Absent from the list is the name of John McCain, John Sununu, Elzabeth Dole, and Chuck Hagel. Those Senators tried to take action in January 2005 but could find no Democratic sponosor nor any other Republicans willing to back them in cleaning up Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

You mean S.190 of 2005?

That’s the bill McCain first signed onto as co-sponsor in 2006, after it had already died in committee the previous year.

I saw a brief mention of some on the contribution list…and yes, Senator Clinton, by representing her state, should be receive support from these groups. I have no problem with that.
As far as the “wagon loads” that Obama is pulling in…nothing in life is free, so he is selling out big-time!
