snipe is — but it sounds nasty.)

        W.O.R.M. — alert.

      • Hope Floats

Obama was speaking to a general tone of the country when he spoke of Selma….that because of that event, his parents had the chance to marry.

“What happened in Selma, Alabama and Birmingham also stirred the conscience of the nation… This young man named Barack Obama… came over to this country. He met this woman… (who) had a good idea there was some craziness going on because they looked at each other and they decided… it might…be possible for us to get together and have a child. There was something stirring across the country because of what happened in Selma, Alabama… So they got together and Barack Obama Jr. was born. So don’t tell me I don’t have a claim on Selma, Alabama. Don’t tell me I’m not coming home to Selma, Alabama.”

Obama’s Kenyan father had already dumped his white mother the year before when Selma happened.

      • Faustina

The video did point out some of Obama’s lesser distortions. But it made a legitimate point. As the title states, those are the reasons we don’t like him.

The reasons many of us will not vote for him are definitely more substantial…Rezko, NAFTA, Rev Wright, Fr Pleger, Bill Ayers, campaign financing, flip-flop here, flip-flop there, etc.

He is a fraud, a liar, a charlatan, a poseur, a phoney, a fake, and a flim-flam puppet man in just about everything personal and political.

We don’t like him and we won’t vote for him.

LauraInCali – NO, the AntiChrist doesn’t fool EVERYONE but a huge majority of people. And, I think he has a real, good SCARY chance of winning this thing and I’m just as dumbfounded like the rest of you – HOW IN THE WORLD can ANYONE vote for this…scary person?

        • http://lilithrvisited.blogspot.com LauraInCali

IMHO…And I stand by it. I understand your fear. He creeps me out too! That’s why we must do what we can to get out the vote for McCain.
Unless by some miracle Hillary would get the nomination. I can still hold out hope:)

      • Ban

actually he won the election. That is clear. In order to convince people we must stick on the facts. Most people are now saying that , whatever we say … they said you simply don’t like him … you don’t have concert facts ….

even though we talk the facts, it seems people are not buying it. So we have to be smart enough to get the point otherwise his chance of winning is very high

MY personal opinion of Obama is that he is the worse thing to happen to the politics of this country in my lifetime.
He claims as mentors so called men of God that fan the flames of hatred.
He has no love or knowledge of America or its people.
I do not know when the core of the democratic party forgot their duty to this country and backed this racist – anti american – know nothing.
I left the democratic party after 48 years because they will not back this fool in my name.
They made me ashamed to be called a democrat.

When I walk down the street and I see these thugs with their baggy pants and I-pods etc, I think that’s what the democrat party stands for now. All these new people Dean brought in to replace us.
I think I’ll go hang out with some classy people.
They call themselves Republicans and they told me that they would show me some good old fashioned respect.

      Thanks!

      I needed that.

I think without showing hate let us stick with facts and win our objective

otherwise no one is gonna listen us … You even though who don’t initially support him are starting to line up with him….. He won b/s he stick the message… If we stick the facts and issuse .. we will take him down… hate might not be good at all

      • http://hyper-educated-uppity-woman.blogspot.com Uppity Woman

Which message has he stuck to exactly?

The one where we talk to the enemy without preconditions, but now we should have preconditions?

The one where Nafta is good but Nafta is bad?

The one where his uncle freed the Jews but didn’t exactly?

The one where he’s for gun control but not really? The one where he signed the paper but really didn’t?

The one where he loves Public funding, but now he doesn’t?

The one where he should talk to castro but not really?

The one where he’s pro choice but he is for anti choice voters?

The one where he was against FISA but now he’s for it?

The one where he’s above race but everybody is racist?

Feel free to add more. There are plenty of “Stick to the messages” to go around.

  • Susan1968

I read something on a lefty site — they’re all ganshing their teeth over him caving on FISA — and someone made this point:

    Obama saying he’s ‘post-partisan’ means he’s moving toward a one-party system A.K.A a dictatorship.

  • Num

    Susan ..

Don’t be fool about FISA… Obama is a sneaky guy …. he is not fool… he semi support FISA b/s he doesn’t want to be full on the left and want to attract some conservative….. If he opposes, it left him all the time on the defensive…….. he is a calculated guy

” … This indicates that our brother Obama is ignorant of international politics, and is not familiar with the Middle East conflict.”
    ~ Mu’ammar Al-Qadhafi, June 11, 2008 on Al Jazeera TV

No kidding? You think so? And those aren’t the ONLY things Obama is ignorant of and unfamiliar with …

  • M

None of us will know what he stands for until he’s elected, then we’ll see it…and it will be too late

Well that means it could go either way right? If no one knows what he stands for until he’s elected, we might find out he’s will actually make a pretty good president just as we could find he would be as bad as many of you have suspected.
What I dont understand is the way anti-Obama people do not dwell on the real areas that could hurt him. His FISA betrayal for example is the kind of thing they should be hammering on about rather than stuff like the laughable ‘Larry Sinclair is a matyr’ line.

    • KG

That’s scary as hell. He’s asking to serve us as our leader, but we don’t know him enough to know what he stands for. He has an inadequate voting record, inadequate experience, but we’re being asked to toss the coin and maybe he’ll be good, maybe not. Obama has already changed his stance on several issues and it is completely obvious he will say anything to get elected. He’s obviously without principals.

Few of his supporters are demanding for him to show some integrity and back the issues he claims to champion. You Obama supporters are positioning him to throw you under the bus too.

No point issuing a point-by-point rebuttal to somebody whose mind has been totally screwed. Good luck to you!

Well actually there is a point- thats what we call debate. You are hardly making a convincing case by refusing to discuss someone’s ideas because you think they are ‘totally screwed’.
I dont particularily like Hillary, but I can see plenty of problems with that list. For example point 6- every candidate runs ‘fear-mongering’ ads, there’s nothing inherently wrong with them unless they are flat-out lies. As for Point 8, how did she run a ‘dehumanization’ campaign against Obama? This is the kind of ridiculous hyperbole we also get with many commenters on this site. Why dont people argue facts without resorting to cartoonish exaggeration?

And I assume Point 11 was a joke because if it is not, I might have to agree with Dora Ratquila about you.

I decided to take a peek at the Daily Obot and found a screed about Hillary supporters who hate Obama so much that we would sink to voting for McCain. I learned that I’m not really a feminist if I vote for McCain. So now I’m a racist and anti-feminist? They can’t seem to get it into their thick skulls that we don’t want him to be President because we don’t think he’s qualified. Or that we fear he’ll be just as bad or worse than Bush. Just because he has a (D) after his name is no reason to vote for him.

I have a feeling that if Obama wins in November, he’ll be last Dem President we see for another 30 years. After having W for a governor, I knew what he was like. I heard all the stories about the parties he attended in Houston with drugs flowing as freely as liquor. I read about the DWI that his father got hushed up. I’ll bet there were few people in Texas who didn’t know his history I kept waiting for the news media to start reporting all this stuff. Never happened. I began to have a feeling that Papa Bush put the word out and that’s why no one reported any of this stuff.

I knew that if people were dumb enough to elect Bush, he’d (a) get us into a war (b) bankrupt the country. I told everyone I came into contact with what he’d do. They just laughed at me. They didn’t laugh after it happened. Country before Party!

    • http://deleted AnninCa

Well, the good news is that having watched Obamabots all year practice the worst forms of sexism against Hillary and her supporters that I’ve experienced in my lifetime, I do not exactly believe they have anything of value to add to the discussion about feminist thinking or about issues facing women at all.

They can stick it where the sun don’t shine.

Those boyz haven’t a clue, not a clue.

I agree that the Daily Kos (which I asume is what you are refering to) goes over-the-top a bit too often, but in many ways it is a mirror image of this site. Complete lack of balanced coverage, vitrolic and often incoherent comments, a belief that their chosen candidate is the only person to ‘save’ the country, calling everyone who disagrees with them deluded…its all here too.

    • Hope Floats

No one here believes Hillary is a “savior.” There are no pictures of her suckling from a wolf or descending from illuminated clouds or with photoshopped halos. In fact, we believed Hillary was an effective strategist, a problem solver and a pragmatist, who would be best entrusted with running the federal bureaucracy. McCain approaches the Presidency with the humility of a man who has put his country before himself and sees himself as a public servant not a messianic figure. I am a Catholic, and I recognize that this was the true message of Christ himself, that a leader is recognized by the works he does. That is why the lunch pail crowd insists on experience.

      • Lucinda

Servant leadership is a very big issue in the Methodist church, too. If a church is true to Christ’s teachings, it will always emphasis giving above taking. I guess that’s why I have such a problem with this issue of entitlement.

    • peter pentagram made too many enemies

That’s highly simplistic, and you’re wrong, flat out batshit wrong, M.

      Interesting.

      My, my, my.

Someone told me once a belt on my car, a Toyota Corolla, ( my fist NEW car, my Dad bought it for me, as a kid) was strung so tightly, it was playing the musical tone of “G.”

The belt functioned, barely, barely, was about to break, so brittle, the mechanic was amazed it hadn’t snapped, yet.

It couldn’t function properly, wound that tightly, if the mechanic hadn’t been astute enough to HEAR it, it would have broken, at an inopportune time.

      Good mechanic.

Bad mechanic, and no one would of known because it wasn’t frayed, and apparently hadn’t suffered any significant attrition, at least not to the untrained eye.

That, to me, has always been a perfect metaphor for insanity.

Others look at the schizophrenic who hallucinates, or manifests openly like Ted Kazinzski, and they clearly know to label that person “mentally ill.”

But what about the high functioning schizophrenic, the guy who knows to shower every morning and brush his hair, the one who, for the most part can put together a coherent sentence, but has kook ides that NQ and DK are the same, a simple result of his need to make his paranoia manageable, internally, and his inability to decipher even simplistic difference, unable to analyze even basic structural affect, a massive failure of his psychology, a LACK of intellect? And what happens when this guy proceeds to make decisions based on his diseased brain, instructing others to do the same, no one pinpointing his massive failure in judgement, his insanity, simply because he sounds reasoned, and the people around him aren’t smart enough to know WHY his arguments are fatally flawed?

His ideas are batshit kook, the product of a clinically insane mind.

The people around him are so poorly trained, if at all, they dont even know enough to question his INSANE logic, and when they do, they dont have the balls to confront him, as batshit tends toward violence, look at the trolls, here, (and trolls are afraid of violence they can’t control…)

You know, they might get hurt…

So, they’re crazy like Hitler say, but with a better vocabulary.

(And crazy thinks people will argue HIS points, without noticing his logic is insane? Well, look at the people who work for him, they never question him, they agree with him…lol, because kook uses FEAR to manipulate, in and of itself, a favorite method of kook nuts).

And I know these are just blogs, I’m using this comparison as metaphor, say, for the decision maker who goes to Iraq, or deregulates the economy, or fix elections, or wants to murder all the Jews, say.

      • peter pentagram made too many enemies

Cam math measure the effects of a batshit crazy mind?

What are the current losses in Iraq?

How is that economy going, anybody got a poll?

        LOL.

F’ing moron tools, make THAT correlation, yet?

        • peter pentagram made too many enemies

An example, we all agree 1 +1 = 2, even the crazy guy.

Most of us know 2-1 = 1, but not the kook group, despite the proof, which they can’t comprehend, anyway, not being smart.

Since the kook group can’t understand 2-1=1, they simply refuses to agree it exists, even though those around them know the logic, those with superior minds who don’t cheat, those who understand the result of cheating, ie Obama, Cheney and Bush, is destructive to the American government.

But the kook group is in a position of power, and refuses to consider it may be wrong, unable to comprehend the simple math, fixing the system through weak, flawed derivative cheats, even though others are acting on advanced knowledge around them, their kook group, and the government, falling apart.

And until the smarter people get rid of the kook group, they will proceed, believing 2-1 =1 is not a definition of an abstract, unable to comprehend what we all know, governing, such as it is, with an unworkable system of math, inferior flawed, insane logic.

(It’s call progress, essentially what keeps the US a superpower, the knowledge of 2-1=1, comprehending the proof).

Well I only started coming here about 2 weeks ago so its possible I missed more balanced coverage before then. As things stand now, its embarassingly partisan. Even Andrew Sullivan whom everyone here hates so much has a ‘dissent of the day’ on his website. On this site, I havent seen a single article or link that doesnt try to show Obama as some sort of anti-Christ or Hillary as the saviour. Furthermore, some of the ‘evidence’ tends to be pathetic like the ‘Maxim magazines on his plane’ non-story. So I’d have to say that in the 2 weeks Ive been reading this site, I’m yet to see this balance.

This site was never meant to be balanced. It is the totality of all skepticism that is absent in most of the blogosphere and MSM’s coverage of Obama. The whole Democratic primary was fixed and the media was complicit in covering this and selecting Obama as the nominee. There has been a steady psychological branding of Hillary Clinton in the media and her supporters were attacked everywhere that some came here and refused to support Obama’s candidacy. This is not a place that is “inclusive” in that you will ever hear any praise for Obama; you can easily find that in the vast corporate media echo chamber.

  • glennmcgahhee

This is a media created myth. All the Obama cult is about comes from the media’s determination to destroy the Clintons. The Clintons are the Washington outsiders. They don’t hobnob with the pundits in the Washington scene. Bill Clinton was able to cross multi-cultural barriers and the people loved him. Even with the witch hunts that resulted in the House impeachment hearings, he left the Whitehouse with 60% approval ratings. The Clintons are the do-gooders. They work for the little guy. They experienced the poverty of Arkansas and actually did something about it. They left the country more prosperous than at any time in our history and they had to be destroyed. Obama got off scott free so that he could bring Hillary down. After the convention, I expect the real fun to begin. Unfortunately, the DNC “insiders” were all too happy to help since they would lose power if the Clintons got the reigns again. AGAIN, the Clintons are the Washington outsiders. Obama is working with the good ole boys.

The following is excerpts of a very big article

    http://atlasshrugs2000.typepad.com/atlas_shrugs/2008/05/obama-mythical.html

    Obama’s Mythical Intelligence

When I was in Washington yesterday we were discussing this little mentioned truth – Obama’s year as President produced little worthwhile or significant. Obama’s year is the least cited review. He produced nothing of import.

Constant references have been given as to Obama’s near-mythical intelligence – and over and over again, every one claims that the ‘proof’ of that intelligence is the fact that Obama was President of the Harvard Law Review. And that is a staggering achievement. Only the best and the brightest achieve that – only a student at the top of the grade scale, only a student of outstanding writing skills and superb legal acumen is accorded that honor. It is such a high honor that this accomplishment follows that student through to the rest of his life – it is mentioned in his vitae, his honors, indeed in his very obituary as the incontestable proof of his intelligence. Therefore, it is understandable that all doubts of Obama’s intelligence are instantly assuaged by revealing he was President of the Harvard Law Review.

“Until the 1970′s the editors were picked on the basis of grades, and the president of the Law Review was the student with the highest academic rank. Among these were Elliot L. Richardson, the former Attorney General, and Irwin Griswold, a dean of the Harvard Law School and Solicitor General under Presidents Lyndon B. Johnson and Richard M. Nixon.

That system came under attack in the 1970′s and was replaced by a program in which about half the editors are chosen for their grades and the other half are chosen by fellow students after a special writing competition. The new system, disputed when it began, was meant to help insure that minority students became editors of The Law Review.”

Indeed, at the very moment of his election, the proof of his intelligence was so missing that his predecessor at the job refused to confirm it. Of course, the predecessor trode very cautiously and carefully in his statement issued after Obama had just been elected – but the meaning was clear.:

“Mr. Obama succeeds Peter Yu, a first-generation Chinese-American, as president of The Law Review. After graduation, Mr. Yu plans to serve as a clerk for Chief Judge Patricia Wald on the of the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

Mr. Yu said Mr. Obama’s election ”was a choice on the merits, but others may read something into it.”

“…Mr. Obama was the most prominent minority student on a campus shaken by racial politics. A group agitating for greater faculty diversity occupied the dean’s office and sued the school for discrimination; Derrick Bell, a black law professor, resigned over the issue.

The law review struggled to decide whether affirmative action should factor into the selection of editors, and how much voice to give to critical race theorists, who argued that the legal system was inherently biased against minorities.”

Well, it is clear the committee choosing the President of the Review did ‘factor in’ affirmative action. And it is just as clear they didn’t factor in his grades. Nor did they cite his papers written. In fact, there was not a mention of either. Instead, the committee abandoned them altogether and went to something completely unrelated – politics. In citing Obama’s qualifications, they pointed out that he had worked the political wards in Chicago before he came to Harvard. You may well ask – what does this have to do with grades or legal acumen? The answer is – nothing. And the answer gets even more troubling when one then realizes that after Obama was elected to President of the Law Review, he wrote no papers. That’s totally unheard of. Writing no papers for the Law Review is like taking a class in gymnastics without even putting on your leotards to work out. The whole reason for existence of the Review is to write a paper. And yet the very President of it writes none.

This is a shocking failure of Obama’s that he did not clerk with a judge after graduation. The fact that it is a shocking failure is evidenced by the embarrassed committee admitting it up front so as to beat others to it.:

“The president of the law review usually goes on to serve as a clerk for a judge on the Federal Court of Appeals for a year, and then as a clerk for an associate justice of the Supreme Court. Mr. Obama said he planned to spend two or three years in private law practice and then return to Chicago to re-enter community work, either in politics or in local organizing.”

Very interestink…no ? Obama is consistant in thugish tactics and coerced nominations….

very interesting…why does this sound so familiar?hmmmm…thinking…thinking… :)

this whole election is an affirmative action scam

  • Donna

I am still trying to figure out why congress wants this guy in so bad.
Is it because they know he will loose against McCain or is it because they know they can control him?
If McCain wins, they can keep their lobbiest money, if Nobama gets in they can manipulate him into signing their BS legislation that will screw over the working class to the extent like we have never seen.
    HHHHHmmmmm

The real interesting story read here this weekend is that Obama may be getting alot of small donations from people in other countries-terrorist countries and that is why his warchest is so big and why the DNC is in love with him. Someone needs to investigate where all his “small” donations are coming from. We may be very surprised. Just another piece of information that makes Obama, his wife, and his whole campaign “scary” or as the college kids say “sketchy”.

  • http://optonline Bonita Stevens

Look, this is how I see it. The DNC did everything to destroy Hillary .I went to protest while they decided to punish 2 states for voting too soon. There Obama supporters constantly harrased me and others. We were about 1,000 but the media reported much less. But others states like So.Carolina,N.H and two others were allowed to do this. Between that and the sexist slurs by the media,it was all fixed.I cannot vote for a candidate whose war machine is harrasing of others. Then there is the moral fiber of this man to be considered. He was a member of a church of hate for 20 years. I have gone to all Black churces in the So. Bronx where I live, they preach about loving your fellow man.Obama seems to be be a cameleon. He appears to let some see him for what he and his wife are not. He is not presidential material. I would have voted for a man like Charles Rangle,A Black American but not for this guy whose roots are not in the American Story.Martin Luther King asked we judge that we apply the same standards to all Americans, with a clear heart I for one find him not worthy.

The techiniques are not only subliminal messages that were found in a couple of his TV ads, but perhaps hypnosis is also being used in Obamaland. Not the stage hypnosis everyone is aware of….but the more subtle techinques known as NLP, Persuasion Engineering, Ericksonian Hypnosis, the Delphi Techinques. So, in essense his Obamabots are indeed
in a very deep trance courtesy of Obamaland.

SusanUnPC, you have provided an excellent video that clearly shows, yet again, that this man is a pathological liar — and that is a very dangerous trait. BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA — UNQUALIFIED AND ILLEGITIMATE CANDIDATE — the first unqualified candidate for President of a major party.

    • LC

      WHAT?!?!?
      the first??
      What about Bush?
let me think what was he last in his class????
and McCain hes not too far behind either!
      and how is
Palin qualified so far all I’ve heard her do is lie about the bridge to no where and how she “stopped it” TOTAL BULLSHIT
of yeah I forgot she lives close to RUSSIA!
she MUST be an expert on foreign policy…

  • MTdob4Hillary

Oh please. The only change and hope this presumed nominee will bring will be the change of how history views Bush (Won’t Bush look better if he is followed by OhNo?)…and the Republicans hope he is elected so the O can continue to be manipulated.

    This is a great video!

Besides being moral and good people, I am teaching my kids to be critical thinkers. I am teaching my kids not to just accept something someone tells you but to ask why and then listen to what they tell you.

Why has obama reversed himself on public financing and now FISA?

    Now listen.

  • Ronda

Hillary is coming to Unity, NH this Friday w/ Obama. As much as I miss seeing her here I can’t bring myself to see him so I won’t be going.
Someone commented about not mentioning more of his lies in the video. Sorry, only so much time. LOL.
Anyway, this original Clintonite since NH Primary (1992) will not drink the kool-aid ever.

I never heard so many haters in my life. Some Democrates would rather vote for McCain than vote for a black man, everybody wanna say its not about race but the thought of havin a black president just pisses white people off. I hope he win so i can rub it in every white persons face for the next 4 years

  • Joe

I am one of the aforementioned “well educated Obama supporters.” Most of my friends and family are too, so I was curious to find out why some people don’t like him. I googled the phrase “why people don’t like Obama” and this came up. I’ve gotta say that after reading hundreds of comments it was disappointed; almost none are based in any kind of fact. Comments like “he has no core values” have little or no meaning. He has very simply laid out his values. Read his book, he lays out his values and explains why he holds those values in a very reasonable way. He has laid out detailed proposals on education to healthcare to tax policy. And all of these proposals are a function of his values. He has led an upstanding campaign thus far in stark contrast to McCain’s low road, misleading tactics. I would encourage anyone to go out to factcheck.org. Read the misrepresentations of both candidates, Obama’s truth stretching is a far cry from McCain’s complete falsehoods. Anyone see the “sex ed” ad? Absolutely deplorable. How can anyone support a candidate that has that little respect for voters’ intellegence.

To those who question what Obama stands for, tell me this: what does McCain stand for? What is his stance on education? Does he have a stance? He never mentions it. Obama has innovative ideas like expanding the charter school system, which he’s already done in the state senate, giving money to kids to go to college in exchange for community service. Even if you don’t agree with his ideas, at least he has some. McCain only mentions healthcare in vague generalities (“I’ll make healthcare more affordable”) or when he is misrepresenting Obama’s healthcare proposal (“It’ll force small business to cut jobs and put a bureaucrat between you and your doctor”). Both are untrue – Obama’s plan calls for an exemption for small businesses from the plan and also allows you to keep your current plan. I’m sure to the current uninsureds, they would rather have a bureaucrat between them and their doctor rather than have no doctor at all. McCain says that he’s for renewables but has proposed no funds for research. Obama is proposing $150B in research. This needs to be a priority and yet McCain doesn’t take seriously in terms of actually doing something.

This rarely gets brought up, but McCain finished in the bottom 5 in his class at the Naval Academy. Granted, it’s a difficult school, but so is Harvard Law where Obama finished summa cum laude. While graduating at the top of your class certainly doesn’t qualify you to be president, graduating in the bottom five should eliminate you from the running. Think back to school about the people who finished at the bottom of your class. Could you imagine them running anything let alone your country?

The bottom line is, it seems to me that people are looking for reasons not to like Obama. It is very sad.

    • richasis

WHY DOESN’T BARACK MAKE AVAILABLE HIS TRANSCRIPTS?

  • LC

ummmm you should make one of these for Palin and her “bridge to no where”
or about every lie McCain has said about Obama and how he will “raise your taxes”
haha ohhh ..wow talk talk talk about liars. since half of the shit said here isnt true, I wonder does any one have any actual facts to back up what there saying?
    probably not.

  • richasis

“Read his book, he lays out his values and explains why he holds those values in a very reasonable way.”

I have – and to quote Barack Obama in “Dreams of My Father”:

“To avoid being mistaken for a sellout, I chose my friends carefully. The more politically active black students. The foreign students. The Chicanos. The Marxist professors and structural feminists and punk-rock performance poets. We smoked cigarettes and wore leather jackets. At night, in the dorms, we discussed necolonialism, Franz Fanon, Eurocentrism, and patriarchy. When we ground out our cigarettes in the hallway carpet or set our stereos so loud that the walls began to shake, we were resisting bourgeois society’s stifling constraints. We weren’t indifferent or careless or insecure. We were alienated. But this strategy alone couldn’t provide the distance I wanted, from Joyce or my past. After all, there were thousands of so-called campus radicals, most of them white and tenured and happily tolerated. No, it remained necessary to prove which side you were on, to show your loyalty to the black masses, to strike out and name names.”

At worst, this exudes militant racism; at best this exudes cultural confusion…

Whichever, this cannot be the desired quality of any U.S. President…

  • Joe

This video is nonsense. Snopes.com refutes just about every claim. Even the U of Chicago had to post a message on their website about Obama’s work there to clear his name. Look, if you like McCain’s tax policy, energy policy, and health care plan, vote for him. But don’t make this very important election about urban legends, falsehoods, and guilt by association. Your vote is too important.

  • Kaila

from a young person’s stand point (17 turning 18 3 months after the election) i never really cared about politics before until this year OBAMA IS A MISTAKE WAITING TO HAPPEN i think that he’s just a elebrity politic that why all the other young people just vote for him they don’t know anything about him is he trying to do the trickle down theory becuz newsflash it has been done in history before and it never worked i’ve heard from both sides and some of the things that i’m not sure about obama but from what i heard is that he’s trying to make everyone have medicade …that means less doctors in the U.S. because nobody is want to go to school for 5-8 years just to get payed $3.00 a patient. and he’s making everything federal? i’m pretty sure that means they can own all our things and take them away from us because we don’t own them. And doesn’t he want to go into Alaska? because if he does that must be the worst thing for our world that ice reflects the sun rays and when that melts not only will it raise water levels our earth is going to get warmer. and he wants to take the troops away ??? isn’t it good that we have troops there so that maybe the world can see that the U.S. is trying to help and make peace (even though they don’t want us there) maybe these people won’t think that Americans are bad and it’s unrealistic too just take the troops out and bring them back home and it’s not like we’re gaining any money from the war at all.DID EVERYONE FORGET WHAT HAPPENED SEPTEMBER 11??? i mean im not for the war but i’m not against it i have family in the war and i miss them terribly but there out there for us for our country this is what i was informed i’m not really sure but i’m not liking what i’m hearing haha but if obama does get elected i think that he might get assassinated just because he’s trying to do drastic reform when alot of the people in the u.s. is composed of conservative older people i don’t think their going to like this “change” because abe lincoln and that other president that i can’t remembered got assassinated for making drastic change but i don’t know you never know. but MCCAIN O8 ALL THE WAY BABY!!!!!!!!!!
and ohhh why does everyone pick on palin !! i love her!!! people need to stop because she’s trying !! her family..with her daughter and all ….thats not relevent at all that’s personal just like bill clinton and his affair thats his life that had nothing to do with presidency!! and when they asked palin which newspaper does she read maybe she didn’t want to advertise one type of news paper company so she said all of them i don’t care what anyone says i think palin is strong for still being in the running when the whole world thinks nothing of her !! STOP HATING ON PALIN EVERYONE!!!!! BECAUSE SHES HOTTT AND I LOVE HER!!! okay thats alll

    • Joe

Wow, this is why you have to be 18 to vote.

      • kaila

are you an idiot honestly? i said it’s my view on things why do you have to be an asshole . seriously i think some older people need to grow up!!! just because i can’t vote i’m the youth of america and it’s a shame that not all the youth is educated in politics i’m the future of america and all of you, well ..all of you are just going to be crusty and old!

  • kaila

are you an idiot? honestly…i said it was my view on things. and how old are you? i think that you need to grow up seriously! just because i’m not allowed to vote i’m the future and youth of america!!!! its ashame that alot of young people are not educated in politics. i’m the future of america and well you my good man your just going to grow old and crusty

  • kaila

are you an idiot? honestly…i said it was my view on things. and how old are you? i think that you need to grow up seriously! just because i’m not allowed to vote you need to remember that im the future of this country!! its ashame that alot of younger people are not educated in politics. i’m the future of america and well you my good man your just going to grow old and crusty

  • Joe

Dude, I’m 26. My comment was directed at your rambling, incoherent rant. I can tell you that you are not the future of the country, the future of the country can construct an English sentence. Were you implying that Obama’s tax policy is rooted in trickle down economics?? Really? Do you know what that is? It sounded to me like your two reasons for opposing Obama are the trickle down thing and making everyone have “Medicaid.” One is the complete opposite of the truth, the other is a silly oversimplification of a very progressive health care plan.

What exactly do you like about McCain?

I hate to make an example of you, Kaila, but you are a perfect example of why we need to invest more in our primary and secondary education systems.

I like how you make it seem like he’s the only liar to walk the face of the earth, and I’m sure that the lies he told, are far less of a deal then the Presidents before him.

  • Fuck OBama

you are the a**hole here! obama is an obamanation

  • Justin an American

“Kool-aid” huh? and you told us that it had nothing to do with color.. who is the liar now…99% of the people that agree with this video are LYING to themselves….just admit that you fill your life with hate everyday and you cant see anything but color….and no im not Black but if i was of course i would be offended.

  • Darryl

Its not going to help him. Polls are looking just like they did in the primary. McCain will win every major state. He outspent Hillary 3 to 1 and if our primary had been winner take all, she would have torn him up. He won’t get any “Afirmative Action” with proportional electoral votes in the GE.

  • StrawberrybitesBarky

Pu-leeze. Take a hike, Muffintop, we’re not buying what you’re selling! He’s a fucking pandering sellout and you’re here under the bus with the rest of us. Get used to the view.
