          What this election is showing is the fallacy of party loyalty and solidarity. This nation’s founders designed the system for the Individual–the greatest possible minor case possible in voting–and that you are best served voting your principles and what you want the government to do for it’s People.

          Voting for a compromise has broken the system for over 100 years.

    I agree with Zee: the youth and vitality of the PUMAs is destroying the media narrative. Same with appearances by Will Bowers and other non-Obama Dem men that it’s a movement confined to women.

    Will Bowers does a great job but there are many of us who could also be representing the groups.
    Clinton got 18 million votes..

    the bitter voters
    the Hispanics
    The national security people
    the Jews
    The LGBT

      I used to visit TL often, not anymore.

      I give BTD credit for his fairness through the primary period, but yes, things have changed.

      A few weeks ago I was attacked repeatedly by a certain poster there and we got into a tiff. The next day all our comments were deleted. I guess the prime directive over there is to now eliminate the insults hurled at us and to pretend all is just swell in the unity effort.

      I can’t stand some of the posters there who get to lord it over the LOSERS as if we really LOST.

      We won, Clinton won, and let them get over that.

    The spokespeople for the movement just get better and better. But I never fail to be amazed that because Obama and Clinton are “close” on the issues that people, news types, etc. assume we’ll automatically fall in line, and then act surprised when someone says: not going to happen.

    As we approach this July 4th it might be a good time to reflect on what these symbols mean to the heritage and values of our great Country. We should pause and think whether to have such a man who would desecrate these symbols in the highest office in the Nation.

    Is there anything happening with PUMAs in regards to the convention in August? It would be nice if about 4M of us could descend upon the city and in Norma Rae style hold up a Hillary placard. Or may be on the 4th of July PUMAs from all over the country could meet in their respective cities and peacefully demonstrate. Perhaps we could all wear burkas made out of the flag or something. That might be too radical, but I think we need to put more heat on.

    Thank you PUMA people for trying but you need a crash course in media training. This was a lost opportunity to nail Obama with issues the media won’t talk about. Be specific, be clear, be cogent. Make a list of 10 terrible things about him the MSM won’t bring up and bring them up. Be assertive and refuse to be interrupted. Get in front of the mirror with a hairbrush. Practice, memorize cool buzzwords, use memory aids. it’s not enough to be just young and attractive. I am not saying this just to be critical but because it is necessary you step up your game. I believe that PUMA can take it to the next level.

    I fit the classic demographic Clinton supporter, but more importantly it is the classic demographic of the entire Dem party.

    Over 30 white female is their largest base, so it only goes to figure that there would be more of us in any given protest.

    Harriet speaks for me. I fit into her NYC demographic too, I lived there for 47 years, so it is easy to relate to her for me, I know her instinctively and know what she is all about. I am also of the proletariat, those folks who NEEDED Clinton to represent us and sent our $25 donations whenever we could and still do.

    We aren’t all there is to the party but Donna Brazile was an absolute fool to treat us the way she did and expect us to not RUN for the exit.

    My mama taught me better ‘n’ that.

    I hope Obama does pick Wes Clark. That would make two limp-wristed, skinny “metrosexual” types on the same ticket. Oughta be just the thing to inspire confidence in the Democrats’ ability to defend the country. Yessiree!

    I think Jessie did a nice job as well as the others who have appeared for PUMA. The only thing I wonder is why when we get the spot on national media we don’t say more about the fraudulent DNC activity and the sexism he and his followers displayed throughout the campaign and also why don’t we bring up:
    1) Why hasn’t Obama presented his real birth certificate to prove he is even eligible to run for POTUS let alone a senator;
    2) where are his FULL state senate records;
    3) where are his FULL medical records;
    4) where are his FULL tax records.
