If Hillary didn’t have to worry about the AA backlash from the democrat party, she would have done the same thing to Obama! Sarah is strong like Hillary but supported by her party! She called out the Drive By Media for what they are hypocrites in Barry’s pocket! If Hillary doesn’t run in 2012, I’m voting for this woman!

  • d2d

    Capable, competent and confident!

Matt needs to write all of her speeches!

    Great delivery!

Mike, Mr. Murder is NOT a troll. He is one of our longtime, faithful readers. Clear back to the days when we were a tiny, tiny blog with maybe a couple hundred clicks per day.

    He has his opinions.

DIVERSE OPINIONS are welcome here. Always. He expresses himself intelligently — always — and he has something to say. He never indulges in gratuitous attacks.

  • Dave_Not_For_Obambi

Holy crap your pants Obambi, lol.
Even Wolf (CNN) was forced to admit “she is the new rising star”, I think I even saw Wolf smile for once, lol.

Palin did to Obambi what I presume Hillary would have loved to do (minus the handcuffs)Obambi for some time.

I like how McCain kind of jabbed his finger into the media’s eye in regards to his pick of Palin. I like the woman and won’t feel guilty at all voting McCain/Palin this Nov. and Hillary in 2012.

    Absolutely brilliant Palin!

  • JerryH

She kicked ass!! This is one Democrat for McCain/Palin!

Way to go Sarah!! After a week of getting scewered by the press, she hit it out of the park!!

  • Mike

Susan….anyone who thought that the convention was a pep rally…just questioning there sincerity….Conventions are pep-rally’s…

  • We Will Remember in November!

Nice speech. The woman has skills. Very tough. Have you seen the photo of her with the dead caribou, she shoot? Look at that photo and ask yourself if she could face down Putin….Yeah that is what I thought.

I am former democrat and will never be a republican BUT I am voting for the old man and the Barracuda in November.

  • #Ms. Misdemeanor18

Mr. Murder to my knowledge is not a troll.

Among the 3 candidates to speak so far, Palin’s speech was, IMHO, by far the best.

However, there was a problem with the Iraq part of the narrative. The “victory” in Iraq started when the US started arming Sunni tribals in Anbar, who were fed up with AQ in Iraq.

If anyone believes that victory in Iraq is just around the corner, I’ve got a bridge to nowhere in Alaska that I’ll sell you.

    Otherwise, very good speech.

  • Ted Kennedy’s Swim Coach

I just watched a future president give a speech tonight.

I am so fired up, I can’t wait until November.

    Absolutely amazing!

    Democrats for McCain/Palin!!

After 5 days of being skewered by the wackjob media, she showed ssh has what it takes!!

    Way to go Sarah!!

  • Old Faithful

It’s funny, I made a bet with my friend where the speech would be better received – on RedState, or on this “Democratic” blog.

Just ignore the fact that the woman stands against Hillary on every single issue. She’s got a vag. Vote for her.

What a joke and a disgrace to Hillary Clinton this blog has become. To think I used to enjoy Larry’s commentary.

  • Tony Stark

My wife, a Green Party member who voted for Gore and hates GWB, was in tears listening to Palin speak. The DNC really blew it this time!

I’m in the game for more than an election cycle

get a spine…sometimes you have to let something die so it can be reborn better

THIS democratic party needs to die

  • wry

I felt a little bittersweet…This party supports it’s female rock stars…we immolate them. I’ll never be a republican, but F*^k the DNC. They destroyed my beautiful Hillary for a sh#$head fraud.

She delivered the goods … more than I thought possible and under quite a bit of pressure. No whining. Gave as good as she took. I also thought the Gov. of Hawaii was impressive. Watched the thing on CSPAN so I was one more American she was connecting with. She can really focus when she is laying the gloves on. I wouldn’t want to try to get anything past her. 0bama and Plugs are toast.

  • JohninCA

    How did she do?

If this were the WWE, that speech would be the equivalent of taking Obama and Biden and throwing them clear over the ropes.

  • wry

Maybe you should do something about that gambling problem.

  • Mamatx

Palin hit a home run with the bases loaded! She stuck the knife in THE ONE, twisted it and smiled. Then looked over at the media and nodded that they might be next.

    Pit ball with lipstick!!!!!

  • Fenelon spoke

I’m having trouble hearing the blog show, but I thought that she exhibited a great deal of grace under pressure, and she got in a lot of really good points. I liked that being the Mayor has “actual responsibilities”. I also like that she pointed out th that Barack sau says one thing in Scranton and another in San Francisco-a lot of good appeals to aveage Americans in small towns. Something I like about Palin is that she seems to enjoy speaking and has a delightful smile-especially when she’s getting a zinger in. Another great line-the Presidency is “not a journey of personal discovery”. What she said about John McCain is what I feel about both of them-that are upright an honorable people who really want to serve the country. I think she has grit. I thnk this comment came from a person on tho this blog and I thank them for that because it’s a great line-”Palin-the audacity of authenticity”

Also, I thought Hucakabee and Guliani were good and I really liked the Governor of Hawaii.

  • Old Faithful

It’s not party loyalty. It’s three supreme court justices, friends and family of mine at war in Iraq, it’s education and health care and all the other issues that I’ve worked so hard to try to improve in our country for my entire lifetime.

I’m not willing to give that up out of spite. I’m not willing to vote for a pro-life creationist just because she’s a woman. I’m not willing to stop fighting, and neither is Hillary.

It’s not for the party. I couldn’t give a damn about the Democratic or Republican party. It’s about VALUES. It’s about what’s right for our country, for my children and grandchildren.

Sarah Palin is wrong for America, and deep down you all know it.

  • SFK

    Rudy was wonderful.
    Sarah was superb.
The Dem. first response that it was a GWB speech was beyond lame.

  • wodiej

OMG…LMAO…I just looked at the name you’re posting with..

I am so happy w Palin…she did a great, great job.

  • Observer

Excuse me, but it is Hillary who we’ve been waiting for. We just have to wait a little longer and make do with what we have here. I’m voting McCain/Palin to purge the “Democratic” Party of the Obamanuts, MoveOn nuts, extreme left-wing nuts and His “Holiness” himself. Then in 2012, Hillary is going to get elected.

    Hillary ’12!!!
    For now, McCain/Palin ’08!

  • sowsear

    Imbiben-I love it.

  • Old Faithful

I can’t just leave the blind to lead the blind, not when I know that just 18 months ago you were fighting along side me to get our troops out of Iraq, to get health care for our children, for a woman’s right for choose.

Or at least you claim you did. I take you at your word that you “were” Democrats, but I continually find it hard to believe that anyone in their right mind can give up everything they care for so deeply just to make a point.

  • http://lnab.newsvine.com/ Linda

really, tell me what Barry’s position THIS WEEK!

you plan on giving an idiot, whose ONLY COMMITTMENT is to his next election cycle the power of POTUS and then hand him a rubber stamp Democratic congress

    Wasn’t that Bush’s first term?

inept, overinflated, NOMINATED BY HIS PARTY VIA FRAUD

    and a republican congress

Really, who is applying the faulty reasoning here? Don’t you wish moderate Republicans had risen up then and JUST SAID NO!

  • bcc

If you vote for this woman, Hillary may very well run in 2012.

  • rwc

I’d never vote GOP but this time I am because the Democrats found a man who has nothing but a grab bag of American hating scum as friends and benefactors.

Guys who make David Duke look good.

And a legislative accomplishment of a sloth.

All the more reason to stop Obama.

  • http://www.stillstacy.com Stacy The Republican

Gawd he is such an idiot. I flipped between CNN, MSNBC and Fox; I had to abandon MessNBC. CNN was actually quite fair. Donna Brazzile is supposed to be on soon.

  • Dave_Not_For_Obambi

After the crap Palin had to hear from Obambi’s surrogates for the last few days I can say Obambi 110% deserved the azz kicking he got from Palin tonight.

Palin called Obambi out big time, too funny. Go ahead Obambi, I dare ya, I triple dare ya, open your mouth again with LIES about Palin and she will knock you back again, lol.

This is one of the few times I have seen a Presidential candidate ( Obambi ) get rightfully trounced by the opposing VP candidate , and have the Presidential candidate ( Obambi )truly look immensely diminished, lol. I love it. KARMA

Halfway into Palin’s speech, I phoned my mother, a die hard Republican, and I said, *I wish she was a Democrat…she is amazing.* My mom laughed gleefully and said, *Well, you can’t have her…she’s ours.*

The Republicans are fired up over this ticket. I can’t say that I blame them.

At this point, Obama just looks like a weakling. I loved it when Palin said, and I’m paraphrasing, that contrary to what the media would like, she is not going to Washington to be in their *good favor.* She is going to Washington to serve the people of the United States of America.

    Zing.

Is that the new Obamantion talking point-”She’s got a vag vote for her”. Perhaps you’re new and so don’t know that it’s about the cheating of Obama in the Caucuses, the sham of an of a convention, the overt and more subtle sexism and misogyny, and that most of us don’t believe a thing he says and that we think he’s a fraud and a producut of the Chicago machime. For me , the fact that Palin is a woman is an added incentive.

Bottom line: “If the Democratic Party doesn’t stand up for Democratic principles who will?” and if we don’t stand up for accounatbility who will? Certainly NOT Obamanation.

  • csuzeq

Her body language, her poise, the way she interacted with her family with her eyes—her youngest daughter who is definitely a character—her husband who is really a looker, her parents, the way Cindy McCain interacted with the family gently holding that baby, the way that whole family surrounds that baby with love and affection—wow, wow, wow. Makes the guys from the Ivy Leagues seem pretty prissy and thin. I LOVED THE PRAISE THAT HOWARD WOLFSON HEAPED ON HER. I really appreciated Karl Rove noting that although her speech was written for her—as all speeches for political candidates are—you can not get that kind of performance unless the speaker helps you to frame it, put touches to it and then deliver it. She is a natural talent and she is going to go far. I just want her to defeat OB. Also noted that McCain Palin posters show names of candidate in the same font and type size. Obie could not resist upstaging Biden on his signs—little messages tell you a lot.

Maybe then we can pass some of his and HILARRY’S agendas. Do I know for sure he’ll get it done? Of course not.

But I know he won’t try to stop evolution from being taught in our schools. At least I know he won’t take away my right to choose. At least I know he’ll make the tax code fair, like it was under our last Democratic President.

CNN does not know jack shit about nothing. Pardon my “french” but I am “mad as hell and not going to take it anymore”. This feeling that everyone is experiencing about this mother of five with her perfectly imperfect family came at a cost borne by Hillary Clinton. Finally people are coming to the defense of a woman. It’s about damn time! Too bad it didn’t happen 9 montha ago because as much as I am in support for John McCain, and a bit more enthusiastically at the moment, I still believe that Hillary Clinton is by far the better candidate for POTUS.

The moment that Sarah Palin and her family, are experiencing is thanks to Hillary Rodham Clinton. Hillary in 2012!

As a past PTA leader (and a mother of five, 3 girls & 2 boys, myself) I must say that I absolutely love the idea of an ADVOCATE in the White House.

I also loved the contrast of Cindy McCains admiration for Sarah Palin and the job Sarah did tonite written allover her face tonite with the god awful scowl that Michelle Obama wore all through Hillary Clinton’s speech last Tuesday. Cindy McCain seems like a classy lady. Can’t wait for the dirt on MO!

How about 130 votes present out of more than 4,000 cast? How about most of those votes ARRANGED with LIBERAL groups such as Planned Paranthood.

How about Sarah Palin trying to get federal funding for her bridge to nowhere. Or being supported by the always-corrupt Ted Stevens?

Stop talking like you’re a Democrat. You gave up that right a long time ago.

    Hi Coach!
I was hoping that Ted will live long enough to see his favorite Obama implode.

I belive that once we die, we gain a very different perspective on our own lives. This is why he deserves to live long enough to see what he has created.

Just imagine Hillary as the Democratic candidate. As good as Sarah is, Hillary would win.

    Obama is toast.

I think the most damaging remark was when Sarah pointed out that Obama tells one thing to the face of the people and another behind them.

I don’t think, it registered strongly among the firework, but it planted a disgust against him. Everybody hates it when somebody talks about people behind their back.

  • ritamary

What makes you think Obummer will do any of the things you say you want? He voted present 130 times during his time in the Illinois Senate. He has done nothing but run for president during his time in the United States Senate. So why do you believe he will do anything as president?

The message in South Carolina put out by Obama’s campaign, whether the media wanted to ignore it or not, was “Vote for me I am Black.” To then come back and smash Bill Clinton for mentioning Jesse Jackson, that’s audacity; Axelrod made this clear through his surrogates, while he had Obama say that what the Clintons’ said was “unfortunate.”

I know a lot of Democrats are stunned that other Democrats are considering voting for McCain-Palin. This is what they are not grasping:

Millions of voters are trying to save the Democratic Party. I know you don’t understand that, but that is because you do not truly understand what the Party is – or used to be – about. We are willing to risk four years – WHATEVER THEY MAY BRING – in order to do that.

The DNC made a mockery of Democracy during the Primary. Senator Clinton was the far more qualified candidate and they did nothing to stop the vilification of her. But they didn’t stop there…they also refused to count votes.

And as a little side note, when Obama flipped Senator Clinton off in public, that was the same as flipping off every woman, daughter, aunt, sister, and grandmother in the country…no matter their Party affiliation.

For now, issues are on the back burner. We are talking about changing the very fabric of our country by seeing a QUALIFED female in the White House…and we’ll take a VP as a start.

That’s what you need to understand, DNC, Obama followers, Donna, Nancy.

Obama was never qualified to be the Democratic Candidate for President and not having him in the White House will be a loss to NO ONE.

Amazing. Palin gets the nod just a week ago. Her son is going to Iraq. She has a new baby with special needs. Her daughter is pregant and the mass media try to crucify her and her family with filthy sexist smears. With all this pressure, she knows McCain’s candidacy depends on her performance, giving a speech to millions of people and in a hall with thousands of people. Can anyone begin to imagine the pressure that was on her shoulders??

    And her speech was…PERFECT.

There is a word for this woman – STRONG. Pause to consider just how strong she is.

  • Destardi

Maybe you’re just not a very good Jew. Oops, is that a smear? I guess we’re learning from uhbama:

Let’s remind everyone that Pfleger backed up Farrakhan in a 2006 controversy over some remarkable Farrakhan bile. Pfleger criticized a mass resignation of Jewish members on a state of Illinois hate crimes commission: http://www.nbc5.com/news/7782149/detail.html?rss=chi&psp=news
Pfleger said “good riddance” to the people who had left the commission. “Leave, go ahead and go on out, we don’t need that kind of a spirit or mentality and a narrowness on that kind of commission. I’m glad they’re gone,” Pfleger said.
What was the issue? A member of the commission, Sister Claudette Marie Muhammad, was the Nation of Islam’s minister of protocol.
[She] “was under the radar until she invited other commissioners to attend a Farrakhan speech last month. Criticism of Muhammad mounted after the speech, which included references to “Hollywood Jews” promoting homosexuality and “other filth.”
The three Jewish commission members who resigned wanted Muhammad to repudiate Farrakhan’s criticism of Jews, gays and other groups. The Jewish Community Relations Council, representing 46 Chicago-area groups, passed a resolution supporting the three commission members.
Here’s the quote from Farrakhan that Pfleger implicitly supported. http://www.haaretz.com/hasen/objects/pages/PrintArticleEn.jhtml?itemNo=698094
Farrakhan said, “These false Jews promote the filth of Hollywood. It’s the wicked Jews, the false Jews that are promoting lesbianism, homosexuality,” and “Zionists have manipulated Bush and the American government” over the war in Iraq.

  • Mandelay

Agree, I also believe she diminished Obama, and not just with her fun barbs about his “great seal’ and his “Greek columns,” (pretty damn good) but also with her direct hits on his lack of substance and his non-record. I’ve read she stopped mentioning HIllary Clinton (she was mentioning Gerry Ferraro and Hillary in her speeches) because the partisan crowds were booing the mention of Hillary’s name. Still, she has shown that she owes much to HIllary’s run for the nomination. Sarah’s attacks on Obama this evening echoed Hillary’s disdain over Obama only “bringing a speech” to the party and also when she (Hillary) mocked Obama with her “the sky will open” etc. Like Hillary, Palin is the real deal as her record in Alaska indicates. They may be worlds apart on certain issues, but they care about the people. And while my fellow Democrats might bemoan Palin’s pro-life stance, on the ordinary issues that affect people every day, she sounds more like Teddy Roosevelt. She was spectacular and came across as a woman of the people. Keep it going, Sarah! As for my former mayor, Rudy G., he has not always been on my list of people I like, but tonight, he was gleefully superb. I don’t know who will speak before McCain tomorrow night, but I almost wish Rudy G. had the pre-McCain slot as his remarks made a perfect intro to McCain. But, he was terrific and I never thought I’d say that again about Rudy. And, in some strange way, I felt that the festering wounds of Vietnam were given some healing tonight. Back in the late 60s and ealry 70s, I was, like many of my fellow students, in the streets from time to time, protesting a seemingly unending war that was (unlike Iraq) shown to us in-depth every night on the news. In those days, families screamed at each other across the dinner table. As I grew older, and rented my first apartment, one of my neighbors was a man several years older than I who was a veteran of that war and was a lost soul. He was a talented artist who was drinking himself to death and ended up losing his job and his apartment as he could no longer pay his bills. What happened to him? I don’t know. I’ll be 57 in two months and he might be in his early 60s if he’s still alive. I felt that celebrating those people as they were celebrated tonight made up a bit for some of the mistreatment they received when they came home so many years ago. Maybe I’m a sentimental fool but I felt a bit healed myself. I hope my ex-neighbor was watching somewhere and that he’s ok. I think with McCain and Palin we could be ok in these years ahead. I feel more hopeful. It was an historic night — but it could not have happened without Hillary Clinton. It might not be this year, but Hillary will be called on again to do great things for this country because she cares deeply about this country. Until Hillary Rises, Nobama, not ever!

Did any of you pick up on it when Sarah said something to the effect of “I’ve ALWAYS been proud of my country?” My husband thought I was looney when I yipped about that. It was a direct shot at Meeechelle’s “for the first time in my life, I’m proud of my country.” After I explained my reaction, he understood why I was so happy.

Obama and the DNC are Hillary’s enemies.
    McCain respects her.

  • http://insightanalytical.wordpress.com InsightAnalytical-GRL

I called it the Sarah Palin “bomb” a few days ago when McCain was set to announce her as his VP…

And it was dropped…and another one was dropped tonight!!!

  • http://me414.wordpress.com/ The Divine Democrat

I’m a little late to the party, but I just watched Palin’s speech on none other than Huffpost. The speech was a knockout and I can tell it really stung because I also read the Obamabot comments after the speech and they are livid. How dare she insult their Messiah! Most of the hateful comments were about the way Palin talked or looked and other such sexist remarks. They are shaking in their boots! LOL! I was reluctant to vote for McCain, although I knew I would never vote Obama. She may have brought me into his camp. I wish she were on the top of the ticket.

  • Obama is a bum

A bridge to nowhere came out of Chicago and we would like to sell him on eBay to our enemies who like him so much.

  • DirOfTheObv

God Almighty is winess to Himself! There is a GOD in Heaven. Who could have possibly imagined that there was a Sarah Palin out there, to ANSWER the pain, the KNIFE IN THE GUT, that the Democrat party delivered to Women in this country?

HE imagined! He had the ANSWER to their prayers BEFORE they EVEN SOUGHT them!

If America really is a shinning city on a hill…If America really is the HOPE of the world…this side of Heaven…Then God really does like her. Because He delivered this lady at just the right place in history.

Barrack Obama says the same things about himself. His koolaid drinkers say the same things about him. But the critical difference lies in the candidates themselves. To Sarah, it’s the people who are entitled. To BO it’s he who is entitled.

That’s HOW I tell the difference between a true “God-send” and a fake.

  • Obama is a bum

If you are voting for Obama then you are no Democrat — that party was destroyed by Obama and taken over by thugs. Socialist, communist, marxist, dictatorship, who knows where that party would be taken under Obama. Obama may create Zimbabwe II.

  • Obama is a bum

McCain and the Republicans have shown Hillary much more respect than Obama and the Democrats ever did.

Racists, finger, brush off, disrespect from micHELLe, disrespect from the Democratic process, disrespect from fellow Democratic pols, disrespect from Obama’s church (Wright, Phelger, congregation), etc.

  • For Impartial Journalism

It’s called trashcan punch – LOL! Wicked hangover that Biden will have. :p

  • PewL

Hillary is too good to be just a VP>.She should have been the nominee. What goes around comes around..
I loved Hillary, and wish she was running.

But now there is only one choice in this election.

And his name is not Obama

    Go sarah and Mccain. 2008

  • PewL

Now just watch the Big name Hillary supporters switching parties, and Liebermans friends coming over. They listened and saw..

She was fantastic, and loved how she Blue Obama to the background, with her remarks of small town folks clinging to guns and religion.

Did you see Sarah’s little daughter holding onto her little brother and wetting her tiny fingers with her spit,to straighten the babies hair..That was priceless, and should be played over and over,

  • Susan1968

I have a stepson there. His second tour.

We NEEDED the surge that Obama voted against.

    Don’t you get that?

I have to respect McCain for saying over three years ago that Rumsfeld dropped the ball and McCain demanded: MORE TROOPS.

Troops death numbers dropped after the surge.

Wake up! Obama has no idea what he’s doing.

He’s “against the war?” Fine. But now we’re there — we need to protect our servicemen and women.

Not play politics to appease the far left.

Mark my words — if Obama is elected, he’ll spin his wheels for 4 years and no one is leaving Iraq. He’ll use Iraq as a re-election issue.

    Old Faithful,

Please go get help — you are over the top. Go see a therapist, a shrink — someone.

    YOU NEED HELP — NOW.

If you are putting so much faith in Soetoro/Obama — you will be disappointed. Very disappointed — he is NOT who or what you think he is.

SARAH AND HER FAMILY ARE NOT TRYING TO REINVENT THEMSELVES.THIS IS A BATTLE BETWEEN AUTHENTICITY AND FAKE, ESPECIALLY WITH OBAMA CLAIMING TO BE WHO AND WHAT HE IS NOT

    Larry, great radio show. Thanks!

I’m with you Observer. I liked Gov. Palin, she delivered, she style and grace. But, Hillary is pure gold. It was bitter sweet tonight to watch all those Republican women with those joyous looks on their faces and even the men seem to understand what a prize they have been given. I would vote for Hillary in a heartbeat if I had the chance because I still believe she is the best the country has ever had. Damn the DNC to hell and may those who brought her down rot forever.

  • Brendy

Old Faithful – if you’re really talking about your OWN son, what a TERRIBLE adjective to use in describing him – you should be ashamed! God Bless your son, though.

  • elise

Old Faithful, you just don’t get it, do you? It’s just so hard for Hillay supporters to see how the Repbulicians are recieving this woman, and she is a charmer and smart. Hillary was smarter and better prepared to be presidnet than any of the other candidates from either party. Here is the paradox we are faced with and upon which we have made a decision; The choice for president is McCain or Obama. McCain is a moderate Republican with a history as a maverick. John McCaon is seventy two years old and he can’t salute veterans. The Vietnamese broke his shoulders too many times and he can’t raise his arms above his shoulders now. He had his teeth capped when he was realeased because they had been broken by his captors. His history shows he was a hard living man before Vietnam, women and booze. He cuses like a sailor and is prone to anger. But, he has a proven record in the senate. He opposes torture and he has reached across party lines for the good of the country. I don’t agree with him on social issues, but i trust him on foreign policy because he has enough common sense and love of country and he is grounded. Then there is Obama. He has no service card as far as we know he has never signed his card and is not registered for the draft. I still agree with him on social issues, but he keeps changing so I don’t know if I will agree with him tomorrow. I know he is capable of giving great speeches, but so was Oliver Wendell Holmes. He has moved the DNC to Chicago and taken over my party with the help of some friends. I don’t like my party anymore and dont’ feel they particuarlly cared about my vote. So now, I can vote for one man who has proven courage and strenght and help elect a Democratic congress and trust them to protect my rights. Or I can vote for a man I believe to be a liar and untrustworthe to protect my rights in which case my party is lost to me for good. No! I can’t vote for Obama and that is the problem because he represents everything in my party I dispise. Sen. Obama does not have the experience to be president. That’s all flim flam. I dont believe he is a man of good character. I’m going to take a chance on voting for a Republican as a means to force reform in the Democrartic Party. I can’t go along or fall in line. I am a Democrat currently on loan to the Republicans, but my heart will always be with my party and I will gladly go back after the purge that is bound to happen in 2009.

  • Brendy

That was the cutest, most realistic, most everyday thing I’ve EVER seen on t.v. That little girl ‘taking care of her baby brother’ by licking her little hand and smoothing out his hair. How precious, how innocent, how caring. That whole family looked at that baby with loving, adoring eyes and smiles. And, ‘Mother’s little helper’ has NO idea how many people in the world are thinking such sweet and loving thoughts about her! She was like a mother cat licking her kittens clean; very natural and very basic – how very tender and touching.

  • karen for Clinton (sigh, McPalin now)

    Amen.

Hillary has it all. Expertise, experience and a proven track record. She was vetted for decades – ruthlessly so, and came up clean.

And Sara! Oh yes. She didn’t need Bruce Springsteen and Free food, music and BEER and an American Idol rock star set. Voters heard straight talk coming from a show horse AND work horse.

Raw authenticity on a bare stage. Hillary had it, so does Palin. Rocky2 delivered the knock out punch after Rocky1 was knee capped by the RBC and obots.

Rise, WOMEN, Rise. If not now, when?

Hillary ran the marathon, Sarah gets the trophy.

Checkmate, Democrats. The Republicans seem to have captured your queen…

The whole election is a sham. Obama won by conniving. Palin is an extreme rightist, not a feminist. We were supposed to be pushed into Obama’s camp by force, now we’re supposed to be overwhelmed that the Republicans are nicer to women and revenge vote.

    Yawn.

Dog and pony show. ALL a sham.

But I’ve decided I will vote AGAINST Palin to protect choice and women’s rights.

Otherwise I think McCain and Obama will pretty much launch the same wars.

    Shrug.

I also think Larry is not Larry anymore.

  • sjc-tx

I guess we know ahy she is called the “Baraccuda”!!!! WOW!!! Obama has met his match indeed! I like this woman more and MORE. The dnc and obama campaign asked for every single hit they got last night! NO QUARTER given – NONE taken!!!!

Did everyone see the close up up the youngest dauther licking her hand and smoothing doen the babies hair?!! What a CLOSE and loving family. Gov Palin is always smiling and now we know why!

  • sjc-tx

Pardon my typos! I am just too wound up!

  • sjc-tx

Exactly Ray! Cindy McCain did indeed start growing on me… Humility buys alot in my opinion!

  • sjc-tx

Get over it Kate… You’ve MISSED the Point COMPLETELY!

  • http://chriss chris

Yeah and Obama overstates just about anything he lays claim too. He even likes to take credit for committees that he doesn’t even participate in. Oh and how about the Jones guy in Chicago who did all the work and then taped Obama’s name on it so he could look more electable? give me a break. She is more honest than he could be on his best day. She has actually done something. Besides he’s running against McCain and he can’t even begin to come close to Mac’s accomplishments. Man,try really looking into what you are trying to sell everyone.

  • Dr. Kate

sorry to inform you butthead, that we are voting for the best qualified people for POTUS and VPOTUS. Neither Obama nor Biden have shown at all what they will do for america. They only show what they will do for themselves.

And taking down HRC with the most vile, sexist, racist tactics started barky’s downfall. And their reaction to Palin is juvenile, not worthy of being labled “adult”.

I don’t vote for ovaries or vaginas, fool. I’m looking for the person who wants to serve America, not themselves.

If I voted on “balls”, I’d vote for Palin in a second. she’s got more balls than barky, biden, and mechelle combined.

they will wither in the sun and slither away from the rock they crawled out from.

    NO FOREIGN NATIONALS FOR POTUS!

  • Dr. Kate

huh? with a moniker like that?

sorry you are so afraid of a woman.

  • Dr. Kate

Your son’s death is truly a tragedy, no one can speak to that.

Be sure, however, that it was Bush/Cheney, with complicity of a democratic congress (biden, dodd, kerry, kennedy, rockefeller, reid…)they all voted for the war and obama continued to fund it when he got there and chose a senator who also voted for the war as his VP. Remember that rumsfeld (who McCain criticised) thought he could do the war on the cheap with too few troops and insufficient equipment. McCain called for the surge I am sure to help protect our troops, in addition to the other reasons–remember Powell’s rule–you break it, you own it.

Obama is about to give America up, a unilateral surrender if you will, to our foes. I cannot for the sake of my country vote for obama-the manchurian candidate.
