don’t listen to the liberal media! listen to conservatives like karl rove:

    Karl Rove
    Winner: Obama
Electoral College: Obama 338 McCain 200

    Rove writes on his website:

The final Rove & Co. electoral map of the 2008 election cycle points to a 338-200 Barack Obama electoral vote victory over John McCain tomorrow, the largest electoral margin since 1996. All remaining toss-up states have been allocated to the candidate leading in them, with Florida (27 EV) going to Obama, and Indiana (11 EV), Missouri (11 EV), North Carolina (15 EV), and North Dakota (3 EV) going to McCain. The two candidates are in a dead heat in Missouri and North Carolina, but they go to McCain because the most recent polls conducted over this past weekend show him narrowly ahead. Florida, too, could end up in McCain’s column since he’s benefited from recent movement in the state.

    Matthew Dowd, former Bush strategist
    Winner: Obama
Electoral College: Obama 338 McCain 200
Senate Seats: 57 Democrats 41 Republicans
House Seats: 250 Democrats 185 Republicans

    George Will, conservative columnist
    Winner: Obama
Electoral College: Obama 378 McCain 160
Senate Seats: 57 Democrats 41 Republicans
House Seats: 254 Democrats 181 Republicans

There must be as many trolls on NQ as there are deceased voters registered by ACORN for Oblockhead.

  • candymarl

Sorry, not buying it. Of course Karl also said Obama is the Democratic Nixon. Remember what happened to him.

  • Ferd McBerfle

And if the pollsters and pundits told you that the eating of excrement is good for you, you’d believe it, try it, and then tell all your friends (all 1 of them) how good it was. You’re such a nitwit.

Tuesday is a win win for us Ferd, either way we are through with the trolls. A Mac win means the trolls scurry off into oblivion never to be seen before. Heaven forbid Der Precious wins I turn off my computer and no trolls as well.

  • Ferd McBerfle

That about sums it up for me, too. McCain is going to win, though, so I can keep my computer on and give the bots a hearty “I told you so”.

He is relying on shoddy data so he can tell the “truth” based on the data he has.

  • http://www.wewillnotbesilenced2008.com OBAMA IS A FRAUD

Wow. I have NEVER seen so many trolls in the many months I have been here. Soooo many. It means they are scared, as they should be. Can you see Obambi? “Hey trolls, get out there and freak people out (lie) so they don’t bother to vote…cause I kinda’ screwed the pooch on that coal thing.” LMFAO. Nothing’s over until WE say it is and Obambi is done.

How funny, an Obot using Karl Rove as their voice of truth and example. LOL

Care for some nice buttered organic popcorn? On the house!

You seen in better spirits. I understand this is a rollercoaster ride and all.

Regardless of the fact these are professional polsters and it is important to them that they get the polls right, I cannot figure out how they are coming to these conclusions, although Karl Rove’s predictions do give me pause. However, their conclusions would be more reliable if the circumstances were status-quo. They are NOT.

None of the polsters have given any significance to the last month where McCain’s poll #’s have gone up or down with the stock market as the barometer. If the market collapse was a definite sign of demise for McCain, why did the numbers start to come back, then fall again when the bottom dropped out a second time last week? Additionally, why is McCain where he is today with his numbers back up if past elections were determined by dire economic conditions or the low popularity of the sitting president of the same party? They seem to be looking at the numbers with face value.

I think they have failed to correctly assess the fact that the challenger, the new guy, has NO executive or otherwise noteworthy experience, would be the first A-A president, has very questionable associations, has raised questionable money far beyond the threshhold needed. These things have influenced the polls as much as the economic/popularity numbers. I think anything can happen tomorrow.

Polls are a joke but everyone still wants to see them all the time. HRC consistently beat the polls in every state she ran in again and again but when did you ever hear anyone in the MSM say more than “well, that was a surprise… okay now let’s look at the new polls…” Have you ever seen a story on why the polls are off? Besides those BS mentions of the Bradley Effect, which never seem to explain to me why it affects some races and others not at all…

And I guarantee you that the PUMAs throw off *every* poll and every model. There are the hardcore PUMAs that are just waiting to kick Obama in the gut as payback, and there’s the other “Reagan Democrats” who will vote for a center-left candidate, but not a hard-left one. These are the people the MSM calls “racist” of course, and they just keep their mouth shut when the polsters call.
