And 40% at HealthNet? Stay tuned for similar increases from Aetna, Wellpoint, etc. Granted a few too many conservative Dems may have been out muscled by the industry - but at least Obama tried to make a change.  Working people are fucking dying in this country because our profit-centric health care system is untouchable.
