Diane of “Just Say No Deal”: After the Show Show

Via Fox & Friends video:

  • baracknophobia

    Things I’ve learned here:

1.Hillary supporters will spend all day defending their candidate online…. But Obama supporters only post on the internet if they are being payed 7 dollars an hour to regurgitate talking points.

2.The means always justify the ends for Obama, whereas Hillary ran a principled, flip flop free campaign.

    3. It is impossible to disagree with PUMAS in good faith- to disagree, one must “drink kool-aid.”

    4. The sexism of Obama’s supporters should disqualify him from public office. Now let’s all call Michelle a ho.

  • katmandu

Jake Tapper just laid a heavy hit on Obama’s disinterest (until now) in Afghanistan. http://blogs.abcnews.com/politicalpunch/2008/07/thanks-for-noth.html This is a killer.

I got a kick out of her talking about never watching Fox before this primary and now we all listen to Fox.
That was harder for me to do than deciding not to vote for Obama..LOL!

  • http://deleted AnninCa

PUMA is doing well. They got up to speed quickly on the media front.

  • http://deleted AnninCa

Since we have no real objective news source in today’s media, the only way to achieve that is to balance.

Fox will present a more conservative viewpoint. MSN, the liberal.

I find the coverage now easier to follow. I can read both Politico as well as liberal outlets and see the contrast and different perspectives. During the primary? The conservative outlets didn’t, of course, point out the obvious stuff. Why should they? They had no real horse in that race.

Now it’s easier. They call Obama quickly on contradictions, reversals, stupidity, etc.

And vice versa for the liberal media.

That’s the only way I see to find objectivity. That’s so dead right now. So you have to read both to decide for yourself.

Bill Clinton Ready to Campaign for Obama “Whenever”

    Source: Fox news:

    http://tinyurl.com/6kpg2d

NEW YORK — Former President Clinton said Thursday he is eager to campaign for Barack Obama whenever the Democrat needs him, but has not given any thought to whether he wants to speak at the party convention in Denver.

I do wonder about the “whenever”

  • basil

The FOX commentators impressed me with their interest in Diane, their respect for her and their willingness to listen to her POV.

You’d never hear such an open dialogue with Tweetie, Dobermann or any of the other bigwigs.

    BTW,
Anyone have a link to the Original interview, the one that aired primetime?

  • roseeriter

Well, old democratic habits were hard to break regarding Fox News, until we saw HOW undemocratically Hillary was treated, but like you, I have registered as an Independent also and prefer to listen to sane people on both sides instead of the skewed view of extreme wings.

  • wry

She did an excellent job. And let’s give credit to the hosts at Fox. I like this free wheeling relaxed format. They interject but do not talk over or interrupt.

What would really be historic is if we could overturn this at the convention.

  • YoNoForObama

Ann, sorry I’m posting onto your thread but my posts get lost when I try to post a new comment.

Excellent video and representative of JustSayNoDeal. I too hope Greta will play it in primetime.

ALSO, I want every one to read this excellent article entitled “It’s the Electoral Map Stupid”. Obama is dreaming about making some red states blue.

  • missE

oops, Sen. Biden’s going under da bus.

    Tapper writes:
But Biden’s letter brought attention to the fact that Obama did not attend two of those three hearings — and for the third, on March 8, 2007, Obama only asked one question, one unrelated to Afghanistan.

How do I know the latter fact? From an August 2007 press release from Biden himself, when he was running for president.

“BIDEN CAMPAIGN CONGRATULATES SEN. OBAMA FOR JOHNNY-COME-LATELY POSITION,” it read. Noting that at the March 2007 hearing, “Sen. Obama asked one question that was unrelated to Taliban or Afghanistan.”

    from Biden’s letter:

At this same hearing, Sen. Obama asked two questions – he did not address Afghanistan or Al Qaeda or Taliban. T he first was on the topic of Iran; the second was on an issue that he admitted “seems somewhat parochial, but I think, as you’ll see, is of concern across the world.” Obama discussed the “stunning level of mercury in fish” and asked about a proposal for the U.S. adopt a ban on mercury sales abroad? [Senate Foreign Relations Committee Hearing, 1/30/07]

Obama: Does He Know What on Earth He’s Doing

Gerald Warner, has had a good go at Barack Obama. It’s clear that Gerald is going to like Obama even less than he liked Tony Blair. And that is saying something.

But the Democratic contender’s attempts to flesh out his supposed foreign policy ahead of next week’s visit to Europe suggest the man barely has a clue on the subject. This should worry us all.

In this week’s key-note address (why are these things always key-note?) he laid out the beginnings of a supposed Obama doctrine on foreign policy and pretty thin it is too. The Truman doctrine, which set the West on the road to winning the cold war more than four decades later, was as clear-minded as Obama’s is not. He says he will focus on “five goals essential to making America safer”. I’ll try to deal with each one.

    1) “Ending the war in Iraq responsibly”. Well, yes, and what does he think the US has been trying to do since the Surge was launched? It has made much progress, now how does he propose to get America out, short of withdrawing lots of troops in a hurry? I’ve heard nothing approaching a proper answer from him – and he’s been making speeches on the subject for what now seems like years.
    continue http://countusout.wordpress.com/

First he wants to Ban Handguns, then it’s no guns for D.C., now he wants to arm a civillian army.

How true what Diane stated about men being upset. “Hell Ya, I’m Pissed Off”. I can not stand that wanna be JFK. I also hate watching MSNBC and CNN, and I have to say I like watching Fox News. Way to go Diane.
I witnessed my neighbor during the caucus in Tx, going from table to table (precinct) caucusing for the wanna be JFK, without any ID. So the wanna be got more votes than he deserved. I heard it happened all over the Metroplex. It was so unorganized!!!

I thought Diane was incredible on Fox & Friends, and so charming in her admission of being a newcomer to Fox (aren’t we all?). That Anderson Cooper 180 really makes me hurl.

Have you seen today’s Rasmussen poll? Including “leaners”, McCain and Obama are TIED at 46%! Awesome work, PUMA nation!

  • Buzz Latte

I never thought I would be praising FOX news for anything, but I must say the interview was refreshing. Diane did an excellent job at getting the message across.

It was good of the talking heads to wait their turn in the discussion. That’s something Mika Brezshitski on Morning Joe could learn from. She is the most irritating person on TV and one of the big reasons I quit watching.

I think the DNC doesn’t realize just how many people are willing to say NO to Obama. These polls that interview 1000 to 1200 people aren’t showing a complete picture.

  • mimi

Makes no difference if hell freezes over.

The Democrats are going to have to get it:

I AM NOT VOTING FOR BARACK OBAMA!

I don’t like him. He has NO experience and isn’t qualified. Plus I don’t like his condescending attitude.

I heard McCain mention that Obama has never been to Afghanistan. I mean- come on – what’s wrong with the Democratic Party leaders. Are they all on drugs? Do they have any idea how unseemly this man is on so many levels?

Bill Clinton does not change a thing. I expected this. He has no choice, like Hillary.

But I do have a choice.

    0bama will have to:

    WIN WITHOUT ME!

  • pasmalltowngirl

WTG Diane, You were perfect !!! Thanks for talking about the caucus’s and Dean. Little by little we are informing the public as to the real reason why we do not support Obama.

  • http://deleted AnninCa

yup…..McCain is picking up Independents now according to this poll.

  • pew

I saw that interview, and he looked Mad. He said He has told Obama he would stump for him, whenever Obama wants him to.Seems Obama is so busy getting ready with the convention… Folks I gotta tell you, my gut is telling me something.Something is going on behind the scenes, and we will all find out at the convention. I just can’t see Bill Clinton stumping for Obama. You can see the hate he has for him in that last interview. Am I the only person that can see this? I think things will be settled at the convention, and I can’t see Obama being the nominee. I just can’t. This is a joke, its gotta be.

  • JP49

Although Diane did a good job of explaining why Just Say No Deal was formed, why didn’t she, while given the national opportunity, address questions about Obama’s birth certificate, his associates, his lies, his flip-flops, and more about the fraudulent way in which the democratic elites threw their support behind him? We don’t get that much national TV to appear on so why not use it to get these questions out?

  • DeaninMI

She is a credit to the movement!

I’m sorry. I just think we’ve moved beyond the internet.

These are truly historic times, but not in the way the Obots would have us believe.

  • http://deleted AnninCa

    He’s not withdrawing troops. LOL*

    That’s silly talk.

He is exactly what Lieberman said: Unwilling to admit any progress has been made in Iraq.

But he’s not going to do a damn thing.

    He’s Carter with a tan.

  • Idiocracy08

That was a great interview. I’ve watched fox…kinda like the same thing as keep your friends close & your enemies closer…

While I do approve of the handling of Hillary’s campaign and I do like it that Hannity has focused a lot on Obama, I won’t forget how they have treated the Clintons. I think they enjoy that the party is so divided. I mean come on…FOX being fair to the Clintons? The only reason would be to make us think “oh, if Fox – Hannity, O’Reily, Rove – would rather have Hillary, then Obama must be the better one”.

I used to watch Fox & Friends (back with E D Hill) until I couldn’t stand it anymore. They blamed everything on the Clintons. I was just waiting for them to blame Eve eating the apple on Bill. One time they were totally making fun of the way Hillary looked – laughing at her and showing her picture. Then they show a picture of Stepford wife Laura in this red dress, and she looked huge. They were like “oh, she looks so beautiful and classy” and raving all over her. Laughing at Hillary.

So, while I enjoy the jabs at Obama and I would rather watch Fox right now…don’t want to give BONBC the time of day…I won’t forget.

I was really happy with the way the interview went and thought Diane was wonderful!

  • DeaninMI

    LOL!

I still don’t watch it on a regular basis, but I find myself “peeking” every once in awhile.

  • Idiocracy08

Mika is the only reason I quit watching Morning Joe. I actually developed a “girl crush” on him! lol…kidding…

But Mika disgusts me. She is very rude and I got tired of her interrupting people just to hear herself “welllll, i dunnnooo” and all the other mumblings. I got sick of her getting the big “O” anytime obama’s name was mentioned. Excited when interviewing an Obama supporter – like a little girl. Disgruntled when interviewing a Hillary supporter. I kept saying to myself “i feel sorry for Mika when Mechelle finds out she’s in love with her husband!”

  • http://uppitywoman08.wordpress.com Uppity Woman

I just heard that the GOP has produced an 8 minute docu on Barky and Iraq. That should be fun to watch.

  • Diana

No, he was practising at being the Commander in Chief by telling us to just fall in line. Didn’t work with us, how can he possibly think he can control the entire military.

I’m telling you there are some presidents that demand respect from the military and are able to achieve it. Those serving know he respects them. Like it or not that is one thing Bush had/still has from the majority of those serving. (I have a long list of things I’m not pleased about with Bush, but this is one thing I think he did right) I’m not saying all of them respect him. He saluted them out of respect. He went and served them dinner. Those things may not seem like much to some people, but it’s a lot to those serving. Imagine what would have happened if he’d have served alongside of them in just one mission.

Which I personally think anyone that is president should do. They don’t have to go front line, but they should see a war up close and personal. If I were president I would. I couldn’t ask others to lay down their lives for this country if I was unwilling to do so myself. I served under Carter and Reagan. Carter was a joke to most of us, a fantastic “humanitarian”. Not a leader. No disrespect intended. Reagan, I think most of us would have followed him to the ends of the earth and fought in any war he asked us too.

I was a Reagan Democrat and I will never regret that decision. He told it like it was, whether we liked it or not. He didn’t hem haw around. This year if Hillary is not at the TOP of the ticket I’ll once again be voting for a Republican, and I will not regret it either. He’ll make mistakes, they all do, but I’ll still stand behind him till 2012. Then I’ll say I told you to take her as your VP, but you wouldn’t listen to me. ;)

I liked Diane’s honesty about not being a avid Fox news watcher and people not thinking they are fair and balanced…haha, she did an excellent job!!

  • http://obamafact.blogspot.com/ Mel

Diane did a nice job, although she like most forget something. It is true Mark Penn was a major screw up, but even worse was Patti Solis Doyle, Hillary’s campaign manager. Doyle’s launch into politics was via Axelrod with the Daley machine. Once a part of dirty Chicago politics, always a part of it.

Doyle never let known the money status of Hillary’s campaign till it was too late and made Hillary’s campaign look like it was being run in a rediculous way.

Doyle was in charge of Clinton’s field offices which were poorly handled and never seemed to know how to react to Obama sly attacks or caucus stacking, which is strange when field offices ususally know approximately how many people will be attending caucuses for their candidate.

Follow the timing and granted it took a bit of time for Maggie Williams to get things on track, but after Doyle was gone and Williams got her feet entrenched, the Obama campaign seemed to fall into confussion in responding to Clinton’s campaign.

Was Doyle the Obama Mole, you bet she was, her reward was being made Chief of Staff for whomever Obama picks for VP, a very unusual appointment to be made, except for the Chicago way.

Does it suprise anyone that Axelrod had inside info via Doyle, it sure doesn’t if you follow the chart of Primary and Caucus reports Obama’s campaign leaked accidently to the media as to how accurate it was until Maggie Williams got entrenched into the picture and Doyle was gone.

  • Diana

You want us to go vote for Hillary for VP for Obama? Not going to do it. Is Bugs Bunny on there? Never mind I couldn’t do that to Bugs.

  • Diana

If a baby is dehydrated it doesn’t matter whether it’s hot or cold. And you should never give them ice cold drinks it could send the body into shock. The main thing period is to get fluids in them before they die. Not wait till you can chill it.

It isn’t a cocktail party it’s a babies life!! The Pedialite they give you in hospitals isn’t chilled either. It’s harder to digest cold fluids, then it is warm fluids. Why is it do you think in France it’s hard to get a “real” cold drink. They’ll serve you hot or warm soda. You ask for extra ice they’ll give you one piece and tell you, you should not drink ice cold drinks. They should be warm or hot so the body digest/absorb them easier. But you knew that already right?

Pelosi says nominee will decide whether to seat Fla delegate
By Brian E. Crowley, Palm Beach Post Blogs
    Tuesday, October 9, 2007, 02:56 PM
Cox News Service reporter Scott Shepard is reporting “House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, who will serve as honorary chair of the Democratic national convention next summer, said Tuesday that the party’s presidential nominee will be the ultimate arbiter of whether delegates from the state of Florida are seated at the 2008 convention.”
    Shepard continues:
The Democratic National Committee’s rules panel has voted to strip Florida of its convention delegates because the state’s presidential primary will be held in January in violation of party rules.
But “that will be determined by the presidential nominee,” Pelosi said at a private lunch with political reporters in response to a question about her opinion in the matter.
“The Democratic National Committee is the ruling authority now .. but the tradition is that the presidential candidate will decide,” Pelosi said.
She noted that she had the job in 1984 of reviewing whether states had complied with rules governing the party’s presidential primaries and caucuses.
She recalled that when she threatened the states with not seating their delegates if they broke the rules, “they said ha, ha, ha, because no presidential candidate is going to say we’re not seating New Hampshire and we’re not seating Iowa.”

Thank you, Grecian Goddess Diane…isn’t that Hillary Diane Rodham-Clinton’s middle name? Of course. Diane (Artemis) was the Goddess of the Forest, Protector of Children and Justice. She was the most fiercely just and ‘fight to the end’ for those more vulnerable among the mere mortals and lesser deities…Anyway, TWO DIANEs…it figures!…

Now, will Sweetie finally admit both his camouflaged and blatant Misogynist Campaign’s tricks, together with the media sexist frat-boys’ antics that pushed Him to a fraudulent ‘finish-line’ of superdels? Will Barack finally APOLOGIGE to All Women, and Men, for his reprehensibly misogynist, disrespectful JayZ rapper-wannabe performance in Youtube’s mega-hit:

    “Obama Gives Hillary the Finger”?

He went on stage in N.C. day after his pathetically inept Pa.ABC debate performance and gave a well-orchestrated sexist act of his own…”flip-offing” his fellow female senator, smirking, pausing to allow his kool-aid followers to ‘clue in’ and then scraping (Hillary) off his dainty shoes as…excrement! Why did the media not report Barack’s hideous misogyny in full view of hudnreds?

Then last week, Sweetie The Enabler allowed the imbecilic Bernie MAC to label mothers and sisters as “FAMILY ‘HOs”…telling him ‘go ahead, Bernie, don’t take me seriously, I don’t mind this shit at all, man. I’m just messing with ya’! Great presidential matterial this anorexic resume, eh?!

After allowing his 2 impressionable young girls to witness the sexual simulations and obscene (“Bill does to Monica what he does to blacks”!) on-the-pulpit gyrations of his Trinity pastor Rev.Wright, this proves conclusively (with the despicable Bernie Mac mother-and-sister-Hos act blessed by Barack) that being a Father is a foreign concept to this arrogant, anorexic resume holder!

This is the real Obama phenomenon. Sexist, hip-hop thugster who rose from the political sewers of Chicago after stealing the election from his African-American mentor Sen.Alice Palmer in ’96!
And in ’08 he stole the nomination from Sen. Hillary Clinton, his much worthier opponent! A political recidivist like chameleonic Barry Soeroto (or Barack Hussein Obama? He seems to be undergoing endless personal identity crises without professional treatment, other than his books, throughout his life!) wants the Top Job and he can’t even laugh at himself on the New Yorker’s satirical cover by Canadian genius Barry Blitt. I didn’t think misogynists like Barry were so thin-skinned, but deep insecurities have a way of surfacing in dubious forms…

Come November OBA-MYOPICS will be cured in a day of their Puma-diagnosed affliction. And the millions of cracks on the DNC ceiling will bring it down their heads…and Barack’s and his nerdy gangs of pimple-faced, nose-dripping, misogynist pseudo-cool dunderheads will be able to see the Light, at last!…Yup, guess the PUMAs will be giving themselves some real DAP then, eh, Sweetie?!…

PUMAs, Let ‘em Hear You Roar!

    ********************************************
    PumaFamily Note*

…and THANKS to DIANE, the proto-PUMA, LARRY Johnson, the great Riverdaughter, Cynthia Ruccia, Daragh Murphy, Abeles, Mark, Alex, Allegre, Dr. Violet SOCKS, Lady Forester de Rotchild…brave Democratic Pumas…..and great journalist Marie Cocco for “Being There”–see the Peter Sellers movie with Barry starring as “Chancey the Gardener”! A biography indeed!….

Thank you Diane- I think you did a great job- especially clarifying the point that those agains Obama are not a bunch of angry women but all women and that thousands/millions of men are just as disappointed in Obama as as women are. Obama is no friend to women and will be a disaster to our country. Thank you for your leadership in getting with the media- it is the only way to keep the movement growing so that the DNC takes notice- serious notice of their shortcomings and lack of true leadership in promoting democracy by supporting all candidates equally for POTUS.

  • Kathy

Laughed out loud at that one. That’s what the OBs would like to think we all are. then us sweeties could be dismissed!

And yet I hear the Texas Democratic Committee refused to investigate fraud charges. Is that true?

  • http://greenmountain sweetjuana

    Diane was fantastic.

If I hear one more MSBC announcer say that the Hillary people will settle down and vote for Obama I will lose my mind.

Thank God for Fox. I can’t believe it has come to this.

But the polls don’t lie. With the economy in the toilet and two wars going on, Obama is still neck and neck with the Republican (who I will vote for).
Rasmussen has added Hillary to their polling again. That speaks volumes!

    Kudos to Diane,
Diane was fabulous! If only she and Will Bower had been on Hillary’s campaign team from the beginning we wouldn’t be having this conversation now.

Great interview! Evidently, the MSM is dim enough to view everything as gender-specific, including PUMA, but thank you for pointing out the PUMA is for thoughtful men and women everywhere who deplore corruption in politics. The PUMA message is: The American voter deserves a fair, just and democratic political system. That’s what all those tax dollars are supposed to be about. PUMA is a dynamic idea whose time has come.

What in the hell does that mean? That he supported banning guns for law enforcement? the secret service?

You should care, Bobo, because Obama is supposed to stand for diversity but neither he or his supporters have shown very much tolerance for anyone who doesn’t bow to Obama like he’s some god. If you truly care about Democratic values, whether you agree with the PUMA movement or not, you should be standing up for a person’s right to say and support whomever he or she wants.

He should take Steven Mather up on his radio debate challenge, if he feels Obama is so strong on policy, consistent and principled. Otherwise, he should take his bitch ass to Huff Po and take a women’s studies course to find out what sexism actually is. He could also read over the Bernie Mac threads about calling Michelle a ho.

HAHAHA. I think it’s just settling in how far this has come. Millions of people, and just a few can swing a vote.

    Obama debating himself..

Question: The Supreme Court recently made a landmark decision overturning the DC gun bans in favor ofupholding the second amendment. Do you support state legislation to ban the manufacture, sale and possession of handguns?

    Obama: Yes

Obama: I believe the second amendment creates an individualright, and greatly respect the constitutional rights of Americans to bear arms.

    Greta’
From a 63 yr old, black female supporter of Hillary, thanks. I knew I would not vote for Obama after the awful debacle in SC where while accusing the Clintons of racism, Obama himself used race-baiting tactics to win SC and further his campaign. Obama had won IA, lost NH, lost Nevada, he had to win SC or risk being out of the race if he didn’t win this overwhelmingly black participating democratic primary. At this point Hillary had a 65% black support in SC. Obama had to rip these voters from Hillary’s hands, thus he played the victim of race on comments that in no way could be consrued to be racist. He was helped in this effort by Donna Brazille and Jim Clyburn of SC. Because I am retired I was able to closely watch his effort unfold. I marched with Dr King. Obama dishonored all who helped in the civil rights struggle and dishonored King. For this I despise him and will never vote for him, ever. I grew up during the James Brown “I’m black and I’m proud” era. I can not be proud of him becomming the first “black affirmative action nominee” due to the actions of the DNC and the super delegates.

    Thanks Diane.

I slowly came to the conclusion that Fox News was the only channel that respected Hillary, and started watching it as opposed to CNN and MSNBC. I am sure that they have lost a tremendous number of viewers because they wanted to get on the “Idol” bandwagon. I have written to Dean a couple of times and received no response. Do they think that we are too stupid to realize that by counting Florida as 1/2 votes they were able to allow Obama to reach the “new” goal? I think I will write Dean again and copy in the “letters to the Editor” section of the St. Pete Times and Tampa Tribune. I will surely mention again that the Democratic Party has become the Undemocratic Party that is not of the people, by the people, for the people. Obama is responsible for the mistreatment just as much as the rest of the DNC and Media. No one has ever asked if Obama is tied to Oil, but I have to wonder because he says he was raised by a single mom, when, in fact, he was raised by his stepfather Lolo Soetoro, who worked for an Oil company(he never mentions this) and they did not divorce until the late 1970′s, when he was a teenager.

Great interview, Diane. I watch Fox now almost exclusively. What a change. And now, the Nobama coronation tour with the MSM. It makes me so sick. Such great work by Diane, Will and all the rest. Kudos! I wrote Donna Braizile and actually got back this innocent email, like “I don’t have anything to do with the convention or getting Hillary placed in nomination. Maybe you should write the Obama campaign.” Yes, I’m sure they would have a quick answer. It’s going to take more media exposure by PUMA and the JUST SAY NO DEAL coalition to put public pressure on the DNC. We won’t give in!

Diana — One thing we know about McCain is that he respects the military. This will be my first Republican vote and I will not regret it. I am now a McCain Democrat.

  • s. hall

BytheBeardofZeus As long as the media gives Obama a treat everytime he barks — he will keep barking. If he doesn’t make sense or lies — no one will know outside of the bloggers and he will take care of them once he is Potus.

  • Dean

Great video.I will vote Hillary~ Denver and roll call. And if not I will vote McCain.Obama is not fit to run our country and we are still waiting on his birth certificate that if you think about it.Obama will cry on any little thing to the media. But on his birth certificate he isn’t and the media is not saying nothing on this. You know the bloogers and media reads blogs and this as well, they know..So why are they not saying nothing? If Obama had a birth certificate that has him born in Hawaii and other as his real race and parents name and show the number and the seal as well as vital records has to sign this-he would all ready came back with this and the news would have as well saying “look here it is” Well I am sure one is in the print taking longer then the last ones.Waiting for the ink to dry or what.He puts a fake one up.By doing that is against the law to make fraud documents. All who did this should be jailed now.

Without proof Obama can not be oresident and if Bush goes on with Nancy-Dean Howard AND Donna I have a feeling that they as well as many with Obama are in on this race with the democratic leaders of some.Think about it-Obama has voted so much on Bushes bills as he himself said so a long time agao. And then msnbc-democratic party,Obama eill try and place Hillary and McCain as being a bush.Obama would get up and say we can’t have another Bushes failed policy’s or term. They went on and on how bad Bush is, I agaree on that fully! But for msnbcv OBama and more try to place Hillary and McCain as the bad ones as they say they are Bush.Well we know that

Hillary is not like Obama ( democratic)
McCain is not Bush ( Republican)

But- Obama is Bush He learned form Bush.Obama doesn’t want any good for our country.. Hdid nothing. He watched and learned form Bush that’s why Obama was to busy doing his job he was to do on oversights that he did not do.He said well I just startes as chairman I think it was GE.sO HE WAS TO MUCH PLAYING CHAIRMAN FOR GE INSTEAD OF KEEPING OUR COUNTRY SAFE. But when Obama again voted on Bush policy’s many of his supporters wnet and made a site up..and they also begged Obama not to sing this what?spy bill when he did they were really pissed as Hillary and McCain did not. Well to get him out of hot water once again -msnbc=abc-democratic party leaders of some and Obama and his adviceors had to sit around and think what can we dio to fit this one.Well They had day’s to come up with something.I watched a video abc round table Donna Brazile and 4 others were at the table the topic were told what it was going to be on.So I watched and you can tell that they worked hard to practice their act in what each will say and what the questions will be ask of each and their thoughts. What a joke….The thing they came up with with all the batching of McCain like Bush HIllary like Bush and we can not have Bush term in the white house. You know they played this out all the time in calling “would we have another bush term with McCain and blah blah blah as Obama got up and told people that Bush failed and this and that. Well now guess what msnbc-abc-cbs -democratic party leaders came up with that day at the round table? Well what dio you think of people saying Obama is Bush> Well they said”You know it’s ok for it. HUH? They just needed to get something fast…. well I am not voteing for that -have nothing for our country but maybe finishing it off Obama/

I am staying with Hillary and McCain I am on his web site and will wait to see what Donna Brazile plans to play he mothers tought her games in trying to keep Hillary’s name off the ballot and out of Denver.I will go to McCain if so.McCain is also who we need for our country.

You all may want to read this about the ballots.rules so when you call the dnc and ask them do they plan to take Hillary off the baloot from keeping her out of the race.I will try to information here

sweetjuana — Right now Obama is in freefall. None of the polls take into account the millions of Democrats who switched parties–approximately 14%. If you factor this in Obama is toast. So the media is there to try to salvage his candidacy once again. The 3 Network anchors are traveling with him and they will tell us how the rest of the world will change because of this great man — insert gushing here. However, there is one thing the media has not factored in and that is the tedium which has set in among the American people at the sight of Obama. We are tired of looking at his face. Unless Obama parts the Red Sea — we have seen his act and are thoroughly unimpressed.

  • s. hall

Its the oldest trick in the world. If you don’t know your subject you ask a question which is totally off subject to try to make people forget you are clueless as to the subject at hand.

  • s. hall

Is this the Nancy Pelosi, Speaker of the House whose popularity is at 4%? Or is this another Nancy Pelosi who actually counts for something?

  • http://home.comcast.net/~vincep312 VinceP1974

I can’t think of anything more damanging for a candidate than for the American people to see Europeans throwing their full weight behind him and preaching to Americans that they need to elect him.

In the 04 Election, a UK Newspaper sponsered a writing campaign where they targeted a county in Ohio , I think, for their readers to send postcards, begging the people to vote for Kerry.

    It backfired massively.

This is best I’ve found on how unqualified Obama is:

    Obama’s Inexperience Tough to Ignore

    Tuesday, July 15, 2008 8:56 AM

    By: Ronald Kessler

A close look at Barack Obama’s career reveals it has been even more mediocre than generally recognized.

Before being elected to the Illinois state Senate, Obama worked as a community organizer and a lawyer in Chicago.

In his memoir, Obama says being a community organizer taught him how to motivate the powerless and work the government to help them. His chief example is an effort to remove asbestos from Altgeld Gardens, an all-black public housing project on Chicago’s South Side.

But those who were involved in the effort say Obama played a minor role in working the problem and never accomplished his goal. A pre-existing group at Altgeld Gardens and a local newspaper, the Chicago Reporter, were working on the problem before Obama came on the scene, yet Obama does not mention them in his book, “Dreams From My Father: A Story of Race and Inheritance.”

“Just because someone writes it, doesn’t make it true,” says Altgeld resident Hazel Johnson, who had been pushing for a cleanup of the cancer-producing substance years before Obama showed up.

Rep. Bobby L. Rush, D-Ill., says it was Johnson’s work, along with asbestos testing by the Chicago Reporter, that got Chicago officials interested in the issue. Rush, who launched an inquiry into the situation when he was a member of the Chicago City Council, says he is “offended” that Obama did not mention Johnson in his account.

“Was [Obama] involved in stuff? Absolutely,” says Robert Ginsburg, an activist who worked with Johnson and Obama on the problem. “But there was stuff happening before him, and after him.”

After three years working as an organizer, Obama could say he helped obtain grants for a jobs program and got asbestos removed from some pipes in the project. But as the Los Angeles Times has noted, the “large-scale change that was needed at the 1,998-unit project was beyond his reach.” To this day, most of the asbestos remains in the apartments.

Fruitless though his efforts were, Obama devoted more than 100 pages to his experiences at Altgeld Gardens and surrounding areas. Michelle Obama has said his work as a community organizer helped him decide “how he would impact the world,” assisting people to improve their lives. Yet, in a revealing passage in his book, Obama wrote, “When classmates in college asked me just what it was that a community organizer did, I couldn’t answer them directly.”

Instead, he said, “I’d pronounce on the need for change. Change in the White House, where Reagan and his minions were carrying on their dirty deeds. Change in the congress, compliant and corrupt. Change in the mood of the country, manic and self-absorbed. Change won’t come from the top, I would say. Change will come from a mobilized grass roots.”

Thus, Obama admitted that he accomplished little but that he was able to cover that up with fancy talk about change.

After going to Harvard Law School, Obama returned to Chicago, where he briefly headed a voter registration drive and then became a lawyer. While Obama’s campaign has touted him as a civil rights lawyer, “Over the nine years that Obama’s law license was active in Illinois, he never handled a trial and mostly worked in teams of lawyers who drew up briefs and contracts in a variety of cases,” according to David Mendell’s “Obama: From Promise To Power.”

A review of the cases Obama worked on during his brief legal career “shows he played the strong, silent type in court, introducing himself and his client, then stepping aside to let other lawyers do the talking,” the Chicago Sun-Times has reported.

“A search of all the cases in Cook County Circuit Court in which Obama made an appearance since he graduated from Harvard in 1991 shows: zero,” the article said.

Instead, his practice was “confined mainly to federal court in Chicago, where he made formal appearances in only five district court cases and another five in cases before the 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals — a total of 10 cases in his legal career,” the paper said.

If Obama had virtually no impact as either a community organizer or as a lawyer, he was even more invisible in the state Senate and later in the U.S. Senate.

In both bodies, Obama had a reputation for voting “present,” thus avoiding controversial decisions that could be used against him later. In the U.S. Senate, he has missed more than one in five votes.

Only one of the measures Obama has sponsored as a U.S. senator was enacted: a bill to “promote relief, security, and democracy in the Democratic Republic of Congo.”

Contrary to Obama’s portrayal of himself as a unifier, on every bipartisan effort in the Senate to forge compromises on tough issues, Obama has been missing in action.

In sum, it would be difficult to imagine a more mediocre record. Most candidates for dog catcher have contributed more to society. Yet with the help of adoring reporters, Obama has managed to parlay extraordinary speaking and political skills into a presidential campaign built on sand.

The idea that America might entrust its security and future to someone who has never demonstrated an ability to get anything of significance done is scary.

Look for John McCain to begin exploiting this vulnerability after Labor Day.

Diane was fantastic? Fox news great? That is as ridiculous as Fox news claiming to be fair and balanced! Let’s see, parading anti-Obama commentators and guests in front of racist viewers 24/7 hmmmm…. that’s fair. Diane is NOT fantastic. She is an angry, hungry -for- attention, overrated, sore loser. She does NOT represent real woman. She is representative of people who are terrified of the thought of a black man in the white house. You don’t believe anyone that is not white is entitled. You cry about sexism. What about racism? why is that ok? You pathetic people need to get over yourselves and accept what is coming: Obama will be our next president. What are you going to do then? Oh, never mind. Sean Hannity will have you on his program every night and you can sit around and complain about things you have no control over. good luck!!

Just say No Deal just may be a republican operative site! I have had no less than 5 posts deleted from that site simply because I voiced support for Obama now that Hillary has withdrawn. It is shocking that the “powers” at “Just say No Deal” have the nerve to simply delete any view which does not comport with their own. It is sad that the “powers” at Just say No Deal do not have enough faith in their readers to let them make up their own minds and instead choose to remove independent thought and content. Sounds much like soviet era censorship. This site is BOGUS if you are looking for intelligent discussion of issues; it is nothing more than a grudge session and pro-republican ranting. so sad for true hillary fans
