The Secratary of state in California,Debra Bowen’s web page…states that 21 counties out of 57 failed to submit a 1% sampling results, as required by law. In essence that means NO ONE KNOWS…what the validity of the vote was. I ask myself how can anyone certify something they don’t examine closely?
