Nowadays, when someone can be the frontrunning candidate for president and shrug off a decades long association with an unrepentant terrorist as just a guy in the neighborhood, my memories are polluted by a new version of the old song: "O the Terrorist's a person in my neighborhood, In my neighborhood, in my NAY-BOR-HOOD, O the Terrorist's a person in your neighborhood, A person that you see each day."
