The attempt to silence Obama’s Youtube critics

I was looking through my list of friends on my Youtube channel, trying to make a list for future reference, and I discovered that a number of them were listed as “suspended accounts”. I believe these accounts were subjected to bogus complaints from the kind of sockuppets I identified in a video entitled “Olbermann Supporters Exposed – Part 1″ (above). Although this video concentrates on Olbermann supporters, the same people are also Obamabots.

These sockpuppets are people who operate under a lot of different names (just like the bogus voters registered by ACORN). One keeps sniping away at me on other channels since I blocked him from my channel because of his obscene comments.

I have heard that the owners of Youtube are Obama supporters and it does seem Youtube tends to promote videos supporting Obama and videos of pro-Obama pundits like Keith Olbermann, whose TV spots litter Youtube like a rampant rash. There seem to be about 20 videos of every Olbermann broadcast, vastly out of proportion to his general popularity (or lack of popularity. Even a large proportion of Democrats have turned on him since he savaged Hillary Clinton).

So I am half expecting to be suspended before too long, perhaps as a result of bogus complaints from sockpuppets or because the powers that be at Youtube want to get rid of another Obama critic. Or a combination of the two.

I suspect no action has or will be taken against any Obama sockpuppets, even though there have been complaints and even though some of them are the most vicious, obscene, ageist, bigoted people polluting Youtube and society in general.

I believe this attempt to silence opponents by whatever means necessary is a foretaste of what we can expect if Obama wins.

        Thank you for responding. I found the information I was looking for. Frankly, I find Larry Johnson’s credulity about the tape a bit baffling. But I am thankful to you for your (somewhat terse) but not at all disrespectful response.

            As someone who is married to someone with specialized knowledge of postcolonialism and “theory,” I am not at all shocked by the language of Michelle Obama’s thesis, nor am I credulous and simplistic enough to attribute to her racist attitudes on the basis of her thesis’ claims.

            I do, however, find Larry Johnson’s credulity baffling. Rumors are not the kind of evidence on which to rely when making public accusations. The so-called “whitey tape” may or may not exist (and if it does, it may or may not be the “why’d he tape” instead), but it is slightly naive to spend one’s public credibility on the claim of its existence when one has no physical evidence, and it is significantly worse to hold ever-so-fierce opinions on the existence of the tape and the strength of its indictment when all one has is Larry Johnson’s word for it.

          The fact that the tape was not released is not proof that it doesn’t exist. McCain has refused to even let his surrogates bring up Reverend Wright, so it would not be surprising if he told people not to use this tape, assuming it does exist.
          His supporters have definitely followed his wishes on Wright, until today. One group apparently did release an ad in PA about it, but no one else has – so McCain’s wishes clearly carry a lot of clout.
          I am not saying I believe it exists. I wouldn’t be surprised either way. (It’s not like Michelle doesn’t have a history of playing the angry victim card. She has been kept quiet since the primaries, but she certainly had been guilty up until recently of crying victim.)

            My question is why the sudden interest in this tape? This cannot be but organised. This has to be Axelrod scared the tape would come out, then waiting until the last minute. Presuming the tape will not surface now, he sends out his teenagers to harass and ‘demoralise’ again.

      Larry stated sometime last month that the owner of the “Whitey” tape is now an Obama supporter and has refused to release the tape to the public. I suspect that the owner was paid a portion of Obama’s $600 million (mainly illegal) campaign war chest to keep quiet.

    I am in total agreement that there has been a concerted effort to silence opposition to Obama.

    After Obama’s impending landslide loss, we need to be vigilant in rooting out those responsible.

    I say we start with Donna Brazile……but Olbermann is 2nd on my list.

    I find the way videos and posts all over the internet are scrubbed creepy, very Orwellian IMO. I think we can look forward to more of that or worse, if God forbid precious wins tomorrow night.

    On a brighter note. There haven’t been many campaign signs out at all this year in my area compared to years past (Florida). Three days ago one house on the main street where you enter my neighborhood put up an Obama sign. Yesterday every other house on that street except one put up a McCain/Palin sign! So it’s 15 to 1 or 15 to 2 on that street!

    I often wondered about the sad Irony that youtube users who support 0bama can spew as much venom as they wish on the John McCain official youtube videos, while comments left in “That One’s” official videos are “awaiting approval” until they are censored to only allow the comments of the oBots.

    It’s a chilling reminder of what we could expect from an 0bama presidency…

      Eventually, this kind of selective censorship is self-defeating because it gets more and more boring and fewer and fewer people will tune in to watch.     It’s especially annoying as you don’t immediately see in your friends list wether an account is suspended or not.

    I for one would certainly like to know and hope after the election, no matter who wins, they (Larry) clarifies where he stands and what this site is meant to represent.

    I am and will remain infuriated that Obama’s camp stole the nomination from Hillary and the media has handed him this thrown unvetted, but I am very confused with the welcome mat that’s out here on this site for Republicans who HATE all Dems and liberals.

    I hope on Nov 6th some of these details are clarified here.

I believe there are good and bad people across the political spectrum. My wife is a liberal Democrat who was fully behind Hillary Clinton (with no opposition from me). And where have I thrown “nasty insults at any and all liberals and Democrats”? I only attack pseudo-liberal bigots like Keith Olbermann and Arianna Huffington, who only attack Republicans. Your comments suggest that you belong in that camp and probably belong here on NQ less than I do. I have met some very good people on this site. Unfortunately you are obviously not one of them.     The entire Primary season she said she was undeclared and didn’t know who she would vote for…when anyone with a brain could see her pro BO rhetoric on a daily basis. It was unconscionable that CNN let her continue as a political analyst when she was so blatantly pro BO and pretending to be neutral.

    She’s also the one who said the Democratic Party didn’t need the female or blue collar vote anymore because they had the youth vote, the AA vote and the creative class vote.     She said it multiple times. It couldn’t have been more obvious she was an 0bamabot – so obvious that even some of the in-the-tank CNN commentators laughed at her about it. That’s when she finally said, “I never said I was undecided, I just said I was undeclared” (a hilarious distinction without a difference).

    During the primaries CNN said Begala and Carville could no longer be “democratic spokespersons.” They could be on, but were only allowed to function as “Clinton supporters.”

    So, Donna’s faux “undeclared” status was the “loophole” that allowed CNN to keep her on as a “democratic strategist” – I’m sure it also would have had an impact on her status within the DNC if she had actually said she was behind 0bama.

    Everybody on the planet knew she had been working behind the scenes for years to get 0bama the nomination – by hook or by crook.

    She’s just a liar – and the DNC and the MSM supported all her lies and games.
