Haven’t decided yet who will get my vote….I think Country should be before Party and the way to go, but neither is either.

I’m on the front edge of my 80th birthday and haven’t missed a presidential election yet. It’s a “crap shoot” after Wes Clark and Hillary Clinton were forced out of the campaign/nomination.

It sounds to me like Harry is trying to campaign for Obummer by saying they will follow instead of lead in this crisis. Of course, that is exactly what they have been doing ever since they took the majority with Bush as POTUS. Anybody who looks at what Obummer did while he was in office in Illinois will know that the only chance for leadership is (1) lightening strikes and Hillary is the candidate after all; or (2) elect McCain. The only way things can get worse is if Obummer is able to steal this office, also.

The thing that is impressive also, is watching how she incorporates the campaign message into her answers.

When Obama introduces Biden as the next President and then Biden returns the favor by calling him Barack America it seemed so unprofessional.

That neither was truly prepared for the task at hand and just running on autopilot in a way.

While Palin takes her experience and relates it to McCain, showing she is fully engaged and explains why they are a great team.

Thank you everyone for sharing your stories. I love reading them and how people came to their decisions.

These are things that give me hope.

Not the shallow, divisive, stolen, and empty words from Obama.

But the real stories of citizens who care enough to really listen and are brave enough to take another course despite the challenges.

Great cartoon and discussion of the short-sightedness of the Demos for their focus on the young potential voters and neglect of the more- likely-to-vote senior population. Obviously, from the comments above, your cartoon resonates with many seniors who seem as angry as you are at this obvious snub. The Demos are likely to pay at the polls for their attempt to paint McCain as too old to cut the mustard as President. Seniors are likely to head for the polls in droves to vote for McCain, whereas the young voters, with all their appparent enthusiasm for Obamabot, may be “too busy” to bother with voting, thinking he will win anyway, so what does it matter if they don’t vote. Your cartoon has highlighted a serious flaw in the thinking of the Demo leadership and they are likely to pay dearly for this blunder in November.

My mother and grandmother had never registerd to vote, so 5 years ago, I registered them both on the internet. My Nana is now 91, and my mother is going to be 69 next month. I got them absentee ballots and they voted for the first time in the Bush/Kerry election. They have both been at me to make sure I get their absentee ballots, so they can vote for McCain/Palin.

Article in Business Week recently told of IBMs plans to move beyond GEs Six Sigma lean management perogatives, IBM is putting in place a system that measures every single physical gesture including going to the bathroom of its workers – to increase efficiency. They will know how every minute is spent ‘on the job’ – incl. excecutives, salespeople. IBM – a whole new level of human automation.

I got the double-whammy from the “New DemObamacrats”. I am a senior AND a woman who began a career in 1973 and who is still in that same field. Believe me, I have seen it all and I have voted mostly democratic since the late 60′s.

But the Coward, Donkey, Wied, Blowosie, OZero bunch have commandeered the Party and I no longer want to be a part of it.

Can you believe, we are having a financial meltdown as I type, unemployement is rising, and Joe Biden had the audacity to get up and talk about how paying taxes is Patriotic?

Can he be anymore STUPID???
