I have a little over 63 thousands left to pay of my mortgage, but I try to get smaller payments. Gues what, they dont want to talk to me about, because to small amoun, ao will charge me much higher intrest. I THOUGHT, THAT OUR BANKS ARE IN A BIG TROUBLE, AND NEED MONEY, AND 63 THOUSADS IS NOT A SMALL AMOUNT. SO I call to few bancs to find if I be able to refinance my home.
