Sleepless – in other words the democrats who SO badly want Obama to win are going to use ALL OF US, the WHOLE nation, as a guinea pig to test the “newbie’s” inexperience??? This ‘experiment’, err..crisis MIGHT put ALL (includes you Obots, too)of our lives at risk just so the ‘newbie’ can get some ‘on the job training’?

Biden told the Obama donors that his (Obama’s) decision (whatever it will be) might not be popular OR the RIGHT THING TO DO, but he asks that his (Obama’s) supporters stand behind him – EVEN IF THAT INVOLVES GETTING A LOT OF INNOCENT PEOPLE KILLED due to his making the WRONG decision? It sounds to me like Biden ALREADY thinks Obama will make WRONG decisions.

Wonder if some of those same supporters would still ‘stand behind’ Obama if any of their relatives/friends were tragically affected by his decision?

Yes, i get disgusted every time i hear him bring that up again. He seems to have been in the tank for “Kill that Baby!” Obama ever since too. After last Thursday, when O’reilly said Senator Commie was an honest man, i just turned off his show & will never turn it on again. You are correct: Bill doesn’t report a story, he just promotes himself. Same deal with his Barney Frank interview: no one remembers Frank being deservedly discredited & disgraced as he should have been; they only remember Oreilly grand standing. O’reilly again had that perfect opportunity to actually serve the public, but he made it all about himself instead. I can only guess that the reason he respects “Kill that Baby” Obama so much is that he has finally met an ego that surpasses his own. Sadly, while i probably agree with O’ on more issues than not, i think his show has turned into a joke.

Orson Scott Card is an awesome author…but he is a Mormon fanatic. Just saying. If he thought his dead boys book would introduce Mormon life as anything but a cult he was mistaken.

I would not take a single thing he says outside of fantasy as normal thought.

The Mormons think that the males will be gods of their own planets and the women can only be pulled into these (cough) “heavens” by their god-males where they will be part of a harem populating the planet with ghost-babies.
