From Will Bower: I can’t tell you how excited I am for EPISODE ELEVEN of “No We Won’t” P.U.M.A. Radio!

Beginning at 8pm EST, we’ll be hosting one of my (and our) heroes from this campaign season, LANNY DAVIS. While it’s true that he is currently giving Obama his support, no one was braver or more articulate in supporting Hillary on the campaign trail than was Lanny. I still consider him our friend. We look forward to giving him a warm welcome, and to asking him about ways in which we can support the process of having Hillary Clinton’s name placed into nomination at Convention.

But the show doesn’t stop there! At 9pm EST, we will be welcoming Hillraiser RICKI LIEBERMAN of “ToGetHer4Us” and “The Electability Watch” to discuss her ongoing efforts to make sure that the most electable candidate, Hillary Clinton, is the Democratic nominee.

As always, please be aware that — regardless of what blogtalkradio.com may tell you — the show will begin at 8pm EST Sunday night.

    I want you guys to know that Lanny Davis recently wrote an article citing that the surge in Iraq has worked, and that he was wrong about the surge.

    Davis (who is also a Fox News correspondent) told Hannity (on H & C) two nights ago that he was wrong about the surge. Hannity appreciated the integrity of admitting that he was wrong in the past.

    However, you realize that Obama is not one to admit the surge worked…we saw him dance around that in the Katie Couric interview.

    It might be worth bringing up tonight.

    You know…if Lanny is saying the surge worked, and Obama is saying that it didn’t–doesn’t that mean Lanny Davis is saying Obama is wrong on the war?

      It’s true. The foolish American voters have rewarded this heinous non-entity with improved poll ratings over the noble man who is our last hope of spoiling the general election and making the world regret calling us comical and disturbed.

      I suggest we send blast-faxes to Gallup to let them know we’ve seen through their rigged polling numbers and blatant attempts to make our votes NOT our own.

      Ignore the polls. Ignore the MSM. Ignore the majority of American voters. Hell, ignore reality…which I suspect is also rigged. Listen only to the voices that affirm what you already believe.

      Remember: THIS CAN’T BE HAPPENING. Ergo, it’s not.

    Can someone also bring up the media bias for O? Lanny Davis was a vocal critic of the O-media bias. He may only call it “good press” now, but he knows very well that the media is in the tank for Obama.

    Someone let him know that all that “good press” actually turns off (and, in some cases, frightens) millions of Americans.

    Someone tell Ibama that Iraq is not a BASKETBALL game where the buzzer sounds, and we all go home. The outcome matters. We cannot leave Iraq broken, unstable, and in chaos.

    We have a moral obligation to leave Iraq in as good or better condition than when we entered it. As Colin Powell said to GW Bush, you break it, you own it. We have a moral obligation to ourselves, the Iraqi’s, and the world.

    Senator McCain talks about GOALS in Iraq. Iraq has satisfied 15 of the 18 benchmarks set by congress, The surge and change in tactics pushed by McCain allowed that progress.

    There are no “timetables” in Iraq. There are GOALS and BENCHMARKS. Progress is not measured by TIME. Progress is measured by ACHIEVMENT.

    If Obama had actually ACHIEVED anything in his razor thin career in public service, he might comprehend that distinction.

    Lanny Davis will likely bring up the Supreme Court judge question, and he will tell us to consider that–since he has at many of his speaking venues.

    My argument would be that we do not trust Obama, therefore, how can we trust anyone he would put up for the Supreme Court? I know many of us do not even view him as a democrat, more like a dictator in the making.

    I certainly don’t trust Obama to appoint any judges that will read the law through some sort of anti-capitalism–authoritarian–black liberation theology glasses. On top of that, I perceive Obama to be corrupt, so I would not even trust that his “democratic” judge choices would even stay true to democratic principles.

    When I imagine Obama and his ilk strong arming THEIR appointed Supreme Court judge, and using him/ her–for many decades to come…it makes me sick.

    I do not trust Obama.

    If Roe V Wade being overturned is an issue under McCain, I can assure you there would be a national riot. Never gonna happen.

    If Lanny Davis attempts to frighten our uteruses into voting Obama, I will be greatly disappointed. Women’s issues are so much more than “choice/ birth control” etc.

    How about, not REWARDING non-stop misogyny in the media, and not SUPPORTING those who condone such behavior.

      The polls reflect that sentiment. In the latest Rassmussen poll, more voters trust McCains judgement with the Supreme Court, than Ibama. But, with a whopping 20% undecided, the issue is not decided.

      With Ibama’s backflips on everything including whether to use his children as campaign props, how can he be trusted with anything.

    No one told him he had to do this!

    It does not matter what Hillary told her people to do as far as supporting Obama.

    Lanny was not a paid employee of Hillary’s campaign and he was simply called on the TV shows as a Clinton supporter.

    He has chosen to go to the dark side.

    I ask why the excitement about Lanny?

    Get someone else who can speak to the issues you want spoken to.

    Lanny Davis WAS a hero of ours, but, another one that got caught on Fox talking on both sides of his mouth. I caution PUMA to be careful with his agenda. Because his agenda is to sit Mrs. Clinton’s on the second post of the ticket, and that is all. He has no desire to let her have her roll call or nomination on the ticket, he is a double agent, and if you want to fall for his double talk, well, that is your choosing….but….us…we know where he stands. VP is his only desire at this point and will do anything to have her there. So, if PUMA is willing to let Obama run our country in first place, then keeping listening to Lanny, but we won’t.

      However, Bud White’s interview with in-the-tank-for-Obama Bob Shrum gave some interesting democratic-insider insight, such as the fact that Russert was close to Ted Kennedy.

      Some information might be gleened. But we know what we’re for. Democracy and sunshine.

    Will Bower made a statement that Hillary Clinton’s debt was to be paid off by donations through PUMA people.

    I never heard the final outcome.

    Is there a list of accomplishments that PUMA has made since the onset of PUMA?

    Is PUMA in line with what Hillary Clinton wants to have happen at the convention?

    Do not get me wrong, I would like to see more focus and intensity. Right now I see it all over the place and all over the place is good as long as there is an objective and it is in line with what Clinton wants.

    In one sentence you say no deal. In another you say you want Hillary Clinton.

    And, not you open the door to Lanny who is a supporter of Obama. Lanny Davis a bad move. Get a better strategist on your show who is in Hillary’s corner.
    You cannot trust someone who is on Obama’s side.

    Lanny Davis is now in the tank for Obama. Why, because Dean and friends have told him that he will never work again as a political operative if he isn’t. He is starting to spew the same stuff, poor people, Supreme Court, like Dean and Obama even care about any of this stuff. They wasnt POWER! He comes on a spews how much of a difference Obama’s trip made. That is a whole lot of baloney. This guy can’t even crack fifty against John McCain in the Gallup Poll? Doesn’t make sense. This is why until the democrats change their rules, they won’t be getting any of my votes. The don’t look to the electorate as a whole, just what they think are their segments they can pull along.

    Caucuses are not Democratic and will NEVER be DEMOCRATIC! Take a look at who has the power…the DNC or the VOTER! The corner stone of our Democracy is at risk if we don’t fix this system and if he don’t hold our ground and say ‘NO WE WON’T'…Just Say No Deal.
    We were not part of the BACK ROOM DEAL and we will never support it.

    1. Abolish Caucuses

    2. Candidates can’t give away their delegates, like Kusinich did by telling them to go over to Obama. The voters didn’t vote for that.

    3. Voters should not be diluted/cut in 1/2/NOT COUNTED or GIVEN TO SOMEONE ELSE!

    4. All meetings should be made public and no back room deals.

    5. No rigging to keep candidates off the convention like Hillary is currently being put off. Ted Kennedy got on the ballot and he had less than 200 delegates.

    Good for Davis for supporting Hillary in the primary but he is not the person we should be listening to now. He has another agenda. Our agenda can only be to stop Obama by electing someone else; If by some miracle a floor fight takes place and Hillary can take it back, then wonderful but right now our only option is McCain.

    This primary has been compared to ’68 as engineered by the senior Daley. If history is really repeating itself then Obama is in the place of Hubert Humpfrey, supported by the old guard machine and Hillary would represent the challengers (I know she was supposed to the the insider). It’s flipped from ’68 but that’s what if feels like. Funny about history…it always comes in disguise when it’s about unlearned lessons.

    Humpfrey did OK against Nixon until the convention. The campaign never recovered from the disruption of the protesters and the strong arm tactics of the Daley machine inside and outside the convention. We have seen the Obama version of dirty tricks. The convention may make the big difference…along with the Republicans moving into action as soon as it’s over. I think they are going to demolish Obama. Just now there’s a bit of negation of Obama coming from them but on the whole, they’re so quiet you know they’ve got the goods. They want to use it to maximum advantage at the right time and close enough to the GE that there’s enough time to get the word out but not enough for the Dems to recover.

    Last night on Fox Lanny Davis was defending Obama so angrilly. I never saw His so fire up, when He was defending Hillary(one of Her top advisors). INow I know, that Lanny Davis care more about Obama then about Hillary, and He prove that He was not a truly Hillary advisor. All those bad advise for Hillary, maybe was pllaned, it looks like, Seems that Hillary hire wrong people to help Her win .
