Hey Barky! Why Don’t You Have A Talk With Putin For Us?

What do you think of this photo Barky?

I just thought maybe you might want to take another vacation. Russian troops took some prisoners today and commandeered some USA Humvees in the process.

As you know, Barky, Putin’s poodle, Medvedev, signed an agreement to pull out of Georgia, but goodness, he doesn’t seem to be leaving that country that has fewer residents than the size of the Russian army. He keeps telling us he will leave soon but he just doesn’t keep his promise, I just know he’s dying to talk to you so everybody can kiss and make up.

So Barky, I suggest maybe Jamaica this time.

Then you could call a press conference, make a nice statement about how we need a UN Resolution that Putin can veto. Maybe you might want to give him a call from the sailboat and tell him it’s not nice to be trying to put together the Soviet Union again, but places like Georgia just don’t want to go. You remember the Soviet Union don’t you Barky? Oh that’s right, you were using diapers when they were at their worst, but I just KNOW you read a page about it in your tenth grade the history book, so you’re good to go.

So give him a call. I know he will take your call right away Barky and then pull right out of Georgia just for The One. Right after he finishes falling on the floor holding his stomach and laughing.

What was this you said again Barky–about disarming America? There’s just no end to your brilliance, man! Why don’t you just tell us you are going to hand us right over to your jihad buddies in the Middle East on Day One!

well I wonder what stupid, moronic thing will come out of Obama’s mouth about this. That pic is awful…those are American soldiers right?

    • http://! Clinton Fan

No. Those are NOT American soldiers. They’re Russian.

      • wodiej

        oh, well it’s still awful

      • Joy

Which ones ya talking about? The ones with the guns or the ones with the blindfolds.

    • Skiron

How could you think they are American soldiers? You can’t possibly be that clueless…

      • wodiej

what is your fucking problem?? I was just asking!

        • Skiron

Ok fair enough, but we’d likely be on Defcon 3 and preparing for nuclear war if Russian soldiers had blindfolded American soldiers with guns pointing at them…

          • StrawberrybitesBarky

Russia wouldn’t dare take American prisoners under a Clinton or Mccain presidency …with Barky as pres, Putin would steal his lunch money and punch him in the gob…then walk away laughing.

      • audacity

with all the respect to other PUMA’s, but wodiej is kinda clueless all the time

      • Leisa

Well, they comandeered American Humvees so I can see why someone would ask.

You are the clueless one here.

Jump of your lemming cliff already skiron…

        • HARP

          Can`t we all play nice.

          • Bye bye Obambi

Yes, let’s all get along. And remember, no PUMA is clueless. We’re the smarties.

        • Just Wondering

So what were Georgian troops doing with American military HumVees? Were they using them when they invaded South Osettia? What other American equipment did they have? Our own soldiers are short of supplies and material in Iraq and the U.S. National Guard has equipment shortages at home.

          • Just Wondering

            Those are rhetorical questions.

Georgian troops have been U.S. trained and U.S. equipped. We’ve been providing military aid to the Republic of Georgia since 2002. U.S. Marine Corp trainers and advisers were stationed in Georgia as part of the Georgia Sustainment and Stability Operations Program, administered by U.S. European Command.

For those still unfamiliar with the “mainstream” William Ayers, as Barack Obama described him on his campaign web site, this 2006 interview with Venezuelan socialist Luis Bonilla-Molina, founder of the Centro Internacional Miranda (CIM). In this clip, Ayers speaks about how the Vietnam War forced an escalation of tactics to violence and notes the terrorist Weather Underground as a “great teaching moment” — a telling description for this professor of education:

3:20 – The particular crisis we faced with the Vietnam War was a crisis that called on us to escalate, to resist in more intense and, and, uh, uh, in more extreme ways. But one way of looking at it is that the Weather Underground was a great teaching moment. And, to the extent that we didn’t fully realize what we were trying to do, we were bad teachers, and to the extent that we did good things, we were good teachers.

5:42 – I mean, to go from underground, when we really thought we were in a revolutionary crisis … and there’s no question that when we left the underground, we lost something valuable — we lost our treasure.

I think Nobama was going thru his drug experimental stage in his HS years…he must have been in one of those purple hazes when they Studied the Soviet Union…so much to learn and so little time the GE is upon him..

He is dangerous for America and I agree with Tricia, I will not forgive the DNC’s current leadership for proving the Republicans right…The New Democratic Party cannot be trutsted with the National Security of our country…It was Hillary’s to win…

      Russia is a tiny country……

    • http://uppitywoman08.wordpress.com Uppity Woman

The one thing the Democratic party learns from history is how to repeat the same mistakes over and over again. The superdelegates were put there to avoid a Barack Obama. So here we go again. Instead of only electing two presidents in 40 years, it’s about to be 44. Because not even the DEMOCRATS can accept these candidates put up by the radical fringe – who then in turn entrance the children who don’t know any better. This is going to be the year of the message to Moveon too. We aren’t interested in Soros Neo Liberal Fascism.

    • NoTrollZone

      heh heh.
maybe michelle should give a special press conference on how Bamy will “cure” the Russians’
      souls.
maybe she could say that the Russians are trying to make Obama look stupid on foreign policy (my, what a difficult task) and since they seem to be white folk, therefore they must all be racists.
Since that’s Obamaland’s only talking point, perhaps they should try it out on the world stage.

Ah, come on Michelle, come out and talk some more.

      • just me

maybe they will just throw him in a closet with MEchele….
and she can tell them all how he is the “one” and everything will fall into place…

        at the last resort

Maybe she could even go as far as to scratch his eyes out!

Hell, Obama’s friends symphathize with F–N communists could anyone expect any less of Barry Soetoro himself? People are what they practice and that tells us everything we need to know about Obama. He is 100% anti American and pro Socialist/communist. He is for anything and everything that is against “evil” America and/or her allies.

    • no vote for Oblabla

I read this on another website and just have to copy/paste it here to share with you all. Being a Cuban-American it really hit home, and I agree 110% with what this person wrote:

Obama and Fidel Castro share many personality traits, ie:
Both were abandoned by their fathers at an early age.
Both are charming, eloquent lawyers that say exactly what people want to hear at the right time and place.
One never led the nation to suspect he was a communist at heart, the other doesn’t mention the word socialism when in reality this is exactly what his agenda stands for.
Neither Obama nor Fidel ever held a real job, either in government or in private enterprise, for they think of themselves as demigods unworthy of soiling their hands when their destiny is much larger than their own realities.
Both were virtually unknown until they began to use the word “change” as their main political motto.
Both have egos as tall as the twin towers, yet they manage to present themselves humbly, one in soiled military fatigues and the other sweating and with an undone tie.
Both have the unique ability to distort truth and lies as if they were the same.
Both have the ability to hypnotize the ignorant and fool the wishful thinker and to divide a nation in classes, (divide and you shall win) In Fidel’s case he divided the rich against the poor, the illiterate against the educated and the black against the white.
In Obama’s case even if by omission, he’s de-facto dividing the races already.
Another resemblance between Obama and Fidel and one that shall never be forgotten is that the American media supported the “Twentieth Century Latin American Liberator” (Time Magazine) with the same degree of irresponsibility devoted to Barack Obama today.
And lastly I’ll use the words of Jorge Santayana to finish my case in point: “Those who can’t remember the past are condemned to repeat it.”
And in the words of Sir Winston Churchill: “The inherent vice of Capitalism is the unequal distribution of blessings, the inherent vice of Socialism is the equal distribution of misery.”

      GOD SAVE AMERICA!

Signed: Andrew J. Rodriguez, Author of “Adios, Havana,” a memoir.

New time cover. Barry 7 times McCain 2. Glad they are supporting Soetoro after hearing they lauded Castro.

        http://www.drudgereport.com/tm.jpg

        • no vote for Oblabla

There you go! Thanks for posting this tzada. Keep in mind that it wasn’t just TIME that ‘fell in love’ with Fidel. The American media back then were also drooling over Castros’ “hopey/changy” message.

So to us, the Cuba-Americans exiled in this great USA, the ‘hope/change’ is quite an old message…we’ve heard this crap before and seen the devastating results of what it really means.

          • JozefAL

Well, a large percentage of the first Cuban “exiles” (Batista’s supporters) were hardly better than the Communists they love to denounce.
It should also be remembered that Castro only became an ardent Communist AFTER the US reacted negatively to his plans to nationalize Cuba’s sugar industry and throw out the MOB which virtually owned Cuba’s hotel & casino industry (which was, after all, the heart of the country’s tourism industry).
If it were up to me, I’d prohibit ANY Cuban-American from voting in any election unless that individual swore an absolute oath of allegiance to THIS country. How many other Latinos in this country get a free pass to speak so fondly of their “home country” without fearing deportation? How many other Latino refugees have an automatic guarantee of entering the US without having to go through the normal immigration route? (Cubans “fleeing” the country are “political” refugees, so they were admitted; Salvadorans in the 1980s were “economic” refugees, so they were rounded up and deported.) What other Latino community gets the free pass to be so political without worrying about the usual anti-immigration talk?
If the Cubans really want to be Americans, they need to get over this obsession with Castro and allow the stranglehold they’ve had on foreign policy to end (not even the American Jewish community is as obsessed with Israel as the “exiles” are with Cuba). Otherwise, if they insist on being Cubans first and Americans second, they need to move back to Cuba and work or fight for change from within the same way the East Germans and the Poles and the Romanians and the Czechs did, even if it means risking their lives. Hell, even Fidel Castro was imprisoned under the Batista regime for daring to fight for change.

            • Joy

Amen, Amen, Amem. Damn you are the man for saying what needs to be said again and again and again.

            • http://firefox AnnieCarmel

I wonder what impact 12million Mexican illegal immigrants might have on the policies of their government if they returned to the land they so love and demanded economic change? Same for the Cubans. If you love freedom so much what’s wrong with fighting for it…as our forefathers have? And as we are now…

            • no vote for Oblabla

Castro was a communist even when he was still in school. Read any of his writings from his early days as a law student and you can easily see that he always was a communist.

Big difference in comparing immigrants to exiles. You mention economic immigrants and political exiles but you still don’t seem to get the difference between the two groups. Immigrants come here looking for a better life style. Exiles come here only in search of freedom and the simple basic rights and liberties that are granted to all that live in this wonderful country. Our issue is not an economic one as most exiles left a better economic lifestyle back in Cuba…well, at least the lifestyle we had before Fidel forced himself into power. Now everyone there is poor except Fidel and his tight group of puppets.
All Cuban-American US citizens, as I am, have sworn ‘an absolute oath of allegiance to THIS country’ when we became citizens. We didn’t just mouth the words, they were embedded in our hearts as we said them for the rest of our days. Just because we still speak of Cuba doesn’t mean we’re not Americans first. For the most part I always tell folks I’m American-Cuban instead of Cuban-American, by the way, and proud of it! :-) Again to quote Santayana…“Those who can’t remember the past are condemned to repeat it.” That’s why we American-Cubans will never forget and will speak of the atrocities we witnessed and personally suffered in our birth country until our last breath.

As to your Cuban first and American second…this statement can’t be further from the truth. Any exiled Cuban will uphold and defend the United States of America with zealous diligence and unrelenting passion. I believe any one of us will give up our life without a moment’s hesitation to uphold the liberty and freedom this nation has freely granted us. You see, we know what it’s like to live without any freedom or liberty and it is our duty to defend it with our lives if that’s what it takes. I feel the great majority of us would not do this for Cuba, at least I know I wouldn’t, so yes I am American first and Cuban only by birth.

We have tried fighting for change in Cuba…but…but…Bay of Pigs happened, remember? Besides those of us here are Americans first, we don’t want to go back to Cuba…we just don’t want to ever forget what happened there.

              • no vote for Oblabla

Oh another thing, my initial post was just a comparison of Øbama and Castro and how alike they are. That’s it, no hidden agenda of any sort in my post to start a totally OT discussions from a simple observation as to how these two guys are so alike it’s scary…simple as peach IMO

None of us want Øbama in the White House. We want our Hillary, right? Either in ’08 or ’12 Hillary deserves to be there, she’s the only one that’s qualified for POTUS and that’s all that counts in my book.

So I won’t get drawn in to post again in defense of my citizenship in this great country of ours. I’ll just agree to disagree from here on out.

                Hillary ’08 if not McCain

Obama can’t talk to these people. At least not without his special buddy next to him. You know that buddy that is up to date on world affairs, is highly capable in having a discussion without all of the umms, aahs and more ummms.

Some just like Hillary (except there is no one else like her).

Anyway, Obama can’t do it without a buddy that does all the talking. If Obama has his buddy do the talking then he can give his very popular Obama answer:

That’s the only way he will be able to sit down, have a discussion AND not screw up!!!

This is all only going to get worse and worse over the next few months, if not years (hello WWIII, no joke), so I would imagine this means McCain will win by a landslide. If he is brilliant, McCain will pick HRC as his running mate–why not? If he did that I would finally feel safe.

What, exactly, is Obama supposed to “do”? He’s not President (yet), and subsequently has no power to unilaterally conduct foreign policy.

And what has McCain gained by rattling his non-existent sabre and sending his lap-poodles over there? Nothing.

Seriously, you people need to get out more often.

    • StrawberrybitesBarky

Christ. You really have no sense of history, do you? Public statements made to newspapers, in speeches, op eds etc are the ways world leaders get their points across. OMG. And you think you and Barky have the intellect to go head to head with Putin and China? You listen to what Putin says and then you see what he does? Get it? He, on the other hand, knows the keys to the White House will be turned over to either Mccain (decorated war hero who says when he looks at Putin, he sees KGB) or that dumbass weakling barky, who wants to sit down and chat over a latte. Barky just let his hand show and Putin will act in Russia’s best interest.

If your solution is jumping up and down, waving your arms and making threatening growling sounds, McCain already tried that. Result?

        • StrawberrybitesBarky

And lying down and taking it up the butt like barky did helped how? He just told Putin, ‘I’ll be your bitch’. Look. Putin let his own submariners die rather than accept help from Bush who he saw as weak. He let children die in a schoolhouse rather than deal with muslim terrorists. He is a cruel and ruthless man. And scary smart. He is also is a blackbelt in Judo and trains everyday, that also tells me he is very SELF deciplined. He survived the fall of the USSR and managed to become a very popular leader among his people. He probably already has a file on both McCain and Barky. Who do you think he has more respect (ie caution) for…a man schooled in America’s best war college (sorry Westpoint, daughter of a Marine here)and a survivor of a POW camp or a snot nosed soft bellied coke user. Men like Putin are alpha males. Darwinism pure and simple. Barky and Bush, are not in his league.

          • Obama for President of Indonesia

I don’t know there are some pretty tough community organizers out there.

          • Skiron

“a man schooled in America’s best war college (sorry Westpoint, daughter of a Marine here)”

Apparently he didn’t learn all that much there though, since he graduated 894th out of 899 students. Guy ain’t the brightest bulb in the room, to put it mildly.

            • StrawberrybitesBarky

And Longstreet graduated at the bottem at Westpoint also. Yet he was considered one of the best generals of the Civil War. And what about Grant?

    • http://firefox AnnieCarmel

Well, I don’t know what he can do…but evidently he voted against the Iraq war without being in the US Senate…so maybe he has magical powers after all.

  • Jim

Never mind that if BO actually did something, they would start screeching “Logan Act! Logan Act!”

    • StrawberrybitesBarky

Barky won’t do anything without consulting his beard, oops, wife and his bound and gagged typical white grandma. I’m sure Putin found that remark very funny. And the one about being above his pay grade. By the by, that’s military speak for ‘I’m too lazy and stupid to give you a definitive answer’. Another PS, if you think Putin wasn’t watching the debate you need to stop breathing right now.

    • Tom

…or “who does he think he is??”

Damned if you do, damned if don’t.

  • NoTrollZone

just a quick note on trolls. I was looking for a video of a Blondie tune… someone had done a cover of one of their numbers. In the comment section
a young woman wrote that she hadn’t known about the original, had always liked the cover. But now, on hearing the origin, liked Blondie’s version best.
The next poster called the young woman ever swear word in the book. really toxic stuff. This, because she disagreed with her over which tune was best. The “review” would have read just like a troll comment here if you interchanged “blondie” and “guitar” with “Putin” and “Russia.”
Folks, this is the quality of person that comes here to spew ignorance and venom. The don’t know spit about politics or anything else of substance. They are just nasty little people.
So please, if you are so inclined, ignore them and let them go spread their peculiar soul-sickness somewhere else.

    • StrawberrybitesBarky

I know you are right, No Troll Zone, but there are a lot of Obamabits who lurk here and they need to examine the other side of the argument. If we don’t answer, they will assume that we CAN’T come back with a sound argument.

  • susan k

Times are serious. Bad stuff is happening. People are dying.

This is a great forum for Clinton supporters who are critical of Obama, and it’s a free country and Obama supporters can come on here and argue with Obama critics, but for god’s sake could everyone please keep it civil?

No one knows what the answer is as far as how to deal with Russia and Iraq and Iran and N. Korea and China, etc. etc. There probably IS no answer, and we just have to do the best we can.

Most people on this forum believe that Obama is too inexperienced to deal with this stuff–so do I. So if you are going to argue for that, argue in a rational and calm way. I know everyone is defensive because many of the Obama bloggers have been obnoxious, but resist stooping to that level. Let’s be above that and let’s not talk about tragedy in too light a manner.

    With all due respect, thanks.

May I remind you that the Russian/Georgian situation has taken place on the Republican watch? It wasn’t the foreign policy or the inattentiveness of Barack Obama that resulted in us being taken totally off guard, was it?

Nor, by the way, was it Barack Obama or democratic party policies that have been pushing so damn hard for NATO membership for the Republic of Georgia. Republicans would like to see Russia totally hemmed in by former Soviet states turned NATO members, with an anti-ballistic missile system deployed right on Russia’s border. They’re working to bring that about. Which, of course, makes Russia feel very treatened. One could make a strong argument that the excessive Russian response to the Georgian military incursion into South Ossetia was provoked by that Republican foreign policy. It’s also very likely that Georgia undertook the attack on South Ossetia in the face of obviously superior Russian military power because they were overconfident that U.S. support would hold any Russian response in check.

Where do you think they got that idea? It certainly wasn’t from Barack Obama or the democrats.

Taunting Obama on this is a diversion from the fact that the current situation is the result of republican mechinations, miscalculations, and screw-ups.

    • StrawberrybitesBarky

Whose defending Bush, he’s as big of an idiot as Barky.

      • ziggy

You’re overlooking McCain’s extensive involvement with the Republic of Georgia and his top foreign policy advisor Randy Scheunemann. McCain is involved up to his eyebrows.

      • TeakWoodKite

Barky is a bigger idiot. He can’t close the deal.

Bush couldn’t get it right after closing the deal.

  • Alex-Sharon

And to think the DNC thinks we will fall for the Denver convention and back Obama.Oh no we will not!

Hillary or McCain as president 08

Use who they want but we are not falling in line to a dnc who took the wills of many americans.Never.

NODEAL! HILLARY OR MCCAIN AND THAT’S THAT.

    • ziggy

McCain is one of the republicans responsible for the Republic of Georgia situation. His top foreign policy advisor, Randy Scheunemann, was a paid agent of the Republic of Georgia, and a paid lobbyist working to get Georgia into NATO. Scheunemann, with his McCain connection, probably played a significant part in giving the Georgian’s the impression that the U.S. would prevent Russia from retaliating when they invaded South Ossetia. McCain is a presidential candidate who has been involved in a major U.S. foreign policy screw-up before he’s even been elected president.

      • StrawberrybitesBarky

Paid agent? Link please? And “probably played a significant part…” What are you, a friggin’ mind reader. Wow , McCain is one of the republicans responsible for the Georiga situations? Soooo it’s bad thing that a country wants to be a democracy and break away from being under Russia’s thumb? So what you’re saying is that Iraq is bad because they want us out of Iraq and wants to be independant? I’m guessing you were pissed when the wall fell too.

        • ziggy

There’s plenty of info available on Randy Scheunemann from more sources than you can shake a snake at. Here’s a fairly generic article, devoid of political bias:

          http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Randy_Scheunemann

It’s a wonderful thing that a country wants to be a democracy. It’s a dangerous thing, however–both for world peace and the security of that new democracy itself–when such a country is directly on the Russian border, and the United States wants to turn it into an armed NATO military state. Suddenly the Russians get an attitude. And who can blame them?

That sort of policy is the road to another horribly expensive arms race, and possibly to war itself.

          • StrawberrybitesBarky

And your feelings about Clinton going into Bosnia to tamp down violence there to keep it from spreading?

            • ziggy

It seemed like a wise thing to do, to me. That’s an entirely different situation, though.

Our behind-the-scenes involvement with Georgia has been destabilizing. As recent events have unfortunately demonstrated.

              • StrawberrybitesBarky

Oh please, the republicans used that SAME damned argument with Clinton…hell I can still see Bush and Newt saying that Clinton was going to cause another war with Russia. Wag the dog and all that rubbish. If you’re trying to convince me Georgia wanting their freedom is a bad thing, you should know that my mother and her family escaped Romania/Hungary and things were so bad they immigrated to NAZI GERMANY! That’s like North Koreans escaping to China.

                • Joy

So Barking Strawberries, your mother and her relatives would rather be Nazis than Communists. Non Nazi or Communist countries didn’t cross their minds I guess.

                  • StrawberrybitesBarky

Considering my oma was hauling around six children by herself (one of whom died from starvation because she could no longer produce milk because she herself was starving) she was following the promise of work in a factory and bread. And there was no minimum wage or 40 hour work week either. Ya see, her communist overlords said she didn’t deserve enough food to feed her babies, the communist party elites needed the food. You’ve never gone one day without a meal have you? Or watched your youngest daughter die of starvation? Yeah, you’re a compassionate one aren’t you?

                    • Joy

Strawberry Barking , I guess its Nazis for her then and the Nazis must have fed her better than the Communists. And no I’ve never gone without food for a day but I did have a dad in a Nazi POW camp who came out weighing 78 pounds.

                    • StrawberrybitesBarky

The only reason my oma and her children weren’t hearded up and killed off as well (they were considered peasants ) was because oma spoke German as well as Hungarian. They were there at the train depot looking at both lines as well. One to the work factories and one to the camps. You need to bone up on your history.

                    • StrawberrybitesBarky

Oh and by the by, all those North Koreans seeking refuge in Red China should be comdemed because they support a communist regime?

                    • Joy

Barking Berries, I don’t need to bone up on history, my dad taught me. It would seem your mother would be in demand by the Allied Countries since she spoke German. Guess not.

                    • StrawberrybitesBarky

My Oma, you idjit not my mother, learn to read. And you should let your daddy know you think the poor North Koreans trying to escape starvation and persecution should just accept their fate and die…like my Oma and her six babies all under the age of 12 should have laid down and died when their home was destoyed.

                    • Joy

Dude you brought your mother into this. Comment by StrawberrybitesBarky | 2008-08-21 15:47:40 You said “my mother and her family escaped Romania/Hungary and things were so bad they immigrated to NAZI GERMANY!”

As for the starving North Koreans you mention, I think South Korea would be a better bet.

                    • StrawberrybitesBarky

God you’re a douche. How are half starved North Korean refugees going to cross the demilitarized zone? Man, you are ignorant. You’ve got the North Korean military on one side and the US military on the other and a huge no go zone complete with barb wire in the middle. And admit it. You don’t know what an Oma is. And the difference between a Nazi and a regular German. Or a poor woman trying to survive in a wartorn, male oriented world with small children. Or how to show a little compassion towards your fellow woman. PS my father held no grudges toward the Japanese. Oh we were at war with those guys too, and that was WW2. The Pacific Theater.

                    • Joy

                      Barky Berry,
Well for one, Oma means mother. In Korean that is. And you’ve been talking about Korea now haven’t you.

And I’m sorry I don’t buy all your innocent Germans routine. So go sell crazy some where else.

                    • StrawberrybitesBarky

No Oma is ‘grandma’ in German. And you’re saying all Germans are evil Nazis. That makes you an evil American because Bush invaded Iraq. And my grandmother was Hungarian not German and my mother was about two years old so of course in your stupid mind (the one that thinks a person can safely cross the DMZ, LOL) she can be blamed for your father being in a POW camp. Wow, does that sum it up? OK Now I’m off to Tae Kwon Do class (that’s Korean Martial arts)and may I suggest reruns of MASH to educate you on Korean history, and Hogan’s Heros to educate you on Nazi history. Those seem about your speed. Goodnight, darlin’.

                    • Joy

Berry Barky, Be sure to sell some more of your crazy at Tae Kwon Do class and ya might ask someone who speaks Korean what Oma means. It’s mother and yes in Dutch and German it means grandmother.

No, not all Germans are evil. The ones who enabled Hitler like you Oma are.

                • ziggy

Georgia had their freedom until they invaded South Ossetia–where another ethnic group lived who also wanted to have theirs.

Russia didn’t even cross the border until Georgian troops had killed 2,000 South Ossetian civilians and 15 UN-sanctioned Russian peacekeepers.

That’s not exactly totally unprovoked Russian aggression.

          • Ferdberfle

United States wants to turn it into an armed NATO military state.

Hey, dingaling, it is not just the US that wants it. There ARE other countries in NATO that also want it to happen, in case you weren’t aware (and understanding that you are a bot, you probably didn’t have that information programmed into your microchip).

            • Just Wondering

I don’t actually give a damn what the Europeans want, or what the Bush Administration wants, or what the McCain campaign or McCain’s Republic of Georgia-lobbyist/foreign affairs advisor wants.

Do the people of the United States want it? I don’t remember being asked.

Every new NATO member nation is one more nation that the United States is pledged to go to war for, if that nation is attacked.

There are many new NATO members. We’re now pledged to go to war if Russia gets into it with Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania, or Slovenia.

That dramatically increases the odds of total disaster. Does anyone here remember from their high school history lessons how World War I started?

If the Republic of Georgia were a NATO member, we would now be at war with Russia, a major nuclear power.

              • Ferdberfle

                Your first quote:

United States wants to turn it into an armed NATO military state.

                Your second quote:

I don’t actually give a damn what the Europeans want, or what the Bush Administration wants, or what the McCain campaign or McCain’s Republic of Georgia-lobbyist/foreign affairs advisor wants.

The you should have said THAT in the first place. If you omit pertinent information, you will be called on it. As for not caring about what Europeans want, you’re out of synch with you False Messiah then, aren’t you?

  • Leibniz08

Georgian President Saakashvilli is funded by the same
George Soros who is funding Barack Obama.

Soros is part of an Anglo-American strategy of destabalizing Asia, Russia and Chian in particular, a strategy whose mastermind is Zbigniew Brzezinski, the man behind Obama, from the lost years at Columbia University. Brzezinski is about war against Russia, through proxies like Georgia, and CIA/Open Society(Soros)people power coups, which is what the Obama operation is against America.

Putin is more a U.S.A President than what even that of Senator Clinton. That is because Putin is a vocal advocate, in praise and practice of the policies of FDR. We need to work with Russia.

Russia is not the enemy. The enemy is a Democratic Party which has allowed Anglo-American financial neo-liberalism to destroy the policies and philosophy around the New Deal of FDR.

The present financial meltdown crisis will require that we work with Russia in a cooperative manner of constructive economic progress that is a partnership towards real economic/scientific/cultural advancement.

This means Brzezinski/Obama Brzezinski/McCain must be stopped as well as stopping Holbrook/Clinton and any other doyens of death, for this hypocritical and insane policy against Russia is but a global suicide pack.

Here is the hypocrisy of being against Obama, but supporting Saakashvilli and Georgia, both who are Soros catamites.

    • StrawberrybitesBarky

Oh please. You trust Putin to do what’s best for the US? Wow. No thanks.

  • Steve1

Putin will look directly in Barry Soetoro’s eyes and say, Welcome” and think pussy! Than offer him a ride in a limo with a LS type!

  • PadrePIo

Can I ask what Obama has to do with this? The situation in Georgia is exactly like the situation in Southern Iraq in 1991 when dumb ass W’s daddy mislead the Shia in to revolting against Saddam. Obama had nothing to do with what happened in Iraq or with what’s happening Georgia, When did this site get taken over by people who wear tin foil hats?

Please understand I can’t stand Obama but the truth is the truth no matter what and the truth is no matter how bad Obama is McCain is insane and dangerous.

    • kgirl1028

LOL, People on the other side of the world understand insane and dangerous. Stalin, Hitler anyone. They dont cross someone like that. But they will cross a person who thinks the world needs to form a love train. That’s what happens when you jilt the best candidate for the job.

Strawberrybitesbarky said that her Oma (grandmother ) & Aunt were raped by the Russians in Germany. (Oma was in Nazi germany looking for work . Nobody went to Nazi Germany looking for work. They were not refugees fleeing the Russians -they were already in Nazi Germany.

Furthermore Oma had 6 children with her under the age of 12. There is no way she could keep 6 children unless she had Aryan status. .

Furthermore her grandmother was raped. -Also her aunt -who must have been one of the kids -was raped also.

Now her father -wherever he came from -is ok with the Japanese. Dont tell me -he was fighting them.

Forest Gump has nuttin on that family.
