the Karzai government which we are backing if not out and out running is now giving amnesty to Taliban who pretend to renounce the Taliban and giving them jobs as tokens of their sincere appreciation. Hey are we funding those “development projects” jobs? …

“RAWA’s representative Zoya toured the US earlier this fall, and voiced unequivocal opposition to the US occupation and fundamentalist warlords alike—whether they are in collaboration or insurgency. Speaking to the Daily News of Newburyport following a presentation at the Friend’s Meeting House in the Massachusetts town of Amesbury Oct. 19, Zoya had this to say when asked about the danger of a civil war should the US pull out:

We know now that Obama is not a leader. But there hasn’t been enough said about his and Pelosi’s acquiescence and allowance of the Stupak Amendment which takes women back to the wilderness and fundamentally strips them of their Right to Choose.

The cynicism shown by the Democrats to sacrifice women’s rights if politically expedient is shocking.

This is an entirely faux and pretentious administration lacking any moral fiber.

Obama’s astan policy is simple.
1. make it impossible for NATO/USA to win.
2. Destroy moral and fighting ability of American forces in the field.
3. Enable the muslim’s to extract a win against NATO and US forces to save muslim honor.
4. Lose the war.
5. begin the transformation of America into an islam ready country.
6. enable the beginning of Sharia law in America.
7. Provide selected American military men/women for war crimes at the Haig.
8. begin the re-election of Obama campaign.
I expect Obama to be re-elected to a second term, I do not want that but I can see no way the POTUSPBUH can lose without a full scale Rodney King type riot Nation wide if Obama POTUSPBUH loses.
Remember the lefts antics while Bush was POTUS?
We ain’t seen nothing yet if Obama POTUSPBUH loses. The left/democrats will scream until they get red in the face. Liberal tantrums will sweep the nation and so much obstruction to the policies of a Republican administration will be implemented that nothing will be done.
We are screwed this clown won’t ever leave office.

Obama has even backtracked from areeing to sign ban on land mines.

I guess he’s reserving those for next strategy, being he was even considering increasing the war of the machines with Drones, blindly killing innocents, which even McChrystal warned againsst in angering and turning Afghan’s against us.

Yep, Obama came in announcing he would join a ban and now…

The Obama administration is backtracking on an announcement that it had reviewed its policy allowing military use of land mines and decided to leave it in place.

On Tuesday, State Department spokesman Ian Kelly said the administration had completed a review and decided not sign a treaty banning land mines.

I like it, too. But I can’t even imagine the
26-year-old supervisor of speechwriting (aka Hillary-cardboad-groper) coming up with it. For one thing, it mentions history, with which I doubt he has any familiarity (as FF would say, Obama is the first president in our lives to make America be great, therefore – no knowledge of history!)

Here’s something else one will never see here: officials forced to resign for their coverup of civilian bombings.
Former Defense Minister Franz Josef Jung falls on ~~Merkel’s~~ his sword, takes fall for decision to bomb 2 Taliban captured fueling tankers that had become stuck while the Taliban was dispensing the gas to civilians. Jung was presently serving as Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, but was in charge of Defense when 142 people were blown up in a giant conflagration. (video at link)
He did however dispute the German government’s assertion that they had been underinformed.
General Wolfgang Schneiderhan (Bundeswehr Chief of Staff) also resigned.
The German military had tried to claim that all the dead were Taliban, but reports showed that they knew otherwise and were lying.

Mr. Clemons:

If President Obama would give this speech, the speech of an undisputed leader, he would have my support. Yes, there would certainly be voices of criticism, those who believe in the on-going conflict and those who would buck this or any Democratic President regardless of the decision.

But this speech would take guts and an unswerving commitment to do what is right and the hell with the personal, political consequences.

And regardless of where we stand on the Afghani war, it’s commitment and guts that most Americans respond to.

Too bad we’re unlikely to hear these words on Tuesday. Because more than anything, we need a leader right now, someone willing to put it all on the line for the sake of the country.

Too bad, for all of us.
