Obama And Governor Sarah Palin’s Alaskan Natural Gas Pipeline!!!

After the talking heads have been running their mouths for the last few days about Governor Sarah Palin’s inexperience, it turns out Obama added Governor Palin’s Alaskan Natural Gas pipeline to his own energy “policy”. The pipeline requires the Alaskan governor to work with the Canadian government to ensure the completion of the project. Obama is touting a part of Palin’s energy plan and admired the energy policy so much he decided to add the pipeline to his energy plan. It is important in that it shows that Obama acknowledges that Palin’s administration has taken a step toward improving the environment and creating jobs.
So tell me why are all the talking heads incuding Obama’s campaign running their mouths saying Governor Sarah Palin is too inexperienced at anything? Here are some of those articles about Palin’s inexperience.
The National Journal Online had this to say,
“Extremely weak and inexperienced,” said one man. “Not a presidential possibility,” said another. “Limited background,” “a very surprising choice,” “big mistake,” “danger,” and “totally unknown” all seemed to sum up Palin’s initial challenges in adding heft to the GOP’s ticket. One participant laughed and said she struggled with finding a way to react to Palin: “I’m at a loss for words,” she said. “All I can think of is polar bears.”
And then there is this from the Associated Press,
She is younger and less experienced than the first-term Illinois senator, and brings an ethical shadow to the ticket. A governor for just 20 months, she was two-term mayor of Wasilla, Alaska, a town of 6,500 where the biggest issue is controlling growth and the biggest civic worry is whether there will be enough snow for the Iditarod dog-mushing race.
And of course the Obama campaign is smearing Palin left and right. Obama’s campaign has this to say,
From Obama spokesman Bill Burton:
“Today, John McCain put the former mayor of a town of 9,000 with zero foreign policy experience a heartbeat away from the presidency. Governor Palin shares John McCain’s commitment to overturning Roe v. Wade, the agenda of Big Oil and continuing George Bush’s failed economic policies — that’s not the change we need, it’s just more of the same,” said Bill Burton, Obama Campaign Spokesman.
Governor Palin must be doing something right because Obama is using the natural gas pipeline in his “own” energy plan. Me thinks he has stuck his foot in his mouth! I guess Obama is developing hoof and mouth disease like Biden has….Could it be contagious? Yes, the Obama/Biden ticket steps in doodoo again.
Remember this, people in glasshouses should not throw stones!
