LOL! Obomite? LOL! Hardly! Community Organizing…. Witty! LOL! Well for someone who is so well learned and worldly as someone who studied industrial psychology your written behavior does not match someone so well educated and worldly. You of all people should know better.

As far as my political preference is concerned I am not a supporter of either party and did not vote for either McCain or Obama. Got tired of voting for the lesser of two evils a long time ago and I am too familuar with the ways of the Hill Rats…. And as far as the joint I graduated from as a engineer…here is a hint for you…. Finding an impartial jury anywhere in the US would not be easy and that includes a military tribunal…And holding it in NYC would have shown the world how strong we as a Nation really are. Yes cost is an issue. But that is not the real reason why Bloomberg and Poppeye Kelly did not want it in NYC. Its all politics… politics…politics and politics… We have tried terrorist in this Country time and time again and you can blame Obama/Holder for many things but not this.

The screaming and yelling over this is totally a political move and those taking the bait are dumber than dirt… I believe in our legal system and constitution, even as screwed up as it is sometimes. I dare anyone to show me a better system deployed in any other Country….

I guess the Greatest Generation that ever lived is really truly and totally dead…

I do not have the expertise to know all the logistical and political problems that having the KSM trial in New York would cause.

Holder and the Obama Administration should have known those things. You do not, if you are smart and competent, present something that was sure to cause an uproar without doing your due diligence. This apprears to be another matter of inexperience and incompetence. At least that’s the way it looks to me.

I think Holder is bizarre. He wanted the trial in NYC. What judge could honestly rule that Holder could find an impartial jury against KSM in Manhattan? So when KSM’s lawyers ask for a change of venue — after Holder has wasted millions planning for security in NYC, then the judge orders the trial moved to another venue?

I really don’t trust this Holder guy.

I would like to hear the administration’s excuses for not having these trials at Camp Justice at Gitmo. I read that the courtrooms are brand new and more than adequate for the purpose, away from the mainland, and certainly costing nowhere near the $200M the President is setting aside in the new budget for the trials to be held somewhere in the U.S. That’s an obscene amount of money (and probably a low ball figure) to waste when there is a viable alternative that makes so much more sense. What’s the real motive for pushing that these trials be held somewhere in the U.S.?
