I am a TITLE CLOSING agent. I know a little about real estate transactions. I can easily see that this Obama/Rezko real estate transaction was a scam.

Obama got a HUGE favor from Rezko.

Obama paid $300k less than the asking price and Rezko’s wife paid the entire asking price for the lot next to Obama’s.

Does anybody see how this might look dirty?

At the time these 2 deals went down, the real estate market in the USA was on fire and getting hotter.

How did Obama get a $300k discount while the wife of a very knowledgeable and very rich real eastate investor got duped into paying full price?

It would be like saying me and Donald Trump bought proeprties next to each other from the same guy and I outsmarted the seller but Trump got screwed.

Rezko’s wife paid the entire asking price so Obama could get his for $300k off.

IT IS THAT SIMPLE.

It’s easy to do. Rezko’s wife tells the seller to charge here the entire price but to give the Obamas a $300K discount.

I have no doubt he got a favor.

Well, many of us have been ranting about Obama’s South Side of Chicago antics for almost two years, to no avail, so I hope NQ has better luck getting this information out to the public this time around. As a loyal Democrat, my worst fear is that His majesty will be put down, and it will be too late for the Democrats to win in the Presidential Primaries come November.

As a loyal Clinton supporter I am somewhat assuaged by her slot at the convention (finally)but am still not sure if I will vote at all. I keep thinking Billory will come up with a solution, and that they know, and have known the facts all along, but didn’t want to ruin the Dem’s chances for success in the Fall. Am I being foolish? Please keep up the dialog.

Understand this land will be the new site of the Secret Service Residence if Barry gets the job. (This was the f**king plan from the outset)

GUYS ! ! Please read my top post on this. I joined this thread late but this topic is what got me started after Barry in the first place.
I used to do Real Estate Appraisal and gave a bare bones explanation for a lot of this at the top. Take a second and read that thing and it might save some time.

All this stuff. ALL THIS STUFF has been researched up the wazoo and is available from the good folks over at http://therealbarackobama.wordpress.com
They used to be RezkoWatch and we chased this thing into the ground.
The Illinois Appraisal License guys are checking into the appraisal used to lend Barry the money. It had to be fraudulent. Any falsehood Barry and Michelle put down in writing on their loan app (and there have to be tons of ‘em) is tacit admission of guilt in attempted fraud.
Fitzgerald knows this. Half of Chicago knows this.
Read the Rezko archives over at Real Barack Obama.
If you haven’t yet, you just don’t have enough ammo on Barry. His crimes in Chicago are massive!
RezkoWatch deserves much more credit than they ever got.
Do yourselves a favor, take some time and read abouit Barry and Tony’s excellent adventure. You will crap yourselves

“Right now my landscaper who comes and does all my work, I have asked him to go ahead and mow the lawn on the other side,” Obama said.

“My intention was to have the landscaper figure out some pro-rata cost for that mowing and send that bill to Rezko,” Obama said. “I just haven’t had time to do it.”

Has an entrance been installed on that parcel or is BS still paying for the landscaping for the new owner?)
