A while ago I suggested that PUMAs respond to the planned coronation of Barack Obama and cries to “get over it” by keeping their Hillary stickers on their cars; I plan to.

Here’s another suggestion, sparked by the sight of my brother’s shiny new Obama sticker on his car– we should all get brand new Hillary stickers and put them on our bumpers, to show people that we aren’t just bitter-enders who haven’t bothered to take the stickers off, but are more for Hillary now than ever before.

And can anyone tell me if there are people selling “McCain ’08, Hillary ’12″ stickers yet? I would buy one of those, too.

Of course, I’m not sure exactly why Nevada and Texas were thrown in there – Obama won by the only metric which mattered in the primary elections – delegates.

Guess you’ve missed the mountain of complaints and reports from caucus attendees about the lying, cheating, stealing, threats, and shenanigans of the Obama supporters at the Texas and Nevada caucuses. “Winning” by cheating is not a win. You will see in November, if your selected not elected candidate makes it that far.

If we all of a sudden decided to not include any superdelegates at all, then Obama would still hold the majority, and thus would have enough delegates to win. So, superdelegates don’t mean very much.

The metric for me is the same that it was before the primary season started – whoever wins the most delegates gets the nomination. Period. I’m consistent like that.

I’ve heard of complaints on both sides. None of them, as far as I know, never amounted to anything. I read the letter that the Obama campaign submitted regarding a whole bunch of irregularities, so I think each side more than likely has a bit of a gripe, but overall, I was pleased with how the caucuses were handled.

I don’t think that Hillary Clinton cheated in spite of the Obama campaign’s claims, nor do I think the Obama campaign cheated in spite of the Clinton campaign’s claims. I choose to give both campaigns the benefit of the doubt and move on to the general election.

Texas is in there because of all the questionable behavior executed during caucus.

Just today Fox News stated that Barack Obama had made the
statement, in a speech, that his uncle had help liberate the Jews from
Auswitch Concentration Camp at the end of WWII. NOT EXACTLY: Obama does
not have an uncle, as his mother, who is white, had no brothers. His
father’s people are not Americans. And Auswitch Concentration Camp was
liberated by the Russians, not the Americans, as Auschwitz is in Poland
and American troops were never there. (This hasn’t been carried in the
general media which is overlooking Obama’s “misstatements.”)

Hillary Clinton’s suspended campaign is sending out letters to donors asking to rollover a $2,300 contribution to her 2008 general election to her 2012 senate election fund — instead of accepting a refund, according to a report in the New York Observer.

The letter reportedly states in part: “Dear friend, your commitment has meant so much to me over the course of my presidential campaign. You were there for me when I needed you the most and I’ll never forget it. I hope you’ll help me continue to fight for the issues and causes we believe in by filling out the enclosed form in support of Friends of Hillary.”

The accompanying form spells out: “I hereby verify that my 2008 general election contribution may be designated to the 2012 Senate election. I designate the entire amount to the 2012 primary election. However if I have already contributed to the 2012 primary, I designate any amount in excess of $2,300 to the 2012 general election.”

“If we do not hear back from you by August 28 2008 we will automatically refund your contribution.”

After the 2000 election some friends and I were discussing why nothing was done when it was so obvious what had happened in the Supreme Court, in Florida, Missouri and so many other states. At that time I said it would take a catalyst event to propel the People into action after the shock disappeared. Eight years really isn’t a long time when you realize the time that had lapsed before the revolutions of Russia, France and, yes, the United states finally began.

A civilized People gives chance after chance to those with the power to undo the mistakes but eventually, that catalyst event will propel them into action. That event took place during the 2008 primaries and the People realized that to change what had happened, they had to act – and act they have.

The unfair and biased treatment against Senator Clinton and the favorable and fawning treatment of Barack Obama is that catalyst.

This election has shown the political bureaucrats that they have awakened a mighty force that they can not control or stop. IF a majority of the People are determined that Senator Hillary Clinton WILL be their leader, the political might of the Democratic party can not stop them even though threats of violence from Obama disciples have cowed party resistance.
