No doubt the democratic party leaders, the MSM, and the Obama campaign will blame it on “racism.” In fact “racism” may in fact play a part but probably not “racism” as the aforementionned would interpret it. Rather it will be how Obama, like the “boy who cried wolf”, played the “racism” card too many times and in the end too few believed him and the rest of the populace were just sick and tired hearing the same old excuse every time Obama was faced with any challenge or question.

Although the hour is late, there is still time for the democratic party to nominate a candate who has shown through her “primary” success that she can win. May they see her “light”!

Barack Obama is not legally a US natural-born citizen according to the law on the books at the time of his birth; a law that was in effect between December 24, 1952 and November 13, 1986, when the law was changed.

However, the new law did not preempt the former law in the cases of those born between the above listed dates when the old law was in effect.

Therefore, Senator Obama may very well be disqualified as the Democratic candidate in the upcoming Presidential campaign.

Presidential office requires the person elected to be a natural-born United States citizen if the child was not born to two US citizen parents.

US Law very clearly stipulates: “If only one parent was a US citizen at the time of your birth, that parent must have resided in the United States for at least ten years, at least five of which had to be after the age of 16.”

Barack Obama’s father was not a US citizen, and Obama’s mother was only 18 when he was born, which means although she had been a US citizen for 10 years, his mother fails the test for being so for at least 5 years prior to Barack Obama’s birth.

In order for her child to have been a natural-born US citizen, his mother would have had to be 21 at the time of his birth.

In essence, Mrs. Obama was not old enough to qualify her son for automatic US citizenship.

His mother would have needed to have been 16+5 = 21 years old at the time of Barack Obama’s birth for him to have been a natural-born citizen.

Barack Obama instead should have been naturalized, but even then, that would still disqualify him from holding the office of President under current law.

At best, Barack Obama is only a naturalized US citizen.

This is an issue that must be clarified before the election.

Naturalized citizens are ineligible to hold the office of President as is the case with Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Barack Obama was sent back to Hawaii at age 10, all the other information does not matter because his mother is the one who needed to have been a US citizen for at least 10 years prior to his birth on August 4, 1961, with 5 of those years being after she became age 16.

If Obama were elected President without being a natural-born US citizen, it would set precedence that would enable Governor Schwarzenegger and other naturalized US citizens to also run for President.

The above information may be presented from the floor at the Democratic National Convention, and my be the impetus of resurrecting Hillary Clinton’s Democratic Presidential campaign.

What exactly is her expertise? Is she a whiz on the economy, oil, housing, health, foreign policy, or has she had prior government experience so she can inform us as to how government should work and what is prudent management for Washington.

Exactly what does the wise Michelle have to tell us, I hope she is not going there to give us her view on Barack, or to tell us how wonderful he will be to all of us, or how proud she finally is because is black man is running for President.

So please someone can you in all wisdom tell me exactly what is the purpose of Michelle Obama’s speech, why is it important to the DNC to have her on the first day of this event speaking, and is this the norm.

As I said before all these spineless democrats that will sit there and accept this knowing quiet well its the most ridiculous idea to be entertained, but then again the democrat party is now filled with men and women that are so hung up on the trappings of office they can no longer stand up for what is correct or right to do, they have all lost their voices.

So what if they will shriek forever about BS “racism.” They will NEVER shut up that people who voted for Hillary are racist, and placating hasn’t worked this far. Appeasement never works. If BO won POTUS, they would still whine and complain about racism.

The Nation of Islam wants it’s own separate Black State or whatever, for God’s sake.

These Obama’s are so full of it, they must really feel that they are god’s gift to America, I have never seen two people that feel that their service to this country is something all Americans should be grateful for, they are doing us all a big favor with just going out there and offering their services for the good of all.

I sure hope Obama gets his butt kicked once and for all by Mccain, and after that I hope not to see or hear one more sentence from either him or his dam wife.

2008 DEMOCRATIC NATIONAL CONVENTION HEADLINE SPEAKERS

* Monday August 25th’s headline prime-time speaker will be Michelle Obama.
* Senator Hillary Clinton, who is a champion for working families and one of the most effective and empathetic voices in the country today, will be the headline prime-time speaker on Tuesday August 26th.
* The headline prime-time speaker on Wednesday August 27th will be Barack Obama’s Vice Presidential nominee.
* On Thursday, August 28th, the DNCC will throw open the doors of the Convention and move to INVESCO Field at Mile High so that more Americans can take part in the fourth night of the Convention as Barack Obama accepts the Democratic nomination.
