“Thank You, Senator Clinton”

Thank you for speaking for me. Thank you for speaking OUT for me. Thank you for supporting me, my partner, and our community. Thank you for fighting for all people, no matter their race, creed, color, orientation, ability. You care about US, and it shows. Thank you for working for our troops, to bring them home, and to provide care for them when they need it. Thank you for talking about renewable energy, and “green-collar jobs.”

Thank you for fighting for women’s equality, using your own life as a model, and sponsoring legislation to boot. Thank you for your strength, your courage, your grace under fire, your humor, your passion, your compassion, your brilliance.

Thank you for trying to break the hardest glass ceiling in the world. The 18,000,000 cracks in it prove you are the one people wanted to lead us. Thank you for all you have done for us, and will continue to do for us.

You are an inspiration, and I thank you for taking me, us, on this journey.

Thank YOU, too, GeekLove, for all of your outstanding work.

Let’s show Senator Clinton our thanks and help her reduce her campaign debt. (Click her image in the middle margin.)

  • HARP

Thanks Hillary…..Sarah`Cuda will take it from here.

    • BlueTopaz

For the time being, but 2012 is only 4 years away!

      • sfhillary

And 2016 is only 8 years away. That’s her next shot.

          SHIFT CHANGE!

          • Donna Brazile waiting for JC or Fran-arse’s answer

            Straw:

            So true!

            Stop the hate:-)

            • IODINE

Where are you coming from? Stop the hate, should you not practice what you preach. Where were you when the hate was being slung at Hillary? Where you?

Donna I everyone is on the train you told them to get on and leave the democrat party, that you didn’t need them. What’s the matter you find out you need them after all?

        • BlueTopaz

No JM said he was only running for onw term.

    • OBushMA!

I wish Hillary could have been the barracuda that bites BO’s ass. But she has too many MEN strapping her down. You know a woman is great by how many in her own party are scared of her.

      • Northwest rain

Don’t forget the backstabbing women like Pelosi and Donna racist Brazile who joined the men.

Women can be women’s worst enemies.

Donna especially should pay dearly for her dirty deeds.

        • Brendy

“Women can be women’s worst enemies.”

You couldn’t say it any better than that. Women ARE women’s worst enemies…the JEALOUSY, the competition. As far as Donna Brazile – she’s a racist, period…but in Pelosi’s case, she’s just down right jealous of Hillary and didn’t want her to be the top woman in the White House; she thinks SHE (Pelosi) deserves that spot.

          • Kinky

I can’t WAIT to sic Sarah’Cuda on them. Hope McCain establishes some anti-corruption force with Sarah leading the way to crush all these corrupt Democrats AND Republicans. Yeah Obama, Pelosi, Reid and many others – I’m talking to you. She must have them all quaking in their boots…it’s gonna be a fun four years with McCain and Barracuda.

            Hillary 2012
            Palin 2020 ???

          • Clearing

Brendy&Northwest YOU are the worst enemy of women and f*cking sexists! Women aren’t women’s worst enemies only play the game of sexism created for the sexist men. Sexist women can use the sexism for their interest and THEN they are the same as sexist men. btw bratzilla and pelousy are sexist women. They practice sexism!

    • sfhillary

The fact that you PUMAs jumped so eagerly on the Sarah Palin bandwagon is the final nail in the coffin of your political seriousness. For months now we’ve been listening to you screaming that Obama is not “experienced” enough to be President. Now here’s a woman who confessed in mid-2007 that she “hasn’t been following the Iraq War.” In 2002 State Senator Obama gave an interview in which he (bravely) said he would have voted against the war authorization if he were in Congress, and (correctly) predicted all the problems that would follow. But he’s “inadequate” to be commander in chief, while a woman with zero foreign policy experience or, for all I know, knowledge or opinions, is okay to be one 72-year-old heartbeat away from the presidency.

The fact that she is a medieval hardcore pro-life creationist evangelical just makes your support of her candidacy all the more repulsively hypocritical.

      • StrawberrybitesBarky

You mean like you jumping on the Barky bandwagon before vetting his corrupt and vile ass?

        • standard

          Obama has nada experience.
He has accomplished far less than Sarah.

They will not be able to attack her on inexperience.

      • catherine

We don’t care what you think. We are preserving democracy by defeating that Chicago crook. Like FDR once said “Principles before partisanship.”

Look it up and you might learn what a REAL Democrat is.

At least McCain was LEGITIMATELY nominated by his party.

Obama was SELECTED by the DNC not ELECTED by the voters.

        Hillary 2012

      • CC Cane

Sarah Palin is not the reason to vote for McCain. Obama is.

        • Dawnelle Leona Del Puma

RIGHT! If it’s BLT vs Baptist/Fundies

well they BOTH cancel each other out!! imo

fortunately for the fundies – I know their cult like behavior and am able to stomach it over blatant BS on a Stick (ala Rev Wright) NO, NO, NO!

I am NOT pleased watching the rerun of Saddleback

It’s not a good end to my day. I am NO REPUBLICAN and him throwing red meat at the base make me ill.

It’s not a good end to my day.

Palin, please don’t go overboard and pander! Please! And tread lightly on the unity of PUMA! Not all PUMA have chosen to pull the lever for you. (yet)

I probably will, however. MUCH rather see your HOT hubby in the white house too (there are many other reasons to vote McKook McCain this year but that was my most superficial – the VP’s hubby) bad me.

Not happy with all the dissing of my GLBT pals either. (ala Saddleback) Let’s not start casting stones shall we?

Don’t compare threats like AlQaeda in one breath and leap to the “definition” who webster? of Marriage! That’s Ludicrous (and not the nasty rapper)

          ok rant and defense done

          peace out peeps

          PUMA 4 Palin (so far)

hope they don’t yank my chain too far or it may recoil
          (just a friendly suggestion)

      • MrMike

Not all of us are blindly jumping on the Sarah Palin band wagon, just as we didn’t jump on the Barky-O band wagon. I can respect her positions and her morality with out voting for her. Unlike your Second City Shyster who would throw any one of his supporters under the bus for a vote or a buck.

      • noproblama

Yes, he is inadequate. No experience and not too much interest or grasp of the subject matter.

Barry needed someone on his ticket that could run the country for him. McCain had the luxury of bringing on someone who really is fresh and accomplished on a state level.

It won’t take her long to get up to speed, unlike some junior senator from Illinois who can’t think his way out of a paper bag.

      • http://theheyjudeblog.blogspot.com Jude

        Ageist idiot.

John McCain’s father did die when he was 70. John McCain’s mother is still living and vibrantly sharp at 96.

Barack Obama’s father died when he was 46, his mother passed when she was 53.

Statistically, we should be no more worried about John McCain than Barack Obama, and it is a disgusting tactic to imply otherwise.

Sarah Palin looks to me to be a quick study. And as far as positions go, I can respect a conservative belief system when the person who is advocating it is genuinely principled. I cannot accept a Democratic party willing to throw away all democratic principles to make a play for power. Barack Obama is leading that effort – may he reap what he sows.

“Why Jesus would not vote for Barack Obama”

At least Governor Palin has a son to be proud of.

After compelling testimony about partial birth abortion, Obama callously turned his back on infants born alive!

      • karen for Clinton (sigh, McPalin now)

uh, how old is Biden? Why did barky pick an old wrinkly white guy?

Are you saying McCain might die? Gee, that is worse than what you all wrongly accused Hillary of when she said things can change up to June and mentioned RFK during a brilliant 45 minute interview.

You are a sick bunch of hypocrites, liars and propaganda peddlers. And guess what? Everybody knows it and it will do nothing but hurt you more than it already has.

If your candidate had any positive qualities you could be posting about that, but you have nothing good to say about him worth a damn.

We don’t buy hopey-changey. The world is a bit more complicated than that.

You are backing a LOSER! but it takes one to back one.

Hillary and her supporters WILL have the last laugh when your boy loses, by a serious landslide, in November.

WE WILL MAKE obama LOSE! OH YES WE CAN… AND YES WE WILL…

      • tskTsk

Hey Harp, I like the new name.

  • gracie

I have enjoyed NoQuarter for months but it is eulogizing now and probably time for it to close. Thank you for everything, Mr. Johnson and the very best to you and your future.

    • karen for Clinton (sigh, McPalin now)

Not bloody likely, it was around before Hill and will be long after she is gone.

In fact the popcorn isn’t popped yet.

Stick around, or not, things should start to get interesting right about now.

      • sfhillary

Why? McCain is going to get smoked. Hillary will return to the Senate. Obama’s presidency will begin. What purpose will this site serve after that? Collecting fake info for the nonexistent impeachment? Giving PUMAs a place to go while they wait for the whitey tape?

Hey, wait a minute — I forgot! The convention is over! Where’s the whitey tape, Larry?

        LOL.

        • Seattle Moss

          sf
For the next two months women particularly those disenfranchised victims of sexism will take center stage.
The revolution is now about women!

          Comeuppance is a sweet!!

          • sfhillary

Actually, I agree with you. A week ago, Obama was down 2 points in the Gallup daily tracking poll. Today he is up 8 points for two days in a row. I think the women you speak of just took center stage, with Hillary, as Democrats. And that is where they shall stay.

            Have a fun November.

            • StrawberrybitesBarky

Um, check those numbers again, Yahoo reported no real bounce when the margin of error and the Clinton speeches where factored in. And we haven’t even gotten to the Sarah factor yet. I’d stock up on anti depressents now SF, if I were you.

            • Seattle Moss

              Poor sf,
Obama hit a brick wall 8am Friday morning.
              Your polls mean nothing tool!

Palin is a pure spirit of inspiration, talent and devotion who represents the modern American woman.
              This is a game changer!!

No longer do we have to put up with an affirmative action candidate who picks a daddy to guide him around.
McCain is the real deal.. True Grit!!

McCain will be a great mentor to Palin who will become the face of the
              New Republican party.

              • sfhillary

The modern American woman is a hardcore pro-life, creationist evangelical? Dream on, Seattle. Palin will have ample opportunity over the next two months to demonstrate either that she is prepared to be commander in chief or that she isn’t. My bet is on the latter. But at any rate, presidential campaigns aren’t decided by vice presidential picks; the most a VP can do is make a small difference on the margins.

As for my polls meaning nothing: Laugh Out Freaking Loud. You are a delusional PUMA who thinks the world is a candyland where you fantasies can be reality, as long as you’re on this site. In the real world, polls tell us which way the wind is blowing. If Palin was indeed a game-changer, the polls will tell us that over the next couple weeks. As of now, Obama is winning this election again in a blowout. That could change, but if it does, and because of Palin, I will be very, very surprised.

                • nobonomo

Is the modern American woman a Chicago thug?

Obama winning in a blowout? Talk about a fantasy. Obama was up nine points after his disasterous European Tour and we all know how long that lasted. Three quarters of the convention were the Clintons and he got no bounce from his own efforts.

You chose to back someone for POTUS with no experience or accomplishments. That disqualifies you from having an opinion that matters.

                • WMCB

Blowout, huh? Kerry was up 20 points at this time in 2004. He got more convention bounce than Obama.

                • Candoo

well you better start doing your facial suprise exercises because you will need them in November.

                  Obamas gonna lose!

Where the hell are you coming up with obama winning in a blowout? Up 8 points right after his convention is pitiful. He better enjoy it while he has it because when the Palin factor comes into the polls, barack obama will never enjoy a lead again.

            • Candoo

obama didn’t get the bounce he should have coming out of his convention. His numbers will continue to fall now that McCain has chosen his VP.

McCain’s choice is a “GAME CHANGER” wait and see.

The horrible treatment Hillary endured at the hands of her own party was, and is, a sin. Sins MUST be punished.

This isn’t ONLY about Hillary anymore, this is about WOMEN all over our country, and the world. I have had enough with the good ole boys bullshit.

John McCain showed great judgement in picking Governor Palin. I was BLOWN AWAY by this woman. It doesn’t matter so much anymore WHICH woman helps to continues our cause to shatter that glass ceiling. What matters is that it finally gets shattered and DESTROYED.

I am voting for John McCain and Sarah Palin in November. By doing this, it doesn’t negate all that Hillary Clinton has done for us. One person can’t do it alone, but 18,000,000 can. Hillary, Geraldine, Stephanie, Sarah, you and I are all a PART of a wonderful team. Together we ALL can make a difference. I am trying to make a difference by voting for McCain and Palin and allow Sarah Palin to help lead us right through that ceiling.

An added benefit to electing Vice President Palin to assist in us meeting our goal will be that we will PUNISH the DNC by making obama lose in November.

              • Candoo

One more thing, the obama thugs started attacking Governor Palin less then three minutes after John McCain annouced her as his VP pick. WE CANNOT ALLOW THEM TO ABUSE AND DISCREDIT ONE MORE WOMAN!

People are strong, especially Hillary Clinton’s people. Please let’s stand up for ourselves, and for America. Join me in taking A STRONG STAND against obama and the DNC’s kind of abuse.

If we really stand for NOBAMA then let’s do it. I am Thanking all of you, in advance.

          Stop the hate!

        • MrMike

We don’t need no stinkin’ Whitey Tape, there is enough other stuff out there. Besides of which if the tape exists and given the “claw his eyes out” moment it just might, it wouldn’t be released until the week before the election so it’s fresh in the voter’s minds and Obamaco can’t spin it.

          • voterinexile

The way things are going in McCain’s favor – he may have the luxury of running a clean campaign. Why go negative – even when there is so much to cover – when your VP pick, your smart (humorous, light-handed) ads and real strategy win the day?

The Rs are showing Barky how it’s done.

They are a campaign based on the numbers – numbers that showed Hillary won the primaries and will add up at a McCain win in Nov.

The Democratic party are idiots. They have officially dug a hole they made themselves. Here is why:
Rumor circulating that Palins baby is really her daughters baby. The people on KOS and others are acting rabid. Obama supporters stating they have the right to know blah blah and that they wanted to see the birth certificate and that it was suspicious that she traveled home to give birth etc etc.

They have just opened the door for the Republicans. Democratic party you have just got played, bamboozled, the ol okey doke. Bwaaaaaaahhhaaa. How much you want to bet that this so called “rumor” was started by Republicans and those bots and the MSM fell for it “hook” “line” and “sinker”.

Now the Republicans can turn on the sweeper because now they can use whatever information they want. They could even say “Palin will show he BC when you show yours Obama”, they can also say “Palin will tell you who delivered the baby as well as where her baby was born.

Now the Republicans can ask Senator Obama who delivered him and what hospital was HE born.

Robert Wexler went on attack today about Palin’s “questionable associates” and how it would affect the jewish community.

Now, they have just opened the door to the Republicans airing ALL Obama’s associates and connections.

    Democratic party? Sad

Oh and thank you Senator Clinton!

    • noproblama

Her daughter’s baby? Oh, yeah that makes sense because since when do 43 year olds have babies with Downs Syndrome?

Crikes, can these people get any more vile and delusional?

      • noproblama

The good news is they must really regard Palin as a threat or they wouldn’t risk attacking her like this.

Or is that just how Democrats treat women these days?

        • bemused

I think both. They don’t know anything but woman bashing and here comes one they can’t bash because they can’t coerce her party. Perfect karma.

      • Tuppence 411

I know right! Yeah okay. Medical research has it all backwards….. Teenage girls are most likely to have babies with down syndrome, not mature women in their 40′s. Those stupid doctors, good thing we have OBOTS. They know everything.

        • Brendy

Yeah, forget about what the doctors say about older women have a MUCH HIGHER RISK of having babies with deformaties, esp. DOWN SYNDROME. You know what they say about older women and their ‘biological clocks’ ticking…what do stupid doctors know! LOL! (Sarcasim, of course)

        • slobodaneee

I agree with you that spreading such allegations is wrong. No one should be smeared. too bad you PUMA folks don’t feel that way. You believe in whitey tapes, birth certificate crap, and any other nonsense a PUMA nut alleges against Obama.

          • Candoo

And you believe all the bullshit the DNC and obama camp feed you. Want a little cheese with that WHINE!

      • noproblama

oops, that should be Down or Down’s Syndrome.

      • mimi

        Agree.

It’s unusual for very young women to have Down Syndrome babies. Not impossible but the odds are not in favor of that happening.

Obama and his Botheads better watch their steps. This is not like when they did this to Hillary.

Palin has motivated the Conservative base. These people can be relentless, not to mention they have resources. No one but us defended Hillary. And they called us whiners. This won’t happen with the right wing. The Conservatives will circle the wagons around Gov Palin. And in doing so may convert those ‘Undecided’ voters who will be turned off by such attacks.

        This ain’t the Primary!

Republican women are fierce — they are the ones who have kept the GOP headquarters open and registered voters in at a steady pace. They know everyone and they have a huge network.

These were the Republican women who wanted to vote for Hillary — and they saw what the DNC did to her. These Republican women will NEVER ever vote for Soetoro-Obama. These votes will all go to Palin — along with the PISSED OFF Democratic Women and men who want to send a message to the DNC.

I was raised by one of these Republican women — Kansas Republicans who loved FDR and Elenore.

What the DNC and the sexist males and self hating women have done to Hillary is absolutely unforgivable. If there is a hell — that’s where the whole bunch should rot.

The Republican party will NOT tolerate sexists attacks on Sarah Palin — and neither will a whole lot of Democrats.

I think that is a deeply private issue. Please let’s leave it alone– if there is a there/there (and I’ve seen the pics, there may be) the press will find it. This is the kind of story that the press really pushes if its true. Let’s leave it alone– what if it isn’t true? That would be horrible for everyone involved in the false accusation. They are running scared now that McCain has picked Palin.

And yes this is the big leagues now and the Republicans will be relentless when obama and his goons attack Palin.

Because the DNC and most of the news media were in bed with obama he got his free pass. They didn’t do him any favors because he never got a glimpse of what will now be in store for him.

Kerry was swift-boated, and lost. obama will be DROP-KICKED, and will lose.

Hang on to your britches obama you are about to enter the Republican Twilight Zone.

      • tskTsk

titilation? she sounds like she’s frustrated and needs some titilation. “The press likes titilation”..we are up against some radical low IQ voters. LOL

    • catherine

      So true.

Thank you President Bill Clinton and future President Hillary Clinton!!!!

Rest easy Hillary, your champions will be here for 2012.

      • Dawnelle Leona Del Puma

I think Hillary and Sarah would get along quite well. Maybe Hillary can tell Harry to step down and become Majority leader herself?

    • OhioMary

The repubs must have been watching too many reruns of “Desperate Housewives” to come up with that scenario. What a bunch of losers.

      • Candoo

Hey Ohio Mary, this one’s for you….

        WHAAA, WHAAA, WHAAA!

You and your boy obama are the ones that are desparate. And HE will definitely Lose in November.

      • tskTsk

OMary..you are in with Obamabots..what a bunch of losers.

    • karen for Clinton (sigh, McPalin now)

Patsy, yep, you are likely right. The reps starting it to give themselves a foot in the door to do the same, well, it wouldn’t be the first time, that’s for sure.

and the obots are the perfect tools to do so.

Also, it is entirely possible that that rumor was floated by the ob campaign themselves. They have often, as we have seen again and again, consistently attacked their opponent with what they are themselves guilty of and that may be what they are doing here.

When he was advertising in Florida he accused Hillary of wanting to do it. A preemptive strike to make the story go away. So blame it all on her baby when his birth is in question.

Sooner or later his obots are going to see attacking a down syndrome child and a mother of 5 is pretty low down and disgusting. Maybe not, they are obots, too much credit to think they will become humanized.

For the first time in my life I am proud to be… supporting a GOP candidate. And am happy they are experts at dirty tricks, since the target of their attacks this time is sooooooooo deserving of it all.

And they have obviously done their homework, they have already hinted at many of the stories covered in depth here and elsewhere.

It is reassuring to know the republicans are working to attack him with all they have and for the first time we are not on the receiving end of it!

We can enjoy the fireworks. he he.

    • karen for Clinton (sigh, McPalin now)

Oh yeah and the Wexler thing too. It is what ob has been hit with and surely will be hit with again and again, his anti-Israel pals. It is him attacking to obfuscate what he knows is coming.

He constantly did it, it is an axelrove move.

    • voterinexile

Hillary and Bill, thank you, we know you sang as best you could in forwarning us about the Annointed one, we listened and so did McCain. We know you had to tread carefully to not go the way Dean forced Joe Lieberman to go.

    Good night, Gracie.

Btw, Obama should ‘close’ before NQ does. Larry and all the writers here are invaluable, providing much needed information to the American voter. It is a beacon against Obama’s effort to silence dissent.

I hope you will upgrade and expand the format.
Then it will become a meeting place for thousands.

I agree. This has been a wonderful refuge for months.

Did anyone hear Hillary at Stephanie Tubbs Jones’ Memorial Service today. She was obviously very sad, but filled with love for her friend. Couldn’t believe her mention of “fair weather friends.” What a direct hit at the members of those assembled who had abandoned her during the Primary. She praised Tubbs Jones for her courage, loyalty and friendship throughout the Primary season. Hope someone can post Hillary’s part of the service.

As always, Hillary was a class act. I think she is sending us all kinds of messages this week. She is strong and we need to remain strong for her. I have never admired another person as much as I have admired Hillary throughout this Primary season. I can’t imagine how she had the physical strength to work so hard, let alone the emotional strength to keep going.

Sure hope this site keeps going. We need to have a place to come in upcoming months. I certainly am grateful to Larry and so many others for their strength and courage in getting the truth out. Shouldn’t stop now.

    • Candoo

I believe Hillary was speaking directly to all of her supporters at the DNC convention when she said..
When the dogs bark… KEEP GOING. If they chase after you.. KEEP GOING… She knows we love and support her. She has got to be so proud to know that she has soooooo many loyal people in her corner. It does seem that she is sending all of us messages that she can’t say outright.

I am going to continue her work and legacy by doing my part to elect President McCain and Vice-President Palin in November. I have a feeling Hillary would approve of that… even though she can not say that right now.

McCain/Palin 08 This is a WINNING TICKET. It’s not only a winning ticket for the White House but a WINNING TICKET FOR WOMEN ALL OVER OUR GREAT COUNTRY.

    • tskTsk

I love Hillary. She is so funny. She is coming back stronger than ever. It’s so much fun understanding her while others don’t have a clue..I will not forget what they did to her and our votes. Never forget.
Hillary has a Gemini moon and has eyes behind her head. I’d be scared of her moon. Daddy Bush is a Gemini and could not be pushed around. Patiently waiting for a time to attack.

What a gorgeous and gracious speech Hillary gave at the convention! I still hold out hope that Obambi will be disqualified. Listening to that idiot Michelle say ‘Barack is someone who does what he says’ reminded me of his vote for the FISA bill when he put in writing that he would filibuster it and said repeatedly that he was against it; and when he stated repeatedly that he would accept public funding of the campaign. Obambi is that rare politician who gets smaller the closer you look at him.

    Good polling data:

UTICA, New York – Republican John McCain’s surprise announcement Friday of Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin as his running mate – some 16 hours after Democrat Barack Obama’s historic speech accepting his party’s presidential nomination – has possibly stunted any Obama convention bump, the latest Zogby Interactive flash poll of the race shows.

…The latest nationwide survey, begun Friday afternoon after the McCain announcement of Palin as running mate and completed mid-afternoon today, shows McCain/Palin at 47%, compared to 45% support for Obama/Biden.

…The interactive survey shows that 22% of those voters who supported Democrat Hillary Clinton in their primary elections or caucus earlier this year are now supporting John McCain.

    http://www.zogby.com/news/ReadNews.dbm?ID=1547

    • Andrew

Ha ha!! The only bump Obama is going to get is a bump off the podium or rather Mt. O-lympus. Obama’s speech was crap and I think most people got that.

      • No to B.O. = Body Odor & B. Obama

Only if they were able to stay awake during that snore-fest. 50 minutes straight and no free beer and brautwurst? Redefine torture for me again?

    • No to B.O. = Body Odor & B. Obama

So 20% of 18 million … 3.6 million, and most of them in critical swing states of PA, FL, MI, OH, MN, etc.

When the last two elections were decided by 500,000 votes in 2000 and about 2 million in 2004 —

Looks like it’s gonna be a LANDSLIDE in favor of McCain and Barracuda.

And this is before most Americans even know of Obama’s flip-flops, questionable long-time acquaintances, horrible voting record, and complete lack of experience…

The only question that remains is –
Will he lose like Dukakis or finally break McGovern’s 49-state loss record?

      This will be fun –
      Hillary 2012.

      • No to B.O. = Body Odor & B. Obama

        Oh – just a funny statistic —

18 million seems to be a number everyone keeps bringing up with Hillary’s 18 million votes and cracks in the glass ceiling, well – it just so happens that 18 million was also the number of people that caused McGovern to lose to Richard Nixon…

Coinkidink? Wait till the Republicans really attack and drop their October surprise. 18 million might be a number we see again, but to the detriment of the Obamabots…

  • Lorey

Hillary you are special and simply wonderful. No one can replace you. You are the one we need and I still pray that somehow God will find a way for you to be our next President. God Bless you always. I love the video, it is very touching.

  • Katmoon

    Geek Love,
Beautiful video, made me cry of course.

  • WMCB

HILLARY WE LOVE YOU. Say the word in 2012, and we are there. I know this must be bittersweet for you, as well as for us.

I have never seen such grace and such strength as you exhibited this past year. You remain my highest shero. I know you asked us if we were in it for you, or in it for the ideals you espouse. It was both, because you embody my ideals better than any person on this planet, and I cannot separate the two. I cannot ignore either your beliefs or your woman-ness, because both are part of me.

Is Sarah Palin the embodiment of my ideals? Not by a million miles. But she may be the only means by which I and other women and right-thinking men say, loud and clear – NEVER AGAIN. Never again will what happened to you happen to another woman in this country.

    NEVER AGAIN.

I fight to make sure that the next time you or any other woman runs, that lesson will have been learned by my party, and by my country.

I will be voting for McCain/Palin in 2008, because they put women ON the bus, not under it. If it takes pulling a “R” lever to send that message, so be it.

  • Hispana

Bambi and Bidens great adventure had its thunder moved to another local…McCain and Palin.
The crying is unbelievable. Where is that double digit bounce?
Instead all we hear is more crap from the selected candidate’s camp.

  • robert

Yes, thanks, Hillary, for not standing up to the party bosses and defending disaffected voters everywhere so you could remain politically viable in 2012. Thanks a lot.

    • MrMike

Do you really think that the party that kacked Hillary in the primaries so she wouldn’t outdo the men-failures by taking the White House wouldn’t stoop so low as to not bottle up any legislation that would benefit her New York state constituents in particular and Americans in general? Hillary knows this is bigger than herself and her desire to serve America in the White House. Howard Dean, Nancy Pelosi, and Harry Reid have shown how far they will go to thwart Hillary.

    • candymarl

Yes because Hillary was suppose to fight Obama, his surrogates, the MSM/Corporate media and her own party all at once. If you think she’s capable of all that maybe the party did nominate the wrong person.

    • voterinexile

    Thank you, Hillary,

Thank you for cracking the glass ceiling. Sarah will break the barrior and clean up the pieces for you to enter into the Oval Office in 2012.

I am ashamed for the DNC. Their actions are dispicable. The whole Obama team should be investigated and held responsible for their crimes and your campaign debts. It grieves me so to think of all the work you’ve done, just to have the rug pulled out from under you. Still, you showed your dignity and loyalty by campaigning and raising funds for them.

Pls Hillary, take some time for yourself and loved ones. Limit your efforts on BOs behalf, he has repeatedly shown his disR E S P E C T! You have already gone way above and beyond the call of duty. You owe no one in the BO Klan.

I stopped being a Dem. on May 31st. I will not return until you run again in 2012, hopefully the caucus system will be eliminated by then.

Kick some more @ss in the Senate and we will hit the ground running with you in 2012.

    • LogicallySpeaking

I don’t think Hillary needs Palin to open a door for her. :) It’s actually the opposite.

      • BlueTopaz

I never said she did, that. I’m just commenting on the reality of the situation.

        • LogicallySpeaking

Now wait a minute. If they are questioning the birth of Sarah Palin’s child they are attacking a child with a disability.

Is this what the so-called liberals/progressives have come to? They attack disabled infants with innuendo to score political points?

What has the Democratic party become? Now infants are fair game?

No one is questioning the maternity of Obama’s daughters. They’re asking to see his BC. A BC that John McCain produced without hesitation in a public forum.

Going after an infant and a teenager. Had the Republicans done the same these people would be screaming to high heaven. In stead of IOKIYAR (It’s ok if you’re a Republican) it’s rapidly becoming IOKIYAD (It’s ok if you’re a Democrat).

I did want the Democratic party to win. But not at this price. This is beyond the pale.

    • Candoo

obama and his thugs are horrible UN-human beings.

obama wants babies that survive late stage abortions to be left alone to die. All I can say is barack… GOD IS WATCHING YOU!
I bet he doesn’t like what he sees. In the end, you will have to answer to HIM, THE REAL “ONE”.

Be afraid barack, be VERY afraid.

  • takeitalltheway

I am a Clinton supporter all the way, but cannot support Obama as she requests.

Hillary did not take it far enough or fight hard enough.

She let us all down for her own benefit. Everyone who donated time and money to fight for her especially at the end did so without knowing that she had a different agenda.

However, thanks to Hillary, Palin is on the map.

    • candymarl

What agenda was that? The agenda that included her own party allowing her to be vilified? The agenda that had most major newspaper outlets and the MSM/Corporate media against her?

The agenda where she was called a b*tch, c*nt, wh*re, and her own party members didn’t defend her but John McCain did?

First you people say she should drop out and support Obama for the good of the party. Then when she does that’s not good enough.

I ain’t buying your “disappointment”. She suspended her campaign some time ago. She’s raised millions for Obama. He managed to raised a few thousand for her, although he promised (see FISA for his promises) to help retire her debt, and millions more for himself and the DNC. Yet Hillary let the party and her supporters down?

      Please.

If you saw the video Hillary herself said she would not be nominated. She said it would not happen. As far as I’m concerned the fix was in. But somehow that’s her fault.

      • candymarl

Also, let’s not forget members of the Democratic Party accused her of racism. Not Republicans. But let’s not talk about that.

    • karen for Clinton (sigh, McPalin now)

I don’t think so. The truth will all come out eventually, it always does. Bill was asked by an interviewer about things and he said he wouldn’t discuss it now, it isn’t good for the party, but he would talk about it in January.

How do a Democratic President and his First Lady turn their backs on the party they represented and what would that do to the people who are GOOD who are left in the party?

They will do what they can to root out the bad and to fix the problems, but first there is a Democratic election going on. They might just be waiting for the shoe to drop for all we know. They have to know what is in store for ob, they did oppo research.

I am not going to blame Hillary. She was a victim.

      • BlueTopaz

Hopefully, he’s already started writing a book about it and it will be ready in Jan.

    • LogicallySpeaking

She let us all down for her own benefit.

I notice republicans like to state that meme when it is the exact opposite. Hillary is the champion here not Palin.

      • http://home.comcast.net/~vincep312 VinceP1974

Please cite some examples where Republicans have been spreading the notion that Hillary was running a stealth campaign…

It’s laughable to think they would bother to even try to determine if tha twas true… and even more laughable to suggest that somehow even if the Republicans did say that, that Hillary’s supporters would be influenced by that and not their own experiences.

The only stealth candidate is the Trojan Horse Marxist, Nobama.

I’m sure our honorable Hillary will not run down this new, young, and wonderful woman candidate for VP like the Obamba campaign has done.
In fact,I don’t recall her EVER saying a negative thing about another woman in political office. It’s a damn shame that others haven’t given her the same courtesy.

Johnny, I’ve got another way for you to rattle the Obama crowd–promise to ask Hillary to be your Secretary of State! And better yet, do so after you and Sarah bury Bobo in the coming landslide! She can graciously decline if she wishes, and all us who love her will understand. If she stays in the Senate, she can knock Nancy off her perch and then run again in 2012. And, if you want to further outrage the Stalinist wing of the party, appoint buddy Joe to be Defense Sec! Hahahahaha!

God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea; Though the waters thereof roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof. Statistically African Americans are far more prone to High Blood Pressure and thyroid and kidney ailments.

Ask any AFrican American and they’ll tell you they \are taking anti-Hypertensive medication.

Obama looks really weakened and his thyroid must be in bad shape. He’s also a secret smoker–let’s just say only cigarettes, although we know he’s taken cokaine and probably still does! Look at the Mrs. Biden kiss. he looked like he was on drugs!…

  • Pink Panther

    SLOB,
Aren’t you part of the “media professionals” who helped sell Bush to America in 2000 and 2004 and then didn’t say anything in the press against the Iraq War?

Now you are trying to shove an inexperienced and dubious person by the name of Obama down America’s throat.

What do you care about evidence?

  • David A., Is That You Trolling?

Actually what Hillary said was she would listen to the people on the ground before removing troops. You are making misleading statements. Do you always write in misleading ways?

Obama’s commitment to talking with Iran’s leadership unconditionally doesn’t help with a successful Iraq.

  • Pink Panther

    SLOB,
Compound that comment a million times and you have the number of times Obama supporters called Hillary a b**ch. Then add in the multitude of times Obama supporters referred to Hillary as a part of the female human part, and well, you see, Obama supporters have excelled well beyond McCain supporters.

That is one area that Obama and his supporters do much better at then McCain supporters: denigrating women.

  • David A., Is That You Trolling?

    SLOB,
Didn’t you post the other day you were a media professional?

Unlike you SLOB, I am a traditional Democratic and not an Obama Democrat.

Like you, I voted for Gore, Clinton and Kerry.

Unlike you SLOB, I will not support a candidate that is racist, sexist or misogynist and lacks basic decency.

I also opposed the war and had disagreements with neo-cons about it. However, unlike Obama supporters, at least the neo-cons weren’t rude and were not denigrating to women.

Obama’s health care plan is NOT universal, and as far as abortion, have you heard of the morning after pill?

Additionally, having balance of power with different political parties in office is a good thing. Balance of power is what this country was founded on.

Unlike you, I can think for myself and will not support Obama who is racist, sexist and lacks basic human decency. I fought against the political right regarding racism, sexism and other equality issues for years and will fight the political left on the same issues. The political left does not get a pass just because Obama is their messiah.

My husband is similar to your wife; after seeing how abusive Obama and his supporters have been, he doesn’t want to vote for anyone that supported Obama!

Obama’s Democratic Party: Home of Sexism, Misogynist, Racism and the Glass Ceiling for Women
