Apparently, Holder Has Other Things To Do

Than look at ACORN. Yet, the hits just keep on coming. There is another tape out from James O’Keefe of filmmaker James O’Keefe and Hannah Giles going to ACORN offices in an expose of the lengths to which ACORN workers will go to assist in setting up an underage prostitution ring. Here is the latest video released by O’Keefe:

Oh, boy. So, did I get this right, ACORN has/is working with Larry Flynt, the king of pornography??? Holy crappydoo – I am sure so many people will be happy to know that’s to whom their hard earned dollars are going.

Thursday night, James O’Keefe, Hannah Giles, and Andrew Breitbart were on Hannity (h/t to Bronywyn’s Harbor for this video), and they have some mighty interesting thins to say about who is being scrutinized, and who is not:

What, they expect AG Holder to go after ACORN? Why, because of the numerous tapes revealing their wrong doing? They want him to listen to the whistle blowers who are willing to come forward to expose what ACORN has done – with our tax dollars, I might add? Hey, he’s BUSY working on bringing the 9/11 Masterminds to NYC for a Civilian trial, for pete’s sake (for recent posts on this topic, go HERE and HERE). I mean, really – he’s got his hands full being schooled by Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) on the whole military tribunal thing and all. Sheesh – what do they expect? For Holder to do his JOB???

I am sure they did not expect for Jerry Brown to go after THEM rather than the ACORN employees. Then again, given the way this Administration has been going with ACORN, maybe they should have. I mean, isn’t that why Obama brought in Bauer, to run interference for ACORN? Oh, no, wait – that was to “erase tracks between Obama and ACORN.” Well shoot, in that case, for what are Jerry Brown and Eric Holder waiting?? Ahem.

Well, I don’t think any of us are going to be holding our breath for THAT. And it is so typical that the people exposing the massive problems with ACORN are the very ones being targeted by the Powers-That-Be, rather than the organization engaging in questionable activities.

Our justice system really has lost its bearings when war criminals are extended rights given to American citizens. And American citizens who expose wrong doing by a group receiving Taxpayers money are targeted by those with connections to the justice system. I guess Obama HAS brought change to America…

    I disagree with the hypothesis that Bob Bauer was brought in from the cold to erase BO’s ties with ACORN. Rather, I believe, word is out about Bauer’s notorious footnote in Hollister , in which he asks the federal court to take judicial notice of, among other things, a phantom image on a computer screen of an unattributed newspaper birth announcement, to establish one and for all, BO is Constitutionally qualified for the job. Because I featured that slight of hand in my complaints of election fraud to state A’sG, one of which was filed in VA, with a copy to Governor Tim Kaine, Chair of the DNC. No; he has moved closer to his clients, including Nancy Pelosi, who signed those bogus Certifications of Nomination – if they were real, why did Mr. Bauer withhold these from the court and, instead, seek authentication for BO only from this written statement, Annenberg Political Fact Check said, he’s for real – because the fecal matter is about to hit the fan. http://jbjd.wordpress.com

      jbjd, there is no doubt that Bauer, Anita “Mao is my hero” Dunn’s husband, an extreme partisan, was brought in to provide cover, however, whenever, whatever that means. Rep. King believes he was brought in to clean up the trail from ACORN to Obama.

      That does not negate your supposition. I imagine Bauer can multi-task. :-)

        The deepest doo-doo is going to get Bauer’s attention. I’m with jbjd, now that the magical certification of Obama’s qualification status has been uncovered and brought to the attention of numerous state AG’s, Bauer is going to need to head up the next slight of hand to keep it from going any farther.

        Bauer and twenty-two attorneys to keep Obama’s records sealed? What’s wrong with that picture? (snark)

    Jerry Brown announcing that he would go after these brave filmmakers will surely be his undoing. Who would vote for a man who wants to take down two young people who exposed such blatant corruption -corruption that has been funded with TAXPAYERS’ money? I was once a Jerry Brown supporter. But what a horrible individual he is revealing himself to be.

    If you are a business person and you see a revenue source that is the very definition of pornography, giving away our hard earned money, to denigrate women and that is your gig what’s wrong with that? Why would Holder see that as wrong? He doesn’t think processing rape kits is important.

    I want to hear some elected officials applaud Hannah & James for what they have done and then follow up with a demand that Eric Holder investigate ACORN. Maybe some officials already have; I hope so. And I hope some of them are Democrats.

      Well, that would certainly be good for justice to be served…

      And you are so right abt Jerry Brown – it should concern him that the ACORN woman said one could basically do ANYTHING in CA, including run an international sex trafficking ring. It seems THAT would be of greater concern than going after these two intrepid reporters. THAT is mighty telling, and what it says is really not good.

    I have never seen such a political WH than this one. And worse, they called out the Bush admin’s actions on so many fronts on how this Obama W H was going to be so much better and they are even worse.

      That’s so true, IALT – isn’t it amazing that we have an Admin. that is worse than the Bush Admin.? One that rode in on being the Anti-Bush President but is Bush Squared? Who campaigned on more transparency but has erected brick walls? And on it goes. Yeah, it’s worse…

      Buzz, it IS mighty suspect that Obama needs so many attorneys to watch his back, or change his past, or re-write history…They are all part and parcel of the same thing, really – sanitize and protect Barack.

    Of course some time down the line when Hillary runs for President again Fox will suddenly morph back into The Enemy and you’ll be calling it irresponsible, dishonest journalism just like you did before Hillary lost the primary. Down the memory hole. Hell, maybe you’ve even convinced yourselves to forget.

      We’re sorry to report the US Department of Justice is closed for the duration of the Obama presidency.

      I think it is likely your fears are correct. To answer your question: even if using the funds is illegal, I’m sure they will use some accounting gymnastics to show otherwise, if they do indeed try to use taxpayer dollars and this is brought into question.

      Since the fox (Holder and Dem controlled Congressional oversight) is guarding the hen house, I don’t expect any justice here.

      It is my understanding that “non-profits” that bring suit against the Federal government have the cost picked up by the tax payer and this the current staye law.

      Any lawyers may wish to educate a kite on this?

    Thanks Rev. Amy. I watched this last night on Fox and again am stupefied by dems like Jerry Brown.

    I too admired former Governor Jerry Brown. I thought he was a man of integrity and honor but it looks like he is just another corrupt democrat probably sacrificing what once was his good name and political career for an ethically bankrupt administration.

    What kind of country are we living in when the possible prostitution of young, powerless, foreign girls is not only okay, but it’s protected by some of the most powerful law enforcement officials in our land? Who will rush to their defense? Certainly not Jerry Brown or Eric Holder.
