I celebrate with lights in the dark cold days, as do most of us. I hang the ornaments on my Christmas tree with loving thoughts of the people and animals I have left behind. The tree itself is lit from deep within its branches, so the light flickers forth from the darkness. The things of heaven go to the top of the tree; the things of earth go towards the bottom. The song by Clannad is beautiful and mysterious. Sisters Moya and Enya and the Brennan clan are indeed a gift to the world. Thanks for this lovely post, Rev. Amy.
