I mean, there is so much proof of his connection to ACORN, this is laughable. But CNN and MSNBC will cover it, you “betcha”. If McCain doesn’t use this well, he is just asking to lose.

Barack Obama took time out from debate preparations today to weigh in on the increasingly loud controversy over an activist group’s voter registration drive.

The Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now, known as ACORN, claims to have registered 1.3 million young people, minorities, and working-class voters. But some of those registration cards have listed dead or nonexistent people and are being investigated in at least eight states.

Republican John McCain, and today his running mate Sarah Palin, have called on Obama to take control of ACORN’s activities. “Obama has a responsibility to rein in ACORN and prove that he is willing to fight voter fraud,” she told radio talk show host Rush Limbaugh today.

But Obama told reporters in Ohio today that he his campaign has no direct ties with ACORN and that he is concerned that the criticism is designed to discourage voters.

“We’ve got the best voter registration, turnout, and volunteer operation in politics right and we don’t need ACORN’s help,” Obama said. “What I want to make sure of, though, is that this is not used as an excuse for the kind of voter suppression tactics that we’ve seen in the past. Let’s make sure everybody is voting, everybody is registered, everybody is doing this is a lawful way.”

On Friday, six GOP leaders wrote to Attorney General Michael Mukasey to urge him to make sure ballots by ineligible or fraudulent voters are not counted on Nov. 4, the Associated Press reports.

When API told her that our online news media was only relaying what the American Bloggers and other media outlets had discovered through their investigations, Mrs Obama was angered and she came out loud with the following: “African press International is supposed to support Africans and African-American view,” and she went to state that, “it is strange that API has chosen to support the racists against my husband. There is no shame in being adopted by a step father. All dirt has been thrown onto my husband’s face and yet he loves this country. My husband and I know that there is no law that will stop him from becoming the president, just because some American white racists are bringing up the issue of my husband’s adoption by His step father. The important thing here is where my husband’s heart is at the moment. I can tell the American people that My husband loves this country and his adoption never changed his love for this country. He was born in Hawaii, yes, and that gives him all the right to be an American citizen even though he was adopted by a foreigner; says Michelle Obama on telefon to API.”

This is a very interesting turn of events. The American man Dr Corsi was recently reported to have been arrested in Kenya because there was fear that he might reveal information on Obama when he wanted to hold a press conference in Nairobi.

The question now is why he was arrested and who ordered his arrest. Was Obama’s hand in this in any way? We will never know the truth but what is clear is that Dr Corsi was seen as a threat while in Kenya.

When API asked Mrs Obama to comment on why Dr Corsi was arrested by the Kenyan government and whether she thought Kenya’s Prime Minister Mr Raila Odinga was involved in Dr Corsi’s arrest, she got irritated and and simply told API not to dig that which will support evil people who are out to stop her husband from getting the presidency.

When asked who she was referring to as the evil people, she stated that she was not going to elaborate much on that but that many conservative white people and even some African Americans were against her husband, but that this group of blacks were simply doing so because of envy.

On Farakhan and his ministry, Mrs Obama told API that it was unfortunate that Mr Farakhan came out the way he did supporting her husband openly before the elections was over. That was not wholehearted support but one that was calculated to convince the American people that my husband will support the growth of muslim faith if he became the president, adding “even if my husband was able to prove that he is not a Muslim, he will not be believed by those who have come out strongly to destroy his chances of being the next President. Do real people expect someone to deny a religion when 80 percent of his relatives are Muslims?; Mrs Obama asked.

Mrs Obama asked API to write a good story about her husband and that will earn API an invitation to the innoguration ceremony when, as she put it , her husband will be installed as the next President of the United States of America next year.

But this is a democracy and we’re having an election. That won’t work.

First of all, I don’t view 0bama as AA. He only appears that way physically. He was raised in a household with his white family. Not that there is anything wrong with that. This is about him not having any sociological connection to me and my experience.

I have biracial friends who can pass for white. If 0bama looked like them, no one in the black community would have taken him seriously, no matter how experienced he was.

If this story has been verified, then why did 0bama never mention he was adopted by Soetoro? There’s too much secrecy with this guy. Even if he was a pure AA, with this background, I would never vote for him.

How does ACORN recieve federal money when it is clearly partisan? Why is this not being asked?

The federal money was granted to ACORN by the Community Re-investment Act of 1977 and updated by President Clinton during his administration. The pupose is to fund “counseling” to help lower income people get a mortgage.
Unfortunately, the Act allows ACORN to use the “roolze” to force lenders to make these mortgages and give ACORN the legal basis to punish them if they don’t comply.
Isn’t it convenient that ACORN has had the backing of Sen. Obama, a good Constitutional lawyer, who has an interest in the “roolze”.
It’s time to re-visit the Community Re-investment Act and make sure that the people ACORN ‘serves’ benefit, instead of enriching this nefarious organization.

They hide and spin information and then claim McCain is not running a good campaign.
He has been talking non stop about the economy for weeks, but recieves no credit.
He has had a central message; Country First, Government should work FOR us, the media ignores it.
He has drawn contrasts between he and Poor Judgment Barry, the media ignores it.

Secondly, until now, I’ve never even heard of the API. And I would safely bet that the VAST majority of Americans have never heard of the API. How many Americans check the API for daily news? The API is in Africa. So – once again – Michelle probably thought that her rant would be completely under the radar. That it would go unnoticed by most Americans.

And then there’s the Berg lawsuit. Obama and the DNC are quietly fighting the lawsuit in Pennsylvania and obviously Obama STILL hasn’t turned over his original birth certificate to the PA judge. As time is running out, this case is a silent time bomb – waiting to explode at any moment (not directly through the MSM though). It now looks like some close to Obama over in Kenya are beginning to cooperate with the people involved in the Berg case. And that has to have the Obamas seriously on edge. This could definitely motivate Michelle to confront the API for reporting all of these developments.

Now obviously, this API story hasn’t been confirmed yet – if at all. Therefore, it is wise at this point to take this story with a grain of salt. But, today the API has stated on their blog that they’re willing to confirm their story by disclosing evidence of Michelle’s conversation to interested parties.

We’ll know whether or not the API is telling the truth soon…..

He then stalled the calls for revotes (of course, he suggested a caucus in Fl), and eventually it led to the RBC meeting where his surrogates violated the Democratic Party Charter by reallocating delegates to favor BO, including giving him some of HRC’s. Finally, he “graciously reinstated” the delegates at the Convention, after his campaign and the DNC bullied the delegates to fall in line and concede their right to vote for the candidate their constituents chose.

THIS guy is demanding voter’s rights?! He is a compulsive liar and a fraud, and each new day only confirms that is true.

After the debate, Hillary, who will be part of the audience, will get part of the spot light. Lets see what will she say.

She will McCain was wrong here there everywhere but Barack Obama was right, his tax cuts will give 95 percent of Americans a tax cut, he will institute universal health care during his term in office, his jobs tax credits will stimulate the creation of jobs, and he will provide a tax credits to pay for tuition for college students.

She will also say McCain’s foreclosure plan, even if it is similar to what I proposed, to buy up mortgages will not work to stabilize the home real estate market but that Obama’s plan to freeze mortgage foreclosures for three months will help put people back in their homes.

Looking back to when she asked us if we were in it for her, as if our support was merely a cult of personality, I see now that she was expecting us to be good partisans. However, it is also true that he was not elected to head the Law Review according to the normal standards (which were dropped the year he was chosen), and that he has absolutely no record of penning legal scholarly articles (in fact, after his year heading the law review, they made it a requirement that the President of the Law Review had to write an article), that the year he presided over the Law Review, it was considered to be a very mediocre year for the review, and that he was never offered a judicial clerkship (absolutely common for every President of the Harvard Law Review).

The Deval Patrick governorship was the “test” campaign for this Democratic run. We had Hope/Change/Believe, we had the same speeches that Obama gives, we had a lot of bullshit and rhetoric and no goddamned plans….

AND LOOK WHAT IS HAPPENING TO MASSACHUSETTS NOW!!!

Patrick is in the process of cutting MUSCLE, not fat, from the state budget, and the state is ready to revolt. He’s firing state workers (bet his cronies keep their jobs) cutting back services, and rolling up the sidewalks…WHY? Because the asshole HOPED, and BELIEVED that he could change minds in the legislature and get them to shake more dough out of the already overtaxed citizenry.

And what was Patrick doing while the shit was hitting the Massachusetts fan?
