where did i say say that misogyny was limited to gay men? of course not. geez. and yes, most gay men do not overcompensate to the fact that society questions their manhood, but some do. sullivan seems like a gay bill maher to me; obviously they both have some issues with women, and btw, i’m gay.

I have to protest. Most out gay men I know can’t be manipulated by challenges to their ‘manhood.’ Sullivan is simply a freak.

And isn’t it ridiculous to suggest that misogyny is the province of gay men? Women have been oppressed for centuries by straight males, not the tiny gay minority.

Nice. The phrase ‘hoisted by one’s own pitard’ comes to mind. I’m certainly glad Judge Collings understands that the judiciary is a separate branch of government. I hope he protests this favorable treatment publicly.

There is a huge issue here: are some people above the law?

Is Sullivan above the law because he is a HUGE supporter of The Exalted One Of The Holy Teleprompter?
Is Charles Rangel above the law?
Is Rahm Emanual above the law?
Is ACORN above the law?
Is Pelosi’s family above the law?
Is Barney Frank above the law?
Is Van Jones above the law?

Clearly we have two justice systems here: one for friends of the administration, and one for everyone else.

My question is, when are people going to start becoming aware of that in large numbers?

I don’t know, but I have the feeling a few hundred Mexican immigrants without aids who can actually do something useful would be a better use of health care resources than one birth truther with aids. Probably cost about the same in health care resources by the time it is all finished. I wonder how Obama’s health actuaries would calculate it?

If someone with the clout of US attorney can decide who and what is worth prosecuting, then God help those of us who oppose That One if we do anything that even hints of misbehavior. My tin foil hat is buzzing with the thought that maybe the laws will be bent to allow more latitude in prosecuting certain dissenters.

I can foresee Glen Beck getting the death penalty for jaywalking.
