There are quite a few top Dems who would so easily overshadow him as VP (unintentionally and without even trying), namely because they are much more experienced and qualified for the top spot on the ticket that he already presumably occupies. And although I almost wish that HRC would come out and publicly state her complete disinterest in the VP spot now (prior to O-Boy's camp choosing said candidate), I also know that the Hillary bashers would be out instantaneously in full force saying what a horrible person she is for doing that and blah-blah-blah (you know the rest). Like she's not "supporting" him fully. Even though it's perfectly okay for others -- like Webb, Strickland, Rendell, et al. -- to come out now and decline any potential offer (and hence remove themselves from the conversation and the "list"). She would be treated VERY differently, of course (oh what a surprise). As we already know good and well, she is FAR too good to be his VP.
