The Russians are fomenting rebellions within the former soviet republics. I read last week in the Vaba Eesti Sona (an estonian newspaper published in NY, NY for decades) that a couple 'farmers' on the NE Estonian/Russian border have declared themselves communist and independent from the democratic republic of Estonia and part of Russia.
