ARE THE POLLS TO BE BELIEVED ???
I, like many Americans believe that character, honesty, and integrity really do go to the foundation of who the next president should be.Obama is ahead in the polls because Obama is dramatically outspending McCain with television advertising … he has a biased media in the tank, who provides him with more and better exposure, and editorial endorsement … Obama has 96% of the black vote … he enjoys the relentless support of a completely biased entertainment industry, plus the left wing educational community, plus massive illegal, or unethical fund raising, and voter registration drives, by groups like Acorn … not to mention the fact that thanks to democratic propaganda, McCain has to carry Bush’s weight. At this point in time, many Americans are also beginning to question the validity of the POLLS. Are they skewed, like the biased media? Do they truly reflect reality? Are the sample groups mostly black voters? If the Democrats are so sure they’ve already won, how come they keep trying so hard to make the rest of us believe it? Just like they did against Hillary! There is a good chance that if we can keep voter fraud out of this election, that on November 4th, the actual voters, in the privacy of their booths, will elect McCain/Palin, by a comfortable margin.

Obama must be investigatet foe those peple are attacking OUR Constitution, and OUR LAW. Were is the Highest Court of USA. OUR Government know about ACRON for years and did nothing, now they investiganting, what took them so long???I am a person, who fully respcet Constitution and USA LAW, absolutely!!! It is so easy. I have my opinion, as every one should, but letting extermism takin over it unexeptable and I blame OUR Government for!!! Someone is “cashing” on.
Any as such Org.as Acron should have loose any rights away from them and shot them down forewer.Freedom is not for extermism. We have our military all over the world, they need to defend US from inside, here on our soil. Obama ideology scares me more then anything before(in politics) and it should be investigate quickly!!!!!!Obamas pictures in a such companie like; Lenin,Che Guevara is a bad news for US and USA!!!

Sounds like someone’s been swallowing some kool-aid of a different variety here.
The Fairness Doctrine–which was the law until the Reagan Administration*–provided that NEWS organizations could not place OP/ED pieces in the news WITHOUT the material being specifically announced as such. IF an op/ed piece was featured during a news broadcast, FREE time had to be provided to those with different opinions (for a national broadcast–such as a network nightly news show–if it weren’t possible to allow an alternate opinion, a reasonable amount of time had to be provided for on-air reading of mail that ran contrary to the original op/ed piece). Local newscasts were much more amenable to allowing an “average joe” airtime to express his opinion. (In no case, was a “the preceding does not reflect the position of this station/network” disclaimer considered sufficient to avoid triggering the Fairness Doctrine.)
After celebrities (primarily tv and film stars) started becoming increasingly active in politics, the Fairness Doctrine was also triggered to prevent one of that celebrities’ films (or tv programs) from airing. The belief was that such an appearance was tantamount to “free advertising” for a political candidate which the opponent couldn’t effectively counter. (While true that such a program wasn’t really politically motivated, there was a feeling that it was akin to subliminal advertising.)
Since the end of the Fairness Doctrine, it has allowed the kind of newscasts that we now see where opposing viewpoints are rarely heard and, often when they are, the person with the opposing viewpoint is frequently overwhelmed. (Is it really fair when a panel of 4 contains 3 people supporting one side of an issue and only 1 person holds a contrary view? Or is it fair when the proponent of an issue can shut off his opponent’s mike because he’s the host of the program? Is it fair when the liberal on the show is incredibly insightful and very eloquent, but the conservative comes off as a raving lunatic?)

*Incidentally, when you talk about “government control” of the news, don’t forget that Reagan was the one who “encouraged” the national news shows to feature more “good” news rather than the stuff that Reagan considered “too depressing” and harmful to the nation’s psychological well-being. (What Reagan failed to realize is that the people who watched the news and were the ones most often complaining about “all the bad news” were more likely to watch news shows that featured tragedies. The old meme “if it bleeds, it leads” was absolutely accurate.) Oh, and considering how willing the news media was to cheerlead for Dubya’s Iraq war (and now, the way the media covers for Obama), do you really think that the Fairness Doctrine could make the news any worse than it already is?

looking forward — Early voting has begun in 30 states and massive election fraud is going on. I don’t care if this elections takes a month to settle or if the media gets antsy to declare Obama the winner. McCain and the Republicans should pull out all the stops and make sure that their lawyers discover every bogus vote out there.
