Will Floridians Like Obama “Spreading The Wealth?”

The “Joe The Plumber” incident keeps growing legs, as well it should.

Florida polls are reporting a slight uptick for McCain and a downturn of several points for Obama. As the race tightens, McCain’s economic message seems to be hitting home and Senator Obama’s rare unscripted moment continues to haunt him. His blunder gave voters the clearest picture yet of Senator Obama’s tax plans for us.

Today, popular Florida Governor Charlie Christ is featured on the new McCain/Palin radio ad “Spread the Wealth.”

  • http://www.wewillnotbesilenced2008.com OBAMA IS A FRAUD

    FROM THE WALL STREET JOURNAL

    The Election Choice: Taxes
The difference between candidates is the widest it’s been in over two decades.

When it comes to taxes, the difference between Barack Obama and John McCain is arguably as wide as it’s been in a presidential race since Ronald Reagan and Walter Mondale battled in 1984. Sen. Obama is proposing to raise taxes more than any recent candidate, while Sen. McCain wants to cut them substantially. Most of the campaign debate has been over whose taxes would be raised, and whose cut.

    Here are the facts:

Mr. Obama would roll back the 2001 and 2003 tax cuts for taxpayers in the top two brackets, raising the top two marginal rates of income tax to 36% and 39.6% from 33% and 35%. The 33% rate begins to hit this year at incomes of $164,550 for an individual and $200,300 for joint filers. Mr. Obama claims no “working families” earning less than $250,000 would pay more in taxes, but that’s because he defines income more broadly than the taxable income line on the IRS form. If you’re an individual with taxable income of $164,550, you will pay more taxes.

The Democrat would also reinstate the phaseout of the personal exemptions and itemized deductions for married couples making more than $250,000 a year. Those phaseouts would raise the top marginal tax rate for millions of taxpayers by another 1.5 percentage points.

Capital gains and dividend taxes would increase to 20% from 15% for those making more than $250,000, although capital-gains taxes on investments in “start-ups” would be eliminated.

Good analysis, but I think the economic melt-down overshadows the analysis with people.

This is the same as 9-11.

I knew people would vote in Bush. They wanted retribution.

      Ditto today.

We’ll see how our Democracy withstands these obvious challenges.

      It’s a rough system.

Joe seems rather pissed that she didn’t get the memo. I did not like his attitude. Simply because she’s a woman, I’m gonna say it’s sexist. Is there anyway we can call him racist for this too? It seems to work for the other team.

i live in florida and watch wftv. they are trying to attack barbara west and now her bio is the second most searched item on the wftv website(not the interview but her personal bio and background). they are trying to do a joe the plumber hit job on her. i sent her an email and told her how great the interview was and how fair she is. she did an interview with john mccain on 10/14 and was tough also.

PLEASE email her and give your support

I’m from the Orlando area and Barbara West is one of my favorite anchors. I also wrote the station regarding her interview and thanked her for her courage. I also said that American citizens are wanting to know the truth, we have the questions, we want the answers. “We the People” deserve the truth about BO!
We cancelled the Orlando Slantinel with a big red CANCEL on the bill.

    • jimbob

Hell no we won’t like Obama “spreadin’ the wealth.” Joe Biden answers Barbara West’s legitimate questions by saying they are illegitimate. Cute … very cute Joe. Maybe Barbara should have asked you who Joseph Cari is, and what his relationship to you (Joe Biden) is. (Cari, who was Biden’s 1988 campaign finance director, pleaded guilty to extorting an $850,000 kickback from a PA corporation just a few months ago.) I really think Crist blew it in FLA for himself.

I think, *operative word*, McCain will pull it out.

Crist will be viewed as a sore loser.

He has failed to support his party.

    End of story.

    • typewriterstreaming

Yeah, really. wt fark with Crist? He’s a sour grape. I think McCain would have put him in his cabinet somewhere. Crist is holding backing 2 mil. in Fl. for his reelection bid in a couple of years. Geez already.

Thank you Annin Ca, from a Fl voter. You always are “not so positive” and never looking at the bright side of life.
Please try to leave dogma out. There are many colors. Life is not a simple black and white story. And please, the story never ends. It continues with or without our liking it or not.

Just read on FOX that Joe might run for congress. How great would that be if he knocked off some shit f***k lawyer who’s been there forever.

    • Liz B

I talked to my son out in KS last night, he had been very much against Obama, he used to support Hillary, he and his wife were planning on supporting McCain, then last night he said “John and Sarah really blew it”…I asked “how so?”…he said “That Joe the plumber guy…he isn’t named Joe, he’s not from Ohio, and he’s not even a plumber…plus, he said on the radio today that he really supports Obama”…I was all like “What? Where did you here this?” he tells me everybody out in Topeka and kansas City have been talking about it.
We hung up shortly after, and I was disturbed about it all night. I searched the web and I have heard nothing about anything about Joe being an Obama supportor…am I missing something?

  • SJ

Am so sick and tired of listening to the media as they pretend that may this race is over. Polls and more polls with Obama in the lead.

I really sometimes wonder if these people that sit before us talking on the TV daily looking forward for us to view to boast of their numbers, if they really care about this country.

Guess when I pay more taxes, or have to face higher prices or even have the little I have go to inner city kids who some don’t know where their fathers are, or who parents just dam well refuse to work for anything, I guess I should smile and say am giving a opportunity to another less fortunate than I am.

So while my heart and pockets are growing with kindness to my fellow man, I suddenly find my own family is starving, I hope the people in the media that support all of this never say one word if Obama wins this election just pay up, come on the tube give their lily white smile and pretend its all good as they do now.

    OT Berg lawwuit dismissed

The order and memorandum came down at approximately 6:15 p.m. on Friday. Philip Berg’s lawsuit challenging Illinois Sen. Barack Obama’s constitutional eligibility to serve as president of the United States had been dismissed by the Hon. R. Barclay Surrick on grounds that the Philadelphia attorney and former Deputy Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania lacked standing.

Surrick, it seemed, was not satisfied with the nature of evidence provided by Berg to support his allegations.

Various accounts, details and ambiguities from Obama’s childhood form the basis of Plaintiff’s allegation that Obama is not a natural born citizen of the United States. To support his contention, Plaintiff cites sources as varied as the Rainbow Edition News Letter … and the television news tabloid Inside Edition. These sources and others lead Plaintiff to conclude that Obama is either a citizen of his father’s native Kenya, by birth there or through operation of U.S. law; or that Obama became a citizen of Indonesia by relinquishing his prior citizenship (American or Kenyan) when he moved there with his mother in 1967. Either way, in Plaintiff’s opinion, Obama does not have the requisite qualifications for the Presidency that the Natural Born Citizen Clause mandates. The Amended Complaint alleges that Obama has actively covered up this information and that the other named Defendants are complicit in Obama’s cover-up.
A judge’s attitude toward the factual foundation of a plaintiff’s claims is an essential factor in understanding just who indeed has standing to sue. The question running to the heart of the standing doctrine is whether or not the plaintiff indeed has a personal stake in the outcome of the otherwise justiciable matter being adjudicated. As has been discussed before many times here at America’s Right, a plaintiff wishing to have standing to sue must show (1) a particularized injury-in-fact, (2) evidence showing that that the party being sued actually caused the plaintiff’s particularized injury-in-fact, and (3) that adjudication of the matter would actually provide redress.
    http://www.americasright.com

    • suskin

Cowardice. Pure and simple. Judge Surrick is a coward.

    • Latina

In my opinion, this is the most simplistic way of dismissing a civil suit. The judge dismissed the suit from “LACK OF STANDING”, not because of the inherent merits of the evidence. The judge talks about some evidence which makes the judge believe or not the Plaintiff has or not standing).
Berg could have had the most solid case in terms of evidence yet, the judge thinks, that according to who is a person who can bring this, he has no inherency of bringing up the issue.
In other words, if John McCain brings it up, maybe he has more standing because he is directly injured for he had to clear all the issues and test of being a Constitutionally vetted President and BHO did not,or thus being an irreparable damage for USA.
The Philadelphia Supreme Court believes that the only way a person can have standing is by Legislative action??? This makes no sense.
Maybe Berg can take the “standing” issue to a Higher Court. Myself, I have little hopes for this complaint because courts don’t like this issue.

  • wodiej

Florida is home to many on fixed incomes. They may be seniors but they are sharp and most will not be easily fooled. I am willing to bet they would trust McCain more.

Kenya has very good trade relationship with Iran and Obama’s first priority is to have high level discussions in the Kenyan capital. The first meeting will be chaired by Raila Odinga. The US is said to be represented in such a meeting by the US Ambassador in Nairobi. Iran is one of those to attend the meeting, but as an observer so that Obama will not be accused by his opponents for dramatically changing US Foreign policy.

To work with the Kenyans, the Obama administration will have Colin Powell, the former US Secretary for State as Obama’s Special envoy to Africa and the Middle East.

    JUDGES WHO WILL UNDERMINE CONSTITUTION
Obama has indicated he will appoint liberal judges who likely will serve as activists who legislate from the bench. Our nation is best served by judges who are guided by adherence to the constitutional principles that have made this nation great.
McCain will appoint judges who INTERPRET law. Nothing more…no legislation is allowed from the bench. Save the constitution.

    • Latina

      Go Sarah MAc
I agree with you. And this may be the most dangerous issue under the Obama administration. For we know that some extremely liberal judges have been key figures in “twisting” to the extremes and interpreting legal issues. It will have lasting effects for they are appointed FOR LIFE!!!

  • Bell’Artista

I really can’t understand why anyone with one functioning braincell in their skull and on e dollar in their wallet would vote for Obama.

The only group he offers anything to are people who won’t get off their couches and turn off network TV and go to work.
And these bums will help the rest of America how?

Reagan used to say that a rising tide lifts all ships….while not a huge fan of Reagan in the past….I do believe that the inverse is certainly true.
A low tide will sweep all ships out to sea.
    Great.

also, I love a blog where someone is quoted using the phrase ” churlish ovine catamites” I love having to run to my dictionary!
    Thank you Propertius!

    • AnninCA

      I can. McCain is Republican.

And that administration has devastated the economy, our culture…….frankly, everything.

People are, as Bill C. stated, ready for a complete change.

So I do understand why McCain may lose.

I think, personally, his message is on-target, right for the country, and he’d deliver.

But I think this is about change.

People regret their vote for Bush.

      • salamandermommy

And McCain is more of the same, at least 90 percent the same. We cannot continue to destroy our country. Obama/Biden 2008

        • Tyrione

This 90% argument regards 90% of the 2008 legislative acts that Bush signed into office.

Over the course of McCain’s entire tenure he’s vote 81% of the time for his party.

Obama’s voted 97% of the time for his party.

          Whose the party lacky?

        • Seattle Moss

It’s that 10% where we get attacked again because of weakness and lose it all that you should be worried about.

        • Tommyo07

          Salamandermommy,
You are deceived. McCain is nothing like Bush and the reality is Obama’s fiscal policies are more like Bush. Increase spending, increase debt. Bush has spent at double the rate on social programs that Clinton did and Obama will double down on his spending. McCain is for reigning it in. McCain voted with Bush 81% of the time and the most liberal senator in the senate (Obama) voted with Bush 50% of the time. McCain is a moderate Obama is a far left liberal. Bush is a fiscal liberal and a social conservative.

        • sarah tufts

How convenient for you AnninCa, to blame everything on the Republicans when in fact you can trace ALL of the financial mess back to the disgusting Democrats. Acorn, Acorn, Acorn is the Democrats’ baby and it has bitten us in the ass. How dumb is Acorn. Giving people a mortgage they can’t afford to pay….yes you can thank the Dems for that, and all of the working people and retirees who have a nest egg will pay for those lousy lazy MF’ers. I am one of those retirees and I’m pissed.

JHOW PRECIOUS IS IT TO PUT SOMEONE IN A HOME THEY CAN’T AFFOR. ONLY A DUMBASS LIBERAL COULD THINK THAT ONE UP

        • Salamandermommy

Acorn? Give it up. You are an idiot. Edyookate yerself (Palin speak since you appear to need things dumbed down). Cheers.

          • Seattle Moss

This is a decisive election between liberty and tyranny. We won’t be able to reverse the possible damage that will happen if Obama gets elected. The rest of the world is arming up, and the Democrats want us to turn a blind eye to this and focus on a socialist state and cut our defenses even further. Also, when you look at Obama and his interests and associations, one realizes that this is about redistributing power and wealth, regardless of what the economic consequences may be.

            • http://insightanalytical.wordpress.com/ Grail Guardian

As always, right on the money Seattle Moss.

          • Tommyo07

Again Salamandermommy you are deceived. You have no idea what you are talking about.

One of the primary goals of ACORN was to force banks and lending institutions (through public cries of racism or through Democrat supported legislation) to provide funds for the unqualified, the poor and minorities. These efforts helped significantly to the mortgage crisis we now face.

And it is so humorous to have someone like you disparage the intellect of Sarah Palin. She is a two term mayor, chairperson of a statewide energy commission that was responsible for decisions that were in the neighborhood of billions of dollars and is one of only 50 people (out of 350 million) that serves as a Governor in America (and she has the highest approval rating). What exactly have you accomplished? You arent even smart enough to make informed, intelligent comments on a blog site, but you can call Palin dumb. You just repeat talking points, “Palins dumb, Palins dumb…”
You are a moron, plain and simple.

        • Diana

Biden finally got asked some tough questions today and out and out lied throughout the interview!
          http://www.wftv.com/video/17790025/index.html
He said they’ve never given any money to ACORN. Too bad CNN reported they gave 800,000 to ACORN for get out the vote.
          http://tinyurl.com/4zfbvm
Listen to his explanation on Obama’s spread the wealth and what he said about Obama being tested.

Nothing but out and out lies. If Joe’s mouth is moving you know nothing but lies are falling out, so you can’t even count all his lies. We won’t even talk about the 155 lies from Obama alone…that’s some change.

        • AnninCA

Oh, I know it’s a lie. Trust me.

      • Sue

Honestly, I regret my vote for Bush because he’s a fiscal socialist and has spent money like a drunken sailor, but I do not regret my vote for Bush due to the fact that he has kept this country safe since 9/11. He’ll always have my gratitude for that.

You can’t blame this economic meltdown on Republicans and the Bush administration alone. Democrats like Barney Frank and Maxine Waters said there was nothing wrong with Fannie and Freddie..you know all of this.

It goes way back to the Community Reinvestment Act with ACORN tied in along the way. It’s much deeper than just one administration.

I understand people’s unhappiness with President Bush, because I’m one of them. But McCain is NOT George W. Bush.

  • benny

“spreading the wealth”. a typical re-distribution democrat. Clearly you are unaware of why the country is suffering if you are ignorant enough to blame the GOP. That’s ridiculous. Andrew, listen to me. You are just making yourself a nervous wreck. McCain is going to win this election hands down. I’ve voted for 24 years and I know what I’m talking about. Turn off the tv, don’t go to any internet news stations. If you want to go someplace, go the the aol straw poll…I know it reassures me every day:-)

The only way that I see Obama winning this election is if the voting machines themselves are tampered with. And, honestly, I have been worried about that. Why? Because O seems so confident he will win. Imho, that can only be because the fix is in & the machines are rigged. This I’m worried about.

If I personally know that many — you do the math…

It should be very obvious to any person that the corporate media has bene in the tank for him all year — Newsweek had him up by some ridiculous amount before a primary with Hillary and she beat him by tem points.

It should be very obvious to any person that the corporate media has been in the tank for him all year — Newsweek had him up by some ridiculous amount before a primary with Hillary and she beat him by ten points.

Turn this crap off, make phone calls, send articles, talk to neighbors, tell those you know to vote.

That’s because Barky’s favorite primary song was “I’ve got 99 problems but a bitch ain’t one of the.” and his choice in music helped me decide he would never get my vote.

Americans Might Want To Heed the Admonitions of The Past Regarding Election
    October 25, 2008 by zachjonesishome
Americans Might Want To Heed the Admonitions of The Past

We are quickly approaching the day when the direction of America will be decided. Will America follow a course steeped in ideology tempered by history or will she follow a course steeped mainly in ideology? Will the electorate be aware that these are America’s choices? Probably not, looking at the current polls, it appears that this election will be based mostly on faith and hope for change. If informed reason were being applied, the poll results would most likely be different.

One can easily draw the distinction between Senators McCain and Obama based on ideology tempered by history verses ideology alone by looking closely at their lives.

A person I admire, Oprah Winfrey, once said, “When someone shows you who they are, believe them the first time.” I think this is sound advice that proves true 99 percent of the time. America has seen Sen. McCain through many years and he has remained a consistent and dedicated public servant. Early in his career in the military he probably held strongly to some sort of ideology that grew out of the cold war. Maybe it involved the concepts of good forces prevailing over unjust forces. Just as the Vietnam War grew out of the cold war and threw light on the realities of conflict; the Vietnam War experience threw light on Sen. McCain’s own view of life.

When I look at Sen. McCain, I see a man who understands that core principles are what you are and they must not change simply because a situation changes. A severely battered John McCain had had an opportunity to leave his prison in Vietnam before other prisoners who were more senior, but he refused. Sen. McCain looked the immigration issue in America with compassion and tried to find a practical solution, an action that brought him condemnation by many. Sen. McCain warned of the financial nightmare that Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac abuses were causing; but the Democrats in charge chose to ignore his advice. Many times Sen. McCain has reached across the aisle, pragmatically, to try to find solutions to America’s problems.

Sen. John McCain is a man of core principles and the one he holds most dear is “Country First”. I believe him because as Oprah said, “When someone shows you who they are, believe them the first time.” Whatever ideology Sen. McCain may have held as a younger man has been tempered by his own history and America’s history into a commitment to put the interests of America above his own. This is the America voter’s choice of ideology tempered by history.

When I look at Sen. Obama, I see a man who has burst on the scene and captured the imaginations of millions. Surprisingly, supporters seem to have developed an incredibly strong attachment to the idea of Obama and what they perceive that means; so strong, in fact, that it boarders on religious faith. Many issues that would have sunk any other politician have disappeared in the mist. The Senator’s backers appear more preoccupied with his rhetoric of the future than anything about the past, any past, including Sen. Obama’s. The past is cliché, boring, out of date, damaged goods with no place in today’s world. However, Albert Einstein might have a little different view of the past. He has said, “The distinction between the past, present and future is only a stubbornly persistent illusion”. I think Albert Einstein would consider Sen. Obama’s past just as important as the man being presented today.

Given the relative lack of leadership experience of Sen. Obama, reason would seem to dictate that his past should be even more important as a predictor of his future actions. However, in the politics of the day, the Media has assumed the role of advocate and obscurer for Sen. Obama’s campaign. Americans, who are trying to make a reasoned decision, are therefore having a very difficult time discerning what information is truthful and accurate; and what is not. What are the facts? This is a very real question in the minds of many voters. Quills drawn, the Media’s theory is that Obama is the one who must lead America. To support their vision, the Media does as Einstein, in a different context, counseled; “If the facts don’t fit the theory, change the facts.”

Sen. Obama has been relentlessly pounding the theme that McCain equal four more years of George Bush, a narrative that has been sold in lockstep with the Press and Democratic Party leadership. One would think that common sense could see through the sales pitch, but it hasn’t. The Press has been constantly bashing President Bush for going on eight years. (I suspect mostly because they think he’s stupid, inarticulate and beneath them.)

Many of the America’s newly registered voters are younger; and therefore, they may be more susceptible to the myths of the Media. Apparently, their minimal life experience hasn’t given most of them much of an accurate barometer or enough common sense to judge fact from fiction. “Common sense is the collection of prejudices acquired by age eighteen” another truism from Einstein’s repertoire that is at play here. The anti-Bush prejudice is raging, gathering steam, and Sen. McCain has been unjustly caught up in it web.

One other fact that the Media has attempted to distort is that somehow the current financial crisis was the result of the mean old Republican attempts to deregulate everything in sight. This is just another collection of prejudice reinforced by the Media that it is untrue, especially for Sen. McCain. He was one of the leaders in the efforts to rein in Fannie Mae and Freddy Mac; unfortunately, his efforts were blocked by the Chris Dodds and Barney Franks of the Democratic Party.

Where does Sen. Obama stand on the economy? He has stated and restated a desire to redistribute the wealth in America. This is exactly the wrong approach. Even a basic level of understanding about economics would act as a bar against trying to tax our way out of the current financial crisis. You don’t damage (over tax) those who are creating jobs and wealth for America and Americans. Regrettably, somehow too many Americans today have become accepting of the notion that the world (well the Federal Government) owes them a living and that wealth should be redistributed more ‘fairly’ to them.

The history of the ‘Great’ Depression clearly reveals that the measures implemented by government to overcome it were the reasons that the Depression became ‘Great’. Almost everyone recognizes that a thorough knowledge of the past is critical if we are not to repeat the mistakes of yesterday. However, I don’t think Sen. Obama understands it quite that way. Higher taxes and too much Federal intervention are not what the American economy needs today. As much as he hates to hear it, Sen. Obama’s economic ideas reek of socialism. We need to get back to the ideas of American innovation and personal responsibility.

Sen. Obama has been hailed as a superior intellect and amazing orator. But, who is he? What is his past? Who were those that stimulated and helped to form his thinking and beliefs? Sal Alinsky? Is he the same person today that he has been for the past 20 years?

A man is known by the company his mind keeps.
    Thomas Bailey Aldrich

How much has the media allowed us to know about the depth of the relationships Sen. Obama had with William Ayers? Sen. Obama said he was just a guy in his neighborhood.

How much has the media allowed us to know about the depth of the relationship with Frank Davis? Andy Martin raises some interesting questions about this relationship.

How much has the Media allowed us to know about the depth of the relationships with Father Michael Pfleger, Minister Louis Farrakhan, and Rev. Wright? Aren’t these all company Obama’s mind kept? Are the ideologies encapsulated by many of Sen. Obama’s past associates very far from those espoused by Socialists and Marxists?

A man is known by the company his mind keeps.
    Thomas Bailey Aldrich

How much has the Media allowed us to know about the relationship with Tony Rezko and his associates? Are the ideologies encapsulated by Tony Rezko’s actions those of corrupt politics?

A man is known by the company his mind keeps.
    Thomas Bailey Aldrich

How much has the Media allowed us to know about the alleged relationship with Larry Sinclair?

To date, Sen. Obama has disavowed most of these people and/or their statements and actions. How much weight should Americans give to such a disavowal?

Should we accept the revelation of Rev. Wright?

“He’s a politician. I’m a pastor. We speak to two different audiences. And he says what he has to say as a politician. I say what I have to say as a pastor. Those are two different worlds. I do what I do, he does what politicians do.”

Or should we follow Oprah’s direction?

“When someone shows you who they are, believe them the first time.”

Common sense and reason tell me to listen to both Oprah and Rev. Wright in Sen. Obama’s case. Sen. Obama, at the very least, has shown an incredible naiveté concerning his past associations and their impact on his reputation.

Associate yourself with men of good quality if you esteem your own reputation. It is better be alone than in bad company.
    George Washington

Common sense and reason also implies that if Sen. Obama were the man he is portrayed as, there would be a line of people from his past standing, waiting to tell his story. The story of how Sen. Obama became such a partisan divide bridge builder, such a healer, such a patriot, such a reconciler, such an economist, such a negotiator, such a defense strategist would all be stories I would like to hear.

Who from Sen. Obama’s past is standing or waiting to tell his story?

What is the Media not telling America about Sen. Obama’s relationship to ACORN?

How many other scandals and allegations are there just from our view? Are there some yet unknown scandals being hidden by the Media? What about the Berg v. Obama lawsuit that is challenging Sen. Obama’s eligibility to hold the Office of the Presidency? What about the other lawsuits is several states? What about the validity of Sen. Obama’s birth certificate? What about all the allegations set forth in Berg v. Obama? What about the allegations that Sen. Obama was born in Kenya? Why is that not news? What would happen should he win the election and then be found to be ineligible to hold office? What about the questions about the allegations about Obama’s past and/or current Indonesian citizenship? What about Sen. Obama’s alleged membership in a Socialist organization, New Party? What about Sen. Obama’s extreme views on abortion? What about the allegations that Sen. Obama violated provisions of the Logan Act during his last trip to Iraq and during the run-up to the Kenyan elections?

There is so much about Sen. Obama that Americans don’t know. Some people are choosing to ignore the reasonable inferences from Sen. Obama’s past, some people don’t care and some people are not informed or misled by Obama’s campaign and the Media. The mainstream Media has done a grave disservice to America in 2008. The full consequences of Sen. Obama becoming President, under so many clouds as are set forth above, cannot be fully predicted or prepared for.

Therefore, it is critical that Americans take this election seriously and start considering the numerous allegations facing Sen. Obama before November 4th.

Nine-tenths of wisdom is being wise in time.
    Theodore Roosevelt

In conclusion, America needs to take a breath and give another American voice a few moments of consideration.

To follow by faith alone is to follow blindly

Who cares about Obama’s plan to “spread the wealth”. This man is a Constitutional lawyer, and in the Phil Berg lawsuit, he has effectively argued that American citizens have “no standing” under the Constitution to insure that he is an American citizen, duly qualified by protections in the Constitution set forth by the Founding Fathers.
This is the MOST dangerous aspect of the ENTIRE election. Barack Obama, possibly an illegal alien by American law, is insuring that NO ONE can challenge his status to be a Senator, or POTUS.
The Founding Fathers feared that just such a situation might occur, and made explicit provisions in the Constitution to protect America from this very predicament. Mr. Obama has studied well. He found a “technicality” that would work to his benefit, and allow him to use our own court system against American citizens, who have asked only that he adhere to the legal prescriptions that were set forth to protect this great nation from “take-over” by outsiders.
There is not a shred of doubt in my mind now that this man is NOT an American citizen. There is not a shred of doubt in my mind that the reason so many of his “friends” are Anti-American radicals with nothing but contempt and hatred for this Country, and her people, is because they saw in him the “HOPE” and “CHANGE” to take America down from the inside. What so many have tried to do as adversaries from the outside, they saw as a challenge to do using America’s own Constitution against her.
Oh……..how HAPPY his thugs and Anti-American supporters from within and without this Country must be!
Add to this dilemma, a Democratic Party controlled House and Senate, and those who say America CAN survive this onslaught may just be proven WRONG!
Everyone thought it could never happen……people became apathetic……lost sight of America’s precious principles, and now……..Obama.
Trust me, his “spread the wealth” endeavors will look like child’s play once he and his Democratic cronies who nearly DESTROYED this Country with their Stock Market shenanigans, decide to finish the job they started.
Americans will NOT be able to stop it if Obama wins and brings in a Congress that has NO RESTRAINTS.

    and meanwhile in Pakistan:

Pakistan rejects ‘America’s war’ on extremists
    • Parliament vows to end military action on border
    • Relations with US will be strained by new strategy

Serious doubts multiplied yesterday about Pakistan’s commitment to America’s military campaign against al-Qaida and the Taliban after parliament overwhelmingly passed a resolution calling for dialogue with extremist groups and an end to military action.

The new strategy, backed by all parties, emerged after a fierce debate in parliament where most parliamentarians said that Pakistan was paying an unacceptable price for fighting “America’s war”. If implemented by the government, support for Pakistan from international allies would come under severe strain, adding further instability to a country facing a spiral of violence and economic collapse.

Mairi is right. America won’t survive an Obama Presidency and dumbazz Pelosi Congress. It’s over if that happens. But as I have said, anyone with business, wealth, or who CAN will get out. That will leave America with the total LOSERS looking for a free ride off of hardworking Americans with NO ONE to foot the bill. Venezuela all over again. All the wealth in America will go elsewhere. Americans who have thought of retiring to places like Costa Rica will do so. Like me. And Pelosi and OHitler will sit around trying to figure out how to PAY FOR all of the free rides, wanton spending, and recklessness of OHitler’s “policies.” America will become part of Mexico and Canada and we will have the “Amero” like the Euro. But if this country, and my fellow Americans, give up on America and vote that azzhole OHitler in, I am gone. You ask “How could God do this to us?”….
I would answer that it is not God who is doing this to us. We are doing this to ourselves. We have forgotten/neglected/rejected the principles of God’s Word. We have a football coach with a case before the Supreme Court “asking permission” to pray along with his team..(the team is allowed to pray) The ACLU is trying to eradicate any mention of the 10 Commandments from any public buildings. Our Children are bombarded with tv commercials that scream…”Do What Feels Good”, “Have it your Way”, “Just Do It”…Any family that teaches their children to love God above all things..(wealth, popularity, personal gain,) is branded as “radical Christians..Jews…Muslims.” We must stop this ourselves…. God,. I think is just waiting to see what we will choose for ourselves.

Reality check (Stole this from Hillbuzz via Redstate):

Another take on why they polls are wrong about Pennsylvania

NOTE: We saw this posted as a comment over at http://www.RedState.com and thinks it bears repeating. We believe McCain will win Pennsylvania, and that the polls are oversampling Democrats, overestimating Republicans voting for Obama, underestimating Democrats voting for McCain, and deliberately oversampling the Philadelphia area. The same was true in the primaries, when polls showed Obama winning PA over Hillary Clinton: and we all know what happened there.

Here’s someone else with similar thinking and a great take on this:

The SUSA poll is the most recent, being posted 10/21. It shows Obama ahead by 12, 53% to 41%.

If you dig into the crosstabs of the poll, you find the following:

The party affiliation breakdown is 52% Dem, 41% Rep, 6% Ind.

That is a pretty huge (11%) advantage for the Democrats. Considering the exit polling in 2004 (you remember those, the ones that said Kerry would win?) showed a party ID breakdown of 41D/39R/20I, this result is assuming that about 2 out of every 3 Independents is now a Democrat. Now I know why they do it, because it comes close to the current voter registration numbers, but this assumes that current voter registration will exactly predict voter actions, which has never occurred in PA in the past.

The second interesting item from the poll is party identification support for each candidate. 78% of Democrats are supporting Obama and 18% supporting McCain. Not really unexpected, given the bitter clingers and the PUMAs.

But then we get to the Republicans. 73% of them are supporting McCain and 23% supporting Obama. This doesn’t pass the smell test.

Finally, we can take a look at the regional breakdowns. The SW portion of the state (Pittsburgh) slightly favors Obama (49-46). The West central favors McCain (49-40). South central (Harrisburg) favors McCain (54-41). Northeast (Scranton) slightly favors Obama (48-45). Finally, Obama’s big numbers come from Southeast (Philly) at 64-32. But here is where the sampling gets interesting. The sample takes 41% from SE. SW contributes another 23%. The areas that support McCain only contribute 21% to the sample.

So I don’t live in PA, so I don’t know how the voting distribution really plays out there, but it looks like over sampling from Philly.

You couple over sampling of Dems, over stating Rep support for Obama, and over sampling Philly and you get a badly skewed result.

This explains why McCain is spending so much time in PA, his non skewed internal polls are showing the state is in play.

Note that he doesn’t need PA to win. Bush won twice without it.

    • http://JohnMcCain.com Galt, Master Thrall of Planet Triskelion

So in other words the polls are bullshit. This is not news to PUMAs. We saw the same thing in the primary.

    • Francis

Wait a minute? ALL of the polls in PA are oversampling Dems and undersampling Repubs? Sounds like wishful thinking. Dozens of polling companies have done polls and they all have the race from 8 – 14 pts.

I guess we’ll know Nov 4th, but from what I hear Pennsylvania is out of reach for McCain. The Obama ground game and money is just too overwhelming. McCain just decided to compete seriously for PA last week. Had he started sooner, the tasks might not be so daunting.

McCain should sue his advisors for political malpractice. His whole campaign has been a series of errors, misjudgments and follies.

      • Mr. X

Report Accuses Top Officials for Post-Elections Ethnic Violence in Kenya

Most of the accused are supporters of the Orange Democratic Movement, or ODM, whose leader, Raila Odinga, nonetheless supported the establishment of a tribunal to try those politicians responsible for inciting the post-election violence. Odinga, who is not accused, belongs to the Luo tribe.

That is the game changer. I’ve been saying this for a long time. I remember how it effected me when I first saw those video’s of what was happening, so I used it. My daughter had a party. 3 Obama supporters you would think after all this time they wouldn’t change their mind/vote. They did.

Ayers did nothing, everyone was talking about crazy friends they’ve had. When they saw people being cut up with Machete’s, the people that were burned alive. Obama campaigning for him less than 2 years ago. That Obama has not talked about this. They all knew he took phone calls from him during the primary…which showed he’s STILL associating with him. They were going around looking for McCain yard signs the next day and couldn’t find any. They only found two bumper stickers.

I live in Ohio in a highly democratic small town. I hardly see any Obama signs. In 2000 and 2004, I saw a lot of Gore and Kerry signs. Both in 2000 and 2004, Gore and Kerry were favored by at least 5 points going into election day. Bush won both times. So much for polls.

Just in my small town, I know 11 former democrats that voted for Gore and Kerry, that are voting for Mccain. I don’t see Obama winning Ohio. I don’t think it will even be close. Maybe Acorn is going to magically make it happen. I just registered to vote for the first to vote for Mccain.

    Pennsylvania is heavily Catholic.

Cardinal Rigali’s Message To Pennsylvania Catholics
Posted by: Hugh Hewitt at 6:00 PM
Cardinal Justin Rigali publishes a new article on abortion and the election. Though he is the leader of the Philly archdiocese, expect many of PA’s 3 million Catholics to read or hear of this clear exposition of Roman Catholic Church teaching. Key excerpt:

The challenge of our own times

Our own common sense tells us that not every issue is of the same importance. At various times in history, a people or nation is confronted with an issue that transcends others in importance and that demands a courageous response.

The transcending issue of our day is the intentional destruction of innocent human life, as in abortion. We wish with all our hearts that no candidate and no party were advocating this heinous act against the human person. However, since it is a transcending issue, and even supported in its most extreme and horrific forms, we must proclaim time and time again that no intrinsic evil can ever be supported in any way, most especially when it concerns the gravest of all intrinsic evils: the taking of an innocent life.
We bishops of Pennsylvania quoted from the late Pope John Paul II’s Post Synodal Exhortation on the Vocation and Mission of the Lay Faithful and I quote him again here: “The inviolability of the person which is a reflection of the absolute inviolability of God, finds its primary and fundamental expression in the inviolability of human life. Above all, the common outcry, which is justly made on behalf of human rights — for example, the right to health, to home, to work, to family, to culture — is false and illusory if the right to life, the most basic and fundamental right and the condition for all other personal rights, is not defended with maximum determination” (Christifideles Laici, 38).

At this moment in our country’s history, defense of innocent human life is a moral responsibility for all of us. The same God who thundered from Mount Sinai: “Thou shalt not kill,” thunders still. When life in the womb is destroyed, God thunders: “This is a child!” When by the most barbaric means, unworthy of any civilized people, the brain of a child is sucked out of his or her head by a vacuum, God thunders: “This is a child!” When a baby is left to die of exposure on a shelf because of a failed abortion, and this is considered a “right” by any leader, God, the Source of all law and authority, thunders: “This is a child!” When we are faced with every modern means of education and communication, in addition to the law placed in our hearts at creation, no one, and most especially, no Catholic, can ever say: “I did not know.”

The human dignity that we proclaim works two ways: it affords us a great privilege but it also demands a responsibility. The feeble defense “I did not know” cannot be used by any responsible person in our time when confronted with the reality of abortion. We do know. We know because we can reason and think and see. Along with this position, which is confirmed by modern science, comes a command: “Thou shalt not kill.” It is not a question of politics but a question of the gravest of intrinsic evils; and just as the reality of what it is cannot be explained away, neither can our responsibility.

Throughout our history, Catholics have earned their right to call themselves patriotic Americans. Faithful citizenship not only includes dying for one’s country or working towards its prosperity, it also includes being faithful to a law which is higher than the expediency of the moment with the same generosity of body and heart, and the same courage that is given on the battlefield and in the workplace. We remind ourselves of this as we continue to be called to faithful citizenship and respect for life in the “earthly city” without forgetting that we are ultimately called to live as citizens of heaven forever.

    :!:

Thank you for this post. I hadn’t heard about this. I was a Pro Choice person until I found out that some people think it’s fine to live failed aborted babies to die alone in a linen bin and exactly how partial birth abortions are done. Stunning. It’s like the rest of what has happened to the Dem party – it’s all gone to far. Way to far.

The Bishop of Scranton jumped in too!

Scranton, PA, Oct 22, 2008 (CNA).- An election forum at a Pennsylvania parish that took place last Sunday was organized to allow Catholics the opportunity to defend their support for McCain and Obama. However, the forum took a surprising turn when an unexpected guest showed up to guide his flock, the Bishop of Scranton, Joseph F. Martino.

When the bishop heard the speakers using the bishops’ statement to justify their choice for president, he reminded the audience that those “groups and individuals who make statements about Catholic teaching do not speak with the same authority or authenticity as their bishop.”

The prelate then clarified his authority as bishop and the Church’s teachings on abortion as an election issue. “There is one teacher in this diocese, and these points are not debatable.”

Ut-Oh… I think little Joey Biden from Scranton is in big trouble

I do think PA will be red. All signs point to it.
Calling PA people bitter clinging to their guns and religion was bad enough. Murtha calling them racist rednecks was icing on the cake. However, when the Cardinal and Bishop start smacking you down in Catholic PA- You’re toast.

Bad News for 0bama in Early Colorado Voting – from Hillbuzz:

The state of Colorado has released its first set of early voting figures: and it’s bad news for Obama.

Despite a massive push by Obama for early voting, including repetitious pleas during the Democrats’ Convention for Coloradoans to early vote, Democrats and Republicans are tied in terms of early voting so far.

    105,277 – Democrats = 49.92%
    105,615 – Republicans = 50.08% √
    338 = Difference between the two = 0.16%

This means that even with a nonstop push by the Obama campaign for his followers to vote early, Republicans are still ahead in Colorado, if only slightly.

Democrats vote early in higher numbers than Republicans in almost every state. And that’s not including the big persuasive push by Obama. Logic dictates with all the attention Obama’s put on early voting, that Democrats should be clobbering Republicans right now…if they vote early in higher numbers to begin with, and then Obama’s made a big push for early voting on top of that.

    That’s not happening.

Republicans have a slight lead in early voting right now.

Where is all the enthusiasm for Obama the media keeps braying about?

And remember: not all of those Democrats are voting Obama. We know 30 Democrats right here in Chicago who voted early — and voted Republican for the first time in our lives. We bet there’s a higher percentage of Democrats voting Republican in Colorado this year than any year in the past.

And that’s something we won’t know the full extent of until Election Day.

Ignore the rigged polls, crooked MSM and obnoxious trolls and we can help propel Mac to a victory! Why isn’t McCain talking about the Dem proposal to do away with 401K’s and IRA’s -do away with the deduction, take them out of the market, enforce a 5% gross contribution from every worker and guarantee a 3% fixed rate of return. I think the government (which mean us anyway, with taxes) will kick in I think $600. Is this sick or what????

Cincinnati Enquirer endorses McCain: October 24, 2008:

    “Endorsement: McCain for President
Senator brings his character, courage, experience

Many Americans consider the Nov. 4 presidential election to be by far the most important one of our lifetime, a historic turning point for our nation.

We are divided over our involvement in wars overseas, shaken by the collapse of financial institutions and the weakened economy, uncertain about our families’ future well-being, and seemingly more polarized on partisan, cultural and regional lines than ever.

This is a time for a president with deep experience and proven character, a president who thrives in the great, good, honest middle ground in which most Americans live, a president forthright enough to tell us what we’d rather not hear, a president with the courage to follow his convictions and the grit to persevere.

This is Sen. John McCain’s time.

We endorse the Arizona Republican for president.

McCain offers up his compelling biography as a war hero, his admirable candor and his centrist independence in an increasingly polarized political environment. A McCain administration would chart a wiser course on the economy than one led by his Democratic opponent, Sen. Barack Obama of Illinois. McCain’s campaign has recently found a sharp focus on economic and tax issues, allowing voters to draw clear distinctions with policies Obama would pursue.

And as president, McCain would fill the need for some semblance of partisan balance in Washington, keeping what promises to be a more heavily Democratic Congress from running roughshod on business policy, unions, free trade, health care and more.

This endorsement comes with an acknowledgement – a celebration, really – of the historic nature of this campaign. Obama, the first African-American presidential nominee for a major party, stands poised as the front-runner to help America take a step thought unimaginable in previous decades.

Since bursting upon the national scene four years ago, the Illinois Democrat has become a formidable figure, employing his personal brilliance, political savvy and persuasive powers. We believe his candidacy has had a positive effect on how we are perceived abroad – and how we perceive ourselves. Because of Obama, American society is changed forever, and for the better.

But on a range of policies, McCain stands far closer to positions The Enquirer has taken over the years. With his experience and reputation as a skilled legislator, he’d be more effective than Obama – most of whose brief Senate career has been spent running for president – in working with Congress to craft sound bipartisan legislation.

Moreover, he has more consistently taken strong positions, and had the courage to stick with them, than Obama, who has tended to waffle, equivocate or simply wait to see which way the wind was blowing. When Russia invaded the republic of Georgia recently, for example, McCain issued a strong, well-reasoned policy statement with a tone of reassuring authority. Obama said nothing substantive, then later issued a belated “me too.”

And let’s not forget McCain’s early, consistent support for the troop surge in Iraq when that plan was highly unpopular. His campaign for the GOP nomination seemed dead in the water, but McCain persevered and won his party’s nod anyway. He was proven to be correct on the surge – a fact Obama has very grudgingly acknowledged.

Unlike Obama, McCain isn’t a smooth, effective campaigner. But his record of leadership suggests he will be a far better president than candidate.

The recent dialogue between Obama and “Joe the Plumber,” Ohio resident Joe Wurzelbacher, illustrated to voters Obama’s focus on “spreading the wealth” through taxes rather than growing the nation’s wealth by encouraging middle-class Americans to aspire upward, creating more businesses, jobs, income – and more tax revenue. “A strong government hand is needed to assure that wealth is distributed more equitably,” Obama says. That’s a zero-sum, central-control mentality.

That is a stark difference that McCain has seized upon. He would cut the nation’s corporate tax rate, now the second highest in the world, to help keep jobs here. Obama would increase taxes on Americans making over $250,000, which includes small businesses that create most of the nation’s new jobs, since 90 percent of small businesses file as individuals. Obama says only 2 percent of small businesses would be affected, but that 2 percent represents the largest such businesses, accounting for 56 percent of all small-business income and employing 16 million people.

Particularly disturbing is Obama’s support for a pending bill, strongly advocated by labor, to institute a union check-card system that would allow the intimidation of employees and could, in effect, create a system of forced unionization. If Obama is elected, this will become law, to the detriment of our business climate and personal freedoms.

Obama’s barely veiled attacks on free trade also are unsettling. And his plans to punish businesses that “take jobs overseas” may have a satisfying populist ring to many Americans, but the truth is that it would hurt the efforts of companies that produce substantial income overseas to sustain jobs here at home, such as Cincinnati-based Procter & Gamble, where many local jobs are tied to sales abroad. Obama’s policy actually could send more jobs overseas.

On energy, McCain has been out in front, supporting measures to combat global warming and promote alternative sources as part of an “all of the above” strategy that includes more drilling and nuclear energy. Obama offered token support for drilling only when it became clear most Americans favored it.

McCain took heat for suspending his campaign last month during the financial meltdown, but his high-stakes gambit helped focus the public’s attention on the crisis – and Congress’ handling of it. He called for a solution to address the housing market and help homeowners with their mortgages, which the Fed this past week finally started to do.

Obama’s record lies to the left of most Americans, yet he is running as a centrist who can reconcile a range of viewpoints. But can we have confidence he will govern from the middle? Will he even need to, or be able to, with a Congress heavily controlled by Democrats, perhaps with a filibuster-proof Senate? He would be under great pressure to approve a long list of measures – the union card-check proposal, elimination of limits on lawsuits and more – that have so far been blocked by the Senate.

It is much easier to see John McCain standing up to a Nancy Pelosi or vetoing a bad bill than Obama. McCain would preserve divided government, which has consistently produced better results for the American people – and which we have long advocated on the state as well as federal level. The prospect of unchecked one-party rule is disquieting.

Obama has run on a theme of change, but ironically McCain could be a more effective change agent on issues such as health care. His plan is clearly more progressive than Obama’s, with tax credits stimulating competition, encouraging consumer responsibility, and countering the traditional employer-provided coverage subsidies that are unfair to those who don’t have such coverage. McCain’s strategy is one that Obama’s now-chief economic adviser, Jason Furman, advocated two years ago. Obama would continue the current path of incremental steps toward a completely government-controlled and -rationed care system.

While the campaign has focused mainly on the issues, it has brought Americans some ugly rhetoric from the extremes on both sides. Both candidates have ably risen above it. McCain has consistently rebuked those who would insinuate racial prejudice into the equation. Yet the nation remains sharply divided country on partisan, ideological, cultural and racial lines. We urge the winning candidate to invite the loser to help him advance the nation’s agenda.

America needs an experienced, skilled hand in the White House, someone who can exercise a moderating influence, someone who can summon the courage to change and the consistency to stick with his convictions. That someone, we believe, is John McCain.”

“Barack Obama and his friends represent the wrong kind of change for Michigan and America,” the narrator says in the 60 second ad, produced by Our Country Deserves Better PAC. The Sacramento, California-based PAC has spent over $330,000 opposing Obama through October 15, according to Federal Election Commission (FEC) filings.
“He hopes you’ll forget about the racist and anti-American rantings from his pastor of over 20 years, Rev. Jeremiah Wright,” the narrator says before running two extended clips of some of Wright’s more incendiary videos.
“And Obama really doesn’t want Michigan voters to remember the political alliance he formed with disgraced Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick,” the ad says, running clips of Obama lauding Kilpatrick, who resigned as Mayor of Detroit after pleading guilty to obstruction of justice and perjury charges.

I don’t know if this article has been posted before but it mentions PUMA and it’s influence in this election.

It’s at American Thinker by Steven M. Warshawsky titled “Signs Pointing To A McCain Victory”…good positive, uplifting read.

  • GoSarahMac

I read that article yesterday. No one but no one is talking about the PUMA votes for MacPalin…This is the true “bradley effect”.

The first person to visit the whitehouse if Barfy steals this is Raila Odinga…
    The second is Ayers.
Wright will have his own bedroom there permanently.
The whitehouse will have to change it’s name to the THUG-HOUSE.

Found this ‘analogy’ of spread the wealth on another forum – THIS IS A GREAT READ:

Here is a creative approach to redistribution of wealth as offered in a local newspaper…

Today on my way to lunch I passed a homeless guy with a sign that read “Vote Obama, I need the money.” I laughed.

Once in the restaurant my server had on a “Obama 08″ tie, again I laughed as he had given away his political preference–just imagine the coincidence.

When the bill came I decided not to tip the server and explained to him that I was exploring the Obama redistribution of wealth concept. He stood there in disbelief while I told him that I was going to redistribute his tip to someone who I deemed more in need–the homeless guy outside. The server angrily stormed from my sight.

I went outside, gave the homeless guy $10 and told him to thank the server inside as I’ve decided he could use the money more. The homeless guy was grateful.

At the end of my rather unscientific redistribution experiment I realized the homeless guy was grateful for the money he did not earn, but the waiter was pretty angry that I gave away the money he did earn even though the actual recipient deserved money more.

I guess redistribution of wealth is an easier thing to swallow in concept than in practical application.

OR IS IT………REDISTRIBUTION OF SOMEONE ELSE’S WEALTH IS A GREAT IDEA…………..or just a fools game !!

    I’m an AmeriCAIN!!!

The WORST part of all of this is that some morons don’t REALLY know what Socialism is. I had an argument last night with one of my dimwit Hollywood colleagues and tried to tell him about Ayers, etc. He said I was lying. That Obama never knew Ayers. Sigh. Then I said “so you want Socialism” and he said “hell yeah!” How can you speak to that? These people don’t have ANY idea what they are asking for. It’s disgusting.

    • IndieDogg

I’m in Hollywood as well and, remember, it’s the land of make believe. These people can make themselves believe anything.

I’ve found I have to be armed with facts. Dates, names, organizations, even carry around clippings of articles. The one I like a lot is the one the WSJ ran right after the primary was over. Pointing out that, all the Ayers, Wright, Farrakhan aside, Barack Obama is the least qualified candidate for President in the history of the United States.

A part-time Illinois legislator who did absolutely nothing while there, made no mark whatsoever and is know for, literally, nothing, freshman Senator who has done nothing since showing up in the Senate except run for President. Has not one single legislative initiative (or other accomplishment) for which he is responsible. Is not (by FAR) known as a leader within his own party in the Senate (that’s a joke, actually, they pay him very little attention on matters of policy or anything else).

In short, there’s simply no there there.

In Hollywood, this they do understand.

He’s the candidate for President from Central Casting. But, I’m not looking for someone to play the part of President. I’m looking for someone to do the job.

Put John McCain and even Sarah Palin next to Barack Obama, don’t let anybody speak, and just look at them for a while. Without the teleprompter and the rhetoric (much of which Obama’s actually borrowed from fellow Axelrod clients — not even his own words — shocking for someone known solely for his words), after a while you get it.

There is simply NO COMPARISON between McCain and Obama. Obama is a shell. A walking sound bite.

And a Marxist (a little different than a Socialist but what the hell, close enough). But, if they don’t understand what that is in Hollywood, maybe they’ll get that Martin Sheen is not really the President of the United States.

      Hello. This is REAL, people.

    • Dan

One should never argue with an idiot. You can’t possibly win and it’s all too easy to sink to their level.

  • libby

Hey I’m in Florida and I’m voting McCain.

    I STILL WANT HILLARY THOUGH!!!!!!!

    • jimbob

You can do that in 4 yrs. For now, let’s make sure the old guy gets in. Otherwise we are gonna have President Idi Amin Obama-4-Life.

Hello All! The Columbus Dispatch had an article
in the Metro-State Section today, and
Hmmmmmmmm!, seems somebody has been prob-
ing into Joe the Plumber’s BMV files. The
BMV is a state controlled agency and these
records are not Public Domain! OOOPPPs
On at least three occasions Joe’s files
have been accessed. This points to a
    gleaning of personal-information operation
by person(s) at some level of government.
Inside job is my guess. Supporters of the
“One”, employeed by the State Of Ohio.

Hey Brunner, why change the rigged system
when you can “Game It”. Ken Blackwell, no
evidence of election fraud here, move
along. Hey Ted, where have you been hiding
Ehh? Oh well, In two years you’ll all be
    gone!!! Ex-Democrat, Proud Independent!

That is wrong…….period I live in Ohio and they should be prosecuted

    IndieDogg…

Well another voice of REASON in Hollywood. There are a ton of us, but no one will talk about it. I just can’t believe how crazy these people are and how they would vote for someone as bizarre and dangerous as OHitler. These people do, for the mostpart, have some kind of brains after all. A little nuts, but not all stupid. Sigh. I do what I can. I had the 45 minute call last night with that guy and the other thing I was totally amazed by is that liberals don’t seem to have ANY grasp WHATSOEVER on oil and energy. The crap that flows from their pieholes is just amazing and so far from reality it blows my mind.

  • Phillymiss

The polls keep on looking bad for McCain (yes, I know they’re skewed, but it’s still depressing to look at them). Forget about the MSM, I stopped watching long ago. I’m glad this site exists — coming here gives me HOPE!

  • Margie

What does the hollywood elite care; if the U.S. goes to hell with Barky; they can jump on their planes and get out of here…..On another thought, why don’t we tell Greta about our concerns….under what laws do we have the right to find out just who the hell Barky is and make him prove it??? The President works for us, right? So we want an application from him!!!!
