I dont know if Director George Tenet had that quote hanging on His Office Walls at headquarters..

But..He Should hang it right next to His..MEDAL OF FREEDOM..

When the “SMOKING GUN” is produced and becomes public – and it will – the stage will be set for impeachment….

The damage done to the American system of governance may be too vast to be undone, but we must try. Bush/Cheney must be stripped of their powers of pardon as well as their offices. Pardons will simply allow the guilty conspirators to further their coverup. They need to go to prison, be publically shamed, and banished forever from holding any public office again. And I am not speaking only of Bush/Cheney…. what may be necessary is a societal purge.

Only then will the Rule of Law have a chance to thrive again. These are perilous times and these criminals are becoming desperate and will lash out.

It is simply full of errors, not small obscure ones but big time bloopers. For instance he describes the attack on the towers ass backwards, South Tower hit first, then the North — when anyone who has watched any news, read any 9/11 book, knows it was the other way around. (see p. 162).

So I gotta ask — is this the kind of intelligence reporting he did? Why didn’t he hire a “fact checker” for all the open source stuff? Publisher too Cheap? Writer too Cheap? With that kind of a huge blooper hanging out there, how do you know if the rest of it is not so sloppy as history?

Anyway, I share this, because I think it is important to constantly look within ourselves to see what we can do to bring peace to our own little corner of the world. I, myself, during this time of fasting and reflecting, realize more than ever how important it is to stand firm in the Truth, stand tall in Righteousness, and continue to fight for the liberties our forefathers fought to give to us. We must be willing to do the same. Each of us will have a different role, but we all will have one, of that I am sure…

I am sickened by the continued violence, both in Iraq, as well as throughout the world. I am linking an article on the plight of the Iraqi troops who have been injured in this act of war against humanity. May God have no mercy on those who would use and abuse any of those who put on a uniform to serve… or the thousands of innocents whose blood runs freely on the hands of so many…

Oh, I can’t wait until it catches up with the sleazy Texas gals. You know, the ones who hang out at the Broken Spoke with all the other drunken, republican cowboys. Might as well add the incompetent judge, Boogiewoman Priscilla Owen to the list too.

But if my memory serves me, it was the PROCESS of impeachment that brought out the damning (so-called) evidence during Clinton’s impeachment proceedings. If not for the impeachment process…..and the facts that came out BECAUSE of it….Clinton would not have lied about Monica….Monica would not have been called to testify…..the dress may not have been known about, etc. etc. No, I don’t want anything cheap and sleezy and a non-issue….as they were trying to do on Clinton….

but isn’t it true that what Bush, Cheney, et al have done say, a million times, worse than Clinton’s impeachment?

Isn’t it true that having those hearings held before the public….to allow people to testify…..be called to testify, etc. ……could well build such a STRONG case against Bush/Cheney…..that even the Republicans who are desperate to be re-elected in 2008….would have not much other choice …..than to CHANGE THEIR VOTES …..and vote FOR impeachment?

There would be, I believe, SUCH a public outcry — to add to the momentum that is already existing — about what they have done — shocking, really — that WE WOULD HAVE THE VOTES WE NEED.

OR….OR…..Bush and Cheney would HAVE TO STEP DOWN/RESIGN immediately. The way Nixon did…saw he needed to do.

These current crimes are so much worse than Monica-gate and Watergate….are they not?
