Missing in all the action was something that Obama said last night about doubling the size of a volunteer army. Will those volunteers be similar to the kids that appeared in the video pledging allegiance to Obama? Sleep with one eye open because we’ve seen this kind of “volunteer army” before.

    Courier Editorials
    Elect McCain

    EXCERPT

We endorse John McCain for President of the United States.By the issues, here’s why:

Economy: McCain fought for the federal bailout package passed last week. He has promised to permanently restructure and downsize Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, and supported the failed 2005 legislation that may have averted the current crisis. He wants to end the use of taxpayer money for private interests, and has called for greater transparency and disclosure in mortgage lending and banking.

He also has promised to do everything possible to keep credit-worthy homeowners in their homes, including (at the Tuesday debate) using $300 billion of the $700 billion bailout to buy up shaky mortgages and replace them with “manageable” fixed-rate mortgages.

That last may seem to go against McCain’s long-held ethic of lowering government spending, but it’s a sign he recognizes the enormity of the situation we’re facing. Evicting people from their homes when they’re unable to pay their mortgages would result in social upheaval and destroy neighborhoods.

McCain also strongly backs free trade, rightly seeing it as key to both prosperity and peace.”

The typical Obama voter is a myopic, selfish, and pop-culture driven individual that usually doesn’t think beyond the next five minutes.

this is why i fear nothing can be done to stop the train wreck we are headed for.

My dumb question of the day…

What is the purpose of all of the fraudulent voter registrations, besides providing more $$ for ACORN workers who are paid per new registration?

It really doesn’t make a difference unless those fraudulently registered actually vote – and wouldn’t a poll worker question “Mary Poppins”, “Donald Duck” or “Tony Romo” when they asked for a ballot? Do they really have people who are going to follow up and vote in the name of those fraudulent registrations?

The same-day registration of homeless people in Ohio concerns me more because there is an obvious possibility that people might be ‘helped’ to vote more than once in multiple precincts. But for most other states, wouldn’t the ultimate effect mostly be lower-than expected voter turnout?

I’m in AZ, and we have a voter ID law – so it would be much harder for anyone who did manage to register fraudulently to actually vote here.

You know they are scared when they (and their media minions) start the same talk they gave for Hillary.

Declaring victory ahead of time now is not the same as having a fixed primary. Don’t believe the lying liars. Suddenly it’s neck and neck again…as opposed to a supposedly 11 pt spread this morning. Pluuuueeeeeze. Remember what Sarah said about her detractors…it just makes her try harder. We must take that to heart.

Well now we are seeing through the smoke and mirrors. The plan was never about believing these fraudulent registrations will turn into votes. The plan was to overwhelm the election workers dealing with these, spur the workers into talking about them to the press, getting these fraudulent registrations thrown out… We may very well be several years into McCain’s Presidency and the government will still be answering lawsuits about whether the election process is fair. This needs to be investigated as an act of domestic terrorism against the electoral process itself.

If he can’t keep his campaign plane from stinking, what makes anyone think Obama can handle the world’s hardest executive job?

Posted by: Bill Dyer at 1:24 AM:

I’m one of those guys who’s observed, but never been able to really understand why, so many women are attracted to “bad boys” and abusive men. I wonder if there’s some of the same phenomenon going on with the worshipful reporters whom the Obama campaign nevertheless treats like dirt, according to this report from CBS News’ Dean Reynolds:

After most of the previous 12 months covering Barack Obama’s campaign for the presidency, it was interesting, instructive and, well, relaxing to follow John McCain for the last few days. The differences between the two are striking….

Obama’s campaign schedule is fuller, more hectic and seemingly improvisational. The Obama aides who deal with the national reporters on the campaign plane are often overwhelmed, overworked and un-informed about where, when, why or how the candidate is moving about….

The national headquarters in Chicago airily dismisses complaints from journalists wondering why a schedule cannot be printed up or at least e-mailed in time to make coverage plans….

The McCain folks are more helpful and generally friendly. The schedules are printed on actual books you can hold in your hand, read, and then plan accordingly. The press aides are more knowledgeable and useful to us in the news media. The events are designed with a better eye, and for the simple needs of the press corps. When he is available, John McCain is friendly and loquacious. Obama holds news conferences, but seldom banters with the reporters who’ve been following him for thousands of miles around the country. Go figure.

The McCain campaign plane is better than Obama’s, which is cramped, uncomfortable and smells terrible most of the time. Somehow the McCain folks manage to keep their charter clean, even where the press is seated.

    I’m not so worried anymore.

Extremely low early voter turnout in Ohio:

    http://www.campaignspot.nationalreview.com/post/?q=M2VhZWY0M2ExYzE3Mjc4NjNiZWYyYjVhYjQ4Mzc3ZDE=

Definitely not good for the Obama campaign. The new same-day registration & early voting laws heavily favored Obama. Which is why the GOP fought all the way to Ohio’s supreme court to get the new voting laws overturned. Turns out that the GOP had virtually nothing to worry about there.

There was low turnout for McCain too, but the new laws wern’t designed to favor him anyway.

Is this a sign of what’s coming for Obama on Election Day?

    HORSERACE, BARACK OBAMA, JOHN MCCAIN

The Mystery of Ohio’s Missing Early Voters

I mentioned this earlier in the week, but it’s still nagging at me, and we have some new numbers…

This year, Ohio allowed any citizen not registered to vote to show up, register, and vote on the same day in Sept. 30 to Oct. 6 window. The AP was writing back in August, “If Obama’s campaign were able to tap into college campuses with one-stop voting, it would add thousands of votes to his tally in a state where, in 2004, John Kerry lost to President Bush by only about 118,000 votes, putting Bush over the top in the electoral count.”

Those who were already registered were also permitted to use the early voting window. The expectation was that lots of Ohioans would partake of the opportunity. The Washington Post reported, “The Ohio secretary of state’s office estimates that a quarter of all voters will cast their ballots as absentees or at an early voting location before Election Day, more than twice as many as did so four years ago.” (Obviously, absentee would make up a large chunk of that, but one would figure the early voting window would attact its fair share.)

And the anecdotal evidence was that the Obama campaign was readying the Mother of All Turnout Operations in this state. The Washington Post poll of Ohioans, 40 percent said they had been contacted by the Obama campaign either in person or by phone, an astonishingly high percentage. Bruce Springsteen was doing a concert at Ohio State University to get people out for early voting. Cuba Gooding Jr. was deployed to events in Dayton, Hamilton, Lima and Toledo.

So, with all of this buildup, the total early voter turnout?

    28,466.

Out of about 8.2 million registered voters.

That is a little bit more than three-tenths of one percent.

In Cuyahoga County, which includes Cleveland? 6,951, according to the Columbus Dispatch. Out of about 1.1 million registered voters.

In Franklin County, which includes Columbus? 9,280.

(This is the county that had 817,000 registered voters in 2004 and only 815,000 residents over 18.)

Hamilton County, which includes, Cincinnati? 4,772.

Summit County, which includes Akron? 4,303.

Montgomery County, which includes Dayton? 3,160.

Statewide, only 5,223 used the new register-and-vote-at-the-same-time window.

Now, we shouldn’t read too much into this. It’s still possible that the Obama campaign is assembling the biggest, most advanced, and most awe-inspiring get-out-the-vote operation in American political history. But it would seem that if the Obama camp wanted to get a lot of voters out during this early voting period — and why wouldn’t they? Even if you wanted long lines throughout Election Day to justify keeping the polls open longer than scheduled, every voter who votes now is a vote you don’t have to worry about on November 4 — then in the first major test, their get-out-the-vote system… fell well short of expectations? Underperformed? Was AWOL? Wasn’t really utilized?

Keep in mind, at less than one half of one percent turnout across the state, the McCain camp appears to have dramatically underperformed, too. But that’s what makes this so weird. It’s the most covered, most hyped, most passionate election anybody can remember, in the most key of swing states… and neither side can move significant numbers of voters to early voting?

Freddie, Fannie Funded Jesse Jackson’s Pet Projects
    Tuesday, July 22, 2008
    By Keriann Hopkins, Correspondent

The Rev. Jesse Jackson speaks at a news conference in Chicago, July 9, 2008. (AP Photo/Russel A. Daniels)
(CNSNews.com) – Mortgage giants Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae have come under fire for making contributions to programs headed by the Rev. Jesse Jackson at a time when their own survival is at stake.

Peter Flaherty, founder and president of the conservative National Legal and Policy Center (NLPC), told Cybercast News Service that the gifts to Jackson were “clearly inappropriate” and “extremely controversial.”

The NLPC says the management teams of both companies made sizeable contributions to the Rainbow/PUSH Coalition and Citizenship Education Fund Annual Conference, Jackson’s main fundraising event of the year. The conference took place June 28 through July 2 in Chicago.

According to the conference program, obtained by an NLPC staff member who attended the event, Freddie Mac, as a “Platinum Sponsor,” paid $150,000. Fannie Mae paid $100,000 to be listed as a “Diamond Sponsor.”

Both Freddie Mac (The Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation) and Fannie Mae (The Federal National Mortgage Association) are private corporations chartered by Congress and responsible to the federal government.

The NLPC noted that the contributions came at a time when the value of the companies’ shares had declined by approximately 85 percent.

Last Saturday, meanwhile, the Treasury Department announced it would offer a line of credit to ensure the survival of each company. Both have been hurt by the collapse of the nation’s sub-prime mortgage market.

“It is outrageous that rapidly evaporating shareholder equity is still being dished out to Jesse Jackson,” Flaherty said. “The CEOs of these companies have repeatedly shown poor judgment, and this is just more evidence.”

The NLPC has criticized the companies for funding Jackson’s projects since 1998, the first year that Freddie Mac contributed. Flaherty said the contributions came after Jackson accused Freddie Mac of racial discrimination and encouraged major shareholders to sell stock in the company.

“Freddie Mac began financial support for Jackson’s organizations, and his criticism of Freddie Mac stopped,” the NCLP said.

After Freddie Mac signed a $1 million contract for Rainbow/PUSH to run an “Economic Literacy” program, Jackson’s nonprofit coalition turned around and charged churches $1,000 to enroll in the program, the NCLP said.

Freddie Mac also pledged to earmark $1 billion in mortgage loans specifically for minorities.

In 2003, an independent report commissioned by the Freddie Mac board criticized the company’s accounting practices, singling out 13 improper transactions involving Ron Blaylock, Jesse Jackson’s longtime financial backer. According to the report, Blaylock received fees of $250,000 for making some phone calls.

The NLCP also criticized what it called the “incredibly generous ‘golden parachute’” that Fannie Mae provided to fired CEO Franklin Raines in 2004. Raines was accused of manipulating the company’s earnings over a six-year period to meet earnings’ targets and receive hundreds of millions of dollars in bonuses.

“The unfortunate thing about these [government-sponsored enterprises] is that they’ve provided good jobs for underemployed politicians and they’ve been slush funds for liberal groups. And the Jesse Jackson gifts, as the companies are melting down, is a dramatic example of that,” Flaherty said.

Freddie Mac was recognized by the Washington Business Journal and Greater D.C. Cares as the top corporate philanthropist in the Washington region. Freddie Mac and the Freddie Mac Foundation have invested over $348 million in the Washington area since 1991.

Over the past five years, Fannie Mae and its foundation have contributed over $100 million to organizations and initiatives in Washington, D.C.

Calls to both Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae were not returned. The Rev. Jesse Jackson, the sole spokesman for Rainbow/PUSH Coalition, did not return calls before deadline.

If that is true, it is BETTER then the Whitey tape, Obama would be lucky to win 1 state if thats true

The arses at Gallup should be put out of business for this nonsense — and then the MSM reports it like it’s gold. And McCain is ‘over.’

    What a crock.

    51% Democrats? On what planet?

36% Dems may even be a little high nationally. Lots of people re-registered as indies to protest the outcome of the Dem primary — don’t know if that’s even been factored in.

    HISPANIC DEMOCRATS FOR MCCAIN ANNOUNCE:
    http://WWW.HISPANICDEMOCRATSFORMCCAIN.COM

HOUSTON, TX, OCTOBER 7, 2008 – Hispanic Democrats for McCain (HDM) announced the launch of their latest grassroots resource,
http://www.HispanicDemocratsforMcCain.com, today. Fellow volunteers across the country will be able to communicate the McCain-Palin message and to encourage Democrats to vote across party lines on November 4, 2008 using the sites tools and resources.

“There is a reason why John McCain has been able to earn more than 70% of the Hispanic vote in his home state of Arizona”, said Ben Mendez, HDM organizer in Texas and lifelong Democrat. “McCain’s Hispanic supporters, both democrat
and republican, know he is independent, courageous, and patriotic. They also know that he is willing to go against his party and stand up for issues that are in the best interest of the community.”

HDM organizer in Nevada, Fernando Romero, a Democrat and president of Hispanics in Politics which endorsed Richardson in the caucus, added, “The Hispanic vote will make the difference in several battleground states. Therefore, it is necessary that we inform our community that McCain has shown leadership on issues that are of importance to Hispanics, such as the economy, immigration, national security, and healthcare.”

The site includes links for contacting Hispanic Democrats for McCain coordinators and for volunteering to join the thousands of Democrats that are already members of Team McCain-Palin. Hispanic Democrats for McCain is a grassroots organization dedicated to country first, Party second.

I have said since the beginning of this horrible fraud of an election that the FEDS would get Obama some day. He’s just too filthy dirty and he thinks he is above the law. I guess it’s his narcissism. Hubris does it every time. Wow, wow, wow, thanks everyone for the great news. This is incredible. The October Bombs are indeed dropping. While I am not getting excited about any surprise video for October Surprise, I know there must be someone out there with some kind of video of Barack, Michelle, Ayers w/Obama, etc….. that can show America what Obama is about.

Here is a rant by my wife that I thought you would all enjoy..

Oblahma needs a different button for each day of the week.
“Uh, Uh I’m for higher taxes, I mean lower taxes, I mean I’m going to give everybody a tax break. I’m going to pull out of Iraq, but I’m going to Uh, Uh, conquer the mountains of Afghanistan where those darned tribes hang out–I’m smarter than the Russian’s and Alexander the Great!
We’re gonna find that Osama when he’s in his bed hooked up to a machine having his blood flushed-I’m sure he’s still alive.
I’m going to talk to Achmadinejad and if he doesn’t behave I’ll blow him off the planet. Uh, uh, and uh, if Alqaeda goes into Iraq, well, we’ll just have to go back to the war in Iraq, oh and a while we’re at it we need to go to war with Pakistan.
But then again I’m not for war, I’ll solve all these problems around the world in my first 60 days in office and pull all the troops out of Iraq, oh, ah, well maybe not all, but definitely in the first 60 days. Oh, uh no make that sixteen months and let me announce a date for withdrawal to give Iran enough time to prepare to take over the country.

We don’t need that oil. We can just inflate our tires. I know I’ve been against any form of new technology, voted against nuclear power, but I’m for it now. Promised to lower taxes for everyone in Illinois, oh, uh but didn’t get around to it.. But, ah I’ll do it for all American’s, except those making over $42,000, oh I mean $250,000. Them I’ll strip of their money so that all the businesses in America collapse and then the government will support everyone and everyone will have health care. Oh, but did I mention that I’m going to double taxes on everyone who has a pension, 401K, makes any money in the stock market or on the sale of a house, business or land.

If you’re poor now, you’ll love me. I’m going to put a chicken in every pot and a Volkswagon in every driveway. Ah, that was Hitler-didn’t mean to let that slip out.

the real question is, are enough Hillary supporters going to vote for McCain, or just not vote at all, giving McCain a chance to win?

  • James

I don’t know. All McCain has said is that he will have a bipartisan administration. I doubt she’s willing to give up her Senate seat and become unpopular working in a Republican presidency. It would be weird if she were to run in 2012 against McCain or Palin. So, not going to happen. But I’m sure he will utilize her power among Democrats to push forward ideas for the economy and energy, especially if he plans buying out the mortgages and refinancing them. That’s probably what he meant.

  • DJ

When he is available, John McCain is friendly and loquacious. Obama holds news conferences, but seldom banters with the reporters who’ve been following him for thousands of miles around the country. Go figure.

The above is in reference to the traveling press corps for each candidate. So if BO seldom banters with the press on his plane, why all the complaints about Palin not giving lots of interviews (and she’s not running for Prez). She’s only been at it for 6 weeks and BO for 2 years. The MSM bias is sickening!

  • John Smith

I would not worry about it. From the early turnout in Ohio you can tell that there is really not such a great enthusiasm for Obama. Only 28K people turned out to vote. That does not bow well for the Democrats.

  • DJ

LLL- MSM said most of Hillary’s voters have come round and are voting for BO. They said most of the women have come back to BO, too. Have no idea if it’s true. Might be a ploy to make people think it’s OK to vote BO. We’ll find out Nov 4.

I love this country to let them make feel otherwise, I own my vote, I will vote, and I will be voting for McCain/Palin not because his old and wise, because he is honest, he is not afraid of admitting that someone is right and he is wrong, he is not perfect, that what aging and experience brings for those who are blessed to last that long, my God bless him, he is my hero.

I will give him all that I have.

As for what Sarah “knows…” I posted a few days ago that I attended a McCain fundraiser and met Ron Nehring, campaign manager. I specifically asked him WTF they were doing and when would they go after Obama? He did the same thing Palin did…he told me not to worry and he just smiled a HUGE smile. He gave me his card and I emailed him. Basically same thing. I knew he knew something. Keep in mind that John McCain is the same man who was brilliant enough to announce Palin at the perfect moment and steal Obama’s convention bounce after that ridiculous Toga Party. The other thing one of the campaign people told us was to go have a beer with Cindy and Palin…that that’s who those two are. Just great people who love this country. I am feeling sooooo good right now. Oh God please let this be the end of Obama’s reign of terror on this country. The Obama Campaign has cast such an ugly spell on America. 26 days and counting until we are free of their stink. God Bless America.

  • BOMBS AWAY O-BOMB!

As for the Hillary voters, I doubt it. That’s another MSM load of BS. None of my Hillary voters would ever vote for that traitor who stole her nomination. Never. Obama had 58% of the Hillary voters in June and it hadn’t changed as much as a few weeks ago. I doubt it changed that much since. Anyway, by the time all of this stuff comes out I am praying that NO ONE will get to vote for Obama. He’ll be in cuffs. ROFLMAO.

Funny but not funny. When you stop laughing, you realize it’s WAY too close to true.

I suggest a Sarah Palin speech with this as her text. Only she could get away with it.

    But, it’s the truth.

    Send that to some people.

I’d change the end (the Hitler reference) only because it’s already great and you don’t need it, only excuses people to dismiss it.

It’s WONDERFUL. Copy it and send it everywhere.

    This is really the POINT.

I saw a series of videos (where are they now — I really should write thest things down) of interviews with The One, simply his own words, back and forth. In one interview he’d say X and in the next, literally, he would be asked about it and say, no kidding, “I never said that.”

Unbelievable. It was about getting troops out of Iraq. He’s adopted everybody’s position as one point or another. His motto: You need a position, I got positions, what are you, left, right or middle?

But, hey, when you get a free ride and you can do what he’s done as you make such great fun of in your piece, every other day, without anybody ever calling you on it or caring if someone does, you can say just about anything you want. Nobody cares.

    ######

By way of follow-up, I have to share this. A cartoon my dad showed me a long time ago, that I never forgot, because I thought it was so funny.

It was I think on Fractured Fairy Tales (Rocky & Bullwinkle).

    Anyway…

A throng is gathered in an open square in front of a tall tower with a small door and balcony. Out onto the balcony comes “King Leonardo” king of the kingdom of Bongo Bongo (where their main export is… yes, bongo’s).

The crowd erupts with shouts of “Yay, King Leonardo, Hooray, King Leonardo.”

He waves them quiet and issues a royal proclamation as follows:

“He who has little shall have less and he who has nothing shall have it taken from him.”

The crowd immediately erupts again in shouts of “Yay, King Leonardo, Hooray, King Leonardo!”

I know it’s silly but I have a strange sense of humor — I laughed for days.

    Sound familiar?

No matter what The Silver Tongued Devil says, the crowd erupts with “Yay, King Obama, Hooray for King Obama!!!!!”

If this were a comic strip, it might be funny.

But, it’s not. It’s all too real.

Haven’t read the thread yet, but this just in!!
Lord i hope this is true!!

Tonight we talked to someone who works in the federal courts here in Chicago.

The buzz in those corridors is that federal prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald has been leading a team of FBI investigators in 10 states working on a RICO case.

Today, it was announced that ACORN is being investigated in 10 states.

That’s one Hell of a coincidence.

We asked why Fitzgerald would be involved in this, because he’s the prosecutor on the Tony Rezko case and we aren’t aware of ACORN being investigated in Illinois.

We were told that ACORN was investigated in Illinois years ago, and it was a Fitzgerald case then. This means ACORN’s activities today, involving a conspiracy to commit multi-state voter fraud on SoetorObama’s behalf, are an extension of that previous ACORN case.

Hillary’s voters (well some, but not many) aren’t talking to the MSM so I have no idea where they got that “fact” — probably where they get the rest of their “insight” — from peering into a place where the sun doesn’t shine. Don’t worry about it.

PUMA alone has over 5 million members.

And I can’t imagine someone actually joining PUMA and not voting.

    Kathy,

I *did* see most of what was cited on that blog, out on the net prior to reading that blogger’s article.

I did not see the “Progressive Populist” article, but I did see the other ones the writer referred to, during my all-night search binge a couple days ago when someone on NQ invited folks to get digging. Because I saw everything else from my own investigations before reading his blog, my hunch is that this other page is legit, too, and part of the scrubbed history of Obama.

I just completely glossed over “NP member” at the beginning of a sentence with Obama’s name at the end of the sentence, and the connection didn’t stick with me when I originally saw it.

  • Bellevue_NW_Voter The Renter

Heck yeah. And here’s the thing. Most of us have been intimidated into silence, so there is no telling how many of us there REALLY are out there.

It’s a variation on the Bradley effect, which should now be called the Obama effect. People that I know, who are voting McCain (both Dems and Republicans), are being a bit quieter about it this year than they’ve usually been, for fear of reprisals from the Obama crowd. The Obama crowd has really seemed to have a chilling effect on political expression, among those who are not on the Obama side, and that’s especially true for those of us who are crossing party lines to vote Nobama.

  • NoBamaNoWay

;) When I read the above post about the surprise coming from McCain tomorrow I had that flash through my head. I really don’t believe McCain will serve or try to serve two terms. I could be wrong, but I think he’ll serve 4 years and finally go home to spend some real time with his family. In 2012 we’ll see Sarah and Hillary. I’ve always believed in either Hillary’s cabinet or McCain’s cabinet there would be a special role for either or.

  • wodiej

so….just because a half black man is running for President, then all of a sudden it’s important to vote?? And it wasn’t important to care about what goes on in our country before that because the President or candidate wasn’t black? That is yet another example of a lack of priorities.

  • Monan

Proof of Obama’s membership in the New Party was discovered by the Politically Drunk On Power blog:

In June sources released information that during his campaign for the State Senate in Illinois, Barack Obama was endorsed by an organization known as the Chicago “New Party”. The ‘New Party’ was a political party established by the Democratic Socialists of America (the DSA) to push forth the socialist principles of the DSA by focusing on winnable elections at a local level and spreading the Socialist movement upwards. The admittedly Socialist Organization experienced a moderate rise in numbers between 1995 and 1999. By 1999, however, the Socialist ‘New Party’ was essentially defunct after losing a supreme court challenge that ruled the organizations “fusion” reform platform as unconstitutional.

After allegations surfaced in early summer over the ‘New Party’s’ endorsement of Obama, the Obama campaign along with the remnants of the New Party and Democratic Socialists of America claimed that Obama was never a member of either organization. The DSA and ‘New Party’ then systematically attempted to cover up any ties between Obama and the Socialist Organizations. However, it now appears that Barack Obama was indeed a certified and acknowledged member of the DSA’s New Party.

I also don’t think there is an October surprise. Something would’ve leaked by now.

  • Monan

All polls are fixed by Crookie Media. I think there will be a surprise from McCain’s compaign about HUSSEIN OBAMA’s dual CITIZENSHIP which will automatically disqualify him from being the PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES. At that time, DNC will be in a big trouble whether who can be its presidental CANDIDATE, is it JOe B?

I just read an article at American Thinker, “Barack Obama and the Strategy of Manufactured Crisis”

    http://www.americanthinker.com/2008/09/barack_obama_and_the_strategy.html

Seems to explain why it would be beneficial to have fraudulent voter registration applications that would seem to not really benefit the candidate. “2. Overwhelm the system with fraudulent registrations using multiple entries of the same name, names of deceased, random names from the phone book, even contrived names.”

  • Perry Logan

Whoops. The passage beginning “ACORN was a target” is supposed to be a block quote.

Strange video explaining the whole thing:

I think him using her housing crisis idea and crediting her went a long way. I don’t think she’d go so far as to endorse him. But I do think she and Bill may give him some ammunition they have found out. I pray I’m right!

bush won florida recount by less than 550 votes.

If you dont think every little bit of fraud helps….

Make sure you vote on Election Day.

The media has got us to the point if we use his name , we are racist. Wow, that is messed up. Maybe when/if he changed his name from Soetoro to Obama he should have changed his middle name too if He thinks it is racist.

PS: The CBC is a racist organization.

Did you see what Acorn did in Nevada? Someone registered the Dallas Cowboys’ starting lineup:

    http://www.star-telegram.com/332/story/958266.html

LAS VEGAS — Nevada authorities seized records Tuesday from a group they accused of submitting fraudulent voter-registration forms — including for the starting lineup of the Dallas Cowboys.

“Tony Romo is not registered to vote in the state of Nevada, and anybody trying to pose as Terrell Owens won’t be able to cast a ballot on Nov. 4,” said Secretary of State Ross Miller, referring to star players on the pro football team.

State authorities raided the headquarters of the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now, a group that works to register low-income people.

I have been praying for something, anything powerful to change peoples hearts and to open people’s eyes to the TRUTH. Obamamaniacs blindly follow so much that it scares me. Very cultish. People aren’t even open to reason and discussion.

try hitting ENTER right after the link — that works on some sites — no problem for me, here, however

  • Newly Independent

I struggle with that “link” button too.

  • Newly Independent

Thanks! I’ll try that. That “link” button bothers me. :-)

Out of morbid curiosity, I checked the Internet Archive for “Iraq” and “weapons mass destruction”. Check this out from 2001.

    http://web.archive.org/web/20011215005806/cns.miis.edu/research/wmdme/iraq.htm

So, if Obama was the sole voice against Iraq… given what everybody “knew”… including the “Center for Nonproliferation Studies”… was Obama right? Did he have insight nobody else could have had? Was he just lucky? Or, was there another reason we haven’t heard yet? Interesting.

Frankly, I had started to worry that those “last smoke, last cup of joe” folks were fictional…damn, I hope that Sarah and John are going to stop BO in his tracks!

How do you do this? what kind of screen commands?

I hope they continue to investigate this fraud and Acorn in Ohio. Fox just had an Ohio news reporter on and he said while the same day voter registration/vote was fairly low, Acorn has been working for months to register new voters and there were 600,000 new voters signed up. The Dems have been setting this up for months. Maybe a lot of new registrants won’t actually vote, but 600,000 is a huge number. They are slanted towards the Dems. The reporter said they had buses and vans and promises of food to get these people to register over the past months. The Obama ground troops have been working for a long time. Scary.

I hope he has them locked in a fireproof safe. It would be a shame if there is a burglary or mysterious fire before Monday.

unfortunately, the northern part of New Mexico has more voters than the southeast. The suotheast part of the state will vote McCain.

  • Seattle Moss

Indie dog, I’m happy that you enjoyed reading my piece and sent it to the McCain campaign. These are the points that I’ve been wanting them to bring out. Obama says yes I’ll do that and moments later says no he didn’t mean that. Very perceptive of you to see that he mimics whatever candidate he’s combating.

Sugar, of the Sugar ‘n Spice blog has a video up today exploring the Odinga connection. I’ll get the link.

Yes, I see people talk, talk talk. That was the same thing with Hillary’s campaign. Talk does not get the work done. Get on the field, Knock door to door, convince friends. Tell them to ensure there is check and balance in Washington. Do not elect a Democratic Congress and a Democratic President!!!! WAKE UP.

  • Salida

Read, help McCain, people, help. Do not leave this country to the Dems.

Thanks. I’m just worried. I keep telling people and no one seem to be listening. Don’t give this country to Obama and Michelle. They’ll be sorry. I hope the “guilt by heritage to their forefathers who enslaved the blacks” whites who are voting for Obama can have an aha moment b/f the elections and see that they’re making a mistake. Not voting for Obama is not being a racist. I am BLACK.
