Are You Joe the Plumber?

The real “Joe the Plumber” has a few more to go on his 15 minutes of fame, although Joe is transitioning into a symbol that represents a lot of Americans, especially those who own small businesses. That symbol may stick around for a while.
John McCain was fast to pick up on Joe’s plight. Now you can tell your own story. See details below.
We told ours.
Our family and our partner own a small tool business. But, with housing starts and automobile sales way down (most of the products are for working on homes and cars), we are bracing for a hit. The employees depend on us to feed their families and for health insurance. For small businesses to endure more taxes when most are already struggling to survive would be like tossing gasoline on a fire.
If you have a story to tell, here’s the info.
If you are a small business owner and don’t want the government to spread your wealth, let us know. Join our “Joe the Plumber” coalition by sending your story to FLJoethePlumber@JohnMcCain.com or by calling our “Joe the Plumber” hotline at 850-391-3304. Tell us how raising taxes and “spreading the wealth around” will hurt your business.
