JournoList Members Protected Obama In 2008

/ Bumped up /

We knew this was happening – we knew that many in the MSM were protecting Obama, were refusing to vet him, to investigate allegations against him, or those with whom he was very close, like Rev. Jeremiah Wright.

But here’s the thing. A number of these journalists (and academics), including from major news outlets, wrote down their plans to do what they could to protect Obama, both in the Primaries, and in the General Election. And did they ever. Check out this interview with Tucker Carlson (I know, I know – he was horrible to Hillary Clinton, but he does acknowledge that these “journalists” worked against her, too). It is eye opening:

We knew it – we knew they were using the race card to help Obama, and to protect him from scrutiny. And use it they did, over and over, and over again. They STILL are using it, for that matter.

But wait, there’s more. In this report, more of the actual statements by some of the so-called journalists who colluded to help Obama are brought to light:

And finally, and I bet you knew this was coming, these “journalists” are revealed to have coordinated attacks against Sarah Palin:

Daily Caller has much, much more on this topic, with more revelations each day, it seems (I am having some technical issues with my computer, so please forgive the lack of links to the actual stories).

I used to scoff at the charges of the “liberal bias” in the media. I thought they were ridiculous, sour grapes, and all of that. But this isn’t just bias, this is intentionally controlling news about one candidate, protecting a candidate from being properly vetted, and using a despicable tactic to deflect any questions, the race card. Despicable.

These people are not journalists, not by a long shot. Each and every one of them should lose their jobs over this. They shaped an entire election by their collusion, engaging in character assassinations, race baiting, and propaganda, to protect their chosen politician.

And they wonder why people in this country have lost faith in the media. After this revelation, they should wonder no more…

I put a lot of info on it in the last Open Thread, as there was nowhere else

We all knew the LSM were ‘conspirators’ from day one, didn’t we?

    NOW WE KNOW FOR SURE!!!

Despicable is right, R3 Amy.  With no free and fair press, there is no free and fair government.  Media suppression, character assassination, colluding with the DNC/any level of government or corporate thugs to deny We the People’s right to know is fascism.  Here we are.  Now, what are we going to do about it?  Keeping these blogs alive is one solution.  Thank you, Larry.

I’m very glad this is finally coming to light.  Now, of course, the folks who have been exposed in this — and there are some doozys — are giving the waive off by saying that opinion writers are entitled to their opinion, that this is just the rough and tumble of political writing, blah, blah, blah.  And we know that there will be enough incurious people who get all their “news” from cnn and mslsd that this will got the way of the wright stories and acorn.  What’s it gonna take?

The revelation of these e-mails simply proves that we have been right all along. The liberal media have no interest in being fair or unbiased. In fact, they are deliberately violating any sense of journalistic ethics. There is no excuse – none- for the attitudes and lack of professionalism these so-called journalists displayed not only in these e-mails but in their reporting. Any member of the media that was privy to these Journolist emails, and remained silent, is just as much to blame as the folks that crafted these e-mails. Their silence indicts them….

And why aren’t the “real” journalists (are there any left out there?) calling out those among them, purging their own ranks, and doing any sort of investigative reporting on this?  It seems we are so far down the road, so desensitized to anything at all shocking that the best we can summon is a bit of bored disgust.  This, my friends, is what overloading the system looks and feels like.  This is how, if you wanted to overthrow a country and people, you would go about doing it.  Bread and circuses — truly.

Any school of journalism that has E.R. Murrow as its name or passes out scholarships under that name should at least be ashamed for a moment.

BP’S LEAKY OIL WELL TO STAY CORKED DURING STORM

By HARRY WEBER and COLLEEN LONG, Associated Press Writers <!– end .byline –>

    ON THE GULF OF MEXICO
    JULY 22, 2010

    – The temporary cap on BP’s ruptured oil well will stay closed even if ships evacuate the Gulf of Mexico during a tropical storm, the federal government’s spill chief said Thursday.

Growing confidence in the mechanical plug’s security convinced scientists it was safe to leave it unmonitored for a few days, Retired Coast Guard Adm. Thad Allen said. He said they’ll decide Thursday evening whether dozens of ships in the area will leave.

“While this is not a hurricane, it’s a storm that will have probably some significant impacts, so we’re taking appropriate cautions,” Allen said.

Forecasters at the U.S. National Hurricane Center in Miami say the storm system already has caused flooding in Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic and Haiti. It could become Tropical Storm Bonnie later Thursday and reach the Gulf of Mexico by Saturday.

If work crews are evacuated, it could be two weeks before they can resume the effort to kill the well. That would upset BP’s timetable, which called for finishing the relief tunnel by the end of July and plugging the blown-out well by early August.

Seas already were choppy in the Gulf, with waves up to five feet rocking boats as crews prepared to leave if needed. Some boats involved in the cleanup were called into port Thursday, Coast Guard Rear Adm. Paul Zukunft said.

He also directed workers to remove oil-absorbent booms from marsh areas along the coast to prevent damage to ecologically sensitive areas.

Work on plugging the well is at a standstill just days before the expected completion of a relief tunnel to permanently throttle the free-flowing crude.

Even if the storm does not hit the area directly, it could affect the effort to contain the oil and clean it up. Hurricane Alex stayed 500 miles away last month, yet skimming in Alabama, Mississippi and Florida was curtailed for nearly a week.

    -

Crews had planned to spend Wednesday and Thursday reinforcing with cement the last few feet of the relief tunnel that will be used to pump mud into the gusher and kill it once and for all. But BP put the task on hold and instead placed a temporary plug called a storm packer deep inside the tunnel, in case it has to be abandoned until the storm passes.

“What we didn’t want to do is be in the middle of an operation and potentially put the relief well at some risk,” BP vice president Kent Wells said.

The relief tunnel extends about two miles under the seabed. It’s now about four feet from the side of the well, although BP still has more than 100 feet to drill diagonally before the tunnel reaches the well. BP plans to insert a final string of casing, or drilling pipe, cement it into place, and give it up to a week to set, before attempting to punch through to the blown-out well and kill it.

The two rigs drilling relief tunnels will disconnect from the well if they have to evacuate the site.

All appeared quiet on the rigs Thursday afternoon.

BP’s broken well spewed somewhere between 94 million and 184 million gallons into the Gulf before the cap was attached. The crisis — the biggest offshore oil spill in U.S. history — unfolded after the BP-leased Deepwater Horizon rig exploded April 20, killing 11 workers.

The White House said Thursday President Barack Obama and his family will vacation on the Gulf Coast next month, visiting Florida for a weekend. Both the president and First Lady Michelle Obama have made a point of encouraging people to visit Gulf Coast beaches that are open and free of oil damage to help the local economy.

The media’s credibility is on a par with Obama’s.  Almost as low as the national debt is high. The constant use of the race card will backfire on them.  If they constantly belabor the point people stop caring about it-just more manipulation.  When actual istances of racism arise people will ignore them because the charge has become meaningless.

  • Rabble Rouser Rev. Amy

Thank you, TX Playwright – and I am thankful for Larry, too.

You said it, though – without a free press, we don’t have a free country.  Thomas Jefferson knew that, too – he warned us, didn’t he?

Abigail, I am not one bit surprised that these people would try and justify their skewing the coverage of the election.  Of course, they are going to justify their untoward behavior to coronate Obama without bothering to vet him first, or using the race card whenever it suited them.

I just keep shaking my head in disbelief at the depth and breadth of their collusion.  Wow.

  • Rabble Rouser Rev. Amy

Indeed – the Gulf residents certainly need our thoughts and prayers.

And IAVA (Iraq Afghanistan Veterans Assoc.) has a petition out for the National Guard members who are working to clean up the Gulf to have their work go toward their educational benefits.  Here’s a link.

Friedman’s main obsession lately seems to be laying the groundwork for whacking Social Security and Medicare. I wouldn’t exactly term that a socialist agenda (any more than I’d term Odubya’s agenda “socialist”). Of course, being a corporate flack always has paid better than being a socialist ;) .

  • Yttik

    Thanks Rev Amy.

It’s atrocious, it’s an obamanation, but we all knew this was going on. I remember Hillary being falsely smeared in a coordinated attack by the media and when they got to Palin it was so sloppy as to be obvious.

I’ll never forgive them for trying to coordinate an attack against Palin for being a bad mother and trying to use sexism against her. I’ll also never forgive those so called feminists who fell for it. That was despicable. Somebody qupped over at Pumapac, you know, “if you say rape kit, rape kit, rape kit, it starts to sound a lot like racist.” That’s what they did to Palin, they Shirley Sherroded her.

It’s also pretty scary when you start hearing the same talking points used to attack somebody. People repeat these things just like little parrots or sheep, showing that it’s not as difficult to brainwash people as you would think.

  • Peggy Sue

Good one, Amy.  I was personally appalled by these released e-posts.  Not that I didn’t know that the press protected Barack Obama, but the idea that a group of presumably educated professionals were so blind, so biased that they were willing to discuss how to destroy/smear the opposition, how to be an “unofficial” campaign arm by deflecting the public’s attention and then refuse to fulfill their responsibilities as journalists, is beyond the pale.

They decided they had the right to muddy the waters, obfuscate the facts for purely political reasons.  And they were willing to use any toxic brew to accomplish their aims: racism, sexism, ageism.  It made no difference.  They knew best.

The bit “they couldn’t help themselves” is no excuse.  They should help themselves to a giant plate of crow for pushing another weak, inexperienced and incompetent POTUS down the throats of the American public.  I hope they’re happy.  Because the rest of the country clearly is not.

  • snosandy

Donna, didn’t your momma tell you to always tell the truth?

  • propertius

Well, that assumes that Obama is a “liberal” – something I’d certainly dispute. The “liberal” candidate in ’08 was Hillary.

Everyone here at NQ (to say nothing of The Confluence, Blue Lyon, Cannonfire, Corrente, etc.) knew this was going on back in ’08. The only surprise to me is that the “press” didn’t have the decency to be ashamed of it.

  • Dario

The “liberal” press will never have the decency to be ashamed because their view is that they are right nto push a candidate, the way it did with G.W. and Obama, and with the war in Iraq.  The liberal press has no conpuction about going after Bill Clinton, Hillary and Al Gore because in their view they were defective candidates.

Calling someone a racist, without true cause, is hurtful.

Number One Rule: “My Number One ruled is against writing anything that will hurt somebody needlessly…”  – Cal Price, rural country newspaper editor that was quoted nationwide in the early 1900s.    Here is another:

    HOW SHE’LL VOTE – Sept. 2, 1920
Now that the women are assured of a vote in the election this fall, the political sharps are figuring the effect their vote will have on the outcome. In the State of New York, where the women participated in the last election, the wise men think they find that the average women votes the way her father did, rather than following the lead of her husband. Also, that the woman does not regard party lines with the regularity of the average man, weighs candidates and issues more carefully, and is more independent, and consequently casts a more intelligent ballot. In West Virginia, Chairman Dunlap, of the Democratic Party, is of the opinion that women sufferage will mean a Democratic victory, giving as his reason that the 10,000 negro voters of the state are Republican almost to a man, and the colored men out number the colored women. Adam B. Littlepage , candidate for the Democrat nomination for Governor, said, …with the women voting the ratio of gains for the two parties would change the political complexion of the state by a safe margin. I should have no hesitancy in running for governor if the women get the ballot.

Cal Price saw politicians as opportunists who leverage negro and women votes for their gain.  Cal was a Democrat.  But he would not approve, in my opinion, of what Rev Amy just shared with us about some democrat leaning writers.

Some family members and other citizens who have gone before us dealt with unspeakable hardships, so that in present day we, and the Journolists, could live, not under tyranny, but precious freedom. And one of the most precious of all freedoms for any country is a  free press.

They were planning their August Vacation in Martha’s Vineyard like last year.  But the conservative pundits were the ones saying the 0bama’s should go to the Gulf coast for their vacation.

As they have so often done, as soon as they hear something like that on FoxNews they run and do it.  I wish the right would stop giving them good advice.   I would prefer to see them bumble their way into obscurity.  They are so pathetically stupid and transparent.

Valarie Jarrett and husband went on vacation with them last year and had planned to go with them again this year.  They apparently can’t get enough of each other.

Glad to see these creeps outed, identified, and hopefully forever branded as sinister conspiritors not to mention fools to the highest power.  But, how much good will this confirmation do us and our country?  Probably none.

Until and unless the epicenter of the 2008 primary is outed and investigated, I believe 0bama’s strategists will figure a way around his first term disasters.  That epicenter was the rampant Caucus Fraud, the major 0bama strategy that is 100% responsible for his illegitimate nomination.  Without the caucus fraud reinforced by the lawless support of the dem leadership, even this media conspiracy and all that fraudulent money could not have pulled this off.

This admin will continue marching toward and winning re-election proving Alinski right, I’m afraid.  Alinski:  “They won’t remember how you got elected/re-elected, just that you did.”  I’m convinced that will be the beginning of the end for this country and no telling what else.  I’m not even sure we can survive one term let alone two.  With all the dire predictions for 2012, 0bama *winning* re-election would verify the worst of those predictions.

Bill Clinton is polling almost 10% higher than the prez in approval and Hillary even higher which seems to indicate more people are coming out of the koolaide induced stuper. MSNBC and CNN are not doing well in the media wars so perhaps there is some retribution for what was done to Hillary and Sarah Palin. I don’t have much faith in the intellectual integretity of FOX news either since they recieved their talking points from the White House while GWB was there. Sean Hannity is a buffon and Glen Beck thinks he is Howard Beal, but Bill O did apologize for rushing to judgement on Sherrod today which, strangely, didn’t surpise me that much and Sheppard Smith didn’t show that video at all. But FOX should take note. Their approval has increased because people like me could no longer tolerate the lies from other news networks. They have a wonderful opportunity to bring back integritity by rejecting undocumented, false stories and I hope that is where they will go.

…Spencer Ackerman: “Ackerman was a member of the private Google Groups forum JournoList. Following revelations by The Daily Caller of comments on the list, Washington Post reporter Dave Weigel was forced to resign. Comments by Ackerman were also revealed by the Caller, but a spokesman for Wired said that Ackerman would keep his job, saying “We hired Spencer Ackerman for his well-informed national security reporting and fully support it. Anyone with access to Google can discover his political leanings.”[6] One of the entries “urged his colleagues to deflect attention from Obama’s relationship with Wright by changing the subject”. He wrote, “Pick one of Obama’s conservative critics, Fred Barnes, Karl Rove, who cares — and call them racists.” He continued, “What is necessary is to raise the cost on the right of going after the left. In other words, find a rightwinger’s [sic] and smash it through a plate-glass window. Take a snapshot of the bleeding mess and send it out in a Christmas card to let the right know that it needs to live in a state of constant fear. Obviously I mean this rhetorically.” He added, “But what I like less is being governed by racists and warmongers and criminals.” [7] [8][9]
Upon the election of Barack Obama as president, Ackerman wrote, “YES WE DID!” and added [quoting Obama], “’…we may not get there in one year or in one term, but America I promise you, we as a people will get there.’ HOLY. F***ING. S**T.” He later wrote, “Let’s just throw Ledeen against a wall. Or, pace Dr. Alterman, throw him through a plate glass window. I’ll bet a little spot of violence would shut him right the f*ck up, as with most bullies.”

This is what happens when you let a kid potty train himself, tell the parents where the family will eat dinner, let him talk back to his teachers, stand up in the grocery cart, and torment the neighbor’s cat.  I’m sure his folks are mighty proud of his moral convictions today.  They raised “the smartest guy in the room!”

Good, we need to know who every one of these despicable scumbags are. They’ve hidden long enough. Every damn on of them needs to be “outed” for their crimes against their “profession” and the way they mislead and lied to the American people.

If they didn’t think that what they were doing was “wrong” why hide it?

  • Diana L. C. Hazelnut Nut Thin Cracker

    Peggy Sue,

I agree with you almost completely, but I most definitely do NOT hope they’re happy.  I hope someday they have to cower in corners and hide their faces in shame.

Just another instance of POTUS “reacting” instead of acting. He’s evidently not smart enough to see any problem until it’s rammed down his stupid throat.

“Oh, people think it’s insensitive and hypocritical of me to vacation in Bar Harbor after me and the Mrs. telling them to go to the oil-stained gulf? Maybe we better show up on the gulf later this summer to shut the little peasants up. See to that, would you Rahm?”

The Mrs., “What the hell do you mean we ain’t going to Martha’s Vineyard with Valarie and Bill?”

  • kenoshamarge cracked cracker

I don’t think they needed to be hired. They are rabid ideologues and thus do what they do because in their twisted little minds what they are doing is all right.

It takes a while to understand the elitist persona but once you do you see that they don’t see things as being “wrong” if they are the ones doing them for their cause.

That works the same way on the right by the way.

Ideologues of either stripe don’t care about Democracy or freedom or any of the fine words they may use to espouse their cause.

They care about getting what they want no matter what the rest of us want. Because they are right and we aren’t smart enough to realize that.

  • kenoshamarge cracked cracker

Integrity also demands that FOX be given credit when credit is due.

Glenn Beck went on the air and stood up for Shirley Sherrod. Most of FOX waited to air anything about the story until they could vet it. For thanks they had Ms. Sherrod doing drive-by interviews on every station except theirs and trash-talking about them along the way.

I don’t have much faith in ANY news organization anymore but for the time-being I’d much rather trust FOX than the alternatives that all are part of the Obamamedia.

And I do “trust” Greta and Megyn Kelly as much or more than anyone else in the news game. Bret Baier is pretty good too.

  • Noogan

Okay~Thanks to RRRAmy for highlighting this issue again.

But, does anyone else but me get the IRONY of BRENT BOZELL pontificating on the ethics journalists protecting Obama?

If you don’t get that one, you’re clueless about this entire issue.

  • Diana L. C. Hazelnut Nut Thin Cracker

    RRRA,

As you said, we here at NQ knew this was happening.  We had the advantage of having writers on this blog who did vet Obama for us.  I am very grateful for the blog writers–the journalists who are not necessarily a part of the MSM.  Thank you.

But I want to emphasize this in regard to this story about the Journolist contributors:  It ultimately still comes down to the fact that there were far too many lazy-assed American voters who didn’t want to do any work in regard to finding out about the candidates, who didn’t want to believe anything their friends or family members might want to say, who preferred to call everything we told them about Obama as “conspiracy theory” because, for some reason, they thought we were dumber than these traitors who abused and corrupte the “fourth estate.”

The information about Obama was out there–as long-time NQ readers know.  I want all the lazy voters who did not take their right to vote seriously enough to really understand who they were voting for to wake up and take their right seriously.  We have come very close to losing these rights, and we’re not out of the woods yet.

I thought that Louisiana was the state most affected enviornmentally and financially by the oil spill.  At least more than Florida. So why aren’t the Obama’s vacationing in Louisiana if they truly want to show support? On top of the drilling shutdown, they now snub the state as a vacation spot denying residents there even hope of generating some income from the President visiting.  But I  understand the Obama mind set. Why vacation in the state that has that bothersome Bobby Jindal as governor and reward them when you can hit Florida instead, get press that you’re showing concern and give a boost to Charlie Crist?

This is  part of a comment at Hot Air by adjoran@12:47a. It does sum up the damage and lack of courage to speak out by so-called “reporters” who were supposed to broadcast the facts not opinions.

It doesn’t make a bit of difference that the “hard news” reporters kept their mouths shut. It’s as if they were gate guards at Auschwitz, pretending they know nothing of what’s going on inside. And so long as they stayed on the list, who can say how much their coverage was affected by the emails of the “opinion” people?

That is a  pretty good analogy of the damage not speaking out.

SPOT ON RRRA!!!  You are spot on on all.

Thank you for covering this.  It has been unbelievable. And of course, the Maimed Stream Media  isn’t going to cover it.  They are part of the problem.  And as we saw, that when they started this during the primary, they got together to attack Geroge Steponmythroat  and Charlie and ABC.  They used their network to affect MSM.

To see  the list of members, editors, reporters, JournOs, etc.  Joe Klein, Paul Krugman, Ezra Klein, SO disappointing and amazing.

I could not believe even Paul Krugman (NYT) was on the list. That explains his sudden change and sell out. He used to give sound economic policy/ideas and was a very even hand, based on issues. That seemed to quickly change around the fall of 2008 and definitively in early 2009. He was a Hillary supporer early on and was in the crosshairs of the Obots when he printed the lies Obama would put out about the Health Care policy, NAFTA etc. His name started popping up in all the wrong places and I no longer read him, too. This helps explain why.

And, Joe Klein, the nasty vicious viper tongued, well, we know how he’s been.  And of course during the GE Joe Klein bumped it up!  When he was listening to the rec’ds on how to frame and attack Palin with their suggest talking points, he wrote, “Here’s my attempt to incorporate the accumulated wisdom of this august list-serve community,”  and he proceeded to write his Aug 29 “Palindrone” with all the journOs suggestions.

They should all resgin in the disgrace they are and made the publications they worked for.

It was a left-of-center journalist listserve.  It was publicly known as a left-of-center listserve.  They were all publicly known as left-of-center journalists.  That was the kind of journalism they wrote: from a left-of-center perspective.  Much like Byron York or Bob Novak wrote journalism from a right-of-center perspective.  This is not news…at…all.

Technically, we only need two computers, one for the left and one for the right.
Other than the day and date, everything else is opinion.
Information(?) is a commodity that is marketed to consumers, and the public buys what it likes.
Television personalities and their guests are enhancements to ratings and profits. The same is true for print media. I’m not sure that anyone was unaware of the manipulations in the industry, but the bottom line is that the public makes the call.
Thinly disguised plagarism is everywhere for the same reason, as a dumbed down public tunes out anything contrary to their own bias.
Lastly, for pete’s sake, please retire “post-racial” and “transparent”!

Obama was not elected because the media failed to investigate him.  He was elected because after eight years of Bush/Cheney, the majority of the country believed Republicans had outlived their shelf life.  Especially given that the country went into he ditch because of lax oversight of Wall Street (requiring a bail out), two wars, a prescription drug benefit and tax cuts, all of which were unpaid for.  Under the fiscally conservative Republicans, the national debt went from $5 trillion to $11 trillion in eight years and the CBO estimated it would keep ballooning.

Sen. McCain did not help his cause by going on Meet The Press in March of 2008 and saying the Iraq War was not a mistake and that he would have still invaded Iraq even knowing there were no weapons of mas destruction.  Gov. Palin, clearly not intellectually ready for prime time, could not help him.

Sen. Clinton was rejected, I believe, because she voted for the Iraq War Resoulution purely on the political calculus of her husband that people prefer someone “strong and wrong over weak and right.”

Only five senators read the complete National Defense Intelligence Estimate on Iraq prior to the vote.  The rest relied on the 5 page summary, which excluded a lot of exculpatory facts.  I would really like to know if she was one of the five or not.

While it’s very true that the entire country was reeling after the mistakes of the W administration, my comment above still holds…..the voters of the U.S. are still to blame for the election of O.  How stupid do you have to be not to want to know about the person you are putting into the highest elected office of our country.  You’re talking about knee-jerk reactions again.

Some of us, who have lived through decades of American politics, and other who have studied politics were rightfully worried that we would get this sort of knee-jerk reaction and didn’t want to endure another failed presidency, didn’t want to “hire” someone without a good resume, so to speak.

I don’t give a rat’s bottom if Hillary voted for the Iraq War.  I lay on my bed that day the first bomb was dropped in Baghdad and had flashbacks to Viet Nam, so I understand your frustration about going into Iraq and the mayhem that ensued.  But, I understand human kind, too.  We’re clannish and fearful, and we’re prone to fighting each other.

I just keep hoping that someday the idea of one person, one vote by intelligent, educated, thoughtful citizens will come to fruition.  When you go into the voting booth, you should always know two things: that the person you will be voting for is a human and thus fallible; that you have studied the two candidates carefully as if you were hiring them for a particular job and that you have chosen the one best suited for the job (despite that person’s mistakes in the past) based on that person’s experience, knowledge, demonstrated character, etc.

    I agree wholeheartedly, Cindy.

These aren’t journalists.  They’re a bunch of white people arrogant elitists who want to CONTROL the news, not report it.

If these people are not exposed over and over for the liars and propagandists that they are, they will continue to try to control the electorate.  And that is not freedom of the press.
    That is tyranny.

Janeane Garofalo and the Journolist Gang
I’m giddy about the Journolist expose. Of course we all knew liberal journalists were cooking the books, but having the proof is such sweet victory for conservatives. In fact, I’m thinking about building a mosque in front of the New York Times as a symbol of our victory.
I recall the first time I heard someone accuse the Tea Party of being racist. It was Janeane Garofalo. She was talking to Keith Olbermann right after the first major Tea Party protest on April 15th, 2009. She said the Tea Party followers were all “racist teabagging rednecks,” or something vulgar like that.

  • Tamara Cracker

Yeah, LADY!  By STEALING the election from Hillary, using propagandists to prop up Obama, and by lying and lying and lying blatantly on the news EVERY night, the MSM and the Democratic party is losing credibility every day.
And I don’t trust the Republicans either, after I read what they did to Sarah Palin.

Obama may think he can control this country and turn us into socialists, but we are going to FIGHT BACK, and they aren’t going to know what to do when we hit them.
The White House has played the race card so much that it has no meaning anymore.

I just read a comment at Politico:

Glenn Beck has offered a $1,000,000 for the rest of the emails from the conspiring jerkoffs (oh, I meant journalists)! :-$

I didn’t hear one word about it this morning on Morning Joe.  They did seem to have new faces from Politico speaking.  Oh my, where was Mike Allen?  Ummmmmmm, maybe someone could find his old videos where he is dissing Palin.

And of course, they are dancing around what the purpose of the Sherrod video was – the audience, including Jealous, clapping when they hear a white person was discriminated against.

The Journolist is not the water’s edge of the concerted effort to suppress or twist the message.  I have to think that this polluted the entire on-air and long-time journalists — it had to, their shaky egos had to be worried about this crop of new, up-coming, rising-star hipsters and the need to keep their jobs.

  • CindyWhiteBaguetteW/OliveOilForDipping

oowawa—–absolutely! But hubby’s and my problem in going away for awhile is that when we “get back”,  Obama is STILL President, and things are even worse than they were when we left! LOL!

  • oowawa

Well, I am going to state the obvious here: looks like most of the people listed on this page appear to be Jewish (judging mainly by their names).  Are most of the members on the JournoList actually Jews?  Breitbart is offering $100,000 for the “full JournoList archive.” If most of the members of this list are in fact Jews, how might their collective attitudes change if Obama becomes increasingly dismissive of Israel?

And when pinheaded Garofalo calls the citizens that make up the Tea Party movement “a bunch of teabagging rednecks” she is showing that she’s the kind of “class” bigot that see nothing wrong with her rabid hatred of so-called “rednecks”.

I lived next door to a self-described “Redneck” for about 10 years. He came “up north” to work at American Motors back when there was an American Moters.

He used to make jokes at his own expense and repeated all the Jeff Foxworthy jokes about “you just might be a redneck”.

He also helped us when our car was broke down,  helped me shovele the snow off the sidewalks and driveway when Lou’s back went out and generally was a good neighbor in every way. 10 of Garofalo wouldn’t make 1/2 the human being that “Redneck” was.

Why “despite that person’s mistakes in the past”?  Why would I make that kind of important decision exclusive of the mistakes they have made?  Those mistakes are part of their record.  Their “experience”, which is one of the things you said a vote should be based on.  It’s not as though you excluded what you perceived as Obama’s “mistakes in the past” when you went into the voting booth.  I’m sure his association with Rev. Wright weighed heavily on that decision, didn’t it?  Along with a whole list of other “mistakes in the past”, as you saw them to be.  And it would be fair to do so.

  • CindyWhiteBaguetteW/OliveOilForDipping

kenoshomarge—Thank you for that comment about “rednecks”.
One of my Louisiana grandfather’s best friends, a Cajun from St. Martinville, on the Bayou Teche, wrote a book about Louisiana, and in one chapter explained the origin of “redneck”.
The pine timbermen  who worked the sawmills of eastern Louisiana were subject to “pine tree consumption”. That occurs when you breathe the red dust of the Southern pine. To avoid the consumption, these workers wore bandanas around their necks which they’d pull over their noses and mouths when the trees crashed to the ground. The trees, when they crashed, would cause particles of their red dust to fill the air for yards around. The wearing of the bandana for 12 to 14 hours a day, coupled with a day’s collection of pine dust, made the back of the neck red.
So many of my male ancestors in Louisiana were these timber workers..They were not educated, but they were hardworking, wonderful men!

I agree and this is systemic going up through the programmers and content managers and even the owners of the mainstream media outlets.

The internet has altered their viability permanently.  They had to gin up Obama and sensationalize his attributes (I know, there aren’t any really) to gain readers and viewers.

I’m glad this came out.  I took a list of the Journos.  If I see their name on a column or an article, I won’t read it.

Good point Carol. Of course. Just like in the 2008 Wright video when he called all white people and jews the scourge of the earth and the “black god” was going to cleanse us from earth his congregation jumped to their feet in cheering applause.

Was that noted anywhere? Nope. Why not? If that was a “whitey” he would have been hung, drawn and quartered in the press. After that was unbelievably  ignored I tuned out all mainstream propaganda from that point on.

Did you just predict something again?  Your track record on predictions is always so good, I should be terrified.

Predicting that Hillary would crush Obama.  Predicting that a magical whitey tape would come out and derail Obama.  Predicting that John McCain would defeat Obama.  Predicting Sarah Palin would save the day and defeat Obama for John McCain.  Predicting that a birth certificate would defeat Obama.  Predicting the religion of Islam would defeat Obama.  Predicting Glenn Beck would defeat Obama.  Predicting health care would go down to defeat.  Predicting that…

Friedman is no more a socialist than GW.  He got his $$ because he won 3 Pulitzer prizes and has written books that sold well over 3 million copies.  His wife is from a shopping mall dynasty.  He apparently also knows hundreds of influential people and supported GW’s “elections” and invading Iraq.  He also supports letting Israel “do its own thing” without interference from the US.  From what I’ve read, I don’t go along with his suppositions most of the time and don’t understand why he is so influential in the media. So I simply ignore him.

  • Erin

Hillary voted for the Iraq war because she was Senator from New York. There was no way she could have voted no. Her state was attacked. Hillary didn’t lose because she voted for the war. Hillary “lost” because Obama cheated the system (the primaries, the caucuses, and convention, Michigan, Florida, etc). And from the decision by the liberal press to crucify her.

  • ~~JustMe~~

You ought to remember that Hillary was the Senator from New York. She had walked many times on the smoking remains of the twin towers.  Yet, she stood up on the floor of the Senate and gave an inspired statement prior to the vote in which she said she was not voting for war, but authorizing Bush to take every measure to resolve problems in Iraq and to seek diplomatic means to do so.  The use of power, in her words, was only to be undertaken after every other option was exhausted and after consultation with the Congress.

To just sum up her vote as “voting for war” or “enabling” Bush is simplistic subterfuge, just like everything out of Obama’s deluded supporters and administration.

And for the record, Obama was not in the Senate when that vote was cast, so neither you or anyone else knows how he would have voted.  You got played if you think he’s an innocent or that he would stand up against substantial forces.  For god’s sake, he voted for FISA when he had no pressure to do so.  And he didn’t abide by campaign finance laws.  He’s a liar and a promise breaker–he proves that over and over.

  • Scout

Erin, thank you for saying this, it’s in part what I tried to say in reply to Jackie above.  It was not a loss, it was a theft, and we’re left to deal with it now.

I have to step in here. Who cares if they’re Jewish?  They violated every code of journalistic ethics.  Why bring Jewish or lack thereof into it?

Their ethnic group does not matter. Their actions do.

  • Diana L. C.

Thanks, Scout, for your defense of Hillary.  I personally don’t demean myself by answering to a juvenile, brainless (still voting for “lack thereof” in regard to intelligence as she asked us to), kool-aid addicted junkie.

I did mention that I was fully aware of the the horror that Iraq would turn into.  I DID have a traumatic reaction to that first bomb.  I knew it was wrong; but, as I said, I know human nature.  When Jackie grows out of her Pampers, she may learn that it’s o.k. to take a total pacifist stance, and she’s free to do that.  Then she will also be free to proving that she is a pacifist in all her actions.  The fact that there has never been a period in human history when there was total peach on earth, the fact that so many willingly take up arms just proves to me that warring at this point is part of human nature.  I knew about Hillary’s speech.  I knew she was doing her best to represent her constituents, who I am sure wanted her to vote the way she did.  And that—unlike the way Ozero conducts himself–is he way a true representative of the people who voted for her should act.

  • Armymom

Nice try’s an idiot, sucking off the teat of the taxpayers. What do you expect? It’s it’s talking points. Like yea, we’ll read Ezra the lying scumbag journolist enabler. He’s trash and he’s a liar and he helped to enable Obama to destroy this country.

  • Diana L. C.

Again, thanks, susiepuma–crazy cracker for responding to the village idiot so I don’t have to contaminate my fingers hitting a “reply” link to her comments.  Bill made a mistake–Hillary forgave him.  Some mistakes are forgiveable if they have nothing to do with the job we’re asking our representatives to perform.

Now, should we list the many, many, many mistakes O did.  If we limit our list to those he made before the election, we’ll have plenty of mistakes to show his bad character and to show why a person like he is should not have even been on the ballot.

    1.  He did NOT write his memoirs, which are full of lies.  His good friend Oprah called a different memoir author onto her couch after she found out his memoir was fictionalized and raked him over the coals.  Why didn’t she do that to Obaby?

    2.  He made an extremely illegal deal with Tony Rezko to purchase his Chicago mansion.  Tony Resko is in jail, by the way.

    3.  He got his “charming,” though completely unqualified wife a $200,000 a year raise with a pork project he got as a Illinois Senator.

    3.  He helped his good friend Rexko become a ghetto landlord and looked the other way when  the poor folk of  Chicago whom he loves so dearly, some of whom had to live in that Rezko ghetto during a freezing winter with NO HEAT.

    4.  His good friend Bill Ayers who was and is still a good friend helped him get his position with the Chicago Annenberg Challenge, an extremely costly total failure.

    5.  He spent over 20 years in an American hating church led by Rev. Wright, who baptized his girls, and we’re supposed to believe he just never heard one of the Rev.’s noxious sermons.

My finters are tired…others can add to the list.  Now those ARE indeed mistakes that would and should give most Americans pause, IF THE MEDIA HAD DONE ITS JOB AND REPORTED THEM.  THEY ARE DOCUMENTED BY CREDIBLE JOURNALISTS WHO, UNFORTUNATELY, DID NOT SOMEHOW FIT INTO THE LEFT-WING CATEGORY AND SO WEREN’T LISTENED TO OR READ.  (They were mostly local Chicago people trying to get after some of the very deep corruption in Chichago, of which Obambi was more than happy to participate.)

  • oowawa

Well, you are correct that “they violated every code of journalistic ethics,” and this is the main thing.  Thing is, candymarl, this “JournoList” seems to be a club activity of sorts.  What is the basis of that “club”?    If there were lots of Arab names on the list, would you wonder?   Is the main criterion being “liberal” and pro-Obama?  What are the criteria by which people wind up in this club?  I was merely making an observation, and if we do not observe what is staring us in the face, then we are like the journalists who ignore the news for a particular agenda.  I, for one, am very pro-Israel and am in no sense anti-semitic.

Obama tries to refocus news cycle on his victories after Sherrod fiasco
    Read more
President Obama sought Friday to refocus the news cycle on a trifecta of victories for him this week, after the bungled firing and attempted rehiring of Shirley Sherrod dominated the media and overshadowed his accomplishments.
“Taken together, we made enormous progress this week,” Obama said in a brief statement at the White House.

  • Diana L. C.

This was my only predictions–the ones our resident village idiot mentioned were our fondest hopes only:  Obambi’s presidency would be an out and out disaster.  His polls are indicating that is going to be true.  When he is unable to run for POTUS in 1012, I want this idiot to come to this blog and try to tell us how superior she is.  The November elections are likely going to severely damage his chances to have his commisars Reid and Pelosi do more of the leg-breaking and dirty dealing they did in the past to get what they and he want.

Communications Corruption at the White House
What I have learned after discussions over the last several days with several journalists who either have regular access to the White House or are part of the White House press corps is that there is a growing sense that access is traded for positive stories — or perhaps worse, an agreement that things learned will not be reported in the near term.

    Journolist Equals Journalistic Corruption

Don’t make excuses for the Journolisters. They subverted journalism and the pursuit of truth for politics and the pursuit of power.
John Tabin has entered the fray over Journolist, the now-defunct secret listserve of several hundred liberal journalists, activists and academics. Tabin agrees that much of what the Daily Caller has reported about this cabal is extremely troubling and reprehensible. To wit:
    • the Journolisters’ attempt, during the 2008 presidential campaign to kill and bury stories about Obama’s relationship with “Reverend” Jeremiah Wright;
    • their push to deliberately smear innocent conservative journalists and politicos as “racists” and “bigots”;
    • their twisted passion to see Rush Limbaugh killed off and dead;
    • their intolerant desire to have the government censor and shut down Fox News; and
    • their baldly partisan effort to coordinate liberal talking points that would discredit Sarah Palin and John McCain, while helping to elect Barack Obama president.

  • oowawa

    Some of the lyrics:

The girls all dance with the boys from the city,
But they don’t care to dance with me.
Now it ain’t my fault that the fields are muddy,
And the red clay stains my feet.

And it’s under my nails and it’s under my collar,
And it shows on my Sunday clothes.
Though I do my best with the soap and the water,
But the damned old dirt won’t go.

Now it’s mud in the spring and it’s dust in the summer,
When it blows in a crimson tide.
Until trees and leaves and the cows are the colour,
Of the dirt on the mountainside.

But when I pass through the pearly gate,
Will my gown be gold instead?
Or just a red clay robe with red clay wings,
And a red clay halo for my head?

You ought to remember that Hillary was the Senator from New York. She had walked many times on the smoking remains of the twin towers.”

I lived in New York during 9/11 (and still work across the street from Ground Zero–stop by, we’ll have coffee).  I was against the war from the very beginning.  Anyone who allowed their emotions over 9/11–an act by a bunch of men not living in or working for Iraq–to lead them to vote to invade Iraq, simply should never be trusted with military power ever again.

” The use of power, in her words, was only to be undertaken after every other option was exhausted and after consultation with the Congress.”

You know who didn’t give a shit about any of that?  George W. Bush.  He didn’t give a hoot about how “nuanced” she made her vote for war sound.  She could have recited Robert Frost poems before voting for all he cared.  She could have sung John Lennon songs.  She could have brought Abby Hoffman up to the podium.  All Bush wanted was her vote on the WAR resolution, and she gave it to him.  And he rode it all the way home.  As anyone who’d been paying attention knew he would.

Face it.  She voted for the war because she was gambling.  She was gambling that it would go really well (Bill and all of her other advisers were telling her as much), and she didn’t want to be on record as voting against a great military success prior to her potential 2004 or 2008 presidential run.  It was a craven political calculation, with our men and women in uniform as the chips on the table.  And she lost, lost so big time.  And of course, so did they.

  • Jackie

“Some mistakes are forgiveable if they have nothing to do with the job we’re asking our representatives to perform.”

Are you insane?  Being a pivotal vote for war has “nothing to with the job we’re asking our representatives to perform”?  What the hell is wrong with you?

“He did NOT write his memoirs, which are full of lies.  His good friend Oprah called a different memoir author onto her couch after she found out his memoir was fictionalized and raked him over the coals.  Why didn’t she do that to Obaby?”

Because then she would look as crazy as you do right now.  Obama didn’t write his memoirs?  Some idiot on American Thinker tells you that, based on zero evidence or even believable assertion, and now it’s a fact.  You really are one frighteningly gullible individual.  That’s simply embarrassing.  You should be ashamed of yourself for being that much of a dupe.

    God that’s stupid.

I hope the Clintons have every piece of dirt available on Obama, the DNC, candidates for Congress…everything! The Clintons and the right media should release it as appropriate starting about 2 weeks before the election this year.”

Good lord.  Just answer me this:

Why on earth, if the Clintons had such dirt, would they not have released it TWO FUCKING YEARS AGO?@!@!

  • ~~JustMe~~

What did ”O” do vote present? or was he against it… no one ever knows what he was for, everything is under lock and key and the press barter to get into his circle at the WH. AS LONG AS they PROMISE not to reveal anything!!
He was against it before he was for it, “the surge” then we was all for bringing the troops home shutting Gitmo on and on it goes…… what has he done for you lately?
Voting on the war is way back we are all looking at NOW. Where are the jobs? Help for homeowners??? Plus the financial fiasco… on and on and on!!!
Obama approval ratings reach record low – TheDC
A Quinnipiac poll released this week shows Obama’s approval ratings are at their lowest since he assumed office – 44 percent. The poll not only reveals who no longer approves of the president, but also the larger picture of the current political landscape.

  • confloyd

I am beginning to think the administration is trying to take down Fox News…Beck has been hinting of that and of coarse the jounolists are talking about it.

I wonder if the people who hid BO bc can go up the river when its discovered that was covered up too??

  • KMFD

So, a vote for a candidate different than the person you voted for is a “crime”? People who voted differently than you have “empty souls”? Your shallowness saddens me.

  • karen for Clinton

You are ignorant and arrogant as always you astroturfing botfly.  Your BS doesn’t work here.   Never has and never will.

  • Nice Try

    JustMe…

Your statement are complete BS. Please provide some actual proof of those statements!!

Did you know that almost none of the people on the list of 400 were actually journalists? Most were commentators. That kind of completely undermines your argument.

Nothing wrong with a few people sharing views through emails. Isn’t that what you are doing on here? Why is that a crime? Please explain.

The coordination of new stories by organization like FOX is so much more BS. The fact that FOX basically tells it journalists what to say and focus on every day is complete BS.

  • Nice Try

    AbigailAdams,

Nothing more unAmerican than accusing someone of being a traitor for having a different view. I am not sure what kind of country you want to live in.

Why always all the hostility? Why not just debate based on the facts and the strength of your arguments? Why are all the commentators on NQ always so hostile and juvenile with their responses? Why not elevate the conversation to have an actual debate? Why is there even a discuss section if there is no real discussion, but only insults. The best website have people from both sides arguing the facts and the actual topic.

  • Diana L. C.

    KMFD,

The crime they committed was NOT VETTING THE CANDIDATE THEY CHOSE TO VOTE FOR, NOT CARING ABOUT HIS CHARACTER, HIS EXPERIENCE, HIS KNOWLEDGE, HIS REAL RESUME.  THROWING AWAY A VOTE IS THE SHALLOW ACT.  THE VOTE ITSELF IS SACROSANCT IN A REPRESENTATIVE DEMOCRACY/REPUBLIC.

There are many people who have voted for people I didn’t vote for but who truly believed that person’s ideas and experience reflected their own ideas of what they wanted.   How anyone could have believed that about O when there was so much evidence against him, though the media covered much of it up, that still pointed to the fact that these people were throwing away an important right, equating their vote for President of the United States as equal to their vote for the next American Idol.

You’re the shallow one for not seeing the difference.  And their souls are empty, thus making them shallow if that is how they choose to use this fundamental right of citizens of our country.

  • Diana L. C.

O.k., Jackie Ass, I didn’t get this fact on American Thinker.  I got it from reading well-research articles, some of which contained interviews of people who knew Obaby then and who denied the section of his books that included the time they knew him was accurate.  I got it from an article that clearly analyzes the “girlfriend” O was supposed to have had, though no one has ever been able to find this said girlfriend—mostly because the who incident in the book about her is a narrative of one of the relationships that Billy Ayers’ had at one time.  People who analyse writing style, etc., have said it is Ayers’ writing.  Billy Ayers has even claimed to writing it.

Now go back to your playpen.

  • Jackie

You are ignorant and arrogant as always you astroturfing botfly.  Your BS doesn’t work here.   Never has and never will.”

Another content-free attack.  Another PUMA with nothing to say.

  • Jackie

” I got it from reading well-research articles, some of which contained interviews of people who knew Obaby then and who denied the section of his books that included the time they knew him was accurate. ”

    Source?  Link?

” I got it from an article that clearly analyzes the “girlfriend” O was supposed”

    Source?  Link?

“People who analyse writing style, etc., have said it is Ayers’ writing.”

Yes, discredited crazies who have been laughed out of public discourse.  The same people who push the birther theories.

“Billy Ayers has even claimed to writing it.”

Ha hah hah hah!  You know what he was doing when he said that?  FUCKING WITH YOU.  And you bought it hook, line, and sinker.  That’s how little he thinks of your intelligence.  He knew there is a hardcore group of morons who will believe literally anything he has to say about Obama.  And so he decided to FUCK WITH YOU.  And by believing him, you are letting him.  I don’t like the guy, but I do like his style in dealing with people like you.

Never believe someone you distrust so earnestly, just because they are saying what you want to hear.  To wit:

“Your honor”, says Nico, “the man admitted the crime.”

“Oh, Mr. Delay Guardia,” says Judge Lyttle.  “Really!  You see, that is my point.  You tell a man he’s engaged in wrongdoing and he says, ‘Yeah, you’re right.’  Everyone recognizes that’s facetious.  We are all familiar with that.  Now, in my neighborhood, had Mr. Sabich come from those parts, he would have said, ‘Yo’ momma’.  But you know, in Mr. Sabich’s part of town, I would think people say, ‘Yeah, you’re right,’ and what they mean is ‘You are wrong.’”

That chip on your shoulder is getting huge, Jackie.

I bet you’d argue that yo mamma didn’t have sex before you can along.

  • Buzz water cracker Latte

Have you got your indignant mad on today, Jackie?  It must be exhausting to always be wrong AND mad.  Poor you.

  • Jackie

“I bet you’d argue that yo mamma didn’t have sex before you can along.”

    LOL!

  • Jackie

“It must be exhausting to always be wrong AND mad.  Poor you.”

It takes a truly clinical form of self-delusion to be an NQ regular and make the above statement.

due only to public pressure, the loathsome duo will be vacatiioning next month … .. in fla.   could they get any further away from the oil spill?  why not in La.? or ala., or miss.? oh right, charlie christ (the turncoat)  who is now seen  trailing after obama like a little puppy with his tongue hanging out is the gov. of fla. he has now shown his true colors. he goes where the wind blows. i hope floridians catch on to him soon.

  • Diana L. C. Hazelnut Nut Thin Cracker

You can do the searches yourself–they’re all probably available here on NQ’s archives, but you won’t find them on the links and sources you continue to read:  the Obambi talking points memos.

Bill Ayers was basically, like Rev. Wright and Obaby’s grandmother, thrown under the bus when the association between them could no longer be denied.  So began the minimization of the relationship until it came to be almost another “regretting” the relationship.  Ayers ghost wrote the book–you can count on it.  He’s despicable and so is Obaby for their little scheme to be the second Kennedy.  If you took the time–but you’re too frightened to–watch the videos that Samb posted below–the campaign picked up the media meme of a new Kenedy for a while.  Kennedy, the other “young” popular president had published Profiles in Courage, a book that won a Pulitzer Prize.  Later it became pretty clear that his speechwriter did most of the actual writing, so I’m sure they felt no qualms of conscience about lying about its being an actual memoir.

There was so much game playing going on that I don’t deny that Ayers’ confession was a F$&K You moment—but did it ever occur to you that those brainless Obambi supporters were the ones being fooled?  Ayers’ thinking makes him in his mind part of the intelligentsia.  The obots are just mindless workers who NEED people like him with his superior wisdom to tell them how to think.  He knows your kind will think he’s fooling with us, not your own true-hearted selves.

Another thing I remember about the primary was watching an inverview of a government undercover officer who had to blend into the radical group Ayers led as they planned to set bombs and KILL people, police officers, etc.  That officer had to listen as Ayers told how he would have to form re-education camps and possible have to eliminate people who would not be re-educated.

Now, I personally lived through this time period.  There was no a group more despicable (though I also opposed the war) than the group that Ayers led.  AND IT’S A MAJOR INSULT TO OUR CITIZENS THAT OBABY AND AYERS WERE AND PROBABLY ARE STILL FRIENDS.

I also have in my past a long period of time when I excused and excused the behaviors of a narcissist, so I feel sorry for you and your desperate need to excuse the Narcissist in Chief.  But, as I should have kept my resolve before—I will now go back to my refusal to reply to your posts:  I still vote “lack thereof.”

  • bamaLV

sherrod demanded that obama call her and  the wimp complied. if he had nothing to do with her firing, why did he call her to apologize?  was it to appease his AA voters? I wonder if he’d have been so compliant if she was white.notice how after she spoke to O, she suddenly turned on Fox and Breitbart and  her comments showed she was a racist afterall.  talk about O having egg on his face.

  • bamaLV

all of this just proves one thing. Obama will go down in history as the first affirmative action president. he neither earned it nor deserved it ,but as more and more dirt comes outwe find he didnt even actually WIN it, but literally stole it.

  • Diana L. C.

Buzz water cracker Latte, you must remember that Jackie being a true believer that O is the Messiah has to reserve the right of immaculate conception to O’s mother, who was white.

  • Buzz water cracker Latte

Jackie:  ”It takes a truly clinical form of self-delusion to be an NQ regular and make the above statement.”

    Jackie:
No, just an astute observation regarding your incessant need to bang your head against the wall, cry foul at every turn, accuse people of being one way or another (according to your personal judgement), and to be continually rebuffed by people who do not share the same political sentiments as you do.  Does your penchant for hurling insults, such as the one you posted above, need to be mentioned, too?

It must be exhausting.  Thanks for revealing what’s really in YOUR mental closet – self-delusion.  Poor you.

  • Jackie

That’s great, Diana L.C.  But did you need to repeat yourself 2, 3 times?  I GOT it…

  • Onofre’s arm

Well since nothing else seems to penetrate your immensely dense skull Jackie, it’s hard to blame Diana for thinking that repetition might do the trick. I would however warn people that any attempts at trying to stimulate your terribly atrophied brain are doomed to failure, you’re either too far gone, or quite possibly in need of the type of reprogramming that’s used to salvage weak minds from the ravages of cultist delusions.

  • Charlotte

I agree with those who say it’s blindingly obvious that a collusion of of “journalists” and political “commentators” (well, at least the latter are not held to standards of objectivity) protected Obama for whatever reasons they had, continue to do so, and were responsible for his “victory.” Pyrric in my opinion. Anyone who thinks, knows that was the case–why weren’t any of his university records dug up? Why was the trial in May, where private detectives found that Obama never graduated from Columbia, not given publicity? Why did they never question why there are no writings from the former editor of the Harvard Law Review. Must be a first there.
Why wasn’t the birth certificate issue pressed as it was in McCain’s case? Why did this occupant of the White House win the Nobel Prize for Peace, of all things? They should have just made up a prize for him if they were so determined to give a prize to a black person for having other people get him elected “POTUS” (of course he’s not–his presidency IMO, is illegal.) What a worthless case this “president” is. So empty.
How I admire Phil Berg, who is Jewish and a card carrying member of NAACP and who they still called a “racist.” Meaningless word now. He’s v. courageous.
Zero’s protectors — at least those with any clout — are distinctly non-black. What do they get out of it? Get out of racism free card? They never let you out, no matter how un-guilty.Money? Jobs? Power? Who confers these? Certainly not Obama.
To lie and lower any standards for anyone is bad enough, but I do understand the grip of  ethnic and racial loyalties and why blacks would go for him. But why did so many whites bend over backward for him? Was there no better black person they could have promoted other than a person so questionable practically his entire life has been hidden by his protectors? This is much deeper than that group of gangster journalists. Much deeper. They are criminals, but there are others pulling their strings.
