You’re exactly right. The absolute best thing that could happen to the Democratic Party would be for McCain to win. That would give you the excuse to jettison Dean, Pelosi, Brazile, Reed and all the other radical leftists who now run it, replacing them with political moderates like Tim Kaine and Mark Warner who can move it back towards the center.
