I don’t see Hillary doing this, although I would support her 100% if she did. Hillary will stay at State for the forseeable future. Obama needs her seeing she’s the only competent person in his lousy administration, (maybe Susan Rice also).

If this fails, then the White House fallback position is to fashion — albeit without any explicit acknowledgment — a Cold War-style deterrence policy toward Iran.

What's this supposed to mean? That the O Adm. will allow Iran to follow through with actually getting nuclear weapons and then play the "deterrence" game? Really, what is "a Cold War-style deterrence policy" supposed to mean??

I wish Hillary would move to Pennsylvania and become out next governor. She’d win as easy as a summer breeze.

I had the same thought….although, if she runs for Gov, that probably means she wants to run for Pres, so perhaps not. It was just all coming out at the same time, making it look a wee bit suspicious.

I have to wonder if that isn’t the reason Obama wants Patterson to step down. We have Bill Clinton running around for Obama’s Healthcare bill and calling people who don’t support Obama racist–just wondering if there is a quid pro quo here to get Hillary the nomination.

I agree with you 100%. Everything that you have stated I have also stated in other related blogs. Our dear Hillary is a shrewd politician and will know when it will be the right time to leave the State department. She needs to leave at a time when she can say, “I have done all that I can”. I don’t think that time has come yet. I’m not sure about her running for governor. It all depends on her relationship and loyalty to the Cuomo family. Andy has a really good chance to win this race. Hillary took the SOS job to round out her resume. AS cynical as is sounds it was a shrewd political move. I’m thrilled that she is removed from that circle f**k in Congress.

jwrjr, someone came up with an idea similar to yours, but besides playing with the voting present, they also combined the possible lack of identification (BC). So they wrote his title as “Pres–ent” (the two spaces indicating the missing ID). I can’t remember exactly how they did it, but it was something like this!
