Who ya gonna call?

The Dust Busters. It’s time to clear the air.

Paulsen, when asked why he wanted to let the same crooks who stole and skimmed the system run the fixing of it, said that they, in essence, knew where all the bodies were.

09_dust.jpg

So. Who ya gonna call?

OK. I understand letting the serial killer tell you where the corpses are buried.

I was going along my merry business of not working yesterday. I was reading and watching everything about this crisis. My cars are paid off. My house is ok. But I do want to see my kid’s college loans come through to help off-set the load. So I was open. When the conservative republicans held their ground against the bail out package I was bothered, to say the least.

Then I went to the local store and everyone was talking about it. One man said something very interesting. He said we should listen to what McCain was saying. McCain, long after everyone agreed that Wall Street moguls would not get golden parachutes or profit from the recovery, continued to say he did not want the folks who caused this to profit from this. What did he mean? What did those awful conservatives tell him?

Well, here it is as best as I can understand it this morning. For those who do not have a background on some of the terms, people or organizations in the following, I apologize to you. For those who have questions I ask you to google and get up to speed. This election is about to be stolen and you should not be a party to it by being naive.

The RTC was cake on a plate compared to this. We took over the S&Ls and dealt with loans between the lender and the borrower. That came out a wash, as most long term banking solutions will if one works with the debtors. Old fashioned banking practices helped the U.S. taxpayer not have to eat much of that bail-out. That is what Paulsen told congress on Tuesday. Why is this different?

Paulsen said that this is much more complex.

09_acorn.jpg
Thanks Michelle for the Logo (you did owe me one)

Under pressure from the Obamas and the ACORNs, and with the guidance of the Let’s Give Loans to Broke People Act, small banks loaned money to people who had little or no income. They then sold those notes to bigger banks. Those banks talked to Congress. Congress laxed the rules and Fannie bought the notes. Fanny then sold the notes to Wall Street. Wall Street derived a method to break the loans into tiny little pieces and sell them to the folks that mutually agreed to buy those little parts and put them into your personal portfolios of mutual funds and retirement accounts.

Finding the true owner of the debt was like trying to create a family tree that starts with your daughter and goes back to pre-Viking Ireland. Paulsen argued that we needed to have these people, who were a part of the dirty deeds, to help us gather the information necessary to buy back all of these loan parts.

Now here is where all this dust gets us all confused. The democrats said they had a deal until MAC came in an messed it up. Then we hear that the conservatives objected to the idea of bringing in the crooks to help us clean up their crime scene, and that was the deal breaker. The conservatives were looked at as the kooks who were preventing us from averting a catastrophe. But they had a good point. McCain met with them before he met with the president yesterday and he sat silent as the argument raged in the White House from 4 to 5 pm on September 25th, 2008. Johnny Mac knew better than to stop a battle that could cause the scotched earth to bleed truth after the skirmish.

Just as they made money during each iteration of the process of getting the loans from the borrower and the originator, through the myriad of middle men to the scattered owners of each tiny piece of the mortgage pies, these same middle men (who know where the bodies are buried and know how to put all the pieces back together) will make a percentage when we hire them to get the loans all put back together and into the new RTC type bank that we, the taxpayers, own.

I will repeat and paraphrase Paulsen: Some of these mortgages have been sold, split, merged, split and merged again, so many times that it is almost impossible to pull the parts together back into a manageable mortgage document, without hiring all the crooks who broke them up to help us put them back together.

We are told that we have to let the crooks make a commission on each iteration of the buy back because only they know how the parts were dispersed, and they have no incentive to help us unless they make a lot of money. So the bundler who sold your brokers’ the parts gets 5% for buying it back. The bank on Wall Street gets 10% for buying it back from him. The Fanny middle operation gets 15% for working the deal of getting the parts in a whole back to Fanny, who charges 20% for getting the note back to the new RTC. So, a $0 note bought for 5 cents on the dollar at the end point and bought and held, by our Paulsen bank, for/at 70 cents will sit on our books until the housing market heals and we can sell the home or paper for 71 cents on the dollar of its value.

So, let me get this right. The same guys that sold us down the road will be making a fortune selling back to our collective treasury the notes they made a fortune selling down to our private investments. They will make billions while we work overtime to pay for the new sails on their fair weather yachts.

09_fox.jpg

That may be the logical method for piecing together recovery from a crime scene. But this is my money and I have another idea. Don’t put the crooks in charge of the field operation. Put them in chains and drag them to the scene with a strong message. Help us put this together or live in our hell on earth.

We have this really unique agency. Most of the agents that work for them are either attorneys or accountants. They have a history of putting together confusing puzzles. Put them in your bonnet for now.

I a bit uncomfortable with the nutty conservative basket in Jefferson’s grove. But I am so glad that they are running around the halls of congress with both eyes open. John McCain knows that, if we let them get their hands on the paper we are offering to purchase, they (the crooks) will scrape off billions in the process of passing it too us. If we are going to buy worthless paper we should, instead of having a magic mark-up-artist passing it to us, just pay a civil servant an hourly wage to go out and pick it up. I am waiting for the nuts to explode and blow away the dust hovering over this aspect of the issue.

One sane voice came out at 10:14 PM last night and talked to Greta Van Susteren. Senator Lindsay Graham told the truth about the deal – no deal and the lies being passed on by the TV networks about how Johnny messed things up. But, at the end of his interview, he said something that not a soul in congress has had the guts to just come right out and say.

Jump to time stamp 2:36: “20% of the money that should go to retire debt, that would be created to solve this problem winds up in a housing organization called ACORN, that is an absolute ill-run enterprise..”

Here is the most disturbing information I extrapolated from his statement. The entire problem of the crises is centered around one group, that Senator Graham mentioned, that did much to teach poor people how to get these loans and how to game the system, and they are not being held accountable. I am honestly on the side of the conservatives on their blocking this bill, as it stands.

In the democrat version of the revision of the bail out bill was a provision that gave management of 20% the total to one group. The plan, as it stood last night, was to award, for this group $140 Billion, an amount that represents the loans they brought in. Their loans are the loans that caused the problem, BTW. They are under criminal investigation in nearly half the states in the union. They were to get the biggest chunk of the $700 billion. They are..

Here is comes.. ..

ACORN.

ACORN is Obama’s precinct voter registration and turnout organization. ACORN is Obama. Obama is ACORN. They are the crooks most responsible for this mess.

We not need to give them (ACORN), or any other agitator, billions of dollars to find the dead bodies. We just need to give the FBI the orders.

Here is my suggestion to the FBI. Go in to the offices of the banks, the brokers and the community organizations and tell them to please step away from the desk. “We are here to help you.” Then they should start taking the file cabinets and the computers out the door.

We do not need to hire the crooks Anyone who can create a family tree can trace this paper. We don’t need the bad guys getting rich twice off of their original crimes. We have plenty of women who work for 70 cents on the hour in the federal government who can conduct this data gathering operation at a much lower cost than any community organization, with far greater pride and confidence.

I await John McCain’s plan. I am sure it will not include billions of dollars earmarked for the guilty facilitators, such as the criminal ACORN.

$140,000,000,000.00

Why in the hell did the democrats think the republicans would go along with giving enough money to ACORN to buy every vote in America, ten times over? What are they going to do? Start a Bill Ayers get-em-while-they’re-young-and-keep-them-in-the-socialist-basket program?

09_basket.jpg

Our very on NancyA is working on a piece that, when published, will blow your minds. It connects the beginnings of Barack, through ACORN, into the CRA and out via this housing scandal that is threatening to rock our economy. I do not wish to rush her, but I will want to read it. It will be like reading a murder mystery that is happening and being unraveled, putting the time line of everything we know into a tight package that we hope can be changed before the end of the rest of the story.

Ramblings..

To say that Obama is part of the problem is like saying the body is part of the car.

ACORN?! A small community organizing group just down the street from me deserves getting 1/5 of the biggest bail out package in our country’s history.

I am not waiting until next April. If this happens then I am amending my 2007 returns and demanding my money back.

Who would of ever thought that one day I would be rooting for the right wing members of congress to prevail?

I honestly hope that US Daddy John McCain can get the grown up members of congress together with the kids, and the grandkids on the hill and convince them that they should all let wisdom reign.

  • http://IthinkIfeel... Tricia Spiegel

Excellent report! Thanks. I am trying to understand this. The ACORN situation is outrageous!

  • Firefly

Thanks so much, Easton, for this great piece. Too scary for words.

And I certainly look forward to NancyA’s piece later today.

Do you think McCain is going to talk about this at the debate tonight? Since NONE of the 0bamamedia is about to tell the truth about any of it and will only keep spinning it as McCain butting in and grandstanding, etc., it seems he’s gotta walk a fine line between exposing the truth and showing presidential-caliber leadership.

  • tzada

Oh my….. One of the best articles I have ever read. We all need to make it go viral, get this out folks.

    • Ellen D.

Great article. I absolutely freaked when I read this in the LA Times yesterday –

      http://www.latimes.com/news/local/la-me-scope25-2008sep25,0,1604951.story

Are these guys connected to ACORN or is this our own Community Organizer/Political services scam?

Are these groups across the country? Is it a network where they are all connected?
BTW – Both Ridley-Thomas and Bernard Parks are black.

  • educatedwhitewoman

Send this to Fox News, to Greta, Hannity – someone needs to expose this outrage that was being done behind closed doors! I’ve heard from two seperate reports about what went down at the White House meeting yesterday that things blew up when Obama tried to push the Democratic bill (including the Acorn gem) – BTW, he did look grumpy in those pre-meeting photos; I would be grumpy too that John McCain and the House Republicans had shown up to expose my sneaky moves. McCain said that we should hear from all parties before coming to an agreement. Unbelievable what Dodd, Franks, Reid tried to shove off on the American people. Thanks John McCain for watching out for the taxpayers! No giveaways to ACORN!

    • myrights8

now we know, that McCaind move was great, He went to DC to watch Democrats(Pelosi,Dean and Reid Democrats), so they wont screw us UP> How great move it is. Obama is trying to cover up His corrupted friends fro all those Companies and their CEOs who are intentionaly destroing our economy!!!
Now we can see, that McCain is not so BUSH anymore, He is His own Man with conviction and character!!!!Yes!!!
THANK YOU MR.MCCAIN FOR BEYING IN DC AND WATCH OBAMA SELLING OUR COUNTRY TO HAND S OF THOSE WHO ARE DIRECTLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS ECONOMIC MASS!!!
GREAT MOVE, OBAMA HAS NOTHING TO OFFER ANYMORE”!!!!!

It is amazing that they would dare to put in PORK in a bill to save the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA from a financial crisis second only to the great depression. It shows me that even in a crisis they are still thinking ME FIRST!

  • dum de dum dum

Stalin was a community organizer, just like ACORN.

    snark snark

    • myrights8

great, we are waking up, we start seying the real Obamas movement towart so far left, that we can not see any light anymore

Eastan, in your opinion, if barry is elected, will corruption be totally institutionalised? yes, there was corruption all along, but this takes it to a whole new level. just an honest quest, eastan.

GOP senators will hold a news conference soon – sorry, no more info than that – but all I can say is it better be better than the Harry Reid-Chris Dodd idiot fest.

    • benny

firefly, only GOP senators? thats not a good sign. the repubs and dems are just grandstanding. when will these idiots work together and bring an equitable proposal. these idiots should remember that they were elected to serve the people, not grandstand.

    Well written Piece…Good Commentary..Interesting and Informative…

    THANK YOU EASTAN…

  • John Smith

On an other note. In PA in the 2006 election had 38% Republican vote , 43% Democrat vote and 19% Independent vote. In 2004 it was 41% Dem, 39% Rep, 20% Ind.

Now how do the pollsters conclude that there are 10% more democrats in this state then there are republicans. After what happened with Hillary do they really think that there will be such a great Democratic turnout for Obama.

I think it will be even among democrats and republicans. Independents are breaking for McCain so the polls are skewed by 5 points. This give McCain a 1 to 2 point lead in PA. I really think that PA will make or break this election for McCain.

    • http://www.hillaryorbust.com Hillary or Bust

Pennsylvania gets affected by the large population in Philly, which will go overwhelmingly for Obama.

      • John Smith

They went for Kerry as well. It still does not change the how many democrats and republicans vote.

    • bert

There are several things John Smith about polls. One, you are sort of-kind of mixing apples and oranges. 2006 was an off year election and generally off-year elections fewer people vote. 2004 was not an off year election, meaning that presidential elections generally bring out more voters. Therefore, you cannot extrapolate much information about numbers of Ds and Rs in any state.

Two, the number of Ds and Rs does not remain static. Many pollsters do polls all year round in every year including years when no elections occur at all. One of the questions they often ask is which party do you mist identify with. In the last two years or so more people have answered Democratic to that question than Republican. Then these pollsters weight their polls results using the percentage of people who lean one way or the other in party identification. They may also check local or state registration rolls, but those are often outdated so mean little.

Polling is not an exact science. How poll questions and poll responders are weighted in mathematical computations are another consideration.

All this adds up to is that polls are virtually meaningless unless you know exactly how the pollster crafts the poll (how questions are worded and order they are in, etc.) and then how they compute the polls.

Best way to read them is to remember they are only a snapshot in time, can be finagled and manipulated to prove pretty much what you want and should be taken with a grain of salt. They can and do show trends especially of you use polls that have a good track record of being correct and you know they do their best to be as honest and objective as they can.

  • Jon

I know how you guys hate presumption so much, so I know you’ll enjoy this…

    http://voices.washingtonpost.com/thefix/2008/09/mccain_wins_debate.html

MCCAIN HAS ALREADY WON THE DEBATE!

    Now that’s impressive.

But..but..but…I thought he wasn’t even sure if he was attending the debate until minutes ago!

    • benny

      ***troll alert**** dont feed

      • Jon

Wait, you’re not going to rip on McCain for being presumptuous like you did on Obama for the Seal thing?

So much for fair and balanced….

        • Diana

Come on Jon if you can’t see the difference between changing the “Presidential” seal, and a picture that says I won the debate…one that we don’t even know who made it. There really is no hope for you, maybe that’s why you cling so badly to the word “Hope” from Obama. Doesn’t matter if he really is standing for Hope and Change, as long as you cling to the word “Hope”.

          • Jon

            My God.

I’m not one of your “bots.” Most of us aren’t. The only people who seem to be so sure in their decisions are the people at this blog. Cockiness is a sure sign of being incorrect.

I just like to apply the same rules to everyone. Obama’s Presidential Seal wasn’t something he designed and decided to use – some stupid aides made a bad decision and underestimated the public reaction to it. Just like this ad getting out too early is a mistake by a stupid aide, not McCain himself. And “suspending” his campaign, a move that has been destroyed in the public (see Survey USA poll) as well as the media, was a strategy designed not by McCain himself, but his campaign.

            • http://www.hillaryorbust.com Hillary or Bust

There seems to be no real evidence that this ad actually was published online, and the person who sent the report could have easily photoshopped it.

              • Jon

                Perhaps so.

But ask yourself this. If this was an Obama ad that came forward in the same way, would you be giving him the same benefit of the doubt?

I have a hard time believing it. There’d already be a post on NoQuarter with 300 comments about how Presumptuous he is and how this proves he is not fit to be President.

If we can’t be objective we’ve lost all credibility.

Credibility is all any person has.

                • http://www.hillaryorbust.com Hillary or Bust

Generally speaking, McCain supporters have not shown themselves to participate in these types of juvenile stunts. So yes, it would be harder to believe it was a hoax had it been Obama. And that opinion is based on watching months and months of bad behavior by Obamabots and the folks at KOS.

                  • Jon

I have major issues with any statement that begins “Generally speaking”

Generally speaking, it’s not smart to generalize.

                    • WildChild

unless you are speaking in general.

                    • http://www.hillaryorbust.com Hillary or Bust

Show me some evidence that McCain’s supporters have participated in the type of vicious smears and attacks that the Obama supporters have. Has anyone hacked into Obama’s email account? No, they haven’t. There’s plenty of bad behavior already shown on the part of Obama’s young male supporters to suggest that they wouldn’t be above photoshopping an ad.

                    • Jon

Are you serious? The e-mails that have circulated around the NYC and FL Jewish communities regarding Obama being a Muslim, a terrorist, being sworn in by the Koran, attending a Madrassa…..

Any of these sound familiar to you?

                    • WildChild

BOBO does seem to suddenly wax poetic when he hears (or thinks about) the Muslim call to prayer.

                    • Jon

Thanks for making my point for me.

What a horrible thing it is to appreciate others unlike us.

                    • Paul3triple

ACORN is commiting voter fraud across the country.
They are a radical left wing group. My tax money does not need to go to them. When do i get a bail out jon?? When do you?? Acorn deserves NOTHING.
I am sure obama has padi them enough already and the cocksucking democrats snuck in an earmark for 500 million in the F and F bail out.
Do not blame it on bigotry because poeple should live within their means and run their finances properly.
                      That is life pal.

                    • WildChild

That only works if BOBO he is unlike them. The guy was fathered by a muslim, adopted by another muslim, raised in his formative years in a Muslim nation….

                • WildChild

speaking of not being fit to be president, BOBO didn’t even have the wherewithal to pop the fake presidential seal off the podium before speaking.

                  • athena

Well not to mention that up until a few weeks ago the “seal” was on the inside of the door to his plane (ya know the one with the slogan on this side, that is big that can get him to DC if they needed him, they could just call) So you could see the seal when the door was opened for o’ precious one’s exit……

I am merely a sad little bot.

          Nothing like dehumanizing the enemy.

          • Diana

No one is trying to dehumanize you Jon. In fact I thought you were being facetious. It made me laugh. You, like we have a right to vote for whomever you wish, but when you come here with the purpose of trying to belittle us. To try and disrespect our right to vote for whom we wish. To call us names, it defeats your purpose. In case no one has told you this, we are all Americans.

When you attack continuously your own party with, “You’re a Racist! You’re a Bigot! You’re a Redneck Bible Thumper! Etc…etc.” Which you all have been doing since the primaries. When you attack women with sexist attacks/misogyny. You set your team up for defeat.

The expression goes, and this election is proving it. “You can only poke a sleeping dog for so long before he turns around to bite.” The moderates on both sides have awoken. With all credit to Hillary and John.

You all kicked, prodded, poked Hillary supporters, and now they’ve turned around to bite. Yet still your team who did this to yourselves. Who set yourselves up for defeat stand there with shocked looks on your face…

            • Jon

Your problem is your inability to see that this isn’t black and white. There aren’t just NoQuarter-ites, and Bots.

And yes, calling ANYONE a BOT is an attempt to dehumanize them. To make it seem like they are not making decisions on their own. Like no rational person could have analyzed the issues, and made a decision different from yours.

Sorry, but not all Obama supporters are Bots.

Some of us were with you.

Some of us probably sat next to you on the phone in New Hampshire, calling voters to make sure they got out and voted for Hillary.

Some of us probably cried along with you, tears of joy, when Hillary became the first woman to win a Presidential Primary.

Some of us cried, tears of sadness, as we watched Hillary drop out on our TV sets.

Some of us became dissolusioned for weeks, like you, unable to understand how we we would be able to vote for a candidate other than Hillary.

Some of us listened to Hillary. Some of us went and read about the two candidate’s stances on the issues. Some of us examined they’re prior votes. And yes, some of us decided that, as the lesser of two evils, we would vote for Obama over McCain. Some of us even began to like the guy that we once despised, even if only a little bit.

No one is belittling you’re CHOICE, I’m belittling the way you came to that choice. I’m belittling your blatant disregard for any sort of objectivity, your black vs. white (no pun intended) view of a race which has many, varying shades of gray.

And please spare me when you refer to “Hillary supporters” who have turned around to bite. This weekend, I will once again head to New Hampshire, where it all began to me, to work with many of the same people I worked with in January, because Hillary Sent ME.

You’re not the only Hillary Supporters. And you, who made a decision which I respect if disagree with, are not better than me.

The only people that I have seen express any type of robotic qualities are not the Obama supporters I have worked with for the past month, but the readers of this site who praise any and all actions of McCain, and fail to admit but a single positive attribute of Obama.

Be careful – you are turning into what you claim to hate – mindless M-Bots.

              • WildChild

                BOBO is well groomed.

              • cookiegramma

sorry to intrude here but; Jon you are wrong. We are not mindlessly following McCain for the reasons you seem to believe. We also did the research and came to a vasstly different conclusion than you about the remaining candidates. We are though, the very ones being referred to in a very derrogatory way by Obama’s minions. If you dod not support McCain, what in the H*** are you even doing reading these blogs. Oh That’s right, they are free to read. There is another side to that, they are an expression of our free speech, one of the many rights that we fear loosing if Obama somehow manages to attain the most electoral college votes. It is already happening in some states. We are free until that happens though to fight it with everything we can. Question, do you support giving the profits from our tax dollars to ACORN? You know the organization Obama used to defeat Clinton, or are you up for doing some real research into who Obama really is? Something tells me that you made your decision based upon the fact that Obama is a democrat, no other reason need be given. Some of us have found that the party has lost sight of a major part of its supporters. You see the democratic party is now all for protecting those who don’t want to take care of themselves. Make a mistake, that’s okay the government will clean it up for you. Do you remember ever having your parents try to tell you why you should not do something? WEll, did you expect them to clean up the mess? If you did , then you like this form of government. If instead you chose to take care of it yourself and learn from the mistake, you want no part of this arm of the party. The only part you have missed if it has gained your approval is that there is a big price tag attached. Even the fast food restaurant ban in California has a big price tag. NO fast food means no cheap food and higher restaurant taxes. Look into it, everything they do lines the tax coffers with more layers.

Say you are still working for Hillary. Just be reasonable now and do what you have been told to do by Hillary and support Obama. Hahahaha. Text book case.

Stop interacting with the robot. He has nothing to contribute here.

    • Diana

lol Now that’s a Maverick! He has my vote and there isn’t anything further Obama or his supporters could say that will change my mind. Now to see Democrats want to give ACORN and La RAZA a 100 million I’m not sure how long it will be before I ever donate to another Democrat or vote for them for that matter. After this election I think I’m going to get more involved with Independents. Finding Independent candidates that are moderate and helping to rally voters for them. We need a stronger third party in this country. As I’ve said a million times now…No longer will I blindy follow behind any party or candidate.

  • Mary B

Thank you for this great piece. I usually only lurk here and read the great posts and occasionally post a comment. This is something that needs to be spread far and wide. I’m emailing links to all my friends and family as soon as I type this message.

Check out the American Spectator Blog for the truth about how Obama screwed up the meeting which was supposed to showcase his leadership.

ACORN?!?! WTF. They have been caught committing fraud in the electorial system.

If this passes I vote we head for the Hill with Pitchforks and Torches.

78% of the people (as in WE the PEOPLE) are opposed to this bill.

    GOD help us all.

    Excellent Report!

I think I am beginning to understand why OBarko, Chicago Politics, Ayers, Wall Street, sub prime loans, Fanny & Freddy are all in bed together , why Obarko rose so quickly and appeared to have so much support and why certain parties bought him to be the “President”….
Is it possible that the Dems thought they could keep this meltdown from happening until after the election?
Most people have never heard of Acorn, and if they have, think it’s just some nice group that helps poor people.

What a twisted web we weave when first we practice to deceive!

Unfortunately, no one but a relative handful of people reads this. Preaching to the choir.

It causes a ripple effect… the truth will prevail.

I hope that this signals a revolution in the way big business and Washington work. I want more names.

It is time for Americans to take our government back and put it to work for the people.

      • Jon

Like I’ve said countless times, it does NOT cause a ripple effect unless there is actually a CALL TO ACTION at the end of the post.

        There never is.

You people are a said excuse for a revolution.

        Pissed off? DO SOMETHING.

Stop whining to each other here. It’s pathetic.

        • http://www.hillaryorbust.com Hillary or Bust

Actually, I just had someone post on my blog that she thought she had no choice but to vote for Obama (as a disaffected Dem) didn’t realize she was a PUMA until she did some online research and read blogs like this one.

The fact that this blog is here, getting huge amounts of traffic, getting indexed in the search engines, etc., DOES make a difference. People doing searches on these issues are likely to stop here rather than a pro-Obama blog and they will get an alternative perspective, possibly opening up a mind or two.

The Obama team knows this, which is why they PAY people to come here and try to disrupt the comments area. They know these PUMA blogs are making a huge difference in this election.

          • http://www.centristnetblog.com Geoff

I hope you’re right. It seems like mission impossible to oppose Obama’s media wave, old and new.

            i try some too…

We are the ONLY thing to counter the media propaganda. Why do you think China filters out free speech on the Internet? Blogs can be VERY powerful. Never underestimate the power of what we do here.

        • wodiej

how do you know we aren’t doing something?? Do you think we all sit here 24/7? Becoming informed about what is really going on is how people can use that knowledge to help.

And if you don’t like it, get your ass out of here. Your self righteous attitude and preaching is pathetic.

          • athena

I am going to a debate watching party to meet with fellow McCain supporters and get organised for the next 39 days. I was also encouraged to work the polls and have volunteered to do just that……

          • http://firefox AnnieCarmel

Indeed, wodie. I’ve copied and sent this to many in my address book. And for those who are not online, I’ve printed it out and sent by snail mail.

It’s almost impossible to get this sort of explanation in the MSM and it’s important for all of us to send information like this along to our family and friends. It makes it understandable. When people have a clear view of what’s going on, their gut feelings (the high percentage of the public who don’t trust the original deal) are substantiated. So pass the news along and when NancyA comes out with the ACORN report, do the follow up with your friends.

Take your anger to the voting booth people and don’t let these Democrat posers pull the wool over your eyes again. Soon we’ll take the party back and restore its roots.

    • mcpalin hill

camille — So what do you suggest? We should leave it to the Obama thugs because no one else cares. Bull honey. Go back to your own blog and dictate your will there.

      • Jon

        I’ve made lots of suggestions.

I’ve been called a bot here many times but I’m far from it. I’m an undecided leaning Obama, but I’m not so sure I trust him, for many of the reasons here.

That said, I also cannot find it within myself to believe McCain in the answer.

There’s a lot of good ideas on this blog. Unfortunately they just stay here. Nothing gets accomplished.

If all the strong feelings that are evident on this blog were actually compiled and put to good use, we COULD accomplish a revolution. This country needs a true third party.

That being said, this clearly isn’t the place for that revolution to begin. You’d rather just sit here complaining about Obama. I get it. It’s easy.

WAKE UP PEOPLE AND DO SOMETHING.

        • Docelder

I think we are seeing the seeds of that. But preventing Obama and the socialists from pulling off a “coup” of this country comes first. After the dust settles, I think we will see that third party built from the centers of the two old parties. Neither has represented the center for many years now.

          • Perry Logan

I think Bill Clinton represented the center very nicely. And I don’t think Obama is a socialist.

Besides, America wants a health care system. That means America wants socialism.

            • http://www.hillaryorbust.com Hillary or Bust

There’s a difference between socialism and communism. People need to be more clear in their terminology. The fact that we have a public education system is a form of “socialism.” In a communist state, the government owns EVERYTHING. Just because people want a health care system does not mean people want outright COMMUNISM.

              • WildChild

Socialism has it’s place. One example would be the low group rate we would get as Americans from socialized health insurance. The insurance companies prefer to carve us up into much smaller groups so they can charge higher premiums and maximize their profits. Profits are the bomb and providing health care money is the more grudging part of their business.

            • athena

First of all, we do a hell of a lot more than complain about Obama. NoQ puts out a lot of good information and we are also each personally fighting the fight in our own way as well.

We volunteer our time here — and it takes a lot of time. Why are there certain people always quick to point a finger and say ‘YOU are not doing enough’.

But YOU can do something too — if you see information you find useful — link it up and send it to all the news outlets — demand coverage — call your representatives, have your friends and family do it too and ask questions. Link up articles you like and forward to those you know. Get them to ask questions.

Call, write, protest, email — your elected reps. fear not getting re-elected. They gather the letters into two piles — the yay pile and the nay pile — when the ‘nay’ pile gets higher, then they get off their behinds and do something. You can make a contribution to that.

Our job is to provide commentary, news and food for thought. Why do you think the traffic on this site has gone through the roof? Somebody’s reading. We also get a lot of traffic from people who read but may not stop to leave a comment.

YOU can help if you want to.

BREAKING NEWS: Paulson and Obama – Friday, September 26, 2008 @ 9:49:47 AM

When Sen. Barack Obama was given the floor to speak during White House negotiations, according to White House aides, he did so raising concerns about a House Republican alternative to the Paulson/Bernanke $700 billion bailout. But those concerns weren’t necessarily his, as he was not aware of the GOP plan before reviewing notes provided him by Paulson loyalists in Treasury prior to entering the meeting.

According to an Obama campaign source, the notes were passed to Obama via senior aides traveling with him, who had been emailed the document via a current Goldman Sachs employee and Wall Street fundraiser for the Obama campaign. “It was made clear that the memo was from ‘friends’ and was reliable,” says the campaign source.

The memo allowed Obama and his fellow Democrats to box in Republican attendees and essentially took what President Bush had billed as a negotiating meeting off the rails.

“Paulson and his team have not acted in good faith for this President or the administration for which they serve,” says a House Republican leader who was not present at the White House meeting, but who instead is part of the team hammering out the House GOP alternative. “We keep hearing about how Secretary Paulson is working with Democrats on this or that, yet he never seems to consider working with the party that essentially hired him. Perhaps he’s auditioning for a Democratic administration job. Our proposal didn’t just spring forth fully formed; we’ve been working on this for several days, and Treasury staff has known about it

  • NoBO

I heard that Obama was the cause of the blowup at the WH meeting.

If I understand the ACORN deal correctly, both ACORN and La Raza would get 20% of any profit from any equity sales rather than have that money go back into the treasury from whence it came. Sounds like a very bad idea.

  • mcpalin hill

These are some of the same people that involved themselves in our Democratic primary here in Texas. Those of us who live in the urban areas saw first hand and what we witnessed was not pretty. The caucuses were taken over in some cases, sign in sheets for Hillary turned up missing, within minutes of being given to the chair person and another person had to flee the building on foot to the police station with a gang chasing after her. Now we are going give some of these same people $ 140,000,000,000 They got to be kidding!

    • http://dakiniland.wordpress.com Dakinikat

Down here in New Orleans, we call ACORN rent-a-protester. They basically pay thugs to do all kinds of things and they’re not beyond exporting them from all of the country and moving them from place to place to make them look like disgruntled locals.

They made a complete mess of the public housing plans down here. The governing bodies of the housing projects (folks living in the projects elected by the residents to represent them) kept having to get up in front of the press and say that ACORN didn’t represent their interests and the ACORN protestors at the housing sites were shipped in from Berkely, CA and Chicago. These folks tried to cause riots in several city council meetings and were captured on film egging police officers to ‘attack them’ so they could look like innocent victims. They just recently moved to a HUGE building near the Urban League and some of the other interests down here that make money by skimming government projects meant to help the poor.

  • educatedwhitewoman

So, who’s playing politics? These guys should be impeached for trying to sneak a huge giveaway of taxpayer’s money to ACORN under the radar of this emergency bailout bill (and since Obama keeps telling how he’s been in constant contact with the Democratic leadership, I presume that he knew all about this huge giveaway to a corrupt organization that he has worked for and supports).

John Boehner taking on Pelosi and the Dems (quote from article on FOXNews.com):

“The source said the biggest misconception about the existing plan is that it had the votes from both sides to actually make it through Congress. The fact of the matter is, the Democrats did not back Paulson’s plan, and offered another option that looked like it.

The GOP proposal is aimed at opening up talks that Democrats had shut down. The House GOP caucus was expected to meet later in the day.

In a letter to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Boehner suggested that the Democrats have tried to cast the breakdown in communications as the fault of the Republicans, which he said was unfair and incorrect.

“Over the last week, we have frequently discussed Secretary Paulsons proposal, and I have repeatedly expressed the need for improvements on behalf of myself and my Republican colleagues,” he wrote.

“Yet Chairman Frank and Chairman Dodd, on several occasions over the last several days, announced that a bipartisan deal was at hand even though the reservations about the underlying proposal I had expressed to you had not been addressed,” Boehner continued. “Madam Speaker, we owe it to all those with a stake in this process to continue our discussions until we arrive at an agreement that is acceptable on both sides of the aisle — and more importantly, one that serves the interests of American taxpayers.”

No one on the MSM or Fox reported anything about ACORN.

Are you suggesting that Obama, who had a big part in creating this banking mess, is one of the crooks we should trust to fix it? He helped start this problem in the 1990s and, in 2006 did nothing to further debate SB 190.

    Excellent post…wow…

Being a mature adult is not a BAD thing. And being 72 is not even that old. McCain is experienced, wise and a great leader. He is admired by many and has guts. Obama is just a cool jive cat on the corner trying to sell you some “hot” merchandise. When it breaks and you go back for a refund, he’ll be nowhere to be found.

It seems to me that Dem’s tried to ramrod this bill through so Acorn would have plenty of money TO STEAL THE ELECTION FOR OBAMA. That’s sure as hell what it looks like to me. And HELL NO, don’t pay the crooks who caused this mess. Cripes, that is INSANE!

    • mcpalin hill

wodiej — you got it. Steal enough money to win the election. Obama doesn’t lead he just runs. He wants to do to the nation’s housing industry what in did in Illinois and we know how that worked out. I am ashamed that I ever was a Democrat.

  • mcpalin hill

Eastan — thank you for this report. You are da man.

  • http://www.centristnetblog.com Geoff

    Eastan/Folks:

ACORN isn’t due 20% of the 700 billion. Two federally created grant trusts (which ACORN gets alot from now) are due 20% of any profit made off the 700 billion loaned. So if we get 710 billion back, 2 billion goes to the two agencies, and then maybe half of that goes to ACORN. It’s better to be credible on all facts than exaggerate some, it takes away from the overall effectiveness. GOP/Graham wants 100% of any profits to go to deficit reduction.

    Here’s the actual provision:

TRANSFER OF A PERCENTAGE OF PROFITS.
DEPOSITS.Not less than 20 percent of any profit realized on the sale of each troubled asset purchased under this Act shall be deposited as provided in paragraph (2).
USE OF DEPOSITS.Of the amount referred to in paragraph (1)
65 percent shall be deposited into the Housing Trust Fund established under section 1338 of the Federal Housing Enterprises Regulatory Reform Act of 1992 (12 U.S.C. 4568); and
35 percent shall be deposited into the Capital Magnet Fund established under section 1339 of that Act (12 U.S.C. 4569).
REMAINDER DEPOSITED IN THE TREASURY.All amounts remaining after payments under paragraph (1) shall be paid into the General Fund of the Treasury for reduction of the public debt.

      CAPITAL MAGNET FUND IS ACORN

    • Monet

For those of you wondering what the heck the Housing Trust Fund and Capital Magnet Fund are:

      http://www.nlihc.org/template/page.cfm?id=40

All are favorite players were involved when the bill was passed earlier this year:

      http://www.openmarket.org/2008/06/16/an-untrustworthy-housing-fund-housing-bill-has-likely-acorn-slush-fund/

“But the granddaddy of all phony government trust funds may be soon enacted in housing bailout legislation before Congress. The so-called Affordable Housing Trust Fund — part of the legislation that passed the Senate Banking Committee in May and is poised to come to the Senate floor as early as this week — is almost set up from the beginning to be diverted to purposes other than affordable housing. The holes in this “trust fund” would allow the money to be easily siphoned off to liberal activist groups such as Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN) for lobbying and even political campaigning.

Long a priority of groups on the Left, the “trust fund” — also called the “affordable housing fund” — would get its revenues from a legislatively fixed share of the surpluses of the government’s Federal Housing Administration or the profits from the government-sponsored enterprises Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. The latest version — in the housing and GSE oversight bill that cleared the Senate Banking Committee in May — would establish the fund by taking 1.2 basis points of interest from Fannie and Freddie’s loan portfolio — about $500 million a year.

Enacting an off-budget funding entity for housing has long been a goal of Rep. Barney Frank, and since he became chairman of the powerful House Financial Services Comittee when the Democrats took Congress back a year and a half ago, he has inserted several versions of the “trust fund” into many housing bills. “Given our severely constrained fiscal realities,” Frank has argued, there needs to be “a low income housing trust fund that will be paid for in ways that do not draw from federal tax revenues.”

Obama in the Tank for Pritzker
    By Edward Sisson

Which makes it all the more significant that Barack Obama has posted on his campaign website a naive and ignorant defense* of his campaign finance chair, Penny Pritzker, concerning her key leadership involvement in the largest bank failure in the 18 years between the last great banking crisis (the 1980s S&L debacle) and today’s even-more-massive banking crisis. The excuses, misdirections, and spin Senator Obama offers in defense of this billionaire failed bank executive are Pritzker spin from start to finish, and expose Obama’s profound inability to understand why banks fail and how to keep banks safe.

Seldom has the special access of the wealthy into the inner deliberations of a Presidential candidate been more clearly exposed by the candidate himself. Just as the press is “in the tank” for Obama, Obama is in the tank for Pritzker. And a man in the tank for Pritzker cannot keep our banks safe.

THE BANK FAILURE I REFER to is the 2001 failure of Superior Bank, right in Senator Obama’s Chicago hometown. Superior Bank, a part of the $15 billion, 1,500-company “Pritzker Family Business Unit” as testified under oath by Glen Miller, a key manager of the “FBU,” was the biggest bank failure of the early 2000s, losing hundreds of millions of dollars.

Superior Bank failed because of the same problem that is bringing down all the banks now: subprime loans. Who got the bank into those loans? Obama’s own finance chair, Penny Pritzker. Sworn deposition testimony puts Penny Pritzker not only on the board of the bank and its holding company, Coast, but personally leading the meeting to persuade regulators to let the bank into the subprime market.

What brought this crisis to a head last Week? A week when McCain was ahead in the polls and Obama was losing ground quickly. The day Lehmans went down I was watching the reporters on the floor of the exchange and there was Panic. They were talking about the “short” sellers. They said it seemed like TEAMS were coming in and short selling. It was the short selling that ended Lehmans and that is why the government ended “selling” short in the financial markets. Who is the best known “Short” seller in the world? Who used short selling to break the bank of England? It was known as Black Wednesday. This person is also Obama’s largest Financial Backer, George Soros. I’m probably crazy, but the timing of this doesn’t seem right. Is it possible that he could have activated these short sellers?

GREAT and TRUTHFUL article. I knew this about NObambi and ACORN, but could not have put it together so cogently. Between NObama’s connections to Auchi, bin Al Talweed-(which should send a frozen chill down your back), Rezko,(one of his ACORN cohorts-along with Bill Ayers the terrorist) and Frank Marshall Davis’ law firm, and his islamic radical family currently installing shariah law in kenya, and his contacts with Pakistan islamic leader from his youth. NObama should terrify the average American.
He will try to steal this election. If he does, it may be our last free election. This will result in uncharted waters for America. I dont think NObama understands that Americans will not roll over for a fascist regime change. This is CHANGE we dont need.

When you tie it all together, sometimes I get excited and think our entire Government knows this and has played it out to get it all out about Obama. Like he is a big terror attack and we busted him only he doesn’t know it yet!

That would be awesome and at times I cling to it because the alternative is just too scary!

Let’s not discount the potential role of outside financial interests in precipitating this crisis. Remember “Black Friday” in the UK and how one man precipitated it… admittedly selfishly. This article references that day and mentions this man’s interest to have a world wide one currency system.

I was thinking the same thing. Who pulled the rug out from under what was an unstable situation? Soros has been first in my mind.

Chuck Shumer says the President should tell McCain to leave town because he ruined a deal. Now this is the new talking points. Look what you have to do to push a man who isn’t qualified to be President.

Claire McCaskell just called Wall Street a bunch of jerks. OMG. Real Class is hard to find in the Democratic Party.

  • trails

Somehow, I think this story id going to get out.

  • Annie Oakley

Excellent job of doing the media’s work for them. You have brought into focus a major issue and I only have one quibble. Please do not spread the meme that the RTC didn’t cost the taxpayers anything. According to the GAO’s report, it cost us $132B.

    A bit of humor………..but true

(Sept. 26) — When Paris Hilton stepped foot on ‘The View’ stage, there’s a good chance not too many people would think she’d have to teach the show’s hosts about American legalities and voting privileges. Shockingly, such was the case after Joy Behar told the heiress she couldn’t vote because she’d been in “the slammer.”
Upon hearing such a claim, Hilton retorted by informing Behar that those without felony convictions can indeed still pull the lever on election day. “I’m allowed to vote. It was driving with a suspended license.” Let freedom ring!

    • Zorro Aster

Yeah I think she’s not as stupid as she wants you to believe. But what do I know? I find her too repugnant to look further into the matter. ;)

  • AngelStandlngBy

It makes you wonder doesn’t it? Why was Obama so gung-ho about McCain showing up for the debate tonight? Why issue the playground taunts that “McCain must be scared to debate”, or “a President must be able to multi-task” when the truth is Obama has been refusing to debate all summer long? These are so weak, so childish a response it really surprised me.

I don’t think it’s because Obama is looking forward to tonight’s debate. He’s been spending nearly all week holed-up preparing for tonight on foreign policy – a topic he knows McCain is much stronger in. He knows debating and town hall type forums isn’t one of his strengths. So why all of a sudden is it so crucial that the debate go forward?

I think it was Obama’s knee-jerk reaction to throw whatever he could think of at the time when McCain announced he was going to Washington to look into settling this crisis. I think Obama panicked at the thought of McCain finding out about the earmark for ACORN. McCain threw Obama a(nother) curve ball and he didn’t see it coming. And in the same way as he reacted towards the Palin announcement, Obama’s instinct was to attack without forethought.

    • Zorro Aster

He knows debating and town hall type forums isn’t one of his strengths. So why all of a sudden is it so crucial that the debate go forward?

I think it was tactics. Anyone jump in here.

      * Crisis is on us, Obama contacts McCain, talk about a joint statement.

      * McCain thinks Obama is a piece of shit and figures ‘oh brother’.

      * McCain gets a call and he’s talking to serious people so he’s off for DC.

      * Obama is left looking like a clown. Salvage what you can. What can you salvage?

      - You can now claim you really really want to debate – because there most likely won’t be a debate!

      - You get your people to DC fast so McCain doesn’t win any points on his presence there.

It’s all tactics. That’s all it will ever be with Obama.

    Off Topic….

While slumming the nutroots today, I came across this:

I will say this for the last time – McCain loving clueless PUMAs are NOT welcome in my threads. EVER. McCain supporting Republicans are welcome. J and Chris have more patience than I do so I suggest you try their threads instead.

What the hell happened to those so-called democrats over at TalkLeft?

They have really gone off the deep end over there! That used to be a great place to debate policy. Now it is a haven for the “Lunatic Left!”

I tried to post a response there and was blocked! Thank god for places like NoQuarter!

We may not agree with some of the more “Reasonable’ ‘Bots, but at lest Larry does not ban them outright!

I always enjoyed talkleft. Jeralyn after going to the democratic convention, drank the kool-aid. but I always depended upon BTD to be fair. and he was, till recently. think Jeralyn has put the hold on him, and now he has become an idiot. after the GE, I’ll have fun listening to them moan. lol

“This election is about to be stolen and you should not be a party to it by being naive.”

I don’t doubt that the New Democrats will try to steal this election…one way or the other. But I’m not sure I made the intended connection.

I understood that if the New Democrats scare enough of the public into accepting a $700 billion bailout with $140 billion going to ACORN, then these Democrats will be using taxpayer money to buy the votes they need to win. Not only that, they will be relining the pockets of the crooks who created the mess in the first place. Making it seem like John McCain interfered in and wrecked a “done deal” is part of their tactics in carrying out this infamy.

However, I still don’t quite understand why exactly Fannie Mae and Fannie Mac are collapsing at this particular point in time. If the election is being stolen, then a collapse right now couldn’t be more timely for the New Democrats.

Again, they can’t do this without the complicity of the MSM. And there is still plenty of time for the Republicans to counterattack…which is something they seem to do very well.

One other point Lyndon LaRouche is also saying…No Bailout…don’t reward the crooks. So the conservative Republicans are agreeing with the other end of the spectrum. To me that little fact adds a lot of weight to the Republicans position.

  • Duras

I am literally stunned by what I just read. Did the Democrats seriously propose authorizing ACORN with $120 billion of buyback authority???? I can’t simply can’t comprehend the sheer audacity of such a move. Did they seriously think that the Republicans were gonna go along with that?

I can’t wait to read NancyA’s timeline on all of this.

In the meantime, everybody on this blog needs to forward this article to everyone they know. This rip-off needs to be exposed!!!

    • Zorro Aster

      No. $140 billion. ;)

  • http://reddragon62.blogspot.com/ RedDragon62

    I agree with you Benny.

I wonder what was being offered to drink at that convention.

I guess they just wanted to hang with what they perceived to be the winning side. It will be fun watching them make excuses for why Obama failed!

    Pass the Prozac!

  • luvtruth

oh.my.god., easton, thank you for explaining the tie-in to ACORN and thank you for michelle’s incredible graphic. I’m like you, who’da ever thunk I would even remotely consider a republican leader with the gall to pull back the veils and expose acorn/obama’s fog machine that the media doesn’t have the wits to fathom and expose.

  • http://reddragon62.blogspot.com/ RedDragon62

I am of the opinion that this could be Obama’s “October” surprise! I find it hard to believe that all of a sudden these “Big” financial “Power houses” went belly up. I understand that this has been a cluster F@#$ for some time but who stands to gain if it is made to look like the Republicans are to blame for the “ENTIRE” fiasco?

Something just does not sit right with me about the timing!

    Just saying

    • http://firefox AnnieCarmel

Ditto. Someone in the Republican party needs to follow the money and if Soros is the source, expose him, connect the dots and Barry will be gone for good.

  • camille

Is this the best we have on obarky? if so we are doomed.

  • benny

I see this every four years, believe me. Only the Clintons could overcome the repubs. I am reminded of Dukakis, Gore (not convincing), Kerry. Till election day, we were so sure that we would win. But in the end, it was a nightmare. Obama will face the same fate. He just doesn’t know it as yet. And after it happens, we democrats will be sad but we will re-create the democratic party. with centrists like hillary clinton. In the past, do you really know how rosy the polls looked till election day? the democrats took it for granted that they have won, according to the polls. Its the same scenario all over again.

    • Zorro Aster

No reason to ‘re-create’ the Dems. They’re totally rotten. This much is obvious beyond the shadow of a doubt today.

There are new lines being drawn up. McCain is on one side; Hillary is on another.

I believe the Dems are now bankrupt and soon will be no more.

      Thank goodness.

Here is my suggestion to the FBI. Go in to the offices of the banks, the brokers and the community organizations and tell them to please step away from the desk. “We are here to help you.” Then they should start taking the file cabinets and the computers out the door.

    You rock! ;)

  • just me

well you know they would be coming after our file cabinets and the computers out the door if we did a quarter of what this lot have done…

    Go get em !

Talk about kool-aid, this article brings up some good points, that mainly Democrats have learned a few tricks from the GOP. Some voter fraud, bail out your buddies, etc..

You want to blame the poor again for all the problems. Please tell me which sub-prime receiving homeowner reclassified their mortgage as AAA investment grade, and then proceeded to leverage that 20x to 30x?

I, and many other small business owners have had it with the “expertise” of the Milton Friedman disciples in the GOP. While
there is plenty of blame to go around, which party is in charge? This one is on the GOP’s watch.

And a bit off topic, but couldn’t you supporters pay for McCain’s campaign? I know some CEO’s who could share that $84 million in welfare that he got from taxpayers.

    • Zorro Aster

that mainly Democrats have learned a few tricks from the GOP

Yes they have learned some. But only now can I see they have had a trick bag all their own all along. It’s much fouler actually.

The liar Pelosi just on Fox saying that they have basic agreement on CEO salaries, blah, blah, blah. Said that the progress was made NIGHT BEFORE LAST but progress was set back last night. Again, blaming McCain for their own malfeasance.

I want to vomit seeing Barney Frank standing next to her. They, along with Dodd have to be retired.

  • pd

This forum is perplexing. You seem well read and thankfully conservative on the use of punctuation marks. But seriously, do many of you truly believe either major party candidate is a completely selfless servant of the people? After Keating 5, after B.Obama’s shifting positions?

Just seems like none of you have had your political cherry popped, you still believe one politician is going to be so heroic, spouting lines from bad Hollywood westerns…what do you guys read comic books all day?

Yes, I support your arch-nemesis, the commie loving black man, why? Because I realized a year ago that he had enough intelligence to move the country back towards supporting the middle class (which is where all my business income comes from…any other business owners here want to impoverish your customer base?)…and while supporting the middle class I think Obama will actually be pragmatic enough to not completely torch what’s remaining.

Unlike rash, impatient McCain, who just loves being the center of attention and puts a flash card reading wannabe in the vp slot.

If McCain does win, I for one will take every last dime out of the market (which may be all that’s left), god forbid he gets so much as a cold, think things are bad now….Putin and Ahmenijad would love to face Palin, hell even stroke ridden Kim Jong iI could treat her like catnip.

But alas, the Neocon / Ayn Rand GOPers have won no matter what. They’ve orchestrated the biggest heist by transferring so much wealth from the middle class to their real base, and have used you guys for pawns all along….any Compassionate Christians out there? Feel duped? How ’bout those that voted for a Uniter, or campaigned against nation building (didn’t you realize Bush was talking about this country?).

At this point, even if B.Obama wins, the GOP has scuttled the economy, so all you paranoid marxist conspiracy theorists can come out of the closet now…there won’t be any money left to do anything progressive.

Congratulations…good luck with your investments…thankfully I kept most of mine in cash.

Well I heard that O’Reilly has endorsed Obama. I hope I am wrong. I do believe that the press is complicit in covering up and promoting Obama and I think they will do the same thing if this election is stolen which is not out of the realm of possibilities. There are people endorsing Obama who work for diebold.
