It won't happen under Obama, but he's the new cool thing. The media loves him, and most Latinos watch a lot of TV. I've lived in a Latino neighborhood in NYC for 5 years, and it's a very blue sanctuary city. Right now, I'm in Canada, but I'm sure the NYC is gripped with Obamamania.
