PUMAs Have Awakened

From PrincesseJen … with these words:

We are now finally awake to the corruption of the DNC. We can not just turn our heads and close our eyes to it again. It’s too late to kiss and makeup. We will be heard. To those of you who think we’re just “sore losers”, it’s not just about Hillary losing. Democracy lost. And will will restore it. For further clearification, PUMA was NOT started nor funded by the GOP. Some have even gone so far as to say PUMA was “anti-woman”. Which is nonsensical being that mainly women comprise it because of they’re strong beliefs. Say what you like but this MOVEMENT will not be stopped. For those of you interested in joining don’t be left out. Spread the word and join us. You are not alone.

God, that video’s images of Hillary supporters brought tears to my eyes. I am so proud to be a tiny part of this revolution, and so very proud of all of you who are fighting the good fight. How sad that a bunch of Democrats might have to help elect a Republican predident to bring back integrity and democracy to the “Democratic” Party. PUMA.

In an ominous trend for Obama, only 54% of Hillary voters will vote for Obama and 1/3 will stay home. Looks like a PUMA mauling in the making.

I often feel that we are “left behind”. Just riff-raff are who stirring the ashes of our dreams. I have never been as involved in a campaign, and NEVER disliked anyone as much as “O”! Yes,even “W” looks better!I am glad that we can rally each other…I was very retrospective on the 4th…wishing that Hillary was carrying our banner!

  • Cindy

    I’m poppin’ with Puma Pride!
    Go cats, go!!!!!!

You might be shocked to know how many of the GOP came from “the left”. You say you were not started by the GOP? I say you got it backward. The GOP, from it’s very earliest beginnings was started by people just like you. For exactly the same reasons.

Y’all might want to reflect on that a bit.

  • democracyfirst

It would be extremely effective if we could afford to put the best videos, like this one, on the mass media as ads.

“….wishing that Hillary was carrying our banner!”

Hillary is still carrying our banner..Hillary has not left us..We have a duty to make sure that Hillary Clinton becomes the next President 2008

  • Sharyn

Where can I get some of those photos to copy? by themselves and not part of a video. especially photos of voters protesting DNC on FL and MI. Thanks!

  • catherine

I was very retrospective too Sassy- also not feeling very patriotic. I have lots of Americana home decorations that stayed in the closets this year- just could not bring them out. Instead I have out my beach/fish decor. It sounds silly I know, but this is what the DNC has done to my patriotic spirit. I will fight for my democracy- it just saddens me that my party has placed me in a position where I have to fight for something along with everything else I have to do to keep my family going. But I will fight through PUMA because I know what is right and what was done this year to Hillary by the DNC, the media, and Obama was just not right.

  • rjj

    All is flux, anon.

    Things evolve.

    The DNC fucked up.

  • HillaryforPresident

We need to ensure that Obama is lost in the next election.

Take note my PUMA! If Obama wins, surely he is so greedy enough for reelection by 2012. Hillary’s chance will be lost.

The way I see it now, it is like McCain and Bush in 2000. Bush dirty hammered McCain and his family.

THE DIRTY OBAMA MUST NOT WIN! VOTE FOR MCCAIN! LET BUSH EAT HIS WORDS BY ALLOWING MCCAIN TO WIN.

We will restore Hillary’s honor by 2012. To do that, we need to help McCain win against Obama. Then Let Hillary fight by 2012.

  • BluDawg

    LOVE it!

  • Barbara

ATTENTION !!!! It is imperative that we call, write, email to death our politicians Every day, several times a day. We will show the people what the Democrats are by forcing them to vote and publically smearing them, they will try their best to
stall on a vote, they will try to shelf it hoping they win in November and if they do win,WE WILL NEVER SEE A DROP OF AMERICAN OIL .

This is one big, huge area, one issue that will make them lose in November, it is election year for a lot of senators too,it is vitally important to have their votes for DRILLING FOR AMERICAN OIL ON RECORD. Congress is out for the holiday, when they return, lets make sure they are flooded with phone messages and emails with DEMANDS, Not request and please do’s but DEMANDS. http://www.americansolutions.com/actioncenter/petitions/?Guid=54ec6e43-75a8-445b-aa7b-346a1e096659 Companies Begin Quest for Oil, Gas Off Florida

Are there any shirts etc. that are available to buy re PUMA? I am interested in getting some. Thanks. Also, does anyone have numbers as to how many of us (PUMAS) there are out there? How much did Hillary’s debt repayment get yesterday? I sent mine in first thing in am. Is there anyway this can be known? I love this video and also wish it could be funded to play on the mainstream outlets. Is there still a sliver of hope that HRC will be our nominee? I’m counting on it. Thanks for this site from a lifelong Independent. I chose Hillary to support because she is the best qualified(as I always look for the best qualified not what party they may be) IMO and I will continue to oppose BHO as long as he is still the usurper candidate. He must be defeated.

Me too! – because I won’t allow the Dem Party and Obama to “take away” my right to vote.
Staying home is a passive response to the DNC fixing the primary – and condoning Obama repeatedly trashing the Clinton administration and falsely accusing the Clintons of racism.
    NObama!

At least McCain had shown courage by speaking out and voting against Bush policies and the Repub Party line on Torture, immigration, NCLB, Rummy, management of war, etc. – and PAID a political price!

Obama has shown no political courage and trashes Dems and Dem values for political expediency.

  • LindaA1

With Obama’s troops either dumbfounded or at least skeptical with his sudden (sic) CHANGEs of policy, we Hillary supporters have a giant opening.

Now’s the time to put pressure on the super delegates.

Threatening to stay at home is a wasted vote and an empty threat.

Threatening to vote for a third party is a wasted vote and an empty threat.

Threatening to write-in Hillary is a TRASHED vote (states require that the candidate register for write-in votes. Hillary has not registered and has been clear that she will not do so.)

Any of these three options delight the Obama campaign and the DNC because they cause no damage to Obama’s chances of keeping the nomination and winning the general election.

THE ONLY REAL THREAT IS TO SAY YOU WILL VOTE FOR McCAIN if Hillary is not the nominee.

Contact the super delegates often, especially in your districts. Let them know you will vote for McCain.

YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BELIEVE IN OR ACCEPT McCAIN’S POSITIONS TO VOTE FOR HIM…

McCain would have a strong Democratic Majority in Congress, maybe even a veto-proof majority. He could not get a conservative Supreme Court judge approved without a 2/3′s majority. He could not continue the war without funding from Congress.

Anything McCain would do by Executive Order can be undone the minute a new President takes office.

McCain would be a hamstrung, lame-duck President unless he cooperates with the Democratic Majority and comes around to their positions on policy.

Threatening to vote for McCain is the best chance we have of getting the nomination this year for Hillary. If that doesn’t pan out, then voting for four years of a lame-duck McCain is the fastest way to secure the Presidency for Hillary in 2012!

HOLD YOUR NOSE – USE YOUR HEAD – VOTE FOR JOHN McCAIN!

Unless Hillary gets the nomination – then screw him!

PUMA can not be about one canidate, it has to be about the system on the way the democratic party does business. How can you count equally the delegates from PA as you do in Iowa. We have a F’D up system. Let’s not let this happen again. We can not choose a canidate to represent the US of A Democratic Party in November based on a few people that voted in January. Let’s get focus and keep our eyes on the prize.
If we become Indy’s in most states we can not vote in the primaries, so we must first change those rules (It may hurt later) but worth the pain.
Fist and foremost, we must show the Dean’s of the world that the party consist of more than one segment. Mine was to take my name off the list of contributors for both local and national canidantes. Please don’t get me wrong, I will support the local canidates I believe in, but I will not give a quarter to the DNC etc.
Let’s sit back and watch them self destruct!

  • Betty

I read the two articles in the Guardian. Then I copied and pasted them into emails to my super delegates.

I wonder how Obama super-delegates look them selves in the mirror each day. At the very least they did nothing to stop the brutal treatment of a woman who spent 30+ years fighting for children, who is the former First Lady of both Arkansas as the United States of America, as well as a United States Senator and in some cases a college (and as Amy Klobuchar’s aide told me – Any and Hillary are good friends).

I don’t know about the super-delegates in any other states but the ones in MN who support Obama – THEY JUST STINK!

WOW!!! This video is great. Thanks to the whole movement for speaking out against this terrible scam on the American people.

The DNC pulled the wool over the eyes of the American people. To get this unelectable person in the White House is a disgrace to whole political system. You haven’t seen anything yet as far as the debt of this economy goes. If Obama gets in, you will see higher taxes, job lay-offs, and perks for the elitist. He won’t stop pork-barrel in Congress. They are the ones trying to get him elected. I vote to get them all out of Congress. If they won’t listen to the American people, get them out. While they have special privileges, the American people have to suffer with higher gas prices, higher food prices, and no site in end.

Puma is the best thing that has happened to this Country. Go get them!!!

  • Obama is a bum

The only way Hillary could get the nomination this year is if McCain took a double digit lead in the polls over Obama. That is not happening, Obama is holding on to a lead.

It does not seem to matter how many crazy pastors or nutty radicals Obama has forged close long term relationships with, he has a base of support that just will not drop this guy.

The only option now is McCain, he must defeat Obama. PUMA people need to put forth the effort to convince Independents, non-zombies Democrats who are uneducated about Obama, and Republicans who may sit home to vote for McCain.

This site has many excellent articles daily that expose Obama. I urge people to direct others they know to this site so they can educate themselves on Obama.

Obama is bleeding from a dozen cuts at this point.

It’s possible his over-shooting the “run to the middle” may stop his small momentum and start it on a slow downward spiral.

There is always the point of critical mass. If Obama suffers a downward momentum from the flip-flops and his supporters and the MSM pick away at his sudden conversion to McBamaBush, he could reach that critical mass.

That’s when he implodes and the polls dive.

I can envision a double digit lead by McCain before the convention.

    Dreaming? Maybe…

But the odds are not as bad as they have been :-)

  • Raven

This article in the IsraliInsider needs to go
everywhere! Great work to everyone who had a hand
in exposing this fake document. MSM must be urged to get ALL OVER this!
BTW, thanks for the great interview with Heidi and
Marc by Bud White. It was fantastic. They both had
some wonderful insights into the primary process.

  • LindaA1

I don’t know if you are referring to my and other’s calls to vote for McCain or not.

I agree that we should be about the unfairness of the process and not the candidate…

    BUT –

At this point, if we are going to make an impact about our outrage at the illicit goings-on of Obama and the DNC and the MSM, we have to pick a winning strategy to make that point.

The only way to make a real threat right now is to indicate that we will vote for John McCain.

Any other vote – write-in, stay home or third party vote – is an empty threat since it means nothing in the numbers. The DNC and Obama are only concerned with the bottom line…what votes can hurt them.

My vote for McCain will mean nothing other than a protest vote against the Democratic leadership and the MSM. I don’t like his policies. I don’t like the GOP.

But I am willing to suffer four more years of lame-duck deadlock if the alternative is Obama. We’ll have a strong Democratic Majority in Congress to keep McCain in deadlock – or in cooperation.

If you want to be heard – threaten to vote for McCain!

    must read must pass along!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    PUMA CALL TO DNC DELEGATES
OBAMA SIGNALS ENDLESS WAR IN IRAQ , SELLOUTS ON FISA, NAFTA, AND CAMPAIGN FINANCE REFORM
WANTED: 350 HONEST DEMOCRATIC DELEGATES TO LEAVE FRAUDULENT OBAMA IN DENVER !
On July 3, Barack Obama revealed once and for all that has run a fraudulent campaign in his attempt to secure the Democratic nomination for President. The foundation of Obamas campaign had been his claim that he was the anti-war alternative in his opposition to Bushs war in Iraq . Now, in a North Dakota campaign event, Obama has declared that he will consult with the generals and refine his position on the Iraq war. The Washington Post headlined: Obama May Consider Slowing Iraq Withdrawal. But the real message is clear: Obama is moving rapidly away from his earlier 11-month or 16-month timetables for withdrawal and towards full support for endless war, conflict, violence, and bankruptcy in Iraq . Samantha Power had confessed Obamas doubletalk on Iraq months ago. The handwriting is now on the wall: Obama will soon go to Iraq , meet with General Petraeus, and then announce his Baghdad road conversion to a policy of open-ended military occupation, oblivious to the immense human costs. Soon there will be no difference at all between Obama and McCain on the Iraq war, and the Democratic Party will have missed yet another historic opportunity to help the American people end Bushs and Cheneys failed Neo-Conservative policies. McCain is exploiting Obamas radical shifts in position as examples that Obama has no principles, but only opportunism and expediency, and that his much-touted soaring words mean absolutely nothing. We Democrats now have our last chance to reflect: do we really want to give our nomination to this little-known newcomer who solicited support as a peace advocate, but has now unmasked himself as being a candidate with positions closer to McCain on Iraq ?
OBAMA BETRAYS DEMOCRATS ON FISA, NAFTA, CAMPAIGN FINANCE, THE DEATH PENALTY, AND MUCH MORE
From the instant that he felt that the Democratic nomination was in his hands, Obama has moved relentlessly to the right in a breathtaking, stunning exhibition of cynicism, duplicity, and fraudulent campaigning. Everything he stood for has been thrown overboard, and Obama has broken his verbal contract with his own core voters and donors. Obama promised to stop Bushs assault on the Constitution and civil liberties, and end illegal wiretapping. Now, Obama will vote for the Republican leaning compromise on the FISA bill, including immunity for the telecoms something only yesterdayhe promised the Democrats who supported himhe wouldfilibuster. Obama raised money from grassroots Democrats on the premise that their small donations would allow him to be free of the corrupting influence of big money, big business, and special interests, but he has now broken his promise by opting out of public financing for his fall campaign, junking the cause of political reform he claimed to champion. In Ohio and Pennsylvania , Obama posed as a critic of free trade sellouts like NAFTA, CAFTA, and WTO, specificly telling voters that voting for Hillary Clinton would be voting to support NAFTA. Now Obamahas now told Fortune magazine that he is a great friend of free trade and the market. Obama now openly supports the death penalty, more of Bushs faith-based theocratic subsidies, and the merit pay assault on teachers. He wants to cut the corporate income tax, and he now opposes attempts to curb hand gun violence. In a most glaring betrayal to his contract with the Democratic base, Obama’scurrent team of economic advisers suggests that he will soon come out for the partial privatization of Social Security, camouflaged as entitlement reform. In short, Obama intends to betray not just his own basic commitments, but the historical foundations of the Democratic Party going back to Franklin D. Roosevelt. The modern Democratic Party was built on the New Deal Democrats, a party of shared responsibility, and a contract to be the voice and champion of working class Americans. Obama’s “new coalition” dismantles the REAL Democratic party and replaces it with an elite party of Neo-Liberals, stealing the mantle of FDR.
SENATOR CLINTON MUST BE OUR NOMINEE
DEMOCRATS DID NOT VOTE FOR THE OBAMA WHO HAS BEEN RUNNING FOR PRESIDENT AFTER JUNE 3RD
If Obama imitates McCain on so many issues, the November election will come down to a choice between two individuals, and a fraudulent Obama will not fare well against war hero McCain, who is seen by voters as a straight shooter. McCain will point out that voters cannot trust the disingenuous Obama, and on that, McCain will be correct. Fortunately, Obama has tipped his hand by dropping his mask too soon: there is no Democratic nominee until the Roll Call of the States on August 27, 2008 in Denver . We are not calling for some futile and self-defeating gesture we are pointing to the path that leads to victory. With Senator Clinton, we have a superior, battle-tested, and winning candidate who is waiting in the wings, ready, and willing to take over. Clinton would be a reliable leader on the issues that have built the Democratic Party. She has stood firm on her positions — past and present — even when it is not politically expedient. The lesson is clear: the Democratic Party cannot win back the White House without the support of the New Deal Democratic base and their ideals. The Democratic Convention in Denver must put forth a candidate that represents the values of the Party of FDR and that will win the hearts, minds, and votes of Democrats in November. The Barack Obama running after June 3rd is not that candidate. We must have an open convention in Denver — not a thoughtless coronation — so that we can seriously deliberate the far-reaching choices the party must make in this time of war and economic depression.
350 PATRIOTS CAN SAVE THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY BY NOMINATING THE TRUER DEMOCRAT
The fate of the United States — and the future of the Democratic Party– now rests with a minimum of 350 Democratic delegates who must now exercise their mature political judgment in the service of their country, and turn away from Obama to support Senator Clinton. As of now, Obama has about 2229.5 delegate votes, with 1766.5 pledged delegates and 463 superdelegates. Clinton has 1896.5 delegate votes, with 1639.5 pledged and 257 super delegates. Shift just 350 delegates from Obama to Clinton, and Obamas power grab comes to a halt. There must be no nomination of Obama on the first ballot. Once Obama has failed to secure the nomination on the first ballot, the party will be able to reflect on who the nominee ought to be, based on the experiences of June, July, and August. Senator Clinton is pledged to an orderly, sane, and securepullout. Clinton wants mandatoryuniversal health care and a freeze on foreclosures. She wants to shift the federal gasoline tax away from motorists, truckers, and farmers and towards the Oil Industry. Obama is on the wrong side of all of these issues. Hillary Clinton is and has always been on the side of traditional Democratic Party values. We want a president from the Democratic Party, not from a small group of elite, libertarian Neo-Liberals. Lexington and Concord were started by a few dozen farmers. Does the Democratic Party still have 350 patriots with the courage to take a stand?
PUMAS URGE YOU TO BRING TO AND END WHAT HAS HAS BEEN A MOST FRAUDULENT CAMPAIGN
We are PUMAs — Democrats who reject an automatic proxy vote. Instead, we are fighting for real Democratic Party values and the future of the party we love and still claim as our own. We call on the delegates to the Denver convention to search their consciences, their experiences in past elections, and their own common sense. Our party has had enough of defeat and retreat. We must not allow the DNC to impose on us yet another losing General Election candidate. Obamas anemic poll numbers already foreshadow defeat in November, and his continuing sellout on the issues is only making matters worse. We urge you to reconsider your vote for Obama, and to instead vote for Senator Clinton — the strongest candidate, the peoples choice in the popular vote, and the candidate who has and will continue to steadfastly represent the core pillars of the Democratic Party. Vote to seat Michigan and Florida at full strength as elected in the January primary. Organize your fellow delegates to block Obama. Vote for Clinton , for victory in November, and for an end to the long nightmare of the Iraq war.

Will Bower (in cooperation with other PUMAs)

    thank you!

pumas are a solitary animal that suck at organizing.

I think it’s fitting for this bunch.

Betty — I can assure you, as a Board Member of the StateDemocracy Foundation that operates the LobbyDelegates.com website, that every email or fax submitted to SuperDelegates via the LobbyDelegates.com website is delivered, if at all possible.

However, a number of the SuperDelegates have changed, closed or otherwise are not using the email address they originally had, so some emails are not going through for this reason. (Note that we are a small nonprofit and can’t underwrite continuing research to find new email addresses).

Also, I’ve heard from other users that SuperDelegates increasingly don’t respond because they apparently now view the matter as settled. You can always print out, add your own postage and mail your message(s), as the postal addresses have not changed. (Obviously, it is harder to move out of your office or home to avoid being lobbyied by intensely concerned grassroots voters, LOL). You can also FAX if you give our Foundation a donation to offset the faxing service costs we incur.

We are keeping the LobbyDelegates.com site open until the August convention b/c that is the official end of the nomination process, and citizens have a right to express themselves to decision-makers up until the nominating ballots are actually cast. Our Foundation is completely non-biased among the candidates, but totally dedicated to grassroots participation in the democratic process. You can also visit our StateDemocracy.org website to engage in dialog with state and federal lawmakers. I hope this information is reassuring of your concerns.

betty — if only 54% of Democrats will vote for Obama then the party will be destroyed in the GE because that means those who won’t vote for Obama might not vote for the down ticket Democrat either. The only part of the CNN Poll I don’t believe is that Democrats have changed their minds about voting for McCain. I think his support is growing stronger because of us Hill/Dems.PUMA Rules

  • s. hall

If anyone in the Democratic Party had any brains they would call for an open convention and let the delegates vent. But the self-destructive Democrats are going over the cliff for Obama–NO MATTER WHAT. Never have so many done so much for someone who was worth so little. The next convention they can hold in a phone booth cause the only supporters left will be Brazile and Pelosi. Success has a million friends — Failure stands alone.

  • s. hall

patti — ^5 ^5 you bet it is.

Linda Its easy for Obama to change positions because he stands for nothing. The only people he’s loyal to are those who hate this country. Obama wants to be president so he can have complete control over us.

So he says what he has to say and bribes who he needs to bribe to get what he wants.

    PUMA

  • s. hall

obama is a bum — I don’t believe the polls. They always pretend the polls are close so they can keep this thing going.

  • s. hall

florida with 1/2 vote — wait till he starts allowing employers to hire and fire based on religion. That is not going to sit well with the American people. In fact nothing Obama does is going to sit well with the American people. We need help — we don’t need a man who attended a hate filled church to tell us what to believe.

  • s. hall

linda — I agree with you but I AM going to vote for McCain. I have become an Independent and will vote against Obama in the only way that will matter. I will vote for the other guy. The media is now going to say that Democrats who voted for Hillary will stay home. No we won’t we are going to matter by voting for McCain–who is a principled man and who loves this country.

  • s. hall

OBSP — PUMA is about stopping Obama and it can only stop Obama if we Democrats for Republican for a Day. Worked for Obama.

  • s. hall

Coster — I believe that PUMA will be a very strong organization — maybe even a third party at some point but right now we have to be about stopping Obama.

  • s. hall

sassy we are going to have to carry our own banner for a while. I love Hillary too and maybe just maybe the SD’s will have their say and realize if they go ahead and nominate Obama they will destroy the Democratic Party. The Democrats have abandoned us and our issues — they think in the end we will come home like errant children because we have no where else to go. I for one will not go back until this mob is gone. I hear you sassy — first you get sad and then you get mad.

  • s. hall

sassy — they are terrified of us. Never in my life seen the party nominate a candidate with less support than Obama. 54% of Democrats support Obama–that is a terrible number. Usually a nominee carries about 90-95% of their own party. Obama is running around trying to out Republican the Republicans because he can’t win as a Democrat. You and I and people like us are the ones with the Power. Obama used the Democratic voters and then tossed them aside–and now those same Democrats are saying NO WAY

  • s. hall

CHEZMADAME — Sounds like you raised a great kid. God bless her and you.

Thank you guys. I love being a part of all this. Hugs to you all.

  • Obama’s gums look sick

I can never forgive Obama for trying to destroy Hillary so viciously and then end up trying to steal all her hard-won positions and centrist appeal. This man stands for every insult a woman has ever had to face.

This is not what my Democratic Party stands for and they need to hear loud and clear we have left the reservation and will not come back until they are totally……. CHANGED. And that has to be ….change I can believe in.

If Obama was not hell bent on destroying the Dem Party he would have grabbed being VP which is still over-reaching for his talent, politics and experience.

But instead he demanded he get the whole thing; and now he has nothing. This is an operatic tragedy. Forget his middle name is Hussein; it is Hubris.

  • Obama’s gums look sick

Did you gag on Brazile’s swarmy toast to her July Fourths in the hazy past – life was so rosy and so full of American good will that it is hard to believe there is still a “black” struggle left in this land. Can’t have it both ways, Brazile.

If like was that good decades ago for you and so full of kindly American devotion, tell me again why we “need” a black President?

  • lb_Jane and Trevor the Mag

Catherine, just remember you are not fighting alone.
You said you didnt feel very patriotic, well I feel patriotic and its because of people like you and everyone else here on PUMA.pac, No Quarter, Just say NO Deal, and all the other sites and blogs. Someone said that dissent is the highest form of patriotism. It may not be fun and games and it isnt like sitting there watching a great parade go by with a marching band but it is important. so many people have sacrificed so much for this country, every time I get saddened by bad decisions made by our government I remember that.

Me too, me too – But I went all out on the decorations and recited the Declaration of Independence to my boys! We sang the Star Spangled Banner as we watchen the fireworks.

I tell everyone I know…..they have to do more than just vote this year. They must donate, organize and talk to their friends. They must encourage everyone they know to vote for McCain if BO is the democratic nominee.

My friends less involved say to me often that the election energy has just died off now that Hillary is not in the news……. We miss Hillary!

  • Disgusted

If it helps you sleep at night thinking there are 20 PUMA members you may do so. The bottom line is 54% of democrats isn’t gonna get it done for Obama. The good news is, the longer this goes on and the more Obama speaks the lower the number becomes.

Agree, we must all vote in November–by staying home OHB win — he will sneek into office like he has snuck everywhere–what a scary thought.

In the last couple of weeks he has moved all over the map on nearly every issue. Now he is saying he may not return the Men and Women from Iraq in 09–that is not what he promised in the primary season.

I am not a big McCain fan, but he did fight for our country–BO recently said he never went into the Military because the draft had been abolished.— Excuse me — but what does he think a volunteer Military is. Volunteers. He make me ill.

  • Cat in NJ

As each day passes, this 25-year Democrat is convinced voting for McCain is the right thing to do. Hey, the GOP could have elected a much more conservative candidate than McCain. Make way for Hillary in 2012, if she decides to run again.

One thing I have no doubt about … I will NEVER vote for a man like Obama. I can’t remember a candidate with so few redeeming qualities, and it gets worse every day. Thanks for nothing, DNC.

PUMAs must persist. It’s a matter of quality of life and death of our core values as a nation.

  • BJinChicago

Threaten? Idle threats mean nothing; actions will get us results. The DNC has betrayed its public trust; it must be rebuked and punished for its betrayal. Otherwise, it will continue to operate
as it has this election cycle.

Hillary or McCain. there is no other viable option for our country. After 8 years of Bush, our country cannot withstand another incompetent as POTUS.

Essentially, they’re claiming that PUMA is a swiftboating Republican organization and anti-woman. Of course there is a lot of the expected HRC-supporter bashing.

Interesting how this bunch of fringe loonies feels that they can win WITHOUT Clinton’s supporters. They say Fuck Em. Well, hmmm, I’d say that the supporters will Fuck Them.

Harry Reed YOU really need to read this. All America has, but you just seam to be out of the loop and ARE NOT in the same zone as the REST OF AMERICA.

So why don’t your staff look into the web site and you should also. STOP KILLING AMERICA!

    The Truth About Crude Oil

First Crude Oil is NOT from Dino the Dinosaur or his brothers. Logically speaking if the earth was covered with a dense primeval forest and there was a Dinosaur living in every five square mile area on the face of the earth, and all this was compressed into a sub surface space for tens of thousands of years, and produced a pool of Crude Oil, it WOULD ONLY FEED the needs of this world for the PAST twenty years, so WHAT FUELED the Industrial Age for the first EIGHTY YEARS???????????????????????????

Think about what is stated above! Science states that oil is the by product of the earths ENGINE as it rotates creating GRAVITY and super heating rock formations, that through this process release oil and this oil flows into cavities within the earth.

Now with this said, what is the reason for the excessive spike in Crude and Natural Gas prices? GREED.
In the 60’s gas sold for 35 cents a gallon, cars got 5 to 7 MPG so a 100 mile trip would take some 16 gallons at a cost of 5 dollars. Today cars get 30 miles to a gallon and that same trip would only take 3 gallons of gas at a cost of 12 dollars. Take into account the LOSS OF VALUE of the FRN and you will see that BIG OIL is KEEPING ITS bottom line HIGH as the efficiency of the engines increase.

There was a contrived oil crisis in the 70’s and there is one today. Why? It is the GREED of BIG OIL! It takes less than 20 dollars to get oil out of the ground and refined into its product and delivered. It takes from 6 months to a year for a well from the day the drill head starts the hole until it produce oil. The Russians can do it in three mounts. Today’s wells exceed 6000 barrels a day, and one off shore platform can have over 20 SLANT WELL HEADS producing oil 24 hours a day.

The United States of America is sitting on the worlds largest coal reserves; it also has more crude oil than the Middle East. Recent finds in Montana exceed what is found in Saudi Arabia, and Pennsylvania has over 3 trillion cubic feet of Natural Gas yet to be pumped into the system. Alaska has extensive reserves yet CONGRESS has for years REFUSED to allow the release of this oil, because of RED TAPE and that they are under the control of ENVIRONMENTALIST groups. These groups want all Americans to ride bikes and live as the settlers did in the 1800. Congress continues to LIE regarding the time it takes to drill a well and get the oil into the system. They state that it would be ten years before wells drilled today could produce oil. This is a BOLD FACE LIE. Congress has prohibited drilling for the past two decades, if what they say is true and if they allowed drilling decades ago we would NOT HAVE FOUR DOLLAR A GALLON GAS PRICES, and HOME HEATING OIL WOULD NOT BE OVER FOUR DOLLARS A GALLON, THAT WILL CAUSE A HEATING CRISIS THIS WINTER, and SOME AMERICAN MAY FREEZE TO DEATH FOR LACK OF HEAT. CONGRESS IS TO BLAME IF THIS OCCURS.

Today’s advances in drilling insure a protected environment. The WILD CAT wells of the early 1900 are a thing of the past.

Environmentalist claim that the exhaust of power plants create TONS of CO2, HOWEVER, CO2 is a GAS and is measured in cubic feet NOT TONS. The advance scrubbing of the exhausts prevent most hydrocarbons from being suspended in the atmosphere. Most ALL the reasons given by environmentalist are not science, but an agenda to deprive Americans of their standard of living.

Yes, it is sad but it has to be done to show the sexist media and the pundits that they cannot get away with manipulating the Democratic process. I’m from Florida and my vote was counted as 1/2. I guess that means I’m only half a person. The DNC and the media needs to be taught a lesson. I will be voting for Mcain if Obama does not put Hillary on the ticket. All the media and pundits say oh they will all get over it. Not, no I will never get over my Constitutional rights being violated. Obama is so pompus, he’s acting like he’s already the president. This is going to back fire on all of them. Hillary’s presence is sorely missed it’s like a ray of sunshine has been covered with a dark cloud. I look at it this way. If Mcain gets elected, he will only last 4 years then hopefully Hillary will run again and of course all those people will see the error of their ways. Because, it can’t get any worse for me. I don’t have health insurance and I was layed off from my job a couple of months ago, so 4 more years of Republicans, I can live with. I know Mcain will be way better than Bush. I would not feel safe with Obama in charge. He has to ask his people what he needs to do in any given situation. Do you think Hillary would have to be guided and cuddled through her presidentcy ? Obama has already flip flopped and will most certainly roll over just like a dog. He’s just a mere puppet, an empty suit. You know if he were ugly, Hillary would be the nominee.

  • Angie

She was a beam of light and hope. The way she was treated by her peers and supposedly friends. Friends that she and Bill had personally made sure they were elected to their offices. The back stabbing of the Clintons was sickning. Also, to know that Hillary helped Obama get elected to the senate and that he often went to her for advice is jawdropping. I really don’t think he will win without her. The media and Washington live in their own bubble. They don’t live in the real world. I know for sure that Obama will not win Florida or any other Southern state. That was the primary’s. When you get down to the general election, trust me he will not win the South. I’m not a racist, but I’ve lived in the South my whole life and it just ain’t gonna happen. Someone said he is going to pick Bill Richardson. I hope he does, because if he thinks this country will elect an african american and a mexican they are dillusional. Majority rules.

  • Angie

We are not left behind. We just have to show them what kind of power we do have and vote for Mcain. But, please don’t stay home. Mcain needs our votes for Obama too lose. 4 more years will fly by and hopefully the DNC and the media will see the error of their ways. Hillary 2012!!!!!!
