The only issue here is the vetting of Sarah as an appropriate candidate for the VP. Her daughter’s pregnancy isn’t relevant unless you are evaluating the reality of their family values. If they truly valued marriage first, their daughter would not be having premarital sex. NO ONE is advocating Bristol having an abortion. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out that this is going to be a shotgun wedding probably brought about to save face, so the PDA’s can stop because no one believes them anymore after his pronouncements on his myspace page.

I think everyone needs to chill out. Obama’s people need to check into the lies being perpetrated against him throughout the campaign by Fox “NEWS” and Hannity, Rove, all of the speakers of the convention last night, especially Palin. She, nor any of her surrogates should be calling foul, when she and her surrogates, ala repubican campaign people and supporters are constantly attacking Obama and Michelle.

Don’t kid yourself. He only “declared the children off limits” because he knew attacks on Palin’s kids would be unacceptable to the vast majority of voters – that it would turn on him politically.

Further, you can believe his mignons will be out there throwing bricks at Palin’s daughter as long as they think there’s political advantage in it for the ONE – with his blessing on the sly.

She is a pro-life feminist, they definitely teach birth control. You know, this can happen to anyone. Kids think that these are things that happen to ‘other’ people. We can teach them, but frontal lobe development is not complete until the mid twenties and so they do what they do, even though we try to give the the tools to stay safe.

Go ahead, accuse the mother of a boy who has totaled their car going 100+ mph and killed someone that she did not teach her son the responsibilities and risks involved in driving and peer pressure to race cars.
