Athy - thankx for reference!

I think Kevin's comments are so right-on-target....and "even when He contradicts his royal self the BHO for dear leader staff need not only fact checkers, but FLIP-FLOP CHECKERS!" Great advice for the one whose time to get lost has come!

May I just humbly add "Flip-Off" checkers, too...after watching his ignominious rapper JayZ wannabe routine where he disrespectfully gave "the finger" to his fellow female Senator HRC?

Obamarama is a Flip-Offer and a Flip-Flopper! Come November, let's hope he revises his anorexic resume and sends to SNL for their Bernie Mac Comedy Family Hour...

What I really like about this op-ed, is that is shows that Sen. Clinton is doing her job, concerned about issues.
remember those?
Doing the senator thing.
As opposed to his presumptious majesty.
who is concerned with whatever talking point is put on the teleprompter.
Even when he contradicts his royal self.
The BHO for dear leader staff needs not only fact checkers, but flip-flop checkers.

Firefly, you are good! That's what I thought - What's this bimbo-out-of-rehab-chaser 'journalist' Schuster doing in a news room actually asking an intelligent question?

It's a mystery. Maybe he took a xanax this time and his testosterone levels calmed down a bit...His remakrs prompted Hillary to write a letter, as she should. Obambi wrote a letter to protesst Imus because of 'his 2 little girls'. Ya! Tell it on the mountain, Barry! All that misogynist frat-boy stuff didn't bother you all these months.

No wonder Barry agrees with Bernie Mac's punchline (I was just messing with you!) that "mothers and sisters" are "just family whores"!!!What a creep!

Pumas, go roar louder!

Pink Panther-I agree with your comment about Sen Obama "pretending to be this or pretending to be that" and attacking his opponents who are pretty straightforward about where they stand on the issues- whether or not we agree with them his opponents still have had the guts to say what they mean and mean what they say.

No matter who you choose to vote for in Nov (I support HRC) PLEASE read this excellent analysis-one of the best that I have read to date- about Sen Obama's legislative votes and positions. Sen Obama's hypocrisy is pretty impossible to miss.

Sen Obama...YOUR ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN YOUR WORDS...

http://www.beyondchron.org/articles/The_Obama_Craze_Count_Me_Out_5413.html

Damning article on how much Sen Obama REALLY cares about the poor and middle class voters and their issues-and- just how good was/is his legislation for the people?

First time voters-P L E A S E review Sen Obama's past voting record and understand the implications of his votes. You can tell a lot about a candidate if you take the time to understand the implications of their votes or legislation they passed/or rejected or wrote. You can also tell a lot about a candidate by the company he/she keeps as advisors.

Do not be deceived. Your optimism should be applauded but your optimism should be based upon knowledge of the facts combined with your faith in the candidate, It is dangerous when people vote for a political leader solely on blind faith-especially when you are choosing the next president of the United States of America.

Ziggy is also mixing apples and oranges.

There is a major difference between Obama and McCain. Obama is pretending to be anti-oil company and anti-energy company. McCain has not made that claim.

Additionally, Obama is roaming the earth talking as though he didn't vote for the Cheney-Bush Energy Bill.

Ziggy must have gone to the Obama summer camp on propaganda and manipulation.

The Energy Policy Act of 2005 (aka The Bush-Cheney Energy Bill) had wide democratic support. More democrats in the U.S. Senate voted for it than against it.

The bill was a mixed bag. It wasn't devoid of positive provisions and positive effects.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Energy_Policy_Act_of_2005#Support

Which isn't to say this was my favorite Obama votes.

McCain, btw, has accepted more than $2 million in oil industry contributions-- around 10 times what Obama has received. Oil industry contributions to the McCain campaign spiked in June, after he reversed his opposition to the federal ban on offshore drilling.

This is the same bill that Obama supported and both McCain and Clinton voted against because it gave $6 billion in subsidies to oil and gas industry and $12 billion in subsidies to nuclear power industry..

This is the 2005 energy bill which was written in secret by Cheney and the energy lobby.

The U.S. Public Interest Research Group published a booklet entitled, "How Exxon Mobile and the Oil Industry Benefit from the 2005 Energy Bill," August 2005." (Reference below)

But what can one expect when Obama has taken in excess of $200,000 in campaign donations from an energy company's executives and employees (i.e., Exelon Corp).

Obama also watered down legislation aimed at tightening regulations on the nuclear industry.

Yes, Obama is some progressive.

The "new" Democratic Party; bought and paid for by the oil and energy companies. Courtesy of Obama/Pelosi/Brasile/Reid/Dean.

Obama and Durbin were getting money from Exelon, a Nuclear company from their state, I know Obama got $269,900 from the employees of Exelon. This is the company that William Ayers' Father used to be CEO of, it was called Commonwealth Edison.

The Diane Rehm show had people on discussing the energy palns of Obama and McCain and I tried to get on to ask that very question. If you look at their rhetoric and then compare what they actually do who do you trust more to have a good energy policy John McCain who voted against the Bush /Cheney bill or O-blah-blah who voted for it.
