    IT would seem that reducing bank size might be a good example of “spreading the risk” huh?  In computing, often a bank of servers are connected to do big jobs since this is more efficient than relying on a single monster server.  In gambling, if you can spread your bets across the table, you minimize likely losses as well.

    Seems llike a viable idea to me.  But I’m no financial whiz.
