They are trying to remove him in Texas as well because of late filing for the ballot since GOPS’s convention and nomination was after filing date. It won’t hold because of the fine print ( so many days after the convention to get on the ballot) Independents are learning BO’s tactics.

If Obama were leftist, I’d be happier. I’m unhappy because Obama is just another neocon–and the neocons are the real traitors.

Sad part is that there are a lot of people who will buy into his BS about lowering taxes. Barack Obama may lower personal income taxes a smidgen for middle class people. Maybe. (Personally, I highly doubt it.) But he will dramatically jack up taxes on businesses, estates, and capital gains. And how do you think businesses will recoup those extra costs. They’ll pass them on in the form of higher prices. And you wanna talk about jobs leaving the country?

Like Fred Thompson said at the Republican convention: “So, unless you happen to work for a business or buy things from a business, Mr. Obama’s tax increases won’t affect you at all!”

This is par for the course with CBS News. The the margin for error on a supposedly “national” poll with only 1,000 respondents is huge. This poll is worthless. Any national poll with less than 3,000 respondents is pretty much useless. Watch Rasmussen and Gallup. Those are the two best polls and both show the race as a statistical dead heat.
