If everyone publicizing this pet project or that instead took advantage of the press afforded them; took advantage of that opportunity to speak directly to citizens/A’sG in applicable states, and ask, “(fill in name of person), why do you refuse requests from the citizens of (fill in state) to produce the documentary evidence that was the basis for your Certification to state election officials in (fill in state) in August 2008 that Barack Obama was Constitutionally qualified to be President, to get these officials to print his name on the ballot?”  Then, repeat the question, using the name of the AG; and after to add “ask responsible members of both the state and national Democratic party to produce the documentary evidence..

We all know caucuses are unfair; although most of us had no idea what these were until the last election.  Now, we know the statistics about more votes required per primary pledged delegate than caucus; we know parents of young children cannot attend, or elderly, or physically callenged, or shift workers.  What work is spearheaded by these people capitalizing on the misery of disenfranchised caucus voters both in and out of that video?  That’s my point.

I have always admired the investigations you have undertaken to challenge Obama’s legitimacy.  This documentary does not intrude on your turf.  It is simply about thugs intimidating people and subverting the caucus process.

Under the Constitution, Electors need not vote for any particular person.  Thus, say for example, between the general election in November and the vote of the Electors in December, the nominee for the Party dies.  Does this call for a new election?  No.  The Electors can elect someone else.  Under federal law, that is.  But some states have enacted laws saying, Electors must vote for the nominee of their party.  (Did you know, Electors are selected by the party to be ‘on the ballot’ in the first place?)  However, no Elector who violated that law has ever been punished.  Anyway, if the original nominee dies before the Electors elect a POTUS; the party can nominate someone else.  (This might not be in time to remove the old name from the ballot and replace it with the new but, so what?  Citizens are not electing the POTUS in November but only party Electors.) Keep in mind, the fact that state laws mandating specific Elector conduct not required under the Constitution – for example, ‘you must vote for the party nominee’ – have never been challenged in federal court likely means, these state Elector laws are likely Constitutional.  This means, states could also enact laws affecting Elector conduct that say, for example, Electors must elect only Constitutionally qualified candidates.

It sure is.  The attacks on the documentary are absolutely perplexing, particularly here at No Quarter.  It is a powerful work and it documents pervasive wrongdoing during the Primary.  We were all howling about it back then.  It was WRONG!  It was MEAN!  It was UNJUST! It should NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN! The makers of this essential film should not be attacked for making it, or derided because it is finally getting some attention.  WTF is  going on here!?!?  The Obama krewe brought thugs to the caucuses and that wasn’t widely reported as a major issue.  Now the black panther intimidation at the polling station is being dismissed.  Yes!  Good that it’s finally getting some attention!  Hurray for everybody involved in We Shall Not Be Silenced! 

How on earth would it even have been possible for them to steal the election in December if he HADN’T been on the GE ballot in November?

My work on election fraud focuses solely on conduct that violates the law.  As such, it necessarily excludes any analysis of caucus fraud, or fraud in Presidential preference primaries.  In fact, the only mention in my work of either of these occurs in relation to the conduct of BO and his representatives in trying to ‘turn’ HRC pledged delegates from vote binding states, BEFORE the Convention.  Because that conduct would violate the law, whether the pledged delegate resulted from votes in a primary or caucus.  (And GA AG Thurbert Baker agreed.)

Maybe it won’t bother the kids.  They’ve lived with these intrusions all their lives.  They think it’s perfectly reasonable that the government can monitor their phone calls and e-mails. 

When I take my son to the airport so he can fly to work it breaks my heart to see him stripping off his shoes in the terminal and joining the other barefoot sheeple on the trek through security.  Soon he’ll pass through a full-body scanner.  That he sees this as perfectly normal is beyond depressing.

(Please don’t list the reasons that airline security is necessary.  That was my business.  I know them all.  And I hate them all.  I, who used to fly from Houston to Denver for dinner, have been on an airplane once in the past twenty years.  Barring a major emergency, that will have been the last time.)

What I’m trying to say, I guess, is that I don’t recognize much of my world any more.  Oh, sure…most of it looks the same.  But knowing what is happening to it at the hands of Barack Obama and his tribe (thank you, Ellen D) colors what I see.  Will that store be there next year?  Do those African-American people standing on the corner think I’m a racist?  I love this house but can we afford to keep it when we retire?  Is that new road any good or did they just slap an inch of blacktop over the rough places? 

It just seems there’s no pure happiness any more.  There’s an edge to everything that I don’t remember till recently.  By “recently” I mean starting with the stolen election of 2000.  There was the first proof that justice could be perverted and that the will of the people would not always prevail. 

Nothing was ever quite the same after that.  Life assumed a surreal quality that’s never gone away…only worsened as time goes by. 

Aging probably has something to do with this.  Every older generation decrys what is happening to the younger ones.  Remembering that used to keep my perspective straight.  Nowadays it doesn’t do much to keep the megrims at bay.
