If you believe that you will have regular elex in 2012, you are kidding yourselves. You live in Cuba now and you will learn it pretty soon. There is no way out.

I am told that 1/3 of evangelists and about all catholics vote Obama on the abortion issue. No surprise. Christians were exactly that stupid in Europe at the begining until it was too late.

I discovered that when I voted, my brother-in-law was also registered at the same site. Only problem – he had already voted…. miles away at his new address. Yes, he could have voted twice.

that’s not what he said, it may have been what he meant, but not what he said. and unless you have spoken to him directly, it’s safe to assume that none us know whether he voted once or 100 times.

i live in ohio, and my guess is he voted more than once.

but, here’s an idea – perhaps the cnn reporter could have asked him what he meant. but that wasn’t the story he was being paid to cover – nope, he was supposed to report on the mood and excitement in the community about Senator Obama, and as Chris Mathews reported earlier, he was just doing his job.

As a Chicago female AA supporter of John McCain and Gov. Palin, I share your hurt and disappointment with this election loss. My heart is so heavy and I am so hurt that Obama got this position. What a sad day for America. I had a heated discussion with my husband who called Sen. McCain a racist. I told him that I have no pride that a person like Obama did what he and his supporters did to gain the presidency. My heart is still heavy and I will never support him. I told my husband that anyone Black, White or Biracial who uses race baiting or any kind of racial division to gain political power is the true racist. I am ashamed that AA’s judged Sen McCain by the color of his skin and not by the content of his character. To me it is not the AA’s who have come a long way. Clearly, as a group we cannot be trusted. I think the AA almost total support for Obama was more about revenge than about racial pride. That hurts. By the way, Obama is not this nation’s first AA president-elect. He is the first Biracial president elect. There is a big difference.
