Abit OT but this is a VERY clever (and not far from the truth), website. http://bestobamafacts.com/ It needs close scrutiny. Should be printed and mailed out!!! Just SOME of the finer points made...

When Obama rids the world of nuclear weapons, the red button in his office will control the thermostats in American homes.
#

Obama brings change to the world every time he closes his eyes and imagines that Twin Towers never existed.
# After a hearty meal Obama has been known to send off a tiny ripple of hope. This tiny ripple of hope in Chicago can cause change throughout the world.
#

When Obama relaxes at home with his family he switches to a British accent.
#

Obama's wife is a Klingon.
# Obama's children are named Child 1 and Child 2 respectively.
# Our universe is held together by the force of Michelle Obama's benevolent willpower, but her patience is running thin.
# Michelle Obama has saved humanity from destruction many times and is slightly annoyed that we haven't returned the favor.
# Monica Lewinsky owns "I Barack for Obama" bumper sticker.
# Everything Obama touches begins to vote Democrat.
# More dead people voted for Obama than for any other Democrat candidate in the history of Chicago politics.
# The tingle that crawled up Chris Matthews' leg has taken control of his brain and is reporting a full preparedness to take over the world.
# Obama can make things disappear just like David Copperfield can, but he hates taking things away from the community.
# US Mail Service published Obama's resume on a new first class stamp.
# In the movies, Obama's part is played by Robert Redford.
# Obama can inflate a hot air balloon in one blow. He does it for the children.

Actually, I find it harder to read all caps. The letters seem to blend together more, less differentiation or something maybe. I often skip over comments written in all caps for that reason.

On the subject of the CAP letters...I read on another thread that there are handicapped individuals commenting here...please be kind!
On the matter of orators, I will admit to one thing about the "O"...he does read well!
There are numerous persons with melodic voices...Richard Burton types...but that does not qualify them for the Oval Office.
Bill Clinton had charisma...but he backed it with hard work!!!

Johnny,

It appears as though we have 2 manchurian candidates under the control of Soros and Brezinski -- Obama and Saakashvili.

It's like living in the matrix and you took the red pill!

When you examine the similarities in the tactics and policy of Obambi and Saakhashvili the Columbia/Brezinski/Soros connection is no longer just coincidental.

Soros has been undermining democratic reform in the former Soviet States, including Georgia, in favor of "Enlightened Authoritarianism" and a "Personality Cult".

Here is a synopsis of the political environment ing the Caucasus growng from the Soros seed:
<strong>"practically all the authoritarian leaders and dictators at all times tried and are trying to pass for educated people aware of the nation’s hopes and needs. They repeat correct slogans at every opportunity"</strong>

Sound familiar?

Personality type analysis is useful but oversimplifies by implying an either/or dichotomy. In reality, while both of these types exist in their pure form, many people combine these traits. Churchill was a great orator as well as a good administrator. Ditto for FDR. Kennedy was becoming good at the governing aspects when he was killed, although he screwed up badly in the beginning. (Had he taken his years in Congress more seriously, I doubt that he would have bungled the Bay of Pigs or the Vienna summit, giving Kruschev the impression that he could get away with putting missiles in Cuba.)

I once read that after WWII Americans were very leary of charismatic leaders having seen how Hitler had mesmerized the well-educated Germans. If you have to have just one of these traits, competence should always trump charisma. That is what a mature society would choose, anyway. Unfortunately opinion in our country is shaped by a bunch of media folks who are the epitome of arrested development and are emotionally stuck in high school, sucking up to the bullies and kool kids and dissing the serious students.

Lest you have any doubts, here is a direct quote from Newsweek's political genius Howard "The Nerd" Fineman:

"You knew Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama in high school. At least I did. They were candidates in the student senate election. She was the worthy but puffed-up Miss Perfect, all poodle skirts and multicolored binders clutched to her chest. He was the lanky, mysterious transfer student—from Hawaii by way of Indonesia no less—who Knew Things and was way too cool to carry more than one book at a time. Who would be leader of the pack?
Presidential elections are high school writ large..."

Reassuring to know that we pick the most powerful leader in the world based on the opinions of these kinds of people.

Gwatney's tragic death is not connected to anything except mental illness and economic misery. Anything else is rubbish--paranoid rubbish at that. It's got nothing to do with anything--except that the man who shot him needed psychiatric treatment.
