“Mockery”. “Sarcasm”. “Bullying”. “Sniping”.

CNN’s own Mr. Magoo, Bill Scheider, said that there was “mockery” and “bullying” last night. The Babbling heads there have used the word “sarcasm” to describe Sarah’s speech. “Over the top”! Oh and let us not forget “She took a snipe at him”.

I’ll tell you what is sarcasm, CNN, Mr. Magoo, et al:

Sarcasm is referring to Hillary’s “Periodic” moods.

Sarcasm is playing “99 Problems But A Bitch Isn’t One of Them” at a rally.

Sarcasm is telling Hillary “You’re likeable enough”.

Sarcasm is brushing The Woman off your shoulders, or whatever that infantile non-song suggests. See infantile Manchild in action in above gif.

Sarcasm is calling something “Silly season”. See above gif of a Silly Manchild.

That’s Sarcasm.

Bullying and Mockery? Sniping? Over The Top????Here ya go:

All I have to say is keep crying like broads on a rag. You all lost face it…Cowards…..

The latest smear of Sarah Palin debunked. Yeah, She Has An Affair according to dailykooks…!

Another Palin smear bites the dust

Nutcase bloggers will have to find another smear against Sarah Palin … again. Did you hear that Todd Palin’s former business partner tried to get his divorce records sealed? Conspiracy theorists immediately began speculating on line that Sarah Palin — that vixen! — must have had an affair and broken up the marriage. Why else would the partner suddenly act to seal his records?

  • QUEENIE

They will surely hear from me..it was first going to be a single protest vote..For McCain..now it is a happy vote for McCain/Palin

now my protest vote will be downline ..i will vote R all the way down the ballot..

it is the entire Dem party that now must pay for the bullshit they have done to me, my family and my state and my nation..this manipulation of our elections has got to be stopped..and the entire world watched Dean /Pelosi/Reid/Kerry/Kennedy and Obama steal a primary and an election..i say no.;.no how..

i keep hearing this song reing in my ears..THIS IS MY COUNTRY>>LAND THAT I LOVE…………

TALK LEFT LIVE! Hey I just went over there to visit for the first time in a long time, and I liked what I saw. Top story is Jeralyn asking folks what Obama should’ve done differently in this campaign.

Funny, she prefaces it by saying “Now that most of the anti-Obama commenters have left…” ’cause she kicked them out?) “… it’s time to have this discussion.” She then goes on to give HER list which is basically a compendium of all the things I DESPISE Obama for (being mean to Hillary, and so on).

Apparently there is a rule now that you can only post 4 “Obama hate” comments in any given thread, but this discussion quickly devolves into a mixture of Obama hate and “Obama depression”, with violators of the 4-comment rule being ‘poof’ed right and left.

    Love it.

Now I understand exactly what John McCain meant when he congratulated Barack Obama for “a job well done” on the day of his acceptance speech.

Little did we know when McCain made that comment that he had Sarah Palin up his sleeve.

Obama not only alienated millions of Democratic voters with his sexist, bullying, arrogant campaigning, he digs himself deeper and deeper into the hole everytime he or one of his goons tries the same tactics on Sarah Palin.

I definitely agree with the sentiments expressed in this post. It’s really much too late for Obama to redeem himself. He permanently lost my vote eons ago.

  • yttik

LOL, I just read a stupid comment on a blog. “Palin is really mean and she sleeps around!”

Actually, it’s the National Enquirer that’s talking about an affair. Hey, they busted John Edwards… they must know what they’re doing.

The key thing is: Gov. Palin’s sudden explosion of popularity means that reporters of all sorts — from the mainstream press, the tabloid press, the political press, the celebrity press — are gonna swarm Alaska looking for fresh information.

Expect a distraction a day from all this hubbub… distractions that won’t McCain get his message out.

  • calli not your sweeti

The ONLY way Hillary is going to keep her standing in the New? Old? Revived? Democratic party is to give Obama and all his angry good old boys the finger and do what John McCain and Sarah Palin are doing – stand up for what is right. And campaigning for Obama is not right! It’s the same argument given over and over during the primary – if Hillary even wants to be considered for VP, she needs to lay off the effete, arrogant, selfish one that acts like he’s always on his period. How’s that for sarcasm oh mighty one? It’s just total BS if anyone in this current crop of new and old democrats will let Hillary ever get the nomination. I know one thing, if Hillary sells her soul to campaign for this a–hole, I will never vote for her again! Do what’s right for women, vote for Sarah and stick it to the DNC!

Clinton set to strike McCain, not Palin

Glenn Thrush Fri Sep 5, 3:39 PM ET
Hillary Rodham Clinton has no intention of becoming a Sarah Palin attack dog — but has no qualms going after John McCain, people close to the former first lady say.

“She’s not the answer when it comes to winning conservative women — she never was — and we’re not going to be anybody’s attack dog against Sarah Palin,” said a Clinton insider. “To be fair to Obama’s people, they haven’t asked us to do that.”

Wistful sigh…I sure do miss the early days of that clean campaign Hillary ran….Remember this in January?

The headlines say the latest schism among the top Democratic presidential candidates is over gender and race. But on the ground in the presidential season’s opening states, there is a darker narrative: that Hillary Clinton will not just fight hard, but fight dirty, to win. And her tactic of choice is attempting to suppress the votes of her rival’s supporters.

The latest example is from Nevada, where the Nevada State Education Association is widely seen as filing a suit on Clinton’s behalf to stop Las Vegas’ most powerful union, Culinary Workers Local 226, from caucusing inside downtown casinos after the union endorsed Barack Obama. The tactic foments a split along racial and class lines in arguably the strongest union city in America.

“It’s horrible,” said one longtime Nevada activist, who didn’t want his name used. “It will cause fights and damage that will last for years.”

But the Clinton campaign has made similar moves in New Hampshire and Iowa.

In the first primary state, her supporters — backed by New Hampshire Democratic Party officials — pressured poll workers to remove observers stationed by the Obama campaign. These volunteers had intended to track voters as part of their get-out-the-vote effort. That tactic came after the Clinton campaign sent a mailing targeting women that said Obama would not “stand up and protect” a women’s right to choose because he had voted “present” — but not yes — on a few abortion-related bills in the Illinois legislature.

“I’ve kept most mailers I got from every presidential candidate this year, and that mailer was the absolute worst,” wrote New Hampshire blogger Peter Glenshaw. “Never mind that Obama has a 100 percent approval rating from Planned Parenthood in Illinois. Never mind that Planned Parenthood asked him to vote ‘present’ on those bills.”

And in Iowa, the Clinton campaign — with the help of the state’s

It’s just Barack trying to win by default again.

First, he got Alice Palmer off the ballot for state senate. He ran against nobody.

Then, his first Republican opponent, who was leading in the polls for the US senate race in Illinois, withdrew over a messy divorce.

Next, his campaign started calling for Hillary to withdraw with the Iowa caucuses.

    It’s been a remarkable run.

But Sarah Barracuda isn’t going anywhere, and neither is McCain.

  • yttik

Oh I wouldn’t be too hasty about that. McCain has a few messages of his own to get out.

What the Dem party did wrong this time, was lose their integrity and not even bother to invite me to the funeral.

  • TwoTermObama

And who can forget this one?

The attack that received the most pop on cable television and the blogs came after a photograph of Obama dressed in ceremonial African garb appeared on the Drudge Report, and the item’s author, Matt Drudge, said the image was provided by a Clinton staff member.

The photo could be interpreted to suggest Muslim garb, and Obama has been nagged by erroneous rumors that he is or once was a Muslim. He is a Christian.

Obama campaign officials quickly denounced the Clinton camp’s alleged role in circulating the photo.

“On the very day that Senator Clinton is giving a speech about restoring respect for America in the world, her campaign has engaged in the most shameful, offensive fear-mongering we’ve seen from either party in the election,” Obama campaign manager David Plouffe said.

Clinton campaign officials didn’t confirm or deny a role in the incident; instead, they tried to turn the tables on the Obama camp by saying its indignation over the photo’s publication is itself an effort to divide and distract voters.

  • http://undercoverblackman.blogspot.com UBM

My friends, Barack Obama has never, ever built a campaign speech around mocking or belittling Hillary Clinton as a person. Even the famous shoulder-brush — which to PUMAs is apparently the most horrific crime against women since Salem — was about brushing off Hillary’s attacks, not brushing her off as a person.

This occurred the day after a debate in which Hillary had made the tactical choice to go harshly negative against Obama, face-to-face. If your feelings are hurt by a gesture, then maybe you don’t have the steel needed to engage in negative attacks.

We’ll see if Moose Killah can take it like she dishes it out.

  • Hope Floats

McCain got his message out with his speech at the convention. He will be at townhalls in battleground states. Watch out for the debates.

Well, it will be interesting to watch what she does. If she comes out super nasty toward McCain she will damage her chances for 2012 because it will look like she is signing on to the Axelrod smear machine.

I take any media reports with a huge grain of salt…these media guys are basically passing off Obama press releases as fact. Obviously Obama wants to force Hillary to campaign for him by getting this stuff printed. We’ll see what she actually does.

  • Kat5

Sadly enough, Jeralyn has lost it. Why, no one seems to know, but Sarah Palin is obviously a personal thing with her. Almost overnight, TL has gone from being my number one, thought provoking, Hillary-friendly refuge in a sea of blogosphere bile, to just another smear-retailing, vote-for-Barky fan site. A real shame and a real loss.

  • Lark

If she campaign against McCain/Palin then she will also be a looser when McCain/Palin beats Obambi. So then she’ll loose twice. Once against Barack and once against McCain. And she will loose the respect of Palin which she needs if she wants to pass all the legislation she wants to pass and to have a good standing when she becomes the Senate Majority Leader. IMO.

Why do you think Hillary is campaigning for such a corrupt sexist? I always loved her, but maybe she is corrupt too.

  • Fuck you Barack Obama!

McCain and Palin have substance and real life experience like Hillary. I want a president and not a false-god empty suit idol like Oshitbag.

  • cdo

    1-Uppity Woman, great post!

2- I am voting AGAINST the DNC in Nov. Which means I will cast my vote for the Republican ticket. I only support Palin as a tool to bringing Obama and the DNC down. I am glad she is bright and personable and tough, I respect her for those qualities. But she does not represent my views on many issues. In any other election, I would not vote for her. I am not a republican.

3-I expect Hillary to do what she has always done, stick up for universal healthcare and the interests of working class families. The party may have abandoned her, but she has not abandoned the party. If the current DNC leadership is thrown out, we will need Hillary there to help rebuild.
And I wholeheartedly disagree with anyone who would turn on her now. Unlike Obama, Hillary knows the value of a big tent. She is carefully negotiating some tricky paths right now. But she never gave up on her supporters, and I won’t give up on her.

Again, Matt Drudge has hated the Clintons for years. I don’t trust his word that the pic of Obama playing dress-up came from anybody associated with the Clintons.

Really, it’s best to just relax and watch what happens…I bet all of Hillary’s campaign appearances just happen to take place in districts with very close congressional elections. I’ll bet the dems are getting very nervous about losing congressional elections because of Obama being at the top of the ticket.

She has to play the game to get back in the game. She’s not going to attack Palin — she’s going to go after McCain as lamely as she can before she fades into the background to let Obama and the DNC clean up their own mess! What’s wrong with all of you?

Watching this reminds me of how McCain was forced to campaign for Bush after the ‘illegitimate black baby’ smear pushed by the Bushies. I get a strong feeling that McCain really dislikes Bush, but he had to campaign if he wanted any hope of ever running successfully again.

I was rooting for McCain in 2000 – and am very much hoping that the ‘Maverick’ of 2000 is the real McCain and all of the pandering towards the Religious Right is what he had to do to get the nomination.

  • Perry Logan

I’m sure you’ve all noticed a strange inconsistency of Obamots.

They deal out the foulest garbage about their opponents, their opponents’ supporters, their opponents’ families, etc., while remaining incredibly thin-skinned about even the slightest imagined criticism of themselves.

They seem completely unaware of this oddity, as when the trolls come here and condemn us for speaking unkindly of Obama–and after they’ve been so nice!

I guess a soft, corrupt democrat is better to the corporate right wing than a corruption fighting republican.

  • It’s Not Me

I just saw another fundraiser for her today, so I do believe she can still collect money.

As for why she can’t stand up to the DNC…she may after her debt is paid. Remember…the DNC and DC elites ended her run for President. It was planned a long time ago. It was NOT a coincidence that BO’s acceptance speech just happened to fall on the same day Martin Luther King delivered his “I Have a Dream Speech.” The convention was planned years ago. BO was the DC elite’s choice and that is who they appointed. Hillary isn’t stupid. She knows what they did to her campaign and she knows what they could do to her political career.

What she and Bill need to do is start a NEW Party…..THEN she can stand up to the DNC since they will no longer control the strings.

Obama’s racists attacks and gross misogyny spread by his campaign, his family, his pastor, and supporters made this the most disgusting political season I can remember. Nothing else could ever have moved me and so many others to vote for a Republican for the first time.

As for that debate you reference, Hillary went after Obama on issues. That is what governing is about. Obama, being severely out of his depth, floundered in his responses. The next day, still unable to counter her facts with anything substantial, he chose to mock her with the shoulder brush. That may make the room-temperature IQ crowd giggle, but it does not impress adults.

Obama is going to lose because he is an inexperienced idiot who has bought into his own bullshit.
    Get over it.

  • JohninCA

Ron Paul does believe in the constitution, is sincerely against the New World Order, and is great on taxpayer issues. Not crazy about the fact that so many white supremacists are for him. It’s too bad.

  • Leisa

Well, IMO, the Enquirer got it’s scoop about Edwards from Team O… that revelation made it rather easy to not pick Edwards for VP and not disappoint anyone now didn’t it?

Team O is so used to the media carrying their water… It is appalling how Obama talking points get reported as “news”.

I am sure that Team O is behind that free subversive advertisement about Palin in the Enquirer, and let us not forget US magazine…

I agree. NONE of us have been in the trenches that HRCs been in during this coup d’etat!

It’s a testament to her skill that she’s still standing! Honestly, Obama would have collapsed the first month if he had been subjected to someone pulling the dirty and inside tricks that his campaign did!

I trust HRC to figure out how to navigate her way through this. She does NOT become a less capable candidate nor STILL the best to lead this country because she has to tap dance her way through a minefield! I plan to give her a pass for ANYTHING at this point..she’s walking an incredibly difficult path.

So, if we fail to unseat Obama, do you want her to have shot herself in the head politically to sooth your wrath?

or better that you trust her to navigate this the best way she can?

remember, 1/2 the party still supports that idiot Obama… we’ll need them in 2012

Sarcasm? You mean obvious irony? Like telling Candy Crowley ‘Hey, you realy do not sweat all that much for a large girl?’ Or, asking Jack Cafferty, ‘Hit anyone on the way to work?’ or Wolf, ‘Getting Any?’
Cambell Brown ‘You finished school. .. nevertheless. Hey, that’s great . . . long time was it?’

Ted Turner scripting any of this to Jane back?

Ted still got a piece of CNN/ still got a piece of Jane?

Sarcasm the tool of the . . .really fun kids! Keep it up Sarah! None of the boys at CNN can!

  • Fuck you Barack Obama!

How is it voting for your country when Ron Paul has no chance of winning and McCain needs your vote to help ensure Obama is defeated?

Ugh, seriously? White Supremacist groups? Alright, that does suck. But why would they be backing him of all people?

  • Fuck you Barack Obama!

They think they can use Hillary to cause trouble but in the end most of us are never going to vote for Barky. The trolls also inspire donations and volunteering for McCain the more they try to mess with us.

  • It’s Not Me

(Remember before Obama came on the scene, when our party was not so bloody creepy?)

Ya…those were the days, weren’t they? I was NOT a Kerry supporter in ’04 (Wes Clark was my guy), but after he was nominated, I eventually came around and voted for him. MOST Dems did.

The cultists have destroyed the party with bogus racism charges and misogyny. The chasm is HUGE since women make up 50+% of the Democratic Party and anyone with a brain knows Bill and Hill don’t have a racist bone in their bodies.

It will never be the same again. The Democratic Party is finished.

I could never vote for BO after what he has done to Hillary and her supporters.

I am a Clinton supporter and I can’t believe some of the comments put here by people who claim to have supported Senator Clinton. She is campaigning for Obama because she said she would campaign for the person that one, no matter who it was. She is keeping her word, and ensuring her own political future. Honestly people…I use to come here and read, not post, because it was anti-Obama, like I am, now some seem to start favoring Palin over Clinton. That is just beyond me. I have no problem with McCain being president, but I couldn’t side with Palin over Clinton. That would be unwise and against everything I believe in.

It’s a real shame but the comment about the infamous newsletter was correct.

I still think that it would be a good thing to educate your fellow Americans about legitimate issues raised by Ron Paul– the Federal reserve scam and the stranglehold over both parties by NWO fronts like the Bilderbergers. That is of course aggravated by the Soros/MoveOn influence, which has contributed to the current disunion in the Democratic party.

  • Annie Oakley

Thanks, Uppity. Not getting over it. To quote Clarence Thomas, what we had here was a “high tech lynching,” and I for one have no intention of forgetting the media, the Democratic Party and the pb 1.0′s role in it. McCain is making it easy for me to vote Republican for the first time in my life.

  • Buzz Latte

That’s your opinion and you’re entitled to it. However the game has now changed and Hillary is in the background for now.

Palin is the one under fire and it would do us well to not sit back. McCain and Palin are now the first line defense against an Obama WH.

Support McCain/Palin we will. There’s far more a stake than Sarah doesn’t believe in abortions or McSame is Bush III. Obama brings marxism and an extreme leftist agenda to break down America And, if there’s a snowball’s chance in hell that Hillary should come back on the scene, we will support her once again this election.

No one has left Hillary. The DNC left us and now we will become patriots and remove the DNC from contention.

If Obama loses big, Howard Dean will be sent packing. A new DNC chair can come in and clean house. Then dems will be able to plan a decent run for WH in 2012.

If team obama keeps up the scurrilous attacks the dems could actually lose the Senate this year. That’s why Hillary is going to hit the campaign trail…..

I expect to see a fair number of candidates request appearances by Hillary but have “scheduling difficulties” when Obama is in their state/district.

That transition was happening for awhile now… I pretty much stopped going there in early June. The lurking visits were only fun when BTD got into an outrage over an issue that the MSM always ignores and is thoughtful in his way of attacking it and then the wonderful Hillary supporters members comments, they were so funny and wonky smart… When they were called out as being racist or a chaterer by Jeralyn I was disappointed that the spirit of reasoned opposing opinions were no longer being allowed on her site…

IMO, the unity train of Obama is really a totalitarian regime in the making… Jeralyn’s conversion as an O supporter and new blog rules prove it.

I have a question for you,Lark? Here is a long time member of the Democratic Party. She has worked to elect Democrates for thirty five years. She was briefly a Goldwater Girl in high school and college until a the Civil Rights movement began.
    Wic.
Hillary was invited by moderate New York Republican Representative Charles Goodell to help Governor Nelson Rockefeller’s late-entry campaign for the Republican nomination. She attended the 1968 Republican National Convention in Miami. However, she was upset by how Richard Nixon’s campaign portrayed Rockefeller and by what she perceived as the convention’s “veiled” racist messages, and left the Republican Party for good.

She has worked for women’s rights her entire adult life, has been pro choice all her life and fought for universal health care for two decades. Now you tell me this; WTH do you think she is supposed to do and what makes you think you know and understand more about how to do what she has promised to do and maintain her integrity to herself and her principles and balance that with the commitments to us (her supporters) without working inside the Democratic party?

The last few days, I have been reading these posts about Hillary and, frankly, I am confused. People who call themselves Hillary’s supporters have busy with their keyboards giving their opinions about what she should or should not do, selfishly thinking about how they feel is right for Hillary. Anyone who has watched her campaign knows she will not use sexist comments against another woman to get BO elected. She still doesn’t believe he can be elected. I wasn’t the target of attacks for fifteen months, but I despise him and his campaign for what they have done. I hate to see her help him in any way at all, but I am not going to take it upon myself to judge what she is doing or at what point she will feel she has kept her promise and can move on. It has been a week since McCain announced Gov. Palin will be his running mate and the attacks against her are being made by the same people who reviled Hillary. They are empty headed sexist and hate mongers. I want Obama to lose big in Nov. because I don’t want them in charge of my party, but I want Hillary to be in good standing with the rest of the party when this fiasco is over so she can do the things she wants to do for Americans and I hope that means she will be president in four years. I don’t expect her to attack another female candidate based on rumors and lies and sexism. She has been the target of that for too long, but I don’t expect her to destroy any chance she has by supporting someone who has a different set of values either.

I’m wondering what kind of people have been making these comments on this blog and who you are. Hillary isn’t a candidate anymore. She is a DEMOCRATIC senator from NY. I don’t understand why everyone else has trouble seeing the complexities of her position. There are some new commenters here at noquarter. You don’t identify your affiliations or loyalties. You are apparently just here to do some more damage to Hillary. In the meantime, I’m just going to continue reading because sooner or later your real intentions will come through.

  • Disgusted

Sorry pal. Thems the roolz. In America you have to use your free time to attend a caucus or to go to the polls. The polls do not come to you. They do not have caucus’ at your place of business. Obama got away with having them on college campuses and in freakin barbershops for christsakes. What next? Maybe we can take all the 18 year old students out of class and bus them on the taxpayers dime to register to vote? Oh but then we would just have to do it again for them to vote. Hey No Problemo. hey lets just do it in predominantly black areas though. Maybe Gary, Indiana would be a nice place to start. You might think that could lead to some problems but naaaa. Oh wait didn’t Gary Indiana keep the whole country waiting for hour after hour after hour? Hadn’t 87% of the state counted their votes hours before Gary? Wasn’t it so bad that mayors of the surrounding towns were calling CNN and asking WTF are our votes? We turned them in 6 hours ago. Didn’t the mayor of Gary call in and say it was due to 3500 absentee ballots? Having lived in Chicago my entire life, I am very familiar with the “How many votes ya got” – “How many votes do we need” playbook. If I was an Obama supporter I would stay clear of any argument about voter irregularities, but hey that’s just me.

  • rob

The thing is that I have no doubt Obama is running an extremely shady show with the Democratic Party. (The Democratic Machine in Chicago represents a depressing reality for an idealist.) The thing is, though, while I used to somewhat admire McCain for his “maverick” status, I cannot hear his recent changes in policy without imagining RNC holding a gun up to his family and making him say these things. Thus, RNC and DNC will do equal harm for this country. In my opinion, there is not a “lesser than two evils” Obama and McCain.

Thus, Ron Paul represents the only true politician outside of the political machine. Well, maybe Ralph Nader too, but I think that Ron Paul is more deeply rooted in Constitutional ideals.

Though I’m definitely the odd man out with my choice to vote for Ron Paul, I still see it as an exercising of my constitutional rights to vote for whoever I feel will put the country’s interests ahead of party interests. That’s ultimately why I’m voting for Ron Paul.

I disagree. Hillary will do her “best” for the Dems and at the same time try to preserve what she built over the primaries. She can’t let Palin take credit for everything she worked for this primary season. I think this will help her in 2012. Let Obama fight the VP; let HRC fight McCain. Wouldn’t this just confirm that she should have been the Dem’s choice after all?

Ana, Obama/Axelrod are the ones who got that douchebag David Schuster to accuse Hillary of “pimping out” Chelsea when she started to campaign for her mom. They need to go down to as humiliating a defeat as possible.

Obama got into the US Senate by invading one opponent’s private divorce records, which had to devastate his opponent’s little child. Now he’s desperately throwing disgusting allegations around about Palin. Filthy campaigning is all Obama/Axelrod know. The only way to deliver the message that their behavior is intolerable is to vote FOR McCain/Palin this time around.

I hope that people do support Hillary in 2012, and I agree that a McCain presidency is better than an Obama presidency, but I think time is better spent advocating for McCain, who I like, and think is a good man. But Palin to me is downright scary, its not just her abortion views, it is some of her other far-right ideals, which make Bush look tame. I support McCain not Palin, and although I don’t mind her being her VP, I couldn’t support her for President. So I am all for Clinton 2012, but for now, since I don’t live in a swing state, I am voting Green.

I just think time is better spend, not criticizing Hillary, I have seen some do it here and elsewhere, but supporting McCain, not really Palin. Otherwise, you risk looking like exactly what the obama supporters say, seeming like it’s all about sex and not brains.

This lawsuit will end Obama as a candidate:

    http://www.americasright.com/2008/09/berg-v-obama-update-friday-september-5.html

It alleges that Obama was born in Kenya and because his father wasn’t American and his mother was only 18, he doesn’t qualify as a natural born citizen (i.e., can’t run for Pres). Only his “online” birth certificate is available, verified by Factcheck (connected to Annenberg, so not exactly credible). A couple hospitals in Honolulu have been mentioned as birthplaces, but no records. Looks like his mother returned to Honolulu when he was about 4 days old and registered him then.

The MSM is lazy, scared, or both — don’t want public to realize that no one properly vetted Obama.

And where’s the record he ever registered for Selective Service?? Not registering doesn’t disqualify him for president, but he should have — unless he wasn’t a citizen.

  • AnnieO

Ana, all states are swing states. And every vote for McCain/Palin sends more of a message to the DNC to clean out these bums. Really, imagine if McCain/Palin only lose Massachusetts by 1 or 2 points?

    I urge you to reconsider.

Also, Palin has been governor of Alaska for 2 years and she hasn’t tried to force her bedroom ideals on her state. She’s been chasing corruption and cutting spending. I expect that Washington, DC has enough of that to keep her and McCain fully engaged for 4 years….neither one is gonna be thrilled to waste time on gay marriage or whatever.

Yes, there are a hell of a lot of male PUMAs (including my husband), spanning all races, ethnicities, and classes! HRC has a wide coalition behind her which is much greater than Palin’s.

This said, I will vote for the GOP ticket this time around to purge the Dem Party of the Pod people.

I’ve already convinced one Republican brother-in-law who was tending BO to vote for McCain. I’ll work on another one this weekend, and a third in the next couple of weeks. (I have three too many Repubs in my family!) At least I can argue that for once we are on the same side!

  • Disgusted

    Ana,
I don’t think many people are siding with Palin over Clinton. However I have a newsflash for you. Clinton is out of the running for president. People are siding with Palin over Obama regardless of what Hillary says. Would it be ok with you if I supported Hillary but have chosen not to vote for Obama? Does it make me less of a supporter because I will not toe the party line because she asked me to? Does the fact that, I think Palin seems like a genuine person somehow lessen my respect for Hillary? If the race was Clinton/Palin, I think most people here would vote for Hillary everyday of the week and twice on Sunday. I know I would. However, the race is Obama/Biden or McCain/Palin. IMO I would vote Pauly Shore/Carrottop before I vote Obama/Biden. So I think people are just looking for likeable traits in Palin because frankly Obama/Biden have none. Just my 2 cents.

I have a question for you,Lark?Okay.WTH do you think she is supposed to doThat’s what I try to think for myself and comment. I know my comment is just a comment. Once the thread is dead, it dissipates. Hillary has her own life. A very interesting life. I have mine. A very boring life.what makes you think you know and understand more about how to do what she has promised to doThat’s my challenge. With the minimal information I have, trace a path toward success (personal or otherwise). My hobby is to make predictions. Given X, Y, Z, one may get result A. With X2, Y2, Z2 one may get result B.and maintain her integrity to herself and her principles and balance that with the commitments to us (her supporters) without working inside the Democratic party?Great question. I would consider all those things you used to preface your questions, add the present experience under consideration, add the desired result and solve for X. If you give PUMA a high value and 18 million votes even higher value, then maybe, outside of any personal considerations, breaking with the Democratic Party would be the best option; not for her maybe, but for those who voted for her. People who call themselves Hillary’s supporters have busy with their keyboards giving their opinions about what she should or should not do That’s a product of many things, mostly freedom and the availability of a blank board, plus personal initiative and the joy of expression mixed with entertainment. I’m wondering what kind of people have been making these comments on this blog and who you are People not much different than you, I suppose. Hillary isn’t a candidate anymore But she elicited a covenant that she would represent those who voted for her. Hillary isn’t a candidate anymore She represent the people of the State of New York. I don’t understand why everyone else has trouble seeing the complexities of her position. I don’t think people have such trouble. People see the complexities and their brains can produce a potential result. No biggie. Brains are very powerful computing organs. You don’t identify your affiliations or loyalties. There is no requirement to do that. You are apparently just here to do some more damage to Hillary. My words written here do not nor will they damage Hillary. They are opinions. Opinions do not damage anyone. They carry no particular weight. sooner or later your real intentions will come through. My intentions are to entertain myself reading and commenting on the issues of each thread and reacting and responding to what I read. No biggie.

Thanks for the questions. They help me know myself better.

I agree that McCain/Palin is the best line of defense against Barry. I also want to see Hillary in 2012. If Barry wins, I believe we will be in such a mess in 2012, the race will be for the Repubs to lose. Then again, as bad as GW was in his first term, he actually won reelection! I suppose that could happen and then we’d have two terms of Barry & company ensuring a Repub win in 2016 and an unlikely Presidential future for Hillary.

I’ve been a Clinton fan and an Independent Moderate since 1992. I hope Hillary is elected president in 2012. If Obama is elected, that won’t happen. And I am deeply concerned he would be a terrible president.

This blog is dedicated primarily to defeating Obama, for whatever one’s personal motives are. But the troublemakers want us either stay home or waste our vote. They are scared to death of our voting clout going to McCain, so they try to entice some of us with alternatives.

Thanks for your input. I promise to give it all the weight I think it deserves…

Hey rob FWIW, I saw Paul in FOX just before the convention. He said he was impressed with Sarah.

Campbell was snarking her all day. Remember when she interviewed barky and kept trying to get her knee to touch his? SHe was all flushed. SHe wants Barry.

That was pure cynical manipulation by Obama himself. HE provided that photo to Drudge and this false issue dominated the news cycle on a day when Hillary should’ve been getting kudos for her big foreign policy speech. Just one of Obama’s many dirty tricks.

  • Heather

    Hi there, undercover.

Obama repeatedly called Hillary “disingenuous” (accompanied by arrogant laugh with eyes narrowed), called her “likeable enough” in a debate, accused her of “triangulation”, accused her of making “ill advised” comments about MLK. Always while looking down his nose, quite literally.

  • Dr. Kate

ha ha ha haha! a delusional troll with another fairy tale…hahahhahahahahhahahhaha

  • Dr. Kate

its half the democratic party! This is why this is so stupid–50% wanted HRC, 50% wanted Obama. Obama cheats his way to the top, elmininating his competition, and then choses biden?

It undercuts everything he says he was about. He shows himself insecure with a woman. Half the demos are still going to vote for him.

When he loses in November, it will be time to bring the party back togehter after the necessary cleansing. We will need all dems to get control of the white house again.

hope that is a start at an answer.

    Hey Karen,

Aren’t you late for a Girls Gone Wild shoot?

Gotta keep the horny pimpled face creepy boys turned on. Isn’t that what you believe your mission in life to be?

  • Heather

I have days like that too. Can’t stop cursing that the f’ing loser the DNC saddled us with.

In fact, I wish OBarky’s mother had had a DNC. <- sorry.

  • Heather

Yes! I was watching a stream of him talking in PA, and I swear that guy has the smallest forearms and wrists I’ve ever seen on a man. They’re tinier than mine.

  • Heather

Man I love to hear you say that, because it’s what I think every day but not everyone around me feels this way. I think there’s a huge sense in my area (northern CA) that you simply must vote democratic, even if you aren’t wild about the Mr. Onanism. So aside from my husband — who agrees with me — I’m not able to talk about it that much.

THANK YOU, ALL YOU WONDERFUL PEOPLE, FOR BEING HERE!

    Hey. We’re next.

    “High tech stoning”

Seriously, go to http://www.talkleft.com and look for the thread entitled “Obama’s Biggest Mistakes (So Far)”

They are tearing him to shreds over there. Practically makes us look like koolaid drinkers.

    Yeeha!

Not to be petty, but they are freaky-thin!

This morning a Wall Street Journal writer was talking about how the attempts to destroy Palin are going to backfire.
In particular, he said, the investigation into her firing of that state trooper is not a good idea, because the guy is a bad character who once tasered a child. “Would you want to be seen as defending a guy who tasered a child?”
I say let them keep it up. The more they keep putting out this crazy stuff, the more America will rally around her.

    Uppity, good job!
I have seen and heard so much BS in the media this cycle that I am going to start “fact-checking” the day and date on my paper calender!

Oh please, what revolution? Ron Paul is a diversion from the real world. I cant sit by and idly read your comments without replying. His platform is on the moon. He does not offer a serious alternative vote to anyone but staunch conspiracy theorists.
I worked and sweated door to door and at the polls for Hillary, I saw and heard and experienced voter fraud here in Texas. What were you Paulians doing then? Sitting around talking about a Revolution? If you care about your country, and Im sure you do, then you would do well to get real and work to defeat Obama. He is a real and present danger to the safety and functioning of this country.
I respect you so much more if you were going to vote McKinney, but you’d still be wasting a valuable vote against BO by not voting McCain.

Having lived in No Calif for half my life, my experience was that there is a lot of peer pressure to try and be the most liberal. Obama is not a true liberal. He is an opportunist and I mean that in the most unflattering way. He does not seek real change for Americans, he seeks personal power. That is not liberalism.

Have to say I got pretty weary of that kind of peer pressure and rhetoric there. Anyway not knocking CA, just a kind of close mindedness I got tired of.

  • Jane from Tx

Yes, many male PUMA’s and also people with Dem roots who dont blog and who cant abide Obama.

  • Jane from Tx

Idyoung, Nothing happened to us Hillary supporters. But as you know Hillary is not in the race right now.

    Hillary ’12!!!!

    In the meantime
McCain’s choice of Palin was a neat piece of strategy (I believe) Palin is a better speaker than McCain or Barky. Hillary outshines everyone. but if you havent noticed the Obarky media machine is now going headlong after Palin. They mean to drag her through the mud just like they did Hillary. A large part of what prompted groups like the PUMAs to form was a deep sense of rage towards this rampant misogyny. Any woman who runs for President or VP is going to be subject to this kind of childishness, until that glass wall is busted through.

    McCain/Palin ’08

  • Jane from Tx

Yes, I do remember. That is why I voted straight party for over 36 years. I never really questioned it much. Boy was I naive.

I love your blog and video of Betty Jean Kling and Robin Rollinson at the RNC. Wonderful interview, they expressed my thoughts perfectly!

If you’re going to read this site, then get out your barf bag and take your blood pressure medication. It’s a run-down of the sexist attacks against Sarah Palin, and it’s enough to make you angry.

BILL SCHNEIDER, do you think this might be a STORY?!

I am sure some have, but it seems like many in the media are only reporting that Palin tried to get her brother in law fired in a bitter divorce situation, and they leave it at that. Example: Look for the trooper reference in this story.

Maybe they should expend some energy investigating what her concerns were about the trooper. Or maybe they don’t have any energy left because they’re spending it all analyzing her pregnancies, her daughter’s pregnancy, and whether or not she can handle a job while raising young kids.

Would public perception be different if the public knew the details of “Trooper-gate”? Might the public come to believe that Palin did the right thing in bringing her concerns to the forefront about the trooper’s continued employment as a keeper of the public trust? You decide. Here are the details.

    http://www.newsminer.com/news/2008/jul/28/scrutiny-wooten-raises-conduct-questions/

    Read them here.

Palin’s complaints about the trooper brother in law started before she was governor

He was officially found to have violated the law and/or policy in four occasions

They found he used a taser on his stepson

He told others his father in law would eat a “f’ng lead bullet”

He drank in his squad car

He was disciplined or given instructions to correct his behavior by supervisors seven times before the Palins ever got involved

Recounted the Anchorage Daily News: “The record clearly indicates a serious and concentrated pattern of unacceptable, and at times, illegal activity occurring over a lengthy period, which establishes a course of conduct totally at odds with the ethics of our profession,” Col. Julia Grimes, then head of Alaska State Troopers, wrote in March 1, 2006, letter suspending Wooten for 10 days. After the union protested it, the suspension was reduced to five days.
