I seriously doubt you reported that contact to State and where debriefed, as you are required to do under another Federal law entirely.

I mean it is not everyday you run into a guy known worldwide for arms dealing and money laundering? You mean you don’t or won’t recall?

I would believe them as much as I would believe fox news if they gave a specially report saying that Weapons of mass distruction had suddenly been found in Iraq.
