“Obama Win Causes Obsessive Supporters To Realize How Empty Their Lives Are”

NQ Reader, Hillary Or Bust, posted the link to this Onion video. It is freakin’ hilarious. My recommendation is to NOT be drinking anything while you watch it:

Obama Win Causes Obsessive Supporters To Realize How Empty Their Lives Are

  • Disgusted

That about sums it up huh?

  • http://investigatebarackobama.blogspot.com/ kat in your hat

    LOLOLOL!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Strawberrybitch

Dear God, and I thought the last eight years of Bush were bad…I didn’t realize how good I had it.

    • benny

by the time obama finishes his first term, we’ll fondly remember bush as an angel. :)

      • Artemis

OBAMA WILL MAKE WARREN G. HARDING LOOK GOOD BY COMPARISON.

  • Susanjane

Oh, thank you—I needed that laugh!

  • Tuppence411

LMBO! Watch it a second time to read the scrolling news at the bottom.

    • beebop

They are nearly as funny as the visuals going on. These people are better than SNL …. sign them up for FOX!!!

    • JiffyJML

Hahaha, thanks for the tip. Had seen this the other day so I wasn’t going to watch again, but LOL. “Research finds heavy drinking 100 percent easier than giving a shit.”

      • Betty Lou

Research finds heavy drinking 100 percent easier than giving a shit.”

Yeah, but some body’s still gotta clean the toilet up.

I just wish they’d finally elect SOMEONE intelligent, I guess that’s really not gonna happen, though, that is Washington, in all it’s corrupt glory…

The democrats never mounted a serious challenge to Cheney because they were incapable, or complicit, not any other reason.

To somehow think their current superficial success is in anyway indicative of superior strategy is to be mistaken, it is fixed.

It’s rather obvious where this is gonna go, and that’s too bad.

Maybe, though, they’ll do something right…

    • Animal Control

The more I watch the funnier it is. I needed this.

  • benny

lol, hilarious video. they look more like zombies. as long as they dont eat flesh, its ok. If they do, we may have to call in alice from ‘resident evil’. :)

    • yuck

      Call her anyway!! :D

      • Zeke

        I keep getting voicemail!

  • http://www.wewillnotbesilenced2008.com OBAMA IS A FRAUD

They’ll wake up from Zombieland really quick when they figure out the free ride, health care, welfare checks, free college, etc. were all lies. When they wake up they can go worship President Elect George Bush III.

    • ame

NOPE. Most of the youth that support Obama are unaware of Obama’s stances on issues. For many of them, it was about “hope and change” and a rising star. I think the fan club will continue and that’s what scares me. Evan Thomas put it best when describing Obama….”slightly creepy cult of personality”

      http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qqkUO2eIQ3g

      • Tony

I think the fan club will greatly erode. First, many won’t like the change they see.

Second, much of the O support is from people who think the GWB administration was uniquely evil or facistic. The internet fueled many viral videos and stories that painted a grossly distorted picture.

Expect this to continue, and these people will be shocked that the Obama administation is as bad or worse.

        • ame

I respectfully disagree with you. Too many people have too much riding on this election. If Obama is unsuccessful, the media will be blamed for not properly vetting him. The AA community will look ridiculous for voting along racial lines. Historians and those writing books (Gwenn Efill for example) won’t be able to boast their product. The pro-Obama spin is a done deal regardless of how Obama reigns. Now, going after the media is a different story; the blogesphere can make the msm misserable if the effort is put forth.

  • pumatiza

Just seen this on PUMA PAC. Can someone tell me the best site to check the sources, as I am not a member over there.

ATTENTION PUMA’s do not lose faith. The numbers are changing every day and won’t have accurate numbers until certified on Dec. 1st and will be changing every day for at least next 2 weeks minimum.

Warning do not go by any counts except the state election board or county results……Over the weekend I will be going through all the states again and getting the updated counts…..and will continue to update every few days
through the certified final count Dec. 1st/2nd.

    Electoral Count Nov. 4th
    Obama 349
    McCain 163

And as of this morning Indiana has moved into MCCAIN’s column and out of

    Obama’s.
McCain, John Sarah Palin (Republican) 1,115,146
Obama, Barack Joe Biden (Democratic) 1,037,982
Barr, Bob Wayne A. Root (Libertarian) 24,100

New Electoral Count Nov. 7th 9:00 am
    Obama 338
    McCain 174

And Keep an eye on this closely! It could be FLORIDA FLORIDA FLORIDA!!!!!!! Again. and other close states because they are not done counting and verifying.

    • SJ

I have no idea where you got your data from but Indiana was called for Obama, you really should not be doing this, its not a joke the election is done Obama won, now is time to move on and look forward to 2102.

      • pumatiza

Called is not the same as counted and verified.

      • pumatiza

wow, Emperor Obama is going to reign for 94 years! It is worse than I thought!

      • pumatiza

the results are not all in for Indiana

        They are here

        Currently at

        Obama, Barack Joe Biden (Democratic)
        1 074 579

McCain, John Sarah Palin (Republican) 1 171 047

Check it yourself, the second number is definately higher than the first, some counties are still counting.

        • SJ

Thanks for the link, but until I see one of the media house retracting this IN mess I will say its Obama’s.

On the other hand I really do feel its foolish to think all the numbers will change enough to make a difference, anyway thanks for the info I will keep watching for other changes.

          • pumatiza

Maybe it is, maybe it isn’t, but you’re admitting you would rather believe what the media tell you to think, than think for yourself . Says it all really.

          • http://www.cafepress.com/pumapride John House

Yes, because the Obamatronic Media is SO trustworthy.

You are a rube. They are still counting votes everywhere, you dolt. Wouldn’t it just suck if ALL the votes were counted and suddenly Obama wasn’t president elect? So sad for you.

CNN and your stupid media could list 300 million votes for Obama and you’d swallow it whole.

            • SJ

Wow John and Pumatiza such nice people to be around name calling and all because I said I will wait and see if the media says something.

I am happy if the numbers change, but honestly I don’t feel it would change enough to move Obama, there is no need to get nasty over that its my opinion.

              • DeaninMi

You’re the one that said PUMA people were full of shit.

This PUMA voted for McCain, and it was a surprise even to me.

It was the far right that allowed Obama in. The PUMA vote was there.

              • Don

Have to agree with you that there would not be enough change to make a difference; i.e., the Messiah is president elect.

Have to agree with the others in regards to the media; I would take anything they say with a bit (well okay, a large amount) of skepticism.

And John House: Heck who knows, if they are still counting, maybe ACORN hasn’t turned in all of their votes yet so there is still the possibility it may get to 300 million!

                • POdVet

If it changes more than a tiny margin, then we can expect rioting. But I am most gratified that my State Indiana has moved to the red once again, I just hope it stays there! There is also a good chance of Virginia changing when the military ballots are finally counted. They may not change the overall outcome, but it will take away the “blowout” the nutjobs are falsely claiming right now.

          • Johnny

You can’t rely on the media. They don’t want to let the people know if Obama will lose a state. Its against there wishes.

      • ParkSlope Voter

        Jeepers,

Ya’ mean he’s gonna’ be in for another 94 years? Bummer!!!

        -MS

      • Johnny

I hope he isn’t in office for 94 years.

    • Tony

even if some of the numbers change, it’s crazy to think we’ll see a swing big enough to change the outcome

      • http://www.cafepress.com/pumapride John House

The difference is actually close enough in the swing states that’re still counting ALL ballots.

Which means that if Obama lost Indiana, Florida and some other state, the election would go to McCain/Palin.

    • Not convinced

You PUMAs are all talk. All I heard about since I started reading/commenting was how all of Clinton’s supporters would turn for McCain. Well they didn’t. You lost. Please just accept that. Its a much more respectable way to go. Just take a hint from McCain.

      • KarenG

3 million Clinton voters went for McCain…..

        • SJ

Right and 15 mill Hillary offended supporters voted for Obama because she asked them to.

          • Docelder

15 mill Hillary offended supporters voted for Obama because she asked them to

So in other words… Hillary is just as complicit in this as Oprah.

            • Zeke

              sadly, I agree. Kool-aid is Kool-aid.

        • Not convinced

Really? I’d like to see a source for that (not trying to be uppity, just wanna see it for meself.)

Doesnt change my point though. Its really kinda sad to see some people still trying to keep a dead and failed campaign alive. So sad that in fact its the kind of things comedy sites joke about. Seriously. Way to become the butt of the joke.

          • Don

Have to admit that I was quite disappointed in the PUMA results. Initially it sounded like they would have a very significant impact on the election as they were reporting that 28+% of Hillary voters would be going for McCain. That percentage continually decreased, my guess being that women realized that there was no point in standing up for feminism as they knew where their place was supposed to be, or maybe it was just that they decided to go ahead and forget principles and follow Hillary’s lead. Who knows, in any case PUMA certainly did not have the impact that was initially projected; instead of growing as the process moved forward they lost steam.

            • Diana L. C.

I heard that the major reason McCain did not win had more to do with angry neo-cons wanting to show the party for nominating McCain. The number of people voting is not greater really than in elections past, when predictions were that it would be far greater. When great numbers of people vote in the U.S., it usually means a Republican victory.

I am laying as much blame on the Republicans not coming out to vote.

        • Marial

3 million voters falls within the range of the predicted number of PUMA’s, about 15-20% of Hillary’s voters.

Had all the conservatives shown up to vote, and had the voter fraud been circumvented, McCain could have won this.

      • Susan1968

McCain lost because a huge number of REPUBLICANS stayed home.

        It’s been on the MSM.

McCain received 15% less of the REPUBLICAN votes that Bush got.

Most likely the far religious right who do this every so often to show the GOP how much power they have.

So the fact that the popular vote was as high as it was for McCain proves PUMAS voted for him.

        • Geo

None of the DATA is conclusive. Operation CHAOS registered millions of Republicans as Dem. That is the ONLY reason why Hillary was a contender.

She would have been out of contention. But since she had slipped, operation chaos was launched and millions of rebubs voted for her just to create a contentious DNC convention.

This is well know but many wish to deny it.

    • Maria3

      Thanks for the update!

  • Typewriterstreaming

Well that was funny. RRRA :-) thank you!

I think we are in for something we have never before experienced. It already started with Chris Matthews announcement that his job was to make this Presidency work. I am just shocked he still brazenly goes out there and announces crap like that. He enjoys the flaunt. The MSM will not take Obama to task – ever. They are going to carry his water through 4 long years with the intention of setting him up for another 4. I think the hOpie masses are going to flood the new Presidential website and they will be receiving the same kind of bull crap information we all know just happened. The MSM just realized they really can control who gets in the White House, they ain’t never giving this up.

    • ame

I share your concern. The fact the the media is smitten with Obama is dangerous in my opinion. Here’s a revealing comment, notice that it’s comes after the election.

Russian President doesn’t acknowledge Obama; Canadians. Brits, Aussies, Israelis pour cold water on Obama’s parade

Now that the buzz of an internationally exultant Election Night has begun to wear, the world’s view of Barack Obama’s pending presidency has taken a more sober turn.

Newspapers around the globe, most of which heralded the historical significance of America’s first black president, have begun to splash cold water on anyone stuck in celebration mode.

The Times of London noted succinctly on Thursday that anyone believing Obama will meet the world’s lofty expectations “will be disappointed.” The Toronto Star told Canadians not to expect too much attention from a new U.S. president distracted by an “economic crisis, a debt mountain, two wars and making good on health and education reforms.” And The Moscow Times noted that Russian President Dmitry Medvedev failed to even acknowledge Obama’s victory in his state-of-the-nation address, a reflection of the icy relations between the two countries.

It seems the global honeymoon has ended.

\ –> The Jerusalem Post shone menacing light on the president-elect’s days and months ahead: “Obama’s electoral success was built on insistent light and optimism — on that empowering, ‘Yes, we can!’ mantra. Obama’s presidential success will depend on outmaneuvering, deterring and ultimately defeating those malicious global forces that peddle darkness and misery, and are sneering to themselves right now: ‘No, you can’t.’”

Even scarier, at least for Obama himself, was “the uncomfortable question of his immediate protection,” discussed today in the Sydney Morning Herald in Australia: “No one needs to be reminded what happened to Abraham Lincoln, the last brilliant young newcomer from Illinois who made it all the way to the White House amid times of great national tribulation.”

In Thursday’s edition of The Daily Telegraph in England, a columnist described the inevitable letdown of an Obama administration thusly: “(O)ne cannot help but have one overwhelming feeling: that the expectations are so insanely high, and the reality both at home and abroad so intractable in the short or even the medium term, that this is an administration that cannot but disappoint.”

This is interesting. These articles are coming from Anglo world, and Israel.

On an offbeat note: Election Day I awoke from a dream in which I was way up in the atmosphere looking down at North America. I saw a big fog over the land area represented by the USA. Then I heard a voice say: CANADA DOESN’T WANT 0BAMA POTUS.

This dream perplexed me, I thought it had something to do with my pledge to move to Canada if that one became POTUS.

Now I’m wondering if it has to do with Canada feeling suddenly unprotected. Who knows maybe they’ll lob a couple nukes our way and put us all out of our misery.

      (Does Canada have nukes?)

      • Docelder

        Canada feeling suddenly unprotected

There are a lot of people around the world who have wished we would leave them alone… now that their wishes are about to come true… they are about to learn that some things you just can’t take back. I have said it many times… if you think things are bad with the U.S. as a superpower… try to imagine a superpower-less world. It will be much worse. Compare it with policeman-free streets. Same thing really.

    • Betty Lou

Even scarier, at least for Obama himself, was “the uncomfortable question of his immediate protection,” discussed today in the Sydney Morning Herald in Australia: “No one needs to be reminded what happened to Abraham Lincoln, the last brilliant young newcomer from Illinois who made it all the way to the White House amid times of great national tribulation.”

      Already?

This really isn’t an option, but there is always some kook.

Civilized democracies don’t assassinate, sorry, they impeach, it’s why we have courts.

A basic understanding of American political theory helps, honestly, where do those people come from?

      • Betty Lou

BTW, Obama isn’t Lincoln, and Obama isn’t brilliant.

Honestly, I wish these reporters would show SOME sign of intelligent life.

        • Zeke

          Betty Lou,
My thought exactly! Who the hell does anyone think that Fraud is another Lincoln?
Lincoln is probably thinking right now, “I took a bullet so this Dickhead could be President?”

  • benny

offtopic. the stock markets are currently up by a measly 2% after tanking for the last couple of days, after obama was elected. BO, keep your big mouth shut. you say the word ‘economy’ in public today, and the markets will start crashing again. why does that remind me of bush?

  • bankrupt coalminer

My sister voted for Obama (ugh) and says that he would’ve already went through security clearance with the FBI and CIA. Does anyone here know if this is true? I couldn’t find anything on the internet including the FBI website that says it’s a requirement for a state Senator or Presidential candidate to have a security check. Any help would be much appreciated!

    • http://www.wewillnotbesilenced2008.com OBAMA IS A FRAUD

Obama would NEVER get FBI level clearance with people like Ayers in his background. No one vetted Obama and the birth certificate issues are alive and well. When Obama became Senator under the “public trust” law he just had to swear that all of his information is true. If ANYONE tried to get security clearance with the terrorists and psycho bombers Obama has in his life it wouldn’t happen. The FBI knows who this creep is. They just can’t do anything about it. I guess because he has a passport they didn’t question Article 2 of the Constitution. But that might still be coming.

    • Betty Lou

It comes down to the quality of decision, doesn’t it?

So, all the access, or information the world can offer doesn’t mean a thing if the President and his team of advisers are a bunch of morons — they will simply be overwhelmed, and fearful, wholly unqualified.

(And that goes for those in the military, too, the wrong people in the wrong position, and we get two lost wars, and even the economy, by extension…)

As for the dirty trick against ones enemies using private information, well, already taken into account, again, perpetraitors are limited by their own intellects, their own (lack of )ability to understand the information they see.

But yeah, I understand your anger.

For instance, we all KNOW we have a broken economy it’s a matter of how to fix it, apparently, Obama and his advisers don’t get it, no matter how much information they can access — the more they see, the more confused they get.

And this is where the real talent needs to come in, the technique of cheating won’t cut it, so they fail, too, just like Bush.

      Some things can’t be fixed. : )>

    • benny

I dont know much about that, coalminer. I dont think its true for political office. What I do know is that if the governor or president (executive positions) appoint others that may influence policy, THEY’LL have to get an in-depth F.B.I clearance. But not for political office.

Show her this to start with…Anyone with nothing to hide would have LONG AGO just showed a REAL birth certificate. Some people here think it’s a dead issue and we should leave it alone. I think that’s retarded. We have every right to know who the next POTUS is and whether he is ELIGIBLE in the first place. The only reason this story doesn’t get more traction is…Duh…the MSM lying about it.

Is Obama eligible to be POTUS? Open letter demanding BHO release birth certificate may appear in national newspaper

The We the People foundation plans to publish this open letter to Obama in USA Today.

An Open Letter to Barack Obama:

Are you a Natural Born Citizen of the U.S.?

Are you legally qualified to hold the Office of President?

      Dear Mr. Obama:

On October 24, 2008, a federal judge granted your request to dismiss a lawsuit by Citizen Philip Berg, who challenged your qualifications under the “Natural Born Citizen” clause of the U.S. Constitution to legally hold the office of President of the United States of America.

Mr. Berg presented factual evidence to the Court in support of his claim that you are either a citizen of your father’s native Kenya by birth, or that you became a citizen of Indonesia, relinquishing your prior citizenship when you moved there with your mother in 1967.

In your response to the lawsuit, you neither denied Mr. Berg’s claims nor submitted any evidence which would refute his assertions. Instead, you argued that the Court lacked the jurisdiction to determine the question of your legal eligibility because Mr. Berg lacked “standing.”

Astonishingly, the judge agreed, simply saying, “[Mr. Berg] would have us derail the democratic process by invalidating a candidate for whom millions of people voted and underwent excessive vetting during what was one of the most hotly contested presidential primary [sic] in living memory.”

Unfortunately, your response to the legal claim was clearly evasive and strikingly out of character, suggesting you may, in fact, lack a critical Constitutional qualification necessary to assume the Office of President: i.e., that you are not a “natural born” citizen of the United States or one who has relinquished his American citizenship.

Before you can exercise any of the powers of the United States, you must prove that you have fully satisfied each and every eligibility requirement that the Constitution mandates for any individual’s exercise of those powers.

Regardless of the tactics chosen in defending yourself against the Berg lawsuit, significant questions regarding your legal capacity to hold this nation’s highest office have been put forth publicly, and you have failed to directly refute them with documentary evidence that is routinely available to any bona fide, natural born U.S. Citizen.

As one who has ventured into the fray of public service of his own volition, seeking to possess the vast powers of the Office of President, it is not unreasonable to demand that you produce evidence of your citizenship to answer the questions and allay the concerns of the People. Indeed, as the one seeking the office, you are under a moral, legal, and fiduciary duty to proffer such evidence to establish your qualifications as explicitly mandated by Article II of the Constitution.

Should you proceed to assume the office of the President of the United States as anything but a bona fide natural born citizen of the United States that has not relinquished that citizenship, you would be inviting a national disaster, placing our Republic at great risk from untold consequences. For example:

      · Neither the Electoral College on December 15, nor the House of Representatives on January 6 would be able to elect you, except as a poseur – a usurper;

      · As a usurper, you would be unable to take the required “Oath or Affirmation” of office on January 20 without committing the crime of perjury or false swearing, for being ineligible for the Office of the President you cannot faithfully execute the Office of the President of the United States;

      · Your every act in the usurped Office of the President would be a criminal offense as an act under color of law that would subject the People to the deprivation of their constitutional rights, and entitling you to no obedience whatsoever from the People;

      · as a usurper acting in the guise of the President you could not function as the Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy and of the militia of the several states, as such forces would be under no legal obligation to remain obedient to you;

      · No one in any civilian agency in the Executive Branch would be required to obey any of your proclamations, executive orders or directives, as such orders would be legally VOID;

      · Your appointment of Ambassadors and Judges to the Supreme Court would be VOID ab initio (i.e., from the beginning), no matter what subsequent actions the Senate might take as well as rendering any such acts by such appointed officials void as well;

      · Congress would not be able to pass any new laws because they would not be able to acquire the signature of a bona fide President, rendering all such legislation legally VOID;

      · As a usurper, Congress would be unable to remove you from the Office of the President on Impeachment, inviting certain political chaos including a potential for armed conflicts within the General Government or among the States and the People to effect the removal of such a usurper.

As an attorney and sitting U.S. Senator, I’m sure you agree that our Constitution is the cornerstone of our system of governance. It is the very foundation of our system of Law and Order – indeed, it is the supreme law of the land. I’m sure you also agree that its precise language was no accident and cannot be ignored if Individual, unalienable, natural Rights, Freedoms and Liberties are to be protected and preserved.

As our next potential President, you have a high-order obligation to the Constitution (and to those who have fought and died for our Freedom) that extends far beyond that of securing a majority of the votes of the Electoral College. No matter your promises of change and prosperity, your heartfelt intent or the widespread support you have garnered in seeking the highest Office of the Land, the integrity of the Republic and Rule of Law cannot, — must not — be put at risk, by allowing a constitutionally unqualified person to sit, as a usurper, in the Office of the President.

No matter the level of practical difficulty, embarrassment or disruption of the nation’s business, we must — above all — honor and protect the Constitution and the divine, unalienable, Individual Rights it guarantees, including the Right to a President who is a natural born citizen of the United States of America that has not relinquished his American citizenship. Our nation has endured similar disruptions in the past, and will weather this crisis as well. Indeed, it is both yours and the People’s mutual respect for, and commitment to, the Constitution and Rule of Law that insures the perpetuation of Liberty.

As a long time defender of my state and federal Constitutions, and in consideration of the lack of sufficient evidence needed to establish your credentials as President, I am compelled to lodge this Petition for Redress of Grievances and public challenge to you.

Make no mistake: This issue IS a Constitutional crisis. Although it will not be easy for you, your family or our Republic, you have it within your ability to halt this escalating crisis by either producing the certified documents establishing beyond question your qualifications to hold the Office of President, or by immediately withdrawing yourself from the Electoral College process.

With due respect, I hereby request that you deliver the following documents to Mr. Berg and myself at the National Press Club in Washington, DC at noon on Monday, November 17, 2008:

      (a) a certified copy of your “vault” (original long version) birth certificate;
      (b) certified copies of all reissued and sealed birth certificates in the names
Barack Hussein Obama, Barry Soetoro, Barry Obama, Barack Dunham
      and Barry Dunham;
      (c) a certified copy of your Certification of Citizenship;
      (d) a certified copy of your Oath of Allegiance taken upon age of maturity;
      (e) certified copies of your admission forms for Occidental College, Columbia
University and Harvard Law School; and
      (f) certified copies of any court orders or legal documents changing your name
      from Barry Soetoro.

In the alternative, in defense of the Constitution, and in honor of the Republic and that for which it stands, please announce before such time your withdrawal from the 2008 Presidential election process.

“In a government of laws, the existence of the government will be imperiled if it fails to observe the law scrupulously. Our government is the potent, the omnipresent teacher. For good or for ill, it teaches the whole people by its example. Crime is contagious. If the government becomes a lawbreaker, it breeds contempt for law; it invites every man to become a law unto himself; it invites anarchy.”
      Olmstead v. United States, 277 U.S. 438, 469-471.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

      Sincerely,

      Robert L. Schulz,
Founder and Chairman, We The People Foundation for Constitutional Education, Inc.

I’ve been to your site, I haven’t seen your film yet but am looking forward to it and if I can purchase it I will.

As another poster said, it will be a great Christmas present for his 0b0ts.

        • http://www.wewillnotbesilenced2008.com OBAMA IS A FRAUD

If anyone wants I can send a DVD of the first 30 minutes. It’s much better than having to watch it on Youtube cut into four parts. We hated to do that. If anyone wants a DVD then just go to the website and it has an email addie for us. We won’t be finished with the film in time to save us from the horrors that are coming. But it’s important to us to document this vile, corrupt election so when 2012 rolls around we have ammo to say NEVER AGAIN. I can’t watch the film anymore. I cry too much. Especially when you see the AA woman, who marched with MLK in the 60′s, tell the story about two huge AA thugs standing outside the polling place in Gary, Indiana, telling Hillary voters that “if they were there to vote for Hillary Clinton they wouldn’t be voting that day” and intimating physical violence if they tried to get in to vote. Ughhh….

          • Pennsylvania Red

Yes I will be sending you an e-mail asking for the DVD.

(I just wrote you about voter intimidation on Nov. 4)

Thank you for all the work you do.

Our Republic is certainly worth saving, all those from other nations who found refuge here certainly are aware of that.

          • Diana L. C.

I’ve been wonderig about sock stuffers this year. Great Idea!

      • Illinois_gal

I agree. We have the right to know who the hell Obama REALLY is & where he REALLY was born.

“If you have nothing to hide you have nothing to fear.”

    • benny

Its understandable. Many have bought into his charisma. Its like an american-idol president. relax, wait for a year or two, and he’ll be hated passionately. reason with her only after a year or two. Obamacrats are entranced and hypnotized by their leader and his messianic speeches. Time will destroy those hopes. With his policies on every front (economy, social and national security), hes bound to be a lame president. believe me, at the end of 4 years, bush will look better.

    • Betty Lou

Truthfully, Obama can’t do the job, like Bush and Cheney he’s not qualified.

Some say Hamas was let to gain control of Palestine for the same reason, given what they thought they wanted, they either clean it up, or they fail.

(Psst, why winning at any cost doesn’t work — they can’t manage for sh*t, much less understand WHY they fail…)

If they can’t handle it, they fail, hopefully, with each go around the American people will start to see the corruption, and the fixes, demanding better.

There is no Santa, Daddy ain’t gonna do it, be there to rescue you, you want the country to survive, your life to improve, get off your (my) butt, and demand better from the stupid crooks in Washington. They aren’t your superior, they WORK for you, they will always be with us, best to see it, and counter it now…

American political theory at work, it’s brilliant.

There is no guarantee, it takes the best and the brightest to survive, we have to insure we always strive for the best, which means sometimes bad things happen.

BUt we DID survive Bush, and Cheney, Kennedy’s assassination, Viet Nam, say, and we will survive, Obama, too.

I find it heartening to see many starting to address the corruption, regardless of party, and that’s the way to do it…

Franklin said, paraphrasing, “if truth and falsehood are given fair play, truth will win, in the end,” I agree, that is correct, again, brilliant America political theory at work.

There is no guarantee, really no guarantee of security, I think a lot of politicians fail to understand this, much too frightening, the wrong decisions, the country really does fail, it’s about more than thinking you look cool…

YOU CANNOT MAKE THIS UP – scary, scary:

o.k. – so i saw this yesterday and promptly sent it to my 2 favorite Obots.

i received a message back, saying: “well, where was the humor”?

    I replied: “uhh, I hope you’re joking”?

They replied: “No, there is nothing funny about it. We are more optimistic about our country than ever…maybe someday you can share these positive feelings”.

OMG – this is worse than even i imagined.

    • Betty Lou

They replied: “No, there is nothing funny about it. We are more optimistic about our country than ever…maybe someday you can share these positive feelings”.

They told you they were scared, terrified really.

And kinda funny, when you think about it.

  • barry bums a ciggie

Today’s big news, 6.5% unemployment rate…makes me think of the old saying “be careful what you wish for.” What will these 20 something obots do when they can’t find a job to pay for their latte, the latest iPod, their wii?? Oh dear.

    • AngryWhitePerson

One unemployed 20-something Obot I know is busy sleeping on his couch while his Obot wife pays someone to walk the dog. Unfortunately for the dogwalker, neither Obot knows how to balance a checkbook. The last two checks bounced and the Obots don’t feel they have to pay the returned check fees. However, the Obots are finally “proud to be American” and would have moved to Canada if McCain had won. Aren’t we all glad the Obots continue to grace us with their presence?

  • Not convinced

This is funny. Very. I love the onion. As someone said earlier, they are way funnier than SNL, or really any other comedy groups atm.

Though, it should be noted, had McCain won, the same would have been done for for his supporters. Trust me, McCain had his fair share of naive, young, annoying, uber-partisan supporters too.

I do not think I have trolled. A troll pretends to be on the peoples’ side, all the while inflaming members of the site.

I’d say I’ve been quite straightforward. I support Obama. I’m pretty sure most people realize this. I dont intend to flame. I have commented with as much, if not more, respect than has been afforded me.

              • anon

Do you really believe this level of partisan animosity is in the best interest of our nation when we’re all facing such a serious collective crisis?

If we don’t start listening, cooperating, and compromising to get something constructive done, we’re all screwed. It won’t matter who we place the blame on.

          • Betty Lou

I don’t even pay attention to them, (the trolls) really, unless I have to, I don’t even notice they’re in the room, nothing they say has any intellectual weight, to me, no gravity.

Kinda of like reading graffiti in the men’s room.

Communist graffiti, not the funny stuff.

        • Diana L. C.

I didn’t either. The Onion did a long, long front-page about Obama slipping and admitting he would be a terrible President. It was hilarious. But the last line was a jab at McCain, too.

The Onion did the best work immediately after 9/11 than most of the “real” papers’ commentary.

      • Zeke

        Benny!!!

  • Lisabona

I don’t know, what other people opinion is, but for me, Obama’s acceptance speach, doesn’t looked like a happy one. The expression of his face mirorred fear, worry and not happiness at all. Just a somber face. What you think?

    • Not convinced

I think he purposely wanted to look somber.

It might be that, after 8 years of failed policy, Obama has to clean up a huge mess. Although I support Obama, I think that even if he had the most bipartisan team ever, he wouldnt be able to solve all the problems the US faces.
Gosh, if he fixes even half, I’d be ecstatic.

      • Jean

In your opinion, Obama can do no wrong.

    • benny

Now that hes won, he realises that hes not upto the job. He knows hes screwed. lol

      • Zeke

He only wanted the gig in the first place cause he heard the blowjobs and toot were top notch…

    • Arabella Trefoil

He looked like shit. Did not inspire confidence at all.

Maybe he’s afraid of his own safety. I hope that isn’t the case. As much as I dislike Obama and everything he stands for, I hope that he and his family will have confidence in the Secret Service.

The Secret Service do an excellent job. I live in Westchester County NY and have been around the Secret Service a lot when the Clintons have been in public. Even when one of them goes to a diner, they are protected very thoroughly.

It’s tragic, but I think Obama’s Messiah complex may have gone too far. I hope his fears don’t hinder him in doing a job that is already stressful. I mean this from the bottom of my heart.

The Secret Service, the police and the military are all sworn to protect the president. Not only area all these professional men and women well trained and observant, any one of them would take a bullet for the president if it were (god forbid) necessary.

      • http://www.wewillnotbesilenced2008.com OBAMA IS A FRAUD

Obama has more Secret Service coverage than ANYONE in history. I heard at least four times what the standard is. Wonder how much that is costing us.

        • http://deleted Buzz Latte

People putting their lives on the line for that fraud. Appalling.

          • Arabella Trefoil

That’s what they’ve sworn to do. One reason I despise people who (figuratively speaking) spit on the military is that they have no idea of the professionalism and the sacrifice these people make to protect all our freedoms.

          • Marial

What I find ironic is that Obama wants to outlaw guns for law abiding citizens but it’s ok to him to have ARMED secret service guards protecting him!

Much like Rich Daley in Obama’s hood who is strongly in favor of keeping the gun ban, but Daley has an entourage of armed policeman protecting him at all times.

One rule for them, another rule for the rest of us.

            Silly, I tell ya.

          • Zeke

I am right now happily envisioning a Secret Service Agent in a big black trenchcoat doing that wonderful, slow motion, “Matrix Bullet Dodge…”

        • Not convinced

I find that hard to believe. When McCain came to our town, he asked for rooms at a hotel whose owners we knew. Guess how many rooms he asked for (specifically for his secret service detail).

          250.

Thats quite a few. I dont know how many Obama has, but jeez, 250 rooms? Are any of them going to room together? Cuz that would bring up that number quite a bit.

          • Arabella Trefoil

They probably did double up, knowing how tight the government is with travel money. There are more Secret Service agents around than you think. Not all of them wear black suits and talk into head sets.

When President Reagan showed up at my office (many moons ago) they did background checks on everybody – everybody. They also covered windows and assessed every possible danger. They are so thorough you wouldn’t believe it.

I don’t have any inside knowledge of how they work, but I do know they take every thing seriously. It just so happens I have a Zelig like way of being around political figures from time to time.

The fact that you can’t see these people and you don’t know what they do is intentional.

Anyway, I’m certain that the Obama’s are safe as they can be, and they shouldn’t worry.

        • Phillymiss

He probably needs it because there are crazy neo-Nazi types that want to kill him.

And no, I am NOT A TROLL.

    • Marial

Of course, he wanted to set the stage for all of the promises he will not keep.
Remember the deafening silence of the crowd when he said that he wouldn’t be able to do all he promised in a year or 2 years, or even this term? Ha!

I think the bots will be in for a very unpleasant surprise.

All I’ll have to say is “I told ya so”!

  • Susan1968

The thrill has already started to thin on Rachel Maddow last night.

She had her “Talk me down” segment where she states concerns that Obama is selecting party hacks and old grey-haired advisors from the Clinton Administratiion.

    She said, “Where’s the change?”

When you have Maddow questioning this 48 hours after Obama wins it’s a harbinger of criticism to come from the lefty MSNBC.

When her guest finished she said — “You only talked me down three-quarters of the way.”

There you have it — if Maddow is 25% skeptical about Obama’s decisions so far as President Elect, the MSM lovefest is coming to an end.

They just need to beat up on Palin a little more — you know, stomp the woman a few more times to make sure she won’t get up and dare to play politics with the boys ever again.

They figured they’ve successfully hogtied and gagged Hillary. Palin should be a breeze.

Once they hammer the last nail in Plain’s political coffin, they’ll be onto Obama.

By next week they’ll be criticizing Obama more and more.

I can’t wait till Olbermann does one of his talking-to-the-camera meltdowns calling Obama out.

It will happen — it HAS TO happen, they’re losing ratings to FOX.

    LOL.

    It’s all about the money.

    • Arabella Trefoil

Where’s the change? It’s in your pocket Rachel. See those 99 cents. That’s your change.

You should have asked Obama for a pre-paid VISA card.

  • http://deleted Buzz Latte

He looked scared shytless. And he should be. He just ruined millions of lives, livelyhoods, and has created an opening for America to be dismantled.

When the traditional allies like Canada and England don’t want him, we’re screwed.

  • Susan1968

Forgot to add — Obama’s supporters are probably feeling like they’re coming down from a long coke binge. It’s not pretty.

That Onion video is hysterical. I watched it twice and laughed out loud both times. Fantastic.

I was thinking about the Obama race and his take no prisoners dash to the finish, and I was reminded of that wonderful Seinfeld episode:

Kramer goes to a car dealership and convinces the salesman to get into this really fast car and go out onto the Expressway with him – the car is low on gas, but that’s part of the excitement. Part of the excitement of denial.

They keep going and keep going and are completely ecstatic: screaming, yelling, gnashing of teeth: we are the best, we are invincible type stuff. They then start to slowly wind down and the car finally runs out of gas and they come to a complete stop. They sort of just look at each other. No more screaming and yelling. No euphoria or rantings of we can take on the world. Just…so what do we do now??

    Priceless.

    NO PRAYERS FOR OBAMA

Obama is not a natural US born citizen and therefore got this election through trickery and coercion. He is not my president, only in name.

Obama used the name of Jesus Christ to try to get the Christians to vote for him and he used a photo op at the Holy Wailing Wall in Jerusalem to get the Jewish vote. For 20 years he attended a “church” where the pastor cursed and used God’s name in vain from the pulpit, to get the black vote. In my opinion, he might as well of used the “F” word in the “sanctuary,” which I’m sure he has anyway, just never got on tape. And it is very clear about how he and Obama feel about Israel and the Jews.

Am I to assume you’d also instruct the German Christians back in Hitler’s day to pray for the “wisdom and safety of Adolf Hitler? Brothers and sisters, it’s time to check yourselves on that one.

There are far more scriptures in complete contrast to praying for a monster like Obama. I don’t recall Jesus calling for prayer for Caesar, Herod, or even Judas for that matter. Peter did not pray for Ananias and Saphira who came to him with a lie on their lips; and the early Christians did not pray for Nero’s safety and wisdom. In fact, Jesus said He only prays for the ones that the Father has given him, those who’s names are in the Lamb’s Book of Life.

AND I DON’T RECALL JOHN THE BAPTIST PRAYING FOR HEROD: HE SAT OUTSIDE HEROD’S GATES AND DECLARED TO HIM AND THE WORLD THAT HEROD WAS IN VIOLATION OF GOD’S LAW AGAINST ADULTERY. AND HE GOT HIS HEAD CHOPPED OFF FOR IT.

Now we have a man Obama that supports infanticide, homosexual marriage, Islam (praying to the moon god, which YWH forbids), racially divided churches, and splitting the land of Israel, and he accepts worship and adoration as a deity: all of which is far greater sin than Herod marrying his brother’s wife.

No, we’d better pray for the courage to stand in the faith against such a monster.

It should also have Obama in that video. He’s like a hopium dealer who’s also on hopium himself. Once the race is over, he’s live is once again empty.

I actually feel bad for Obama. He’s unwanted by his father, unwanted by his mother(who took him from US to aboard and then throw him bad at gram ma at the age of 10). He been forever searching for himself and never found it. He’s not at peace with himself, don’t have an identity, and is still looking for acceptance from others. He’s ambition for power to fill the void won’t work until he’s happy with himself, and he won’t be a decisive leader until he found himself. Even elected, he’s still a empty man.

That’s the major flaw of him. He lack principle, courage, core value and decisiveness. All those advisers will only heighten his inability to make swift decision.

I see two possible out come,

1, he’s being lying and the tax and spend policy will never be practiced(that means we are right, that he’s nothing but a liar ), I truly hope that is the case.

    2. he actually believe what he said, and will implement them. We are really in deep sh*t then.

At this point, I am much happier if he’s a good liar.

  • Johnny

Why do people talk about Bush being so bad. He had to deal with an attack on our soil, then 2 wars, and then a banking crisis all in 8 years.

The attacks, 1 war, and banking crisis wasn’t even in his control. I’ll give you the Iraq war, but as things have turned for the better, this isn’t a bad thing anymore.

With all of this, I’d say it got handled pretty good.

As far as the stock market. Before it tanked, the stock/investments improved around $10 trillion. During all 8 years of Clinton it improved $5 trillion. So that should say investing in America was better more recently. Now the banking crisis totally screwed all of this losing $9 trillion roughly.

I’d congratulate the democrats for a good fight this election year, but considering they had to commit fraud to do it, send bad information out via the media, and not report on better issues. They aren’t respected by me anymore.

    • andySF

What you don’t get is the mass spending in his term that got us into this debt(5 trillion=all previous debt combine). He’s pandering to business by the weak dollar policy. National debt is the biggest factor in our long term interest rate, which then effect our housing cost and every business that tie to that sector. If he had used the surplus and pay down or off the national debt, we would not be in this mess today. Imagine a projected 5 trillion surplus, equal to the total national debt when he took office. He collected 40% more revenue and never in any year of his term have a balanced budget. He’s not a republican (fiscal conservative anyone?). That’s about the only thing I like about republican, as I am on the opposite of them on almost every social issue. How can you say that he’s not bad when he can even be a effective republican? On top of that, he got in a war we shouldn’t be in. Worst, he totally miss handled that war. He’s been bad mouthing everyone else around the world ever since he took office, but call Putin a friend whose soul he could see? He alienated our friends in EU and Asia, and every time he open his mouth, McCain drop in the poll. He should keep his stupid mouth should. But like Obama, he can’t help himself. What’s so good about him?

  • Diana L. C.

Thank you so much for posting this. It cheered me up tremendously.

  • Ihaterepublicans

You all sore losers ! Get a life !
I thought this video clip was about you all GOP supporters who did nothing for John McCain during his election (your McCain has to kiss the Russian leader’s ass to ask for contribution money to assist his campaign). If you were truly passionate about what you believed in, why didn’t you do what Obama’s supporters did ? All you guys did were just hanging around in pyschic websites (go google it and most of the pple there that you would find were your kind) & when it came to the Election, none of you turned up. If you knew all along that Obama was armed by the media hence he couldn’t be underestimated, why didn’t y’all try harder to assist McCain in his campaign ? If it is something you believe in then you must work hard towards it. If you didn’t then you obviously would not get what you were after. Simple as that.

    Now move on..

BTw, don’t you guys think that THE ONION could’ve assisted McCain during his campaign instead of making fun of Obama’s supporters now ? What a waste of time.

Right now it sort of looks like he may indeed have quite a few of Clinton’s people in his administration; interesting in that during the primary he sure made it sound like that administration did not stack up against the Reagan administration. However, there are probably going to be quite a few people who were not Clinton people also; i.e., read yesterday that Powell’s name is being mentioned with Sec. of Def. and Kerry’s with Sec. of State (can’t see him in that role but just saying that is what I read). Guess we will just have to wait and see how many Clinton people are in key positions in his administration. In any case, I think his appointment of Rahm as Chief of Staff shows that he really is not going to change the inside workings of Washington much.
