I just read your link… the guy’s arguments don’t hold water. He’s basically challenging the entire notion of requiring standing.

Sorry folks, but when you case is premised on overturning hundreds of years of accepted precedent, you can rest assured that you will lose.

Not only that, but he is also trying to shift the burden of proof from the accuser onto the accused, without requiring any logical reason to do so.

Simply citing a bunch of cases and Constitutional Articles may sound smart and convincing to the layman, but a lawyer can quickly recognize it as pure “hogwash.”

FYI, Phil Berg is not the only taking issue with the BC issue. Andy Martin has filed a case with the Hawaiian Courts to reveal the original that Gov. Lingle ‘sealed’. Someone will get it through due process, because it must surface in order for the Electorate and the Congress to officiate the Constition which is why they are there in the first place. You need to read We The People site and Edwin Veira, PhD, J.D. about how this works. One way or the other, the original will be surface, which will reveal the birth place of Obama, aka Barry Dunham. According to the Grandmother, who witnessed his birth in Mombasa, Kenya, he was born in Kenya and then taken as an infant to Hawaii, where his mother registered him as a citizen, by filling out an original BC form (that’s the one that’s sealed) in order to get a COLB. The facts about the birth are on the original long form. Subsequently, there is also a BC from Kenya which corroborates it. It’s only a matter of time till these documents surface. Hopefully sooner than later, before the Inauguration. Stay tuned — this drama ain’t over yet.

I was at a Palin rally in Carson California. It was the exact opposite. I stayed for a while afterwards, it was at the Home Depot center and all the regular concession stands were open, anyway, I got a chance to talk to people before, during and after the rally and it was a very positive experience. People were inspired by Sarah and happy…no they were kind of beaming with excitement and pride. It was really a neat experience. The only downers were the Obama supporters who snuck in and tried to disrupt things and the few who were outside causing a little ruckus.

Also agree Bush shows no sexist nor racist tendencies. Who could believe someone could be worse than Bush – or Cheney! Atleast they are natural born citizens.

I am a lawyer. I can tell you with absolute certainty that the poster is absolutely correct. Obama has to prove NOTHING right now.

The Supreme Court doesn’t have to take every case that someone asks them to. Instead, you ask the court to hear the case by filing a writ of certiorari stating why you think SCOTUS sould hear the case. Then, the opposing party files a response opposing that writ and explaining why the court should not hear it. This is not an evidentiary hearing. It is a purely legal issue.

In this case, the lower cout ruled that the party filing the lawsuit had no standing… basically, it said they had no right to even file the case and no right to present ANY evidence. Therefore, the only question for the Supremes is whether the case can even be filed, not anything related to a birth certificate.

I hate to break it to you, but this case is an absolute loser. Nothing will ever come of it. You shouldn’t get your hopes up.

One America? What is that? Your guy used racism to get in office. BTW, who cares what the foreign countries think about Americans upholding their own constitution? You mean we are no longer allowed to criticize Obama out of fear of what other countries think? Do you beleieve, like your hero that his little foreign tour garnered electoral votes here? Every little criticism will be labeled racist just as it was in the primaries and GE.

But of course you’re right noone would dare to bring out the truth now and uphold our Constitution that the President must be a natural born citizen. Maybe Arnold will challenge in 2012!

Joan of Art: what a beautiful essay; how come you can describe so well what I feel? Yes, because so many of us feel and experience the same. It’s been and still painful to feel shut out by our supposedly friends and colleagues. Noone s interested, noone even wants to listen to see far less admit what has happened. They just run over you and keep making toasts “for Obama!” while sharing a dinner our and plastering the new bumper sticker in their cars; yes there is one now that says “Obama: Thank You!” everyone seems to be purchasing.
The mourning for the death of thses dreams continues for me too.

That would be ideal! but in order to get the best person for the job, first discrimination would have to dissapear cause is quite difficult to choose someone to who people considers inferior or simply they don’t want to choose them cause want the job for themselves. And then how do we can solve this? With quotas, I’m afraid quota is not a perfect system but help

C’mon! this is too emotional. Women, homosexuals, white workers, jews none of these groups voted against Obama and all of them were screwed. Women can’t vote as if they were an only being cause they aren’t. So that’s not the problem. The problem, at least related to the women, is that too many people accept sex-discrimination even are proud of it (bros before hos) and nobody seems capable to put the “things in its place”. The other groups were bashed too but I think women and homosexuals are going to be the groups more trashed and most probably more humiliated publically. Like in Arabia Saudi!!

Thank you so much for this post and for expressing just what I am feeling. It is a death, and people who don’t see it that way are dancing on the grave, making my grief even deeper. I’ve been on complete MSM blackout since early morning Nov. 5th. No TV at all, and I only read noquarter, justsaynodeal. Definitely no NPR, in fact almost no radio at all (sometimes Fox radio) because I don’t want to hear that con artists voice.

I am immersing myself in the feminine, watched a video about Mary Magdelen, thought by some to be the bride of Christ. And in the car, all I listen to are my Goddess meditation CDs, very soothing. This is a traumatic time for us, we need to nurture ourselves, remember that there is a long history of feminine power and we are a part of it, that some things cannot be taken away…

I think it’s very legitimate to need some time out to heal.
